Não tem elevador. Fiquei no terceiro andar, pra subir com malas etc, é ruim

Posizione ottima. Staff sempre gentile e disponibile (un grazie speciale a Nadia). Camera confortevole con bellissima vista sul mare. Colazione e cena incluse con molti prodotti, angolo senza glutine molto gradito. Paella sempre presente in diverse varianti e molto buona.

La ubicación excelente. El desayuno excelente.

La ubicación, al lado de una de las calas más bonitas de la isla. La piscina divina, instalaciones de comedor y terraza muy bonita.

Reservé una habitación que se supone sería tipo estudio con un sofá, pero en cambio solo me dieron una habitación con la cama y pequeña cocina de estudio. Tanto la ducha como la pica estaban embozados. Habían hormigas en la habitación. Aún no dejando cosas de comer encima. La limpieza de la habitación no era muy pulcra.

Tiene salida directa a la playa

Hay muchos niños y familias en la piscina. Si no madrugas, te quedas sin tumbona, a pesar de que se indica que está prohibido reservarlas.

The location was great, breakfast was good and staff were friendly

The place was filthy! The rooms were cleaned poorly daily. My nieces baby dropped her toy under the bed and it was incredibly dirty. The showers were dirty. The weather had rained a little but the flooring around the pool was never swept, there were false fingernails and rubbish still in the same place for days. Whilst we understand the weather can't be helped the sunbeds were covered in dust and no one bothered to even rinse them with a hose, which they used to clean just the outside edges of the pool. The people with day beds would change over for new people and the covers where people lay on them were just patted and not removed to be washed. Having travelled extensively around the world and stayed in various accommodations, this hotel is very far from a 4 star hotel as advertised.

Reggeli: bőséges, gyakorlartilag minden nap ugyanaz a választék, de kb. 1 hét alatt lehet végigkóstolni:)). A szoba beosztása nagyon praktikus, elfért benne minden, tisztaság jellemezte az egész komplexumot. A part homokos, tiszta a víz. Kicsit zsúfolt - ez a fürdőzésre alkalmas rövidke partszakasz messze s távol.

Hiányoltam a reggeliből a tengeri/halas fogásokat.

Location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, not quite enough staff in the restaurant in the evening to get drinks.

Not impressed with food in the evening. Found it very repetitive. Hadn’t realised how many restaurants there were close by. Breakfast was excellent- coffee not so good though

El hotel es espacioso y funcional. Tiene acceso directo a Cala en Bosch, una cala pequeña pero muy linda y tranquila. La habitación con vistas al mar es muy linda, con balconcito y tender para la ropa de playa mojada. Esta muy cerca de la marina y los restaurantes y la ubicación también es cómoda para recorrer otras zonas de Menorca. El personal es muy amable, Carmen siempre pendiente y resolviendo! (:

Al no tener ascensor fue complicado subir y bajar el equipaje, sobre todo porque la habitación estaba en el tercer piso.

Location is perfect - beach access is the highlight. Breakfast buffet was extensive but the coffee was like brown water.

Style over substance. It wasn’t very clean. Rubbish left overnight. Dirty pool several mornings. Bags of dirty laundry stored in stairways by cleaning staff. We had ants in our room which was a saga in itself for 3 days. Never seemed to be enough staff.

The room was super clean, the beds were very comfy. The location of the hotel is really good, shops and restaurants are so close, and the beach access was amazing. The pool was huge, never felt crowded, the water was warm enough and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and nice, especially in the bar and the restaurant. The food was delicious and there was a massive selection for breakfast and dinner aswell for a great price.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but there was couple of things they can improve to make the hotel even better. We had big breakfasts and dinner, but between them we just wanted something small to eat, sandwich for example. They have a Snack bar open during the day, and the food was really really good, but it wasn’t a snacky at all, more like normal, heavy lunch. We had the duplex apartment (2 bedroom,2 bathroom), the bathroom downstairs was that much small, we all had to use the upstairs one, which one was decent. There was no soap at the sink, but body lotion, and the soap was in the shower, no shower gel. Not a big issue, but for this price, they could pay attention for these details.

