Alte italienische Villa die recht weit außerhalb jeglicher Infrastruktur liegt. Ohne Auto geht gar nichts. Die Menschen vor Ort sind sehr nett und freundlich.

Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sehr einfach, es war auch nicht überall ganz sauber. Das ganze Haus ist sehr hellhörig und man bekommt dadurch sehr viel von den anderen Gästen mit. Insgesamt ist dieses Haus viel zu teuer im Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung.

La struttura in sé è meravigliosa, in un posto molto tranquillo a pochi minuti di macchina da Arona. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile. La colazione è molto varia, con tanta scelta e con prodotti del territorio

Het is een prachtig verblijf met super lief personeel en heerlijk ontbijt!

Er zitten hier en waar wat spinnenwebben in de hoeken, maar dat is echt het enige. Verder is het een fantastisch verblijf en mega aan te raden!

Eine alte Villa auf dem Land als Gästehaus, eine tolle Idee und eine gelungene Umsetzung. Ein schönes Zimmer mit Klima, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank, bequeme Betten und viel Platz. Ein ganz wunderbares Frühstück mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft, Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine und jeden Tag etwas unterschiedlichen Dingen, das man oft auch draußen genießt. Ein Parkplatz mit so vielen Plätzen, wie es Zimmer gibt. Ein Außenpool, 11 x 4 Meter und eine Sauna runden die Freizeitmöglichkeiten ab. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, der Chef ist wohl Engländer, also ist die Kommunikation kein Problem. Und über allem der herrliche Blick auf den See und die Ruhe vor Ort

Wir hatten einen Fehlstart, weil durch ein Gewitter Stromausfall war und daher das elektronische Tor zum Hof nicht aufging. Unabhängig davon ist die Hanglage nicht nur nicht barrierefrei, sondern erschwert das Zimmer beziehen und räumen durchaus. Der Frühstücksraum ist vom ersten Stock aus nur über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen, bei Regen nicht so toll. Ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig, was Geschmackssache ist, uns hat es gefallen. Das man im Dorf nicht zu Abend essen kann und es keinen Laden gibt ist aber schade

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil, l’aspect cosy de la maison, le jardin avec la piscine, le cadre et l’emplacement calme de la maison .

La salle de bain de la chambre du rez de chaussée mériterait un rafraîchissement avec l’ajout d’une porte coulissante pour la douche et un pommeau flexible de douche. La climatisation est un peu bruyante.

Wir hatten hier einen der besten Urlaube, die wir je hatten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr exklusiv, wunderschön eingerichtet, ebenso die Außenanlage. Es passt wirklich ins letzte Detail, hier steckt Liebe drin. Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Alles regionale Produkte, dazu frisch gepresster Saft, Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine und sehr gute Croissants. Donatella hatte immer wunderbare Tipps, wenn man mal einen Tag raus wollte. So haben wir auch wunderschöne Tage in Orta und auf den 3 kleinen Inseln gehabt. Sonia hat sich um Reservierungen gekümmert und uns tolle Restaurants empfohle. Es waren 5 wundervolle Tage!

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

The hotel is incredibly cozy, with wonderful gardens and a pool. Since the weather was very warm during our stay, we really enjoyed the pool. We had a lovely room with a view of the lake. The breakfast was wonderful, too. The staff were truly friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Klasse Ambiente mit dem alt neu Stil des Hauses. Sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Mit einer kleinen Terrasse. Der Pool ist auch empfehlenswert mit den bequemen Liegen. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Super tolle Unterkunft für entspannte Tage am Lago Maggiore

La struttura è esattamente quello che cercavo: tranquilla, fuori dal caos e tenuta con cura. Lo staff è molto cordiale e gentile. Vero plus la piscina con accesso solo agli adulti (come anche il B&B) quindi ci si può godere il sole e il momento in totale relax. Anche la colazione è molto curata.

Wir haben das B&B White Lilac für einen Zwischenstopp besucht und waren begeistert. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen, gemütlichen Charakter und strahlt eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre aus. Der traumhaft angelegte Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Der Pool ist absolut ausreichend groß und fügt sich perfekt in das liebevoll gestaltete Anwesen ein. Auch die Terrassen, die Sauna und das stilvolle Glashaus sind hervorragend aufeinander abgestimmt und schaffen einen rundum hohen Wohlfühlfaktor. Man merkt, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail dieses B&B gestaltet wurde. Obwohl wir nur auf der Durchreise waren, hätten wir problemlos länger bleiben können. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und können das White Lilac uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Juste un détail : la salle de bains pourrait être modernisée pour un rangement plus pratique.

