Vị trí thuận tiện, an toàn. Phòng sạch sẽ và tiện nghi. Lễ tân 24/24 có thể hỗ trợ mọi lúc nếu cần

Chỉ có món phở vào buổi sáng nên hơi ngán. Phòng không có thảm ở cửa wc nên hơi bất tiện.

The room the staff were very good

The location was a little far from the centre of Hanoi. Need a taxi to travel.

This hotel is beautiful and excellent for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and everything in the room is meticulously arranged. I love Sunrise.

Close to the market and pharmacies. Friendly people I liked the location. Nhi and the other person at the front desk were very friendly and helpful right from the start. I'll definitely be back.

Just 2kms from the center of Hanoi in a quiet neighborhood Sunrise hotel was a great choice. I’ve stayed for over 2 weeks, in a big room with king size bed and a view to the river. The room was great with a fridge, mini bar, water boiler and more. The stuff were very polite and helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily.The location is convenient and easy to get around the city. There are also many restaurants, cafés, and local attractions nearby which made the trip more enjoyable.The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help when needed. Check-in was quick and smooth. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Very solid bed. Not a great location as you need to get a taxi (Grab) to travel 10 minutes to / from the hotel and the old quarter restaurant / bars.

Booking annonce un petit déjeuner qui n'existe plus L'hôtel a besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement niveau chambre et salle de bains . L'environnement c'est surtout des boutiques locales quelques restaurants simples mais bons. La ville est à deux kilomètres accessible aux bons marcheurs mais circulation très dense. Pollution importante ,ciel bas, et gris, les deux nuits où nous sommes restés Point positif:: le personnel , très serviable et compétant Merci à la responsable de l'accueil et aux femmes de ménage

Mal dos, car matelas dur . Salle de bains inondée car tuyau qui sort du mur et coule sur le carrelage. C'est dû à la climatisation.

Location overlooking the Red River. Big room, good WiFi and WiFi TV.

The room decor was dated and in need of updating. I did not get on well with a round bed. Whilst there was a bath. In the bathroom, it could have done with a shower screen/curtain.

Slightly away from the main tourist part of the city

Phòng hơi có mùi ẩm, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Hôm mình đi, phòng đối diện có con nít tầm 3 đến 6 tuổi, chạy rần rần trong phòng nhưng phòng mình vẫn nghe, đặc biệt là trong toilet, tiếng vọng qua vang kinh khủng. Toilet nhìn cũng ko sạch lắm.

I am disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel due to serious cleanliness and hygiene issues. The first room we were assigned had significant mould, excessive dust, and dirty walls, which caused discomfort given my sensitive skin and chest concerns. Additionally, the room experienced flooding, after which the receptionist kindly assisted us in moving to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had similar issues, including a bed that appeared mouldy and covered in dust, along with unclean walls. After raising this with staff, we were moved again. However, the third room’s bathroom, particularly the shower area, was heavily affected by mould. As a result of these ongoing issues, I was unable to continue my stay and checked out after the first night, despite having booked for four nights. I raised these concerns with the manager via Booking.com, and I was informed that a refund would be issued, with an update promised on Monday. I was also told the refund would be provided in cash, which is not practical as I have since left the country. Despite multiple follow-up messages requesting an update, I have received no response. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on the lack of cleanliness and poor follow-up regarding the refund.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The lovely ladies at the reception helped us with booking some wonderful tours during our stay. We loved Ha Long bay, and the breathtaking sites Sung Sot Cave, Titov island and boat rides during the day tour. The city tour was also pleasing and informative. We learnt some history of beautiful sites in Hanoi like Ho Chi Min Homes, Old Quarter, Train Street, Ethnology Museum, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hoa Lo Prison, Temple of Literature...and many more!
