Reviewed Jul 17, 2025The hotel is very comfortable and all the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms have big air conditioning units that were life saving and the perfect amount of space. It is in the city with not many tourists. The food in the area is delicious and there are many convenience stores for water refills. It is also very easy to get transportation in this area, easy access for ubers and taxis. I would definitely recommend this place.

Aparte te cobran extra por el control de aire, y me dieron una habitacion con ventilador y asiendo demasiado ruido y pensando que se fuera a caer y el precio se. Me iso caro a lo que me ofrecieron, por que asta la cama incómoda y vieja. No regreeo.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2024It felt like living and walking in a brothel. People were consuming unacceptable things, and bringing strange people. The place is dirty, the economic room has no access to the ac. The worst hotel in 11 years of my travelling. The staff is arrogant and will use excuses not to use the same language. They charged me more than what I had to pay for. The continental breakfast included bread butter jam, with Tea of a glass of juice. Its a shame to be living in his hotel, and shame on Expedia for onboarding this apartment building(not a hotel).

Reviewed Jun 4, 2023This is definitely not a place for tourists. AC was at an additional cost, there was only bedding on one of the beds, and half of the floor was covered in a puddle of water. The surrounding area is unsafe (confirmed by two taxi drivers) and was noisy during the night. Staff was friendly but staying here was more of a crazy story than an enjoyable experience.

Property claims their official currency in USD and then they charge you in pesos the amount which doesnt fit the booking recalculation (the exchange rate is significantly worse) so they are basically on purpose ripping off the clients. Place looks like a cheap motel. I do not think for 1000 pesos it should be like this. The location of the hotel I would call "a ghetto". Paper walls, very loud, filthy floor in the room, the sheets are horrible, was like covering ourselves with newspaper. The whole patio is absolutely open area and we were told we cannot smoke there electronic cigarette and we were sent to the street. But that other people and their kids were screaming there after midnight was absolutely ok. It was only to spend a night before heading elsewhere but even for this purpose I would never choose this place again.

Le petit déjeuner est léger mais toujours servi avec le sourire. On regrettera que le. Prix soit majoré de 4 pour cent si vous payez avec une carte.

Do not stay here because it is cheap, pay more and stay somewhere else. Booked 2 weeks, only stayed one day because this place was so gross. Lost all my money because they would not refund me. Scam. They know what they are doing. Scamming people.

A la vuelta está la avenida donde pasa la R1 que te deja en Cualquier playa de la zona hotelera, o ahí cerquita está una plaza , el Soriana, lugares para comer, queda super cerca el Mercado 28, el puerto de Juárez dónde salen los ferris para isla mujeres. Super!!! 👍
