Pondok Massas Ubud

Hotel pequeño, tipo boutique. Está razonablemente limpio y mantenido y las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas. El personal encantador y su pequeño restaurante hace su función si no apetece salir después de la larga jornada de turismo. Tienen lavandería y servicio de traslado y funcionan bien.

Nada en general. Hacen bien su trabajo. Las fotos se corresponden con lo que se ofrece. Quizás está algo alejado de las calles del centro, media hora larga caminando, que sin embargo tiene su encanto porque las calles que te llevan al centro están llenas de la vida de Ubud. Pero por un par de euros se va en taxi.

Todo excelente, ubicacion, tranquilidad, servicio, habitacion comoda.

Assolutamente tutto: ristorante interno buono, lavanderia economica e celere, piscina al top, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni necessità. Servizio massaggi eccezionale.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great value for money and a decent location (20 minute walk to Ubud centre). Rooms were cleaned and re supplied with 2 water bottles daily.

Our room was located next to construction works which woke us up occasionally.

El hotel es muy mono, muy bien ubicado, con un jardin muy bonito y una piscina pequeña. No pudimos bañarnos porque llegabamos al hotel muy tarde y ya era de noche. El agua de la piscina estaba un poco turbia. Las habitaciones eran amplias, con camas comodas y muchas almohadas.el personal muy amable.

Faltaba un poquito de mantenimiento, por ejemplo, nuestra puerta del armario chirriaba mucho y no cerraba, las puertas de la terraza tampoco cerraban bien y el baño tenia varias juntas rotas. El desayuno era muy estado aunque barato. Cenamos una noche en el hotel pero no repetimos porque no nos gusto la comida.

I love the private location and access to activities via a driver. Our driver in the resort Ben was fantastic, really friendly helpful and patient. The showers are massive , food fantastic, beds comfy Very clean

L’emplacement est un très gros ++. Le personnel très accueillant. Les lits sont super confortables, les équipements sont très fonctionnels. Ménage fait tous les jours avec des bouteilles d’eau et du café/thé à disposition. Le restau est très bon !

La villa était très bien. Un service de ménage a été fait chaque jour. Le personnel a été adorable. Bon emplacement, près de Ubud. Petit déjeuner asiatique et américain. Nous avons plus l'habitude des européens mais ça a été très bien.

De centrale, maar toch rustige ligging van de accommodatie. De behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Als je vragen of opmerkingen hebt wordt dit meteen opgepakt.

De airco hangt precies boven het bed en blaast daarmee over het bed en geeft veel stof af. De kwaliteit van het avondeten is wisselend.

The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The rooms are large with large bathrooms. Breakfast was good.

The living room was not air conditioned. The wall has holes (purposely, that's the design) but bugs came in. The TV in my room was not working.

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil, toujours disponible, la chambre est climatisé !! et l’hôtel est situé pas trop loin du centre d’Ubud.

Netheid en zwembad waren erg aangenaam.

Dat er veel lawaai was. Dronken gasten, kinderen die om 7u in de ochtend al in het zwembad beginnen springen en spelen. Het was zeer moeilijk om een goede nachtrust te vinden.

It was a bit run down. The place can use an up lift especially televisions which only had some local channels.

Die Einzel-Hütte war sehr groß und das Freiluft - Bad besonders. Man hatte seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool war so groß, dass man schwimmen konnte. Es gab Poolhandtücher. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Man konnte zwischen vier Varianten wählen. Um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen musste man ein Grab oder Roller nehmen. Die Umgebung war ruhig. Ein Spaziergang hinterm Haus führte zu Reisfeldern. Kleine Schönheitsfehler gab es, die aber nicht ins Gewicht fielen.

Früh standen wir manchmal mit Stichen oder Bissen auf. Wir wissen nicht, ob sie vom Bett kamen.

Staff are so accomodating and nice.

We just spent five days at Pondok Massas and are absolutely delighted with our stay. The welcome, the staff, the room, the garden, the pool – we have absolutely no complaints.

It's a bit far from the centre, but for us, who enjoy walking, that wasn't a problem.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff is very kind and friendly. Room was cleaned every day. Also there is a free breakfast. I recommend this place :)

Totul a fost foarte frumos, personalul foarte amabil și ne-a ajutat cu tot ceea ce am avut nevoie! Este relativ aproape de centru Ubud, iar restaurante foarte bune se găsesc la 5 minute de mers pe jos.

