Lovely upgraded room! Have stayed here a few times and have never had an issue, owner is lovely & has always greeted me warmly. Clean bathroom, fresh towels & nice tea/coffee making station.

I only stayed one night. I think it would be fair to say it is currently operating more as a guest house than a hotel, on that basis it was very good. I didn't expect anything other than a clean ensuite room for the night which is exactly what I got.

From first arrival you ring the bell someone comes gives you the keys and that’s it. No explanations about the place, the WiFi code, or anything, just goes behind a locked door . Just felt unwelcoming and easily deserted

We decided to come to Louth for our 5th wedding anniversary and booked this hotel. Although the room was not the one shown on our booking with booking.com, the room we were allocated was really lovely. It was accommodation was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. We decided to stay another night in Louth and the proprietor accommodated this so we could keep our room . We definitely would like to return

Quite a pleasant stay at the Beaumont, but after we left I had an abusive phone call and text from one of the staff accusing me of leaving the front door open and sullying a room that I had not been in, which left me quite shaken. Shower in room 14 was poor - difficult to modulate the temperature and the adjustable shower head was faulty.

The most hygienic and clean place I have ever stayed at! Friendly and helpful host. Comfortable bed. Very quiet, could not hear other guests or noise from outside even though within a residential area. Plenty of free onsite parking. Great location for exploring the area and the nearby coastline. Amazing shower!!

Excellent Stay at The Beaumont Hotel We had a wonderful stay at The Beaumont Hotel. From the moment I arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive throughout my stay, and the level of customer service was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and everything was handled to a very high standard. I particularly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made my stay very enjoyable and relaxing.

Very clean and tidy, freshly painted and carpeted, good bathrooms. All excellent. Would definitely stay again. 5 miles from Cadwell Park.

We had a weekend at Cadwell Park and stayed here. Nice welcome from the owner, and a nice big room. Clean, plenty of space and good facilities. Would be mor than happy to stay here again.

The owner was very rude and unwelcoming. Requested early check in. We arrived and didnt expect to be checked in, just dropped bags off. Were told we had woken her up, ahe was tired and made us feel she was inconvenienced. Will never go back. She sent a very rude message informing us we were disrespectful and had to incur £60 to pay staff wages. Our rooms were ready so dont know why.

Excellent hotel in quiet location with ample off road parking. Clean en suite room with comfortable bed. Facilities available for guests included a table tennis and football table. Having arrived early I was still allowed to check in by the friendly landlady.

Whilst convenient for the Riverhead Theatre it is a good 15-20 minute walk into the town centre albeit a pleasant one.

The room was very quiet and very clean with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you could require. The car park was large and easy to access and the host very charming and helpful. The price was also very reasonable for the stay. If you are looking for a hotel in a nice area, clean, quiet and very reasonably priced, this is the one for you!

The Beaumont was a perfect location for my work needs. Situated conveniently near shops. Whilst a budget property, it was clean and had everything I needed. Owner is approachable and friendly, with her guests priority. Great value and will be returning to stay.

We had one of the suites which had traditional furniture and loads of room and high ceilings giving it a very luxurious feel, we also like being given a key and being left alone to come and go. The bathroom was well fitted and very spacious.

The accommodation was exactly as advertised we had no criticism.

What a lovely enjoyable stay at the Beaumont Hotel I had on 17/19th July. I was late arriving and the lady was very understanding making an allowance for me which I really appreciated this is a great hotel very comfortable and the bed was nice and comfortable plenty of pillows a nice place to stay easy access for everywhere and very friendly helpful staff made my visit very comfortable I’ll. definitely return to stay again.

Very abusive staff. Even continued to provide abuse via once checked out. This was due to a payment error with work but instead i received abuse and was called a scammer and inform police. Very unprofessional

