I absolutely loved the place and their hospitality. Our cottage was high up, but whenever we needed anything, they were incredibly quick to respond and would take care of our requests within just a few minutes. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful the staff were. I loved the whole experience and would definitely come back again!

The only thing I didn’t really like was the lobby. It lacked facilities and felt a little dull and gloomy.

急な坂にあるにもかかわらず、Ｏ棟のエレベーター故障しているのに、チェックインの時に何も言われなかった。 フロントの対応に疑問です。国民性なのでしょうか。四つ星ではありません。4階迄3日間、何度も上り下りしました。足も痛くなり散々です。 部屋はどこも空室が多いので、部屋もカビ臭くて、かなり苦痛でした。 ビュッフェも、たいした事なく、なぜ、評価が高いのか謎です。 敷地から、道路に出るまでもかなりの急な坂なので、グラブばかり使いました。 bookingの評価にも疑問です。 プールのタイルも剥がれてるので、怪我しないように。

Was very apprehensive about the stay here, some recent 5 star reviews and some 1 star reviews, was making me cautious and considered to change hotels. Hotel reception was old, but functional, check in was easy, needed to pay a 1000 baht deposit per night, or leave a passport at reception, could not use a credit card, first time I have not been able to use a credit card. The hotel has its own internal shuttle service, (yes you will need it), it was a 6 minute walk from the lobby to my hotel room. The hotel is huge, We were staying in O Block, on the third floor, had a great view over Patpong and the ocean, can not fault the views, Room was exactly like the online photos, no issues with the room, or room service. Overall a pleasant stay, the only downside was the distance from the lobby to the room,

Amazing Reception Team Had a great experience at the hotel, especially thanks to Nan, Pai, Golf, and Ya at the reception. They were all super friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. الغرفة واسعه ونظيفة الاطلاله ممتازه الموظفين ممتازين يساعدون على قدر المستطاع في ضغط عليهم بسبب المواصلات

بعد خصم من مبلغ التامين خذو مني 5000بات لماذا هذا المبلغ الكبير لا اعرف والمواصلات من الاستقبال إلى الغرفه والعكس فيها مشكلة وتأخير وكانت عندي مشكله بالتكييف لمدة 3ايام وترجع المشكله إلى ان اعطوني غرفة ثانية موقعها غير مناسب مع العلم الغرفه المطلوبه مني تطل على البحر لكن قالو لي الفندق فل وتعبت من هذا الموضوع الفندق نظامه غريب داخل جبل من أشجار ومرتفعات تجربة حلوه لكن متعبه لاتفكر تخرج وترجع والعكس وقت ما تريد لا يختلف عن الفنادق الاخرى لازم ترتب وقتك قبل الخروج والدخول

مكان هادىء و رائع لأبعد درجه ، المرافق نظيفه جدا وفيها تنوع من حيث توافر مسابح للبالغين وكذلك للأطفال ، تصميم رهيب ورائع جدا للعقار حيث يتم توفير غرف مع مسابح خاصه وجكوزي وأطلاله على البحر،

نوعا ما يوجد تقاعس من قبل بعض الموظفين في الاستقبال وكذلك في المطعم و عدم التنوع في تقديم الفطور ولكنه يوفي بالغرض .

المسبح صغير جدا وايضاً التنقل متعب مع الحقائب بحيث تأتي للاستقبال وبعدها تركب في الصندوق وطريقها متعب صعودا ونزولاً ايضاً مستحيل اكرر التجربة

10/10 - room has incredible view both day and night. Spotless clean and very calming atmosphere. 10/10 front desk staff were AMAZING! Service was excellent, Ploy was very polite and accommodating

We loved that it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach and Bangla road but only a very quick (free) ride down the road. The views!! It was the quiet season so it almost felt like we had the resort to ourselves. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked with plenty to choose from. There is a small minimart on site.

The rooms were very generously sized and maintained well by the staff everyday but my only complaint would be that the showers in both of our rooms didn't drain well. Because of the quiet season there didn't seam to be any entertainment at the main pool, no events or themed nights during our 8 nights. We didn't mind this but maybe check in with the staff before booking if you are looking for this as part of your experience.

Very boor condition of the hotel, bad transport from the lobby to the room, the pictures in the booking does not match the real, very disappointing and just check out early once I saw the room and check in to another hotel, and booking.com didn’t give me any refund because the amount of booking is non-refundable.

To Patong Bay Hill. You have the most stunning views and well sized condos. The dinner we had at your restaurant was also very good but your reception staff has no place in hospitality. They are rude, unhelpful and have an attitude problem. Including the drivers transporting guest outside the hotel. Only the housekeeper, one waitress and one driver that regularly transported us to and from our condo was genuinely friendly and accommodating. The rest lack thereof and is off putting to ever return there. I see most of the resort was unoccupied, maybe your staff’s attitude has a lot to do with it. I will return to Phuket in future but will definitely not make use of your establishment ever again and I will definitely not recommend anyone staying here. I made a point of asking other guest that I’ve met on the resort what they thought of the overall service and almost everyone complained about the receptionists and drivers attitude. Hopefully you can improve on that or employ people that has more appreciation for their jobs. To anyone, please check google reviews for this establishment before you book. I wish I had. I will gladly give credit where it’s due but this establishment deserves none. The kitties were more friendlier and welcoming than the reception staff.