La struttura in sé è buona, lo staff super accogliente, la camera bella (pulizia non impeccabile) e il cibo direi buono anche se un po' ripetitivo.

La posizione non è ottima come descritto in diverse recensioni, la sera davvero c'è da annoiarsi. Ok il porto, ma se vuoi fare due passi e vedere qualche negozietto per la maggior parte sono ristoranti. Di negozi ben pochi e mai una sera c'è stato un mercatino o qualcosa di diverso. In piú la spiaggia su cui affaccia l'hotel ha un mare bello, ma con odore di uovo marcio (non so se è stato un caso per il periodo in cui siamo stati noi). Ad ogni modo a 10/15 minuti a piedi c'è la spiaggia di Son Xoriguer molto bella.

Semplice ma ben organizzata. La piscina sempre pulita ed attiva. La Struttura ha un accesso direttamente in spiaggia. Il ristorante della struttura dove abbiamo cenato offre molta scelta di qualità . Tutto lo staff della Struttura è stato sempre molto gentile ed accogliente. La struttura è molto silenziosa

Bagno un po’ piccolo, le pulizie della stanza un po’ approssimative. non c’è una convenzione con gli ombrelloni in spiaggia anche se la struttura mette a disposizione alcuni ombrelloni. La colazione se pur abbondante un po’ ripetitiva

Relación calidad precio baja Quizá en otra época sin tanta masificación esta relación será mejor. Como ejemplo no nos cambiaban las toallas de piscina/playa si no lo hacíamos justo en los tres días que tenían hábiles de 10 a 12 de la mañana Cuando nosotros estábamos visitando fuera a esa hora los sitios típicos de Menorca. No éramos turistas de piscina… Una habitación doble a casi 400 euros noche, se le puede pedir un nivel de servicio un poco mejor y más flexible.

The property is beautiful, clean, and very well located, with access to a lovely beach. The food at the hotel is good and breakfast is worth it. Cala’n Bosch Marina is only 3 min walk away and offers plenty of good restaurants. The Artrutx Lighthouse, about 15 min walk away, is the perfect place to enjoy a lovely dinner, listen to music and watch the sunset. Ciutadella’s beautiful city center is only 20 min away by bus, and the bus stop is located right in front of the hotel. There are also several small supermarkets nearby where you can find everything you need. It’s a really good place to stay !

Una struttura di questa portata non può non prevedere per chi opta per la formula mezza pensione l’acqua ( anche nel dispenser ) a cena. Da rivedere

Seul son emplacement a de l’intérêt, face, a une crique qui n’est pas la plus belle de l’île mais sympathique

Bas de gamme par rapport au prix, ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles plutôt 3 étoiles. Clientèle mal élevée et trop familiale, aucune classe. Restauration assez moyenne et répétitive.

L'emplacement dans une crique magnifique et la chambre était spacieuse et grande piscine Si on aime les endroits touristiques, Cala n'Bosch est très animé (avec le port et les restaurants juste à côté)

Il n'y a pas beaucoup de services qui sont proposés à l'hôtel, et la nourriture est moyenne

Die Lage am wunderschönen Strand ist traumhaft. Man geht durch eine Türe vom Hotelbereich an den Strand. Das Wasser ist wunderbar, der Sand weiß. Man kann weiterspazieren zu einem anderen Strand die Küste entlang. Das Essen ist gut. Das gute Buffet Abends kostet für Erwachsene 25€, für Kinder 12,50€. Die Restaurantpreise sind rundherum ähnlich. Es gibt einen Supermarkt keine 100 Meter vom Hotel. Allerdings gibt es am Zimmer bewusst keinen einzigen Topf oder Pfanne, keine Kochutensilien, da sie offensichtlich nicht wollen, dass man kocht. Man kann sich im Supermarkt eine Pizza holen oder etwas vom Burger Kind vis a vis.