Posticino intimo e con poche camere perfetto per il relax di coppia. C’è tutto quello per serve anche solo per una giornata di relax. La proprietaria gentile ci ha accolto con discrezione, piscina comoda, spazi curati nei minimi dettagli. Collegatissimo ad Arona con l’auto ovviamente!

Oasi di quiete e silenzio in una dimora d'epoca sapientemente ed elegantemente ristrutturata a pochi minuti d'auto da Arona. La vista è un quadro. Posto auto, colazione e piscina esterna sono le ciliegine sulla torta.Personale sorridente e cordiale.

Het meubilair. De stoeltjes in de keuken waren doorgezakt en gammel, de stoeltjes op het terras zeer oncomfortabel en geroest. Het bed was wel prima. De indeling van het appartement was verre van optimaal. Een lange stenen trap met een touw als leuning was best wel gevaarlijk. De badkamer was beneden, dus als je ‘s nachts naar het toilet moest was dat erg vervelend.

Die Villa liegt malerisch über dem Lago Maggiore, mit Weitblick auf den See und die Hügel gegenüber. Wir haben die ruhigen Abende in der Villa sehr genossen. Das gebuchte Zimmer (Albalux) ist sehr grosszügig mit einer sehr bequemen Matratze und genug Stauraum für zwei. Wir haben sehr entspannt geschlafen. Wir haben einen ganzen Tag im gepflegte Garten und am Pool verbracht. Der Ort ist perfekt um abzuschalten und sich zu erholen! Herzlichen Dank an Donatella und das Team für die Gastfreundschaft..

alles hat gepasst und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa.

Wir hatten für eine Woche gebucht und haben deshalb mehrere Nachteile kennengelernt. Das Frühstück sehr gut, nur wenn man mehrere Tage dort übernachtet, dann ist es wenig abwechslungsreich. Der Pool ist toll, sehr erfrischend. Es gibt eine Dusche und die Liegen waren bequem und in ausreichender Anzahl zur Auswahl vorhanden. Die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich!

Wir hätten usn besser gefühlt, wenn der Ablauf des Waschbeckens richtig funktioniert hätte, denn es war fast verstopft. Der Duschkopf war sichtbar verkalkt und die Fugen der Dusche waren teilweise stark verschmutzt. Leider war das Zimmer im 1. Stock und somit war die Strasse immer zu hören.

Ak chcete kľud a príjemný hotel, ste správne. Peknývýhľad, dobré raňajky od lokálnych dodávateľov, pomarančový džús naozaj vytlačený čerstvo z pomarančov, domáci koláč... pekná záhrada. Vlastné parkovisko.

hat nichts mit dem B& B an sich zu tun, aber man muss wissen, dass es ca 4 km oberhalb dess Sees liegt, und man immer mit dem PKW zum Essen fahren muss, da das Laufen, ohne Fußgängerweg, lebensgefährlich wäre

White Lilac is an authentic Italian villa. We stayed in the apartment. The property is about 40 mins from Milan Malpensa Airport. It's close to lots of places to visit, eg., Borromean Islands, Arona, Stresa, Mottarone, Lake Orta. The parking is very useful and located at the back of the property, accessed via an electric gate from the main road. The apartment is small, but ok. The kitchen area and bathroom are located on one level, and the bedroom up a set of stone steps. The bedroom is spacious, and the bed is comfy. There is a terrace outside. The grounds of White Lilac are very lovely, with gardens, an indoor conservatory building, swimming pool, and sauna. Breakfast is served in the main part of the villa. There's a nice choice of different foods, and Sonia is a very lovely lady who serves you fresh coffee, orange juice, and anything cooked. We appreciated the complimentary water and wine left in the apartment. There are nice restaurants in Arona and Stresa.

