Hotel IL FIORE Kasai

Great service! Great location! Close to public transit!

Clean room good staff and clean area

Very clean place to stay and close to kaisai station.

This hotel was close to the train station. The rooms were pretty clean and the breakfast was great. Staff was very nice. The entryway sometimes smelled like smoke. Great value.

Was great a little far from main tourist areas but the neighborhood is great

I loved this hotel, everything about it!!! I knew next to nothing about where to stay when coming to Japan from the states. I wanted an off property hotel that was accessible to Disney and the reviews for this hotel I saw said it was clean and there was a bus to Disney plus it was affordable so I booked it. Now after staying there, I would book it again and recommend it to anyone. I don’t know what other rooms looked like but our was very small. Basically enough room for the bed with a private bathroom but we are the people who only use the room for sleep and would rather save money. The bathroom had an amazing shower and a bidet. The front desk has mostly staff that spoke at least a little English which we appreciate but didn’t expect. They have outlet adaptors to borrow if needed. Then free cups of water with free Japanese soda cups. Also for 1 hour a day free alcohol provided by the hotel. The bus station was a 2 minute walk with a 7/11 5 minutes away. This is a great location!

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price paid. The hotel is well situated to Kasai station. The area of Tokyo in which the hotel is situated is peaceful and well resourced. My stay included breakfast and a happy hour of complimentary drinks each day- these were very generous for the price. Perhaps for someone from Japan the expectations are high for hotels- as someone from the UK, this hotel far surpassed anything in the UK which I have experienced at a similar price point.

Close to transportation. Free drinks

Hotel İl Fiore Kasai is a nice hotel to stay in Tokyo. At first I expected that the room that we booked is small & tight for us but I was surprised that it’s big enough to accommodate all our belongings. The hotel is clean and the staff are accommodating & friendly. The place is very accessible to transportation either via bus or train. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

ディズニーまでのシャトルが近くにあるのが便利

Close to train station

This is a great stay and a great value! We loved the hour of free drinks and the breakfast buffet was great.

Great location, near restaurants and shops. Corridor occasionally smelt of smokes but the room is fine. Great staff.

I would stay here again

The room was super comfortable. The area felt very safe at night annd I was traveling as a sole female traveler. The hotel is within 1 minute walking distance of the Kasai metro station and the bus stop for Tokyo Disneyland!! Will definitely stay here again on my next Tokyo trip!

It’s was nice but the beds were little hard, but if I had the chance to visit tokyo again I will stay here again thanks 😊

Great

This hotel is super convenient, with the station just a short walk away and plenty of supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. It’s really easy to get around! If you book in advance, you can even get breakfast included, which is a nice bonus. Plus, it’s a breeze to get to Disneyland—just one bus ride away!

Great place to stay and easy to get around with bus and train station a few steps away!

It's got everything you need.

Everything was great !

Loved the breakfast buffet. Very good location and value for money.

Accueil très agréable, personnel à l’écoute.

good place

Great place to stay for Disneyland and Disneysea about a 25min bus ride and you only have to walk about 200m to get to it. Rooms a little tight but the price ok

One of my favorite hotels in the area, location was great, pricing was really good and employees gave exceptional customer service

Great hotel!

Excellent service and free alcohol

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet, I managed to get great sleep and reduce my jet lag. For any “westerners” visiting, be advised that the breakfast is Japanese style (very good but not eggs and pancakes)

Great experience, will stay again in future!

no complaints, good location

Nice location. Friendly staff.

Everything was good!

Nice cozy property. Free drinks included for one hour per day. Good if you just need a place to sleep.

Everything is good,we come for our next visit.thank you

Very clean and staff was very friendly

Hotel was overall good with clean room. Room was as expectable. Really convenient access around the hotel with only challenges of Parking.

Clean and nice, close to subway

Staff was very kind and helpful. Parking is limited.

Wonderful hotel! This location was perfect for my travel plans. It was super close to the train station and bus stops. I took a bus from my hotel to the Tokyo Disney resort and it was a quick 25 minutes bus ride with no issues. The room was clean and just enough space for what I needed. The bathroom did have a musty odor when I first arrived, but I was able to deal with it by running the bathroom air vent. Check in and check out was a breeze and the staff was very kind. Would definitely book here again!!

My favorite place I stayed during my Tokyo Trip! If I would've stayed ANYWHERE for the duration of my trip, it easily would've been here. While the hotel rooms are a little smaller, they're not /as/ small as photos or videos may lead you to believe. I had two suitcases full of things and still felt like I had plenty of room. Bathroom was also exceptionally nice, and the large bathtub was a huge plus. Genuinely, did not expect such a large bathtub, I was really happy. Considering I paid $45 a night for this room, there is no beating this hotel. Sure, it is located a little bit outside many main areas of Tokyo in Edogawa-Kasai, but there's still plenty around both around the hotel as well as in Tokyo. It is not hard to navigate the area around the hotel at all via train or bus, and it is an EXTREMELY SIMPLE bus connection to Tokyo DisneySEA or Tokyo Disneyland. Easily my favorite hotel I stayed in Tokyo, seriously! Did I mention there's a downstairs dining area that has a soda machine for free use? :D

Good for family who wants to go to disney sea/disneyland.

Bed was too hard , very small for family of 5 Air conditioning was not too cold for us Seems broken

Very conveniently close to the train & bus station, neighborhood is super cute and so many great food options and little stores!!

Location met our needs. Staff was helpful even trying to work through our language barrier.

Really closed to train station. Easy to catch bus to Disneyland and Disney Sea.