Topf, Pfanne, Kochutensilien wären fein. Jeden Abend essen gehen mit der Familie geht ins Geld.

Per essere una struttura 4 stelle, ci saremmo aspettati delle finiture migliori della struttura e maggiore pulizia. Inoltre, il nostro monolocale con cucina aveva a disposizione per cucinare una sola piccola pentola.

Desayuno mejorable, hora de cena muy temprana. Descontrol en piscina ( aparentemente no se podían reservar hamacas y todo estaba copado a las 9 de la mañana para el resto del día). Y ausencia de mampara en baño.

Der direkte Strandzugang( der leider andauernd überfüllt war) und das Frühstück waren noch das Beste

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war eine Katastrophe, wir hatten ein Upgrade auf Zimmer mit Meerblick und haben für unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt 6000€ bezahlt, dafür bekamen wir dann ein Zimmer neben dem Hotelrestaurant ( sehr laut ) mit seitlichem Meerblick und Blick auf das Pool. Das Zimmer wurde nicht ordenlich gereinigt und wir mussten uns an manchen Tagen Handtücher vom Reinigungswagen der im Gang stand selbst bedienen, am Ende des Aufenthalts war soviel Sand in Dusche, da diese nie gereingt wurde, das Zimmer war generell sehr abgewohnt, in den Ecken der Dusche befanden sich Schimmelflecken und um den Klimaanlagenschacht ebenfalls. Die Liegen am Poop waren alle um 9:00 Uhr mit Handtüchern reserviert obwohl dies strengstens verboten war. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und hatte dünne Wände sodass man fast alles von Nebenzimmer mitbekommen hat. Für 600€ pro Nacht mit Frühstuck einfach nur ein Reinfall und eine Abzocke.

Posizione pazzesca, probabilmente unica: direttamente sulla spiaggia e vicinissimo alla passeggiata del porto. Camera molto grande col balcone vista piscina. Colazione e cena a buffet meravigliosi.

Tout était parfait ! On a passé un séjour en famille d’une semaine à quatre. Tout était propre. Le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable. La localisation de l'hôtel et la beauté des lieux dingue. Le buffet du petit dej excellent et d’une grande diversité. L'hôtel de plus est à taille humaine ce qui permet de profiter de la piscine et des transats sans être les uns sur les autres malgré le fait d'être en plein mois de juillet. Le jour où nous envisagerons de revenir sur Minorque il est sur que notre choix sera le Camera Beach sans hésitation, merci pour tout

Die Lage ist unvergleichlich wirklich sehr nahe zum kleinen Hafen mit Restaurant und Läden, gleich vis a vis der Strasse einen Supermarkt. Parkplatz ust immer garantiert.

Der Preis ist für die Leistungen sehe hoch, ich weiss nicht ob die Saison entscheidend war oder das wir eher spät gebucht haben aber es war wirklich eher teuer.

A comida, tinha grande variedade mas sem grande qualidade. E o atendimento no restaurante.

Les vrais plus de l’hotel sont l’accès à la plage de cala en Bosc directement (plage publique) avec une eau turquoise. Le petit déjeuné est copieux avec une jolie vue sur la mer (nous n’avons pas essayer le diné).

Les chambres de l’hôtel sont trop bruyantes (manque d’insolation), et les rideaux non occultants sont également un vrai point négatif. La présence d’une petit cuisine aurait pu etre un plus mais nous ne disposons pas de casserole, ni de poele pour cuisiner quelque chose. Ces ustensiles ont été demandé le 1er jour à la déception et nous ne les avons jamais eu. Pour le prix de la nuit, je trouve l’hotel pas réellement à la hauteur.

We had ground floor rooms with a terrace and they are great, the rooms are just the great size, nice facilities and half board ok.