De l'extérieur, le complexe est énorme et très joli. La chambre est jolie et nous avons été surclassés, un geste que nous avons appréciés. Des tuk-tuks internes sont mis en place pour pouvoir monter à la chambre et descendre à la réception. Nous avions un jacuzzi, malheureusement il n'a pas fait assez beau pour en profiter tous les jours (indépendant de l'hôtel). La vue panoramique est jolie, nous sommes en hauteur et nous avons eu l'impression d'êtres seules au monde.

Je ne pense pas que j'irais à nouveau dans ce type de complexe, car honnêtement, j'ai eu l'impression de déranger les conducteurs des tuktuks à chaque fois que j'en avais besoin. Il y en a un seul qui avait l'air sympathique et toujours souriant, sinon c'est comme si je dérangeais. Pourtant, j'ai toujours dit merci en descendant du véhicule, car c'est une valeur essentielle pour moi. Aussi, j'ai apprécié le surclassement, cependant nous avons été placés devant un arbre, de ce fait nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement de la vue panoramique. Cela a été discuté avec la réception, mais nous n'avions pas le temps de changer de chambre étant donné qu'on était sur les derniers jours de vacances. Je trouve aussi que par rapport aux autres hôtels où on a séjourné durant notre voyage, celle ci est vachement petite par rapport au prix qu'on payait pour les autres. Je trouve que tout était condensé, mais du coup pas beaucoup de place pour mettre les valises quelque part sans avoir à marcher dessus. Honnêtement, il vaut mieux mettre le prix sur d'autres hôtels peut-être plus petits mais plus charmants et plus familiaux, mais ce n'est que mon propre avis.

Had a Cabin with private Jacuzzi, great views. Rent a motorbike, that’s the easiest way to come up and down.

الخدمة المقدمة سيء جدا للغايه التنقل بين الفندق سيء وتقضي وقت طويلا للانتظار الافطار محدود تضيع وقتك للذهاب نصف ساعه للافطار ونصف ساعه للعوده لغرفتك وحين تخرج تنتظر سيء لبعد حد ازعجني في اجازتي حاولت الغاءه من اول يوم لاكن ليس هنالك تجاوب من قبل الفندق وحتى البوكينق وهاذا اخر حجز لي مع البوكينق

We stayed at this hotel from 1st July to 3rd July after flying from Bangkok to Phuket. We chose this property because of its beautiful pool and ocean views, which looked very appealing when booking. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. This hotel is not suitable for elderly guests or families with young children. The property is located on a steep hillside, and guests rely heavily on the buggy service for transportation. The buggies are completely open and did not feel very safe, especially when traveling with a child. In addition, the buggy service was frequently delayed, and we often had to wait 15–20 minutes. On one occasion, we had no choice but to walk uphill ourselves barefoot, which was extremely inconvenient. We also found the front office staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful. Their attitude did not reflect the level of hospitality we expected from a resort property. The breakfast was another major disappointment. While the food selection was limited, what surprised us most was that cappuccino and café latte were not included and were charged separately. We have traveled to many countries and hotels and have never encountered a breakfast service where only basic American coffee was included while common coffee options such as cappuccino and café latte were chargeable. When we inquired about this, the staff responded in a rude manner, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Although the views are beautiful, the poor service, inconvenient transportation within the resort, and disappointing breakfast experience mean that we would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

It was not comfortable to get to the room you need a golf car all the time, the staff wasn’t friendly.

The cleaning and transport staff were very friendly and helpful. The food delivered to the room was delicious and delivery was prompt. The bed was comfortable. The view was of course outstanding.

The main issue I disliked the most was the attitude of management and management policy. It was one of scarcity. This showed in the amount of deferred maintenance, The most aggravating was a cold jacuzzi!

Very bad place Not clean at all and very bad location so far from everything, and its not look like the pictures at all . And the service in the hotel so bad they not helping at all, very bad staff. They Scammed us and They stole money and belongings from our room. They even accused me of theft as I was leaving, just to take an extra $100 from me. I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

I didn’t like any thing It was the worst stay I've ever had

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The service, staff attitude, and cleanliness were all far below acceptable standards. The room was not properly maintained, and the overall treatment we received was extremely disappointing. The most shocking part was that the hotel accused us of stealing a speaker from the room. We had absolutely no reason to take it, especially considering that we had already purchased three speakers ourselves before arriving. To prove our innocence, we even allowed the staff to search all of our luggage, and they found nothing because we did not take anything. Despite having no evidence against us, the hotel still charged us $100 for the missing speaker. The speaker itself could not realistically be worth more than $10, making this charge completely unreasonable and unfair. Being falsely accused and forced to pay for something we did not take was frustrating, humiliating, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff, and unfair treatment made this a terrible experience from start to finish.

Friendly housekeeping staff and security

Having to take a shuttle to and from executive rooms was frustrating. Very loud guests either side and constant smell of weed in a non smoking hotel.