There isn't a proper sitting area in the apartment, only a small kitchen with a table and chairs, and an upstairs bedroom. As with many old properties, there's an ant problem in the kitchen, so you can't leave any food out of the fridge. A few small things like clearing cobwebs around the windows and deep cleaning the shower would improve the comfort. We had some rain during our stay, and the water gathered on the terrace by the door as the grid was blocked. The swimming pool is not heated so unusable outside the summer months, unless you like cold water swimming. On the day we arrived, the neighbour was playing extremely loud music. We complained, and it was turned down/off. The property is on a quite busy road, so you do get road noise late into the evening. There is only one restaurant close by, but it only serves lunch. The next walkable one is downhill into Meina about 30 mins, but it's uphill all the way back. Otherwise, you need to drive.

White Lilac is een prachtig gebouw. De tuin is fantastisch aangelegd. De eigenaar en de medewerkster bij het ontbijt zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Iedere morgen een gezellig praatje bij het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt. Op verzoek worden eieren gekit of gebakken en is er verse jus d’orange. Heel fijn dat de auto voor het huis geparkeerd kon staan.

A wonderful weekend at White Lilac Romantic B&B ! I couldn't recommend it more highly. The hosts are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with real care and attention to detail. And the breakfast is simply delightful :) organic, locally sourced, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back. A hidden gem!

One small note: the duvet was a little thin and not the warmest. But a minor detail that didn't affect our overall experience at all.

Kein Missfallen im wörtlichen Sinn. Uns persönlich würde jedoch ein um eine Stunde vorgezogenes Frühstück passen. 08.30 Uhr ist etwas spät und führt dann auch zu einem gewissen Andrang.

Es un lugar magnífico! Que a primera vista te deja sin palabras, una casa preciosa, un jardín de encantador y unas vistas espectaculares al lago Maggiore!! La dueña sin duda es una perfecta anfitriona , siempre dispuesta para recomendar los mejores lugares de la zona!

A szállás lokációja kiváló, a szobából a kilátás a tóra pedig csodálatos volt. A szállás kertje nagyon hangulatos, Donatella és Sonia nagyon kedvesek voltak. A reggeli kiváló volt. Csak ajánlani tudom a szállást!

Az esőzuhany nem a kedvencem, de ezt leszámítva minden tökéletes volt :)

I was absolutely delighted to have booked this place, even if only for one night. The location is magnificent, with breathtaking views, a romantic atmosphere, and truly adorable staff. The house, formerly owned by a famous Italian TV entertainer, has been transformed into a charming “mini luxury B&B.” This beautiful villa on the shores of Lake Maggiore is full of exquisite details and features a wonderful garden with a pool, private and secure parking, and stunning views over the lake region at the border between Piedmont and Lombardy. Arona is just a few minutes away by car, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafés offering the authentic Italian way of life. Please note that a car is necessary to reach the property and to move around, and there are stairs to access the house—so this may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Donatella and her team communicate exceptionally well and are helpful in every possible way. Breakfast is simply fantastic: fresh bread, fruits, juices, salumeria, and eggs prepared to your liking, all served with a smile, either indoors or on the terrace. The rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with every accessory one could need. All in all, it was a truly magnificent stay, and I would happily return.

The only thing which I didn't like, is that I couldn't stay longer as I had to continue for meetings to Milano, which is by the way, only 75min away.

Property was in a peaceful location with beautiful views. Property was always clean and well presented. The hosts were amazing and very helpful. Would highly recommend for a couples retreat.

Tolle Unterkunft, für den Pool war es leider noch zu kalt und die Sauna zu klein. Empfang hätte freundlicher sein können, dafür das Frühstückspersonal super!

Appartamento dotato di tutto su due piani. Letto comodo e stanza ben insonorizzata. Bellissima la vista su una parte del lago. Parcheggio privato interno. Posizione a 5 min di auto dal centro di Arona.

Location stupenda, camere molto belle, spaziose e con vista eccezionale. Prima colazione con prodotti tipici e fatta sul momento veramente ottima. Staff molto professionale e sempre disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Tutto perfetto, torneremo sicuramente.

Tout était parfait de A à Z. Nous avons passé deux nuits chez White Lilac et nous en gardons un très bon souvenir. Donatella et son équipe ont été très accueillants et de bons conseils. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent avec de bons produits provenant de producteurs locaux. Un grand merci pour tout !