A 4 star hotel should have a coffee maker in every room, but there wasn't one anywhere, which was disappointing. On the penultimate day, the cleaning ladies didn't replace our towels with clean ones, so it was a bit annoying and I didn't enjoy reporting it to the reception a second time.

Mi é capitato di trovare la stanza sporca nel senso pulita male,ma sono stati tempestivi nel Pulirla e il personale di sala a cena non era perfetto come il resto dello staff per esempio ci sedevamo in 3 ci vedevano e non apparecchiavano, oppure portavano solo 2 bicchieri oppure ti vedevano che stavi mangiando e ti sporcavi e dovevi chiedere 100 volte un fazzoletto insomma piccole accortezze che con dei bambini fanno la differenza. Ma in generale voto 10!

Buena y bonita ubicación, con entrada privada a la playa, habitaciones con buenas vistas, limpias y acogedoras, una piscina increíble y el buffet inmejorable con unas vistas a la playa.

Precio por noche elevado pero al ver la comodidad y la amabilidad del alojamiento vale la pena.

Le cadre, la propreté, la climatisation de la chambre entièrement pièce principale et chambre et la proximité de la plage et du port. Le personnel vraiment adorable!

A szállás jó elhelyezkedésű, szép a mellette lévő tengerpart. Kényelmes az ágy, van elég napozóágy a medence mellett, a reggeli bőséges és választékos. Szinte a szálloda mellett vannak éttermek és bárok.

Las camas son muy cómodas. La ubicación es perfecta, es tranquilo y a un paso estás en el Puerto donde hay de todo. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado, el personal es muy amable y tienen horario muy amplio. La limpieza diaria está muy bien, se cambian las sábanas a media semana de estancia. Te dejan toallas para playa y piscina y cambian cada tres días.

La piscina estaba un poco sucia porque al estar la playa al lado la gente se mete con la arena sin pasar por la ducha... Se que es difícil controlar a tanta gente, pero,como he dicho,el sitio es tranquilo y se podría hacer mejor el seguimiento de la gente que no se ducha. Las bebidas en el bar son bastante caras, y en la hora de la comida nos toco un par de camareros un poco lentos, no es que tuviera prisa pero no se puede servir antes a mesas que entraron después, y que nuestra comida esté fría....eso es error del servicio de sala.

Not a massive deal but the floor round the pool was quite ugly and grey and the sunloungers could have been a bit more luxe. Also, we thought we would have sunloungers on the beach for hotel guests to use but that wasn’t the case.

A wonderful location for my mother and I. A very short and reasonably flat walk to the marina and the shops and restaurants there. Also, I love having direct beach access. All of the staff we dealt with were super helpful. Our duplex was great with plenty of personal space and 2 great balconies. Comfy beds.

We were slightly disappointed not to have been allocated a room with lift access as requested, while my mother is active she can find stairs difficult. We were offered the option to possibly move room the next day. However the peaceful location and outlook of our room won out with my Mum in the end. Also, as time progressed it felt like sunbed wars were starting although the lifeguard was super helpful with umbrellas etc.

Zeer mooi uitzicht vanuit de eetzaal. Zeer fijn zwembad met een goede watertemperatuur Het hotel is ideaal om met jonge kinderen te komen. Ze voorzien gemakkelijk kinderbedjes en -stoelen. De kamer wordt elke dag gepoetst en de handdoeken worden steeds vervangen. Fantastische ligging aan de baai en een leuk stadje. Checkout pas om 12u00. Late check-out mogelijk met toeslag van €70. Appartementjes met aparte slaapkamer die dicht kan.