We stayed here on Saturday night for one night. There were four of us in total: myself, my husband, and another couple. We paid £60 per couple for our rooms. Before arriving, I phoned the owner to ask whether we could check in an hour early. She answered and said she was at the property and that if we arrived within five minutes, she would let us in. We arrived within a minute and waited outside the entrance, ringing the bell and calling several times. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I called again to say we were at the door. During the call, she laughed and put the phone down. I then noticed she had sent a message saying she could not wait any longer and that we should come back later. As we walked back towards our car, she opened the door and let us in. The check-in experience was unusual. She commented that we were from Yorkshire while laughing, counted through a box of keys, handed us two keys, said "Rooms 15 and 16," walked away, then turned back to add that our rooms were upstairs. We found the interaction strange but chose not to think too much about it and continued with our stay. The following morning, when we opened our room door, the owner was standing outside, which made us feel uncomfortable. We left and began our journey home. On the way home, I started reading previous reviews and was surprised to find numerous reports from other guests describing unexpected additional charges, unusual behaviour, false accusations, and aggressive communication from the owner. Shortly after arriving home, my husband received a message stating that the owner needed to speak to him urgently. She then repeatedly called and accused us of leaving human faeces on the bed. This allegation is completely false and came as an enormous shock. We left the room clean and tidy, as we always do wherever we stay. We then discovered that an additional £60 had been taken from my husband's bank account.

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel is characterful like a proper old-school British hotel. Think Fawlty Towers but without the disastrous staff!

The hotel shut for the night at 8pm which is fine, but I wasn’t aware. So the hotel kindly sorted access for me at a later time, but I think this should have been clearer on booking.com where I booked.

My room was cosy and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Car parking was spacious.

It is a strange place, almost like a old peoples home but with some guest rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a fan which was good in the hot weather and team making facilities

There was no reception, we had to call a number for someone to open the door and whilst we were there for two nights we did not see any staff. The TV in the room was very small but it worked ok. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the town which was ok. There was no option for breakfast which would have been nice.

The Beaumont hotel was beautiful and clean. Not that far walking distance from the town and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's wanting accommodation at louth. Great value for money and although they don't do breakfast wetherspoons and other cafes in louth only a 15 minute walk away 😀

The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The carpets seemed to be new and the room was recently redecorated. The bathroom was a good size and the shower really powerful. The hotel was really good value for money if you are looking for somewhere with no frills to get your head down for the night. Would definitely go back.

Hotel doesn't have a bar or do food but we didnt need this so didnt effect us. Walk into town centre was about 20 mins or 5 in a cab

Check in was quick and easy with super friendly helpful staff, and the hotel was just a 5 minute walk into town . During our stay there was heat wave and fans were provided which was a lovely thoughtful touch .

All great so nothing wrong..

I had an issue on the way there, so got delayed beyond the arrival cut off time. I phoned in advance and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and friendly. The owner had just had an operation, but despite this, she came and let me in. I was only there for the night, but the room was smart, clean, tidy and very comfortable and I believe it's been updated since previous visits. Also very easy to leave early and not far to walk into town, as well as there being takeaways close by and Aldi/Coop/etc. Given the price as well, it's a brilliant choice and can't thank the staff and owner enough!

Town Centre options for restaurants/cafes are good but it's 15 mins walk to the Town Centre. In house continental berakfast option would have been helpful.

I broke my leg at the at Cadwell Park Circuit on Saturday, they were very helpful in allowing me to stay beyond my booking until a member of my family was able to come and pick me up.

Nothing, consideration of reviews by previous guests would have been wise and would have steered us away from this place.

A traffic delay of several hours would have led to an arrival after 20.40, the hosts representative was contacted and forewarned but responded unsympathetically, without any flexibility, refused to leave keys, refused our offer to collect keys from wherever was convenient and her general attitude was contrary to what I could reasonably have expected, apparently "the customer is always wrong", more Mrs Basil Fawlty than Alex Polizzi. Late evening exhausted and hungry, a daughter and I, expecting two single rooms, eventually secured a double room elsewhere with those unnecessary and ubiquitous cushions separating our snores. In short, a place to be avoided. We expect reimbursement of charges...........

Lovely welcome on arrival. Our room was absolutely spotless and very spacious. Really loved the fact we had a bath in the ensuite as well as a shower. The bed was just perfection for me, for someone who suffers from a bad back and rarely sleeps well I had the best night's sleep, 8 hours uninterrupted which for myself is just heaven. Hugely appreciated 2 fans being in the room too as the weekend we spent here was during a heat wave. I just can't praise this lovely place enough, will definitely be returning.

Meals service was not an option. The Woolpack pub, approx half a mile away, put on an excellent dinner in the evening. Had I have seen it, before I ordered my steak, I would have gone for the Fish and Chips. I have Never seen Two such large fish, being served, on a table opposite me. The 'consumers' reported, they were excellent. Maybe Next time!