This property was centrally located which makes it easy to buses and train. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had 4 single beds, but the room was very small overall. The washroom was very small

The hotel was perfect for our trip to Tokyo, it was close to both a train station and bus station. There is abundance of food options nearby all within walking distance. Staff were very nice, check in and check out was easy. They spoke some English and had translation sheets for main hotel information.

The property was within a 5 minute walk of the metro and the free drinks offered during the time period was an added bonus!

Great place!

The place is nice the area eating is busy and small. Not easy for family to eat together if you don’t go early.

Easy access to the bus stop and train station.

I loved this hotel! I’m glad we get to come back again before the end of our trip!

This hotel is located to be close to the station, there are convenience stores and restaurants, I think it's very convenient. The room is very tiny but considering the price, I think it's fair enough.

Close to the train and bus station

I’m really glad I booked this property. It’s so close to the subway station (5 min walk) while simultaneously being close to restaurants. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The room was small, but very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, excellent staff, excellent everything!

Basic hotel, just a place to sleep and have a shower after being out all day. Kasai train station is a walking distance which is a plus although hotel itself is quite far from any touristy areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza etc.

The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and they also had free alcoholic drinks. The staff are very nice and helpful. Some of them speak english as well. There are a lot of restaurants nearby such as MacDonalds, ramen and sushi places, etc. The metro is a very short walk away and very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Front desk was very helpful & friendly. Free drinks was a nice surprise.

Very accommodating. I love the fact how you have the option to have free drinks as well. Super friendly in telling you where to go when you need to get to the airport or Disney as well.

Quiet.

Free breakfast , free drinks, excellent staff.

Very close to Disney land

This was such a nice hotel in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood near good public transit connections. The value was great for the price and the staff were helpful and gracious. I liked the different room-cleaning options (so clever that they're magnets you just stick on the door!) and though the dining area was small, the free soft drinks and coffee were a great touch and the breakfast was tasty. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo. The hotel is also near a bus stop that goes directly to Tokyo Disney Resort, and I would recommend getting there before 7 am to get to the parks in the best amount of time.

It was nice

Staff are friendly, came in late for check in and offered drinks right away. The room is small but very clean and accessible to transportation.

So clean, modern. love the extra personal care they provided in the room, staffs are so courteous and accommodating and most of all free an hour beer and wine. Recommended.

Room size: good Location : 5 min walks to Kasai bus station and Kasai metro. Good eateries in walking distance. Staff: helpful Breakfast: was very bad.very less options. Pre toasted bread was served. No options for vegan.

Orbitz gives wrong information about the amenities: the hotel provides with towels and other amenities. It also offers free drinks at the first floor dining area: alcohol (beer, sake and wine) is free for one hour until 10 pm. The bust station for Disney resort is within 3 minutes baby walk. You will lots of foreigners, which tells about the popularity of this hotel. You won’t regret.

Wonderful staff and great location!

The hotel is good and with great amenities, value for money. However, they do not clean the toilet for our entire stay but they replenish the amenities everyday.

The room smelt a little Smokey but everything else was excellent.

Close to Tokyo Disney Resort, few steps away from Kasai Station and Bus Stops. Room is well-appointed with necessities. Staff is helpful to the best of their abilities.

Great location for the metro, and a safe area. The hotel is clean and well kept, however housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. We were left with no towels on our last day. Also I was charged 2000 Yen for a lost keycard; I've never had that before and if it was made clear I would have made the effort to look for it; as it was I had a plane to catch! Good enough, basic hotel for a week.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only thing was there was a smell inside the washroom and i think it was the shower curtain.

The shower was very relaxing.

Staff friendly and speaks English well. Rooms are clean but very tiny. Breakfast was good and free drinks was very nice complement. Location is close to train station. Pillows uncomfortable

Nice lounge area. Near train and bus stations, convenient, and safe. Front desk staff very helpful, good with children too!

Like

Clean new rooms, cheap, plenty of beds in our room (4) and a happy hour of free drinks. This place is a gem, highly recommend.

A very nice comfortable place to stay for a quick trip!

i like the unlimited drinks and late check out. staff are kind and accommodating. 😊

it was good but we shocked that theqe were not Restaurant and should be provide breakfast

Room was clean and comfortable with spacious bathroom. We had two large twin beds. There were free drinks for an hour offered for new years. Was very disappointed they wouldn't allow non guests to visit in your room. We were meeting some out of town friends and spent the day out and just wanted to unwind and they stopped our friend from coming up to our roim in the afternoon. That put me off a bit.

This hotel is beautiful. Nice and clean. Perfect stay if you’re going to Disneyland Tokyo.

Excellent location with direct NRT airport bus shuttle and bus to SKYTREE. Also it’s right next to a rail station and a busy shopping district with most stores open til late. The only concern we had was t

24hour coffee machine~ And the perfect location to connect public transportation. Quietness, no room to room noise. Simply great and ill use the hotel next time.

Nice one, close to train station, room are small, but very clean

Great hotel in a very good location. Only 20 minutes from Tokyo station. Polite service and comfortable rooms.

We loved our stay. We loved Japan! We can't wait to return but next time we will need a larger room.

Staff were friendly and amenities were great. Very convenient location to public transport and supermarket and shops.

It’s nice, clean and so convenient. The hotel is just near the station, restaurant and market.

Just ok for staying

Nice and clean. comfortable beds, free coffee, nice and helpful staff.

Excellent ,I love this hotel. Clean ,savety, quiet

Good location near bus stop to Disney resort. Rooms were a little bit small for two people but clean and modern. Would definitely stay again but opt for a bigger room next time.

Great place, very central