Regels rond stoelen reservatie worden niet nageleefd en opgevolgd waardoor het soms moeilijk is om een stoel aan het zwembad te vinden in een gewenste locatie. Het naburige hotel speelde 's avonds vaak erg luide muziek af terwijl onze baby moest slapen. Het leek alsof hun muziekboxen gericht waren naar dit hotel. Daarnaast zijn de kamers niet geluidsdicht. Zeer beperkte keukenuitzet. Slechts 2 kleine pannetjes en bestek voor net met 2 te eten. Best zelf een handdoek, was product en sponsje meebrengen. De lunchbar van het hotel is ook ondermaats. Het personeel is onnodig gehaast en de bar is redelijk duur. De airco op de kamer werkt, maar koelt niet lager dan 24-25°C, wat nog best warm was om te slapen voor onze baby. Iets kleins: ik miste ook wat informatie in de kamer over het gebruik van de kluis, de eeturen, zwembadregels, eetmigelijkheden in de buurt, ... Alle extra's zijn te betalen: pooltafel, weegschaal voor valiezen, ... Er is weinig randanimatie, slechts 1 dag is er ochtendyoga voorzien, en 3 avonden per week is er 1u een muzikant gekomen. De prijs is redelijk hoog.

It was very expensive for what you get, you are paying for location rather than the quality of the hotel. The air con was either on or off there was no way to actually control the temperature which is not ideal with young children. When we tried to discuss this some of the staff members fobbed us off, some were however very helpful!

A recepción a bejelentkezéskor Carmen nagyon kedves volt velünk, pezsgőt is kaptunk üdvözlésképp, a szobában pedig egy kézzel írt üdvözlőlap várt minket. A szoba megfelelő méretű volt, az ágy kényelmes, a terasz hatalmas. A szobát mindennap takarították. A medence partján júniusban könnyen lehetett napozóágyat találni és akár az egész napot kényelmesen el lehetett ott tölteni. A medence mellett volt a bár és az étterem. Ha napozás közben megszomjaztunk, lehetett kapni frissítőt is. A tengerpartra egy kis kapun keresztül lehet lejutni, ami óriási előny. A személyzet nem tolakodó, észrevétlenül tették a dolgukat és kiszolgáltak minket. Köszönjük nekik!

A szobában a klíma éjszaka hangos volt és nem nagyon tudta lehűteni a szobát a kívánt hőmérsékletre. Érkezéskor egy tál krémes sütemény várt minket, amit nem kértünk és érintetlenül hagytunk, ennek ellenére a takarításkor nem vitték el, a tartózkodásunk alatt végig ott maradt, pedig már penészes volt a 8. napon.

This hotel is superbly located in Cala'n Bosch ... close to everything ... beach, marina, restaurants and bars ... It has a really fresh, clean design, which is so conducive to a relaxed, chilled, refreshing holiday. The bar and restaurant area have fabulous views onto the beach, too!

I'd just change one small thing! The coffee dispenser in the restaurant area produces very bitter coffee! Just a wee tweak there, and you'd leave me 100 per cent satisfied!

A lokáció nagyon jó, a strand a hotel előtt nagyon szép. A személyezt kedves, de nem profi. Reggeli: széles kínálat.

Rettenetesen kifeküdt, kényelmetlen matrac, erősen elhasznált kanapé. Penészesedő, öreg zuhanyfülke. Nagyon gyengén felszerelt konyha. Esténként hangos zene. A reggeli minőségében átlagos. Egészséges élelmiszerek -a gyümölcsökön kívül, nemigen voltak.

No es algo negativo más bien sugerencia de dispensador de lavavajillas en la cocina de la habitación y nombrar más específicamente las comidas del bufete ya que a veces no se sabía exactamente el contenido ( repostería , yogures y platos calientes por ejemplo)

Traumhafter Urlaub zu zweit! Die Lage ist traumhaft – direkt an einer wunderschönen Bucht und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Poolbereich einfach fantastisch. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Da wir nur Frühstück gebucht hatten, haben wir die Abende genutzt, um die vielen guten Restaurants in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das überaus freundliche und herzliche Personal. Carmen hat unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft und ihrer positiven Art noch schöner gemacht – ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an sie! Auch die guten Parkmöglichkeiten sind ein großer Pluspunkt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden.
