Not much apart from the location

There were no staff members at the hotel we couldn’t get into the building. Once we gained access due to someone exiting the building there was no staff on reception we spent an hr or so on the phone trying to find our room number and how to get the keys.an absolute nightmare

Check in was not as expected. The receptionist answered with delays, nobody explained how to get into the building. I’ve asked the receptionist to meet us at the entrance but this request was ignored.

Sehr gute Lage😊 Trevi Brunnen um die Ecke, Spanische Treppe schnell erreichbar. Zimmer im 4. Stock war sehr schön und gut eingerichtet und sauber. Viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe.

Wurde vor der Ankunft mit Emails überhäuft. Uns wurde ein pesonalbesetztes Check in versprochen, haben aber kein Personal angetroffen😖. Während des ganzen Aufenthaltes hat das Personal nur das Nötigste erledigt. Spät am Abend oder sehr früh am Morgen hingegen verrichteten sie ihre Arbeit sehr geräuschvoll!

La posizione centrale proprio su Via del Tritone. Personale gentile e nonostante al mio arrivo (primo pomeriggio)ci fosse solo il personale addetto alle pulizie ho potuto su mia richiesta procedere al check in (avevo mandato comunicazione in precedenza del mio orario di arrivo) La signorina gentile che ho trovato in seguito alla reception si è prodigata per rifornirci di bottigliette d’acqua non presenti nel frigobar e a cercare (purtroppo senza risultato) le ciabatte che avrebbero dovuto essere in dotazione alla stanza

Scarsa pulizia e poca cura dei dettagli.Water e scopino e doccia sporchi,copri asse ingiallito. Tende in camera e cuscini esterni sul balconcino sporchissimi.Muri e calorifero rovinati.

Caution. You need a code to enter the building. Glad I only stayed two nights before leaving Rome. Was locked out of the building last night I was there. Just lucky someone else was entering the building. I didn’t receive a response to my texts or phone until 30 minutes after I was in the room.

I liked the location and accessibility. Central Point to everything. 15 to 30 minutes walking distance. A lot of choices for food in the area. Bathroom was okay. Easy to get in and out. It has a elevator. Water was warm. Air conditioner worked and stayed at a steady temperature. If you needed anything you can just message the staff. They did help out a lot. That was nice.

Beds were flat and hard as a rock, the same as the pillows. I had the worst sleep there than I have ever had on any vacation. I kept waking up due to the hardness. Shower had a little mold in spots and drainage was just barely adequate while taking a shower. It does build up about an inch or so. Just under the door slider level.

Room 202, decoration was a little tired, there was also an air lock in the water system so when flushing the loo (happened randomly and not all the time) there was a clanging on the pipes. The extractor fan in bathroom was also rather loud.

I didn’t like that they don’t have a good drainage system in their shower.

The location was perfect, close to most major landmarks, and even though we were in the middle of a busy area, in our room and on our balcony you would never have said so, so peaceful.

Terrific location close to the Trevi Fountain and very handy for getting around the centre of Rome.

Great Location. Already planning to stay again on our next trip into Rome.

El lugar tal cual las fotos, cómodo, bien ubicado y la atención del personal excelente, pedimos dejar las valijas después del check in y se mostraron todo el tiempo muy atentos. A metros de la fontana, de la vía del corso, lugar estratégico.

In the room there was a very bright light under the AC that illuminated the room during the night and also a loud noise coming from the electric box, we couldn’t sleep well.

Not what’s advertised; room wasn’t anything to write home about - the shower was actually in the bed room/main space which meant one of us had to leave the room while the other showered for privacy reasons There was a “mini bar” in the the room but the fridge was warm so we couldn’t even leave our own water in there to keep cool. There was also a smell of dirty water in the hallway which wasn’t very pleasant Check out systems is not explained well at all; we had an early flight & checked out at 8am but there was no staff around & to help with it/to leave the keys to, the main reception was locked & the “24hr emergency number” didn’t answer when called or reply to WhatsApp messages - I had to make the decision to just leave our room keys in the room and leave a message

Ten apartament jest luxury tylko w nazwie. W rzeczywistosci brudne ściany, polamane nogi od stolika, zardzewiały,brudny,mikroskopijny balkonik, z dwiema wielkimi instalacjami klimatyzacji po bokach,tak, że nawet nie ma gdzie usiąść,chyba, że z głową na stoliku. Poza tym buczenie klimy całą noc. Gburowaty, nieprzyjemny chłopak w recepcji.

Me gustó mucho, recepcionista muy cercana, explicó todo muy bien, tienen implementos extra en recepción (plancha por ejemplo, para quienes nos gusta la ropa lisa). La atención en la noche es autónoma, súper para quienes somos más independientes y entregan mapa de la ciudad. Todo muy cerca de la ciudad, sin necesidad de taxis.

Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια! Η Φοντανα ντι Τρέβι βρίσκεται λίγα λεπτά απο ξενοδοχείο. Πολλά μαγαζιά για φαγητό δίπλα.

Είναι το απόλυτο κατάλυμα δίπλα σε όλα.

Δεν είχε κάτι το αρνητικό, Σωστή και τίμια επιλογή.

המלון הוא בית דירות שהוסב למלון חמוד. רובן מצוות הקבלה בחור מסביר פנים ונעים. מיקום המלון קרוב מאוד למזרקת טרווי, לרח' קורסו (זארה / יוניקלו) ומשם אפשר להגיע לכל האתרים בעיר. החדר רחב ונקי. לנו לא היתה ארוחת בוקר, פחות רלוונטי עבורינו כאשר כל רומא פרוסה בפנינו. מומלץ בחום

If you are looking for a good location in Rome with an acceptable price, this will the right property for you.

First of all, keep in mind that this is not a hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet, but sometimes it is really hard to get in touch with staff.

Great experience- I don’t usually leave reviews but they were very fast at accepting my reservation (booked at 11p for the morning after!) and were kind enough to allow me for an early check in with limited notice. That was a life saver! Not everyone does that, so it’s worth letting people know. Great experience overall and great value for money.

Just a very minor thing - like there are some plugs that are not properly finished in the bathroom (but not hazards, just cosmetic). Honestly, couldn’t care less: everything was working fine.

The shower was a little bit strange.

The location is stellar. The people are friendly close to public transportation and landmarks and restaurants.

Soggiorno molto piacevole. Struttura pulita e ben curata, in una posizione comoda e tranquilla, 3 minuti da Fontana di Trevi. La camera era confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il personale è stato gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Qualche piccolo dettaglio migliorabile, ma nel complesso un’esperienza positiva. Consigliato!

We stayed in one of the rooms on the third floor. The location is really great. We travelled with a 7 year old daughter and although we did have the stroller we did everything on foot. The room size was ok. Self check-in was described really well

Luxury is a bit misleading. I would expect something a bit more from an accommodation with luxury in its name. I think the rooms have to be kept more. Apertures are not insulated so you will hear traffic from outside which at some point was a bit loud