We had the deluxe room, it was very old and tired, the front door curtain, shower curtain, bathroom shower screen, tiles and floor, in need of a deep clean.

The staff were excellent; the pools were good and the layout of the villa was fine.

It needs maintenance; there was black mould in the bathrooms and the living area, plus there was major leaking over the villa’s front door which meant any sores left there would get wet. If those things were fixed, I would highly recommend it.

I liked the location, it was close to the centre of Ubud but very quiet.

Unfortunately the property had a lot of damage. Water damage throughout the property causing leaks, there is a big hole in the upstairs wall boarded up with holes that allows cats and other animals to enter. The locks on doors were dodgy and could easily break. Mold present in the bathrooms and under kitchen sink. No tea towels or amenities to wash dishes. I believe the photos compared to reality are very different.

Quiet away from vehicle and foot traffic. Staff are attentive and friendly. Wi-Fi was great. Great shower with more than adequate hot water. Bed is comfortable with quality linen and pillows. A/C unit ran quiet and efficiently. Safe and secure area.

Restaurant food is not the best although I only tried twice out of my 9 days of staying. On one day, the resident across the street was burning the grass inside their compound which the A/C unit intake was blowing into my suite. Outside was worse as it was affecting my breathing I had to leave the premises to avoid the smoke.

Absolutely amazing, nothing was too much 24/7 room service. 2 minute walk to shopping. Driver was amazing nowhere was too far. The staff interacted with the kids very well.

The hotel's landscaping and gardening is quite good; the pool is quite okay and the rooms are spacious and clean, but the bathrooms not properly attended. Housekeeping seems to be weak. Breakfast if somewhat okay but very limited choices.

Great value boutique hotel in Ubud. My go to hotel when i visit Bali. Super staff, spacious comfy rooms, fab pool. Reasonable priced meals as well. Short walk or Grab to town centre

For my first time staying in Ubud, my friend Leanne thoroughly loves this place, Pondoc Masses, and it surely did not disappoint. I will definitely be coming back again. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautifully well kept.. Far enough away from the hustle of the streets, and not too far by bike or car..

Could do with more variety in the cocktails 🍸 menu.

This is my 2nd stay here and it doesnt disappoint. The hotel is beautifully maintained, rooms, garden and pool. The beds are comfy and its very quiet. The staff cant do enough for you. Very reasonably priced and so is the in house restaurant.

The place a bit away from the main Ubud shops but its walking distance. The hotel is a small friendly relaxed place with all the necessary facilities. Non fancy. The staff are ever ready to help and i have days i started as early as 2am and 4am and there was staff at the reception to make sure i got off ok. I recommand this place for solo travellers on budget as it very safe.

Maybe the towels can be refreshed. The toilet is clean but maybe a big of a make over may help.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice swimming pool, good location if you have a scooter, and friendly staff.

The bathroom had a strong sewer smell, the balcony lock was broken, and there was an ongoing ant problem. The TV didn’t work, and the A/C remote wasn’t functioning either. There were also constant noises coming from a nearby construction site.

This hotel is absolutely amazing — beautifully designed and well-maintained. The staff is extremely cooperative and friendly; they even cooked the food exactly the way we requested. The floating breakfast was exceptional and such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay!

Incroyable 10/10 à tous points de vue, le personnel juste incroyable vraiment super serviables souriants au top, l'hôtel est super mignon et joli, le petit déjeuner bien copieux aussi le dîner très bons choix, propreté et confort impeccables. La chambre super spacieuse, la piscine aussi agréable.

Franchement rien à signaler, ils étaient super arrangeants, ils me préparaient une box pour le petit déjeuner à emporter lorsque j'avais les excursions! L'emplacement est peut être un peu loin du centre mais en vrai c'est facile de rejoindre le centre Ubud.

Food excellent. Laundry servicd too. Villa booked all our days out. Even a cookery class, which was so interesting and fun. Their car and driver service excellent. Friendly, helpful and good knowledge of whole island. Sightseeing with him made our stay so much more. We could relax knowing everything was planned out for us personally and no time factor. Room storage was very good. Very friendly staff and always willing to help.

Room could do with revamping but otherwise comfortable. Bed was comfortable and hard. Just right.

Friendly helpful staff, pool was great, room was really comfy, cleaned every day and water replenished. Food was good, organised scooter hire, also not on the main road so quiet at night which is fab!
