エグゼクティブルームの設備としてスリッパ、バスローブの記載があるが到着時に部屋に無かったため、フロントへお願いしたが、持ってきたのはベルト無しのバスローブのみだった。翌日にはベルトが補充されたが「当ホテルにはスリッパは無い」と言われ、最後までスリッパは提供されなかった。

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026It had a very relaxed but professional feel to this hotel. The location is an easy walk to the main old town and once you work out yhe grids easy to get to. Taxis are good value and the deep tissue massage was exceptional The tour to Chichen Itza with Carlos my taxi was good value and i’d recommend him
It was a bit sketchy for my first day knowing the streets but thats my issue not the hotels

De l’eau fraîche est à disposition pour recharger les gourdes ce qui est très appréciable. Situé proche du centre avec emplacement de stationnement.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Das Executive Zimmer ist blitzsauber und hat eine gute Größe. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und man hat jederzeit Zugriff auf kostenloses Trinkwasser und Kaffee. Das ist Gold wert. Außerdem fanden wir den großen Pool mit den kostenlosen Pool Handtüchern und der Pool Bar echt gut. Zum Mercado 23 kann man laufen, genauso wie zu einem echt guten Taco Restaurant in der Straße. Das Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend, auch für mich als Vegetarierin. Für 2 Nächte vor unserem Rückflug eine super Wahl.
Beim Check-in hat sich das Personal nicht gerade darum gerissen, uns zu begrüßen oder überhaupt mal aufzuschauen. Getoppt wurde diese Situation durch den abschätzigen Kommentar der Mitarbeiterin zu ihrem Kollegen (auf Spanisch) "Ich dachte, das seien Amerikaner.", der daraufhin zustimmte. Vor Gästen auf Spanisch zu lästern ist schon echt unterste Schublade. Aber zusätzlich so naiv zu sein und zu denken, dass wir als Touristen nichts verstehen (ich spreche fließend Spanisch), ist das Letzte. Beim Check-out und anderen Mitarbeitern selbiges Spiel: Kein Danke, kein Auf Wiedersehen, nur motivationsloses Nicken. Vielleicht sollte das Personal an der Rezeption die Berufswahl überdenken.

Eu só acho que a falta de um frigobar no quarto faz muita diferença.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Het hotel is groot en heeft veel kamers, maar het oogt rustig en heel ruim. Het zwembad is groot en heeft veel ligbedjes. Wij sliepen hier een nacht met ons gezin, omdat we op doorreis waren. En dat was prima. Het ontbijt is in een prima buffet-vorm. Je kunt warm en koud water gratis op de gang pakken. Tevens staat er koffie klaar in de hal beneden wat je gratis kunt pakken. De douche is lekker warm.
Dit is persoonlijk; wij houden niet zo van het massale. De ligbedjes bij het zwembad zijn doorgezakt/stuk. En jammer dat het hotel geen koelkastje op de kamer heeft geplaatst. Je kunt wel een bak met ijs vullen waar je je eten/drinken mee kunt koelen.

Zwembad is ruim, maar heeft wat onderhoud nodig. Heel veel kleine tegeltjes die eraf raken in het water. Verder schoon en nog goed in de zwemmen/spelen.

Batallamos con el aire acondicionado ya que al ser un poco antiguo se des programaba. Sin embargo el personal acudía de forma inmediata a repararlo.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The breakfast was tasty and healthy. Loved it so much. We were full for most of the day and could go about our activities. We only ate again in the evening. I love the colours of the hotel and that it is huge. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is near supermarket Soraya and many eating places. We took an uber to walmart and ate some mango slices on the way and other street food.
The television stopped working. I was watching shows on YouTube because I don't understand Spanish but suddenly I couldn't watch anymore. Was a big inconvenience. Two gentlemen came to repair and said they would return after 30 minutes but they never came back. It was very cold our last night. We put the AC off but cold air was coming in the vents and was quite uncomfortable.

No me gustó para nada eso que no tenga teléfono cuando uno necesita algo tiene un número de WhatsApp que nunca contestan uno escribe y nunca contestan necesite unas cosas en algún momento y no nada ese servicio me pareció súper malo es lo único mal que tiene el hotel.

O ar-condicionado no quarto pode ser um pouco barulhento a noite. Se você tem sono leve, recomendo desligá-lo ou usar tampões nos ouvidos.

No esta en la zona hotelera, pero en cancun todo queda relativamente cerca en bus, uber, etc. Buen desayuno bufet. Buen WIFI. Reservamos inicialmente por 3 noches para probar (como solemos hacerlo para no amarrarnos inmediatamente con un alojamiento) y decidimos extenderlo por 5 noches mas.
Seria muy bueno que las habitaciones contaran con frigobar para guardar bebidas u otras cosas que uno compra y mantenerlas heladas y en buen estado. El resto todo bien.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Really nice hotel to stay in Cancún. It’s quite close to the centre (walking distance to Parque de las Palapas) and the hotel organises a shuttle bus to the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a great swimming pool with beautiful greenery around it. We loved its Mexican style as well. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.
The bathrooms could be refurbished and they are quite run-down. In our room there was water leaking from the toilet onto the floor. We reported it to the reception. Other than that, we had a very good stay.

Nos quedamos sin luz en la habitación en 2 ocasiones durante la estancia. Sin embargo el personal resuelve a toda hora.

Reviewed May 14, 2026My room faced the street, and it was very quiet and clean. It was a one-bedroom suite, and the facility has two washrooms, which was very helpful since we didn't have to fight for the washroom my daughter and I.
No warm water in one of the washrooms, and in the washroom that has the bath top, I almost fell because of the doorstopper.
