This is a nice comfortable hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. All good except for the food service. The restaurant closed at 9:00 pm and I arrived at 9:15. Similarly room service ceased at 9pm so couldn’t get anything to eat. Very disappointing.

집안일로 근처에서 가족이 하루 머물렀습니다 공간크기는 여유롭지 않았지만 그 외에 모든 면, 특히 인테리어 분위기와 톤, 직원들의 친절함, 청결도 등에서 모두 만족스러웠고 덕분에 쌓인 피로를 풀고 휴식을 취할 수 있어서 좋았습니다

Very convenient to access public transportation , walkable to big shopping center, local cafes .. Also it has laudary equipment to use anytime, so thoughtful . Staff are nice as well

Very good stay at this hotel. The only negative aspect at the end was that the frontdesk was unable to order us a suitable taxi for us three with our luggage. So, we stayed outside in the rain and were trying to find a taxi. This took some time and was killing the mood. Uncool ending of a nice stay! I expect a more professional approach from the frontdesk to support guest needs.

출장으로 2박했는데 다괜찮았는데 기차소음이 있고 화장실에서 하수냄새가 심합니다. 아침뷔페는 가격대비 가짓수가 단촐합니다

급하게 묵은 곳. 식당은 하나 밖에 없었다. 호텔이라기보다 결혼식을 주로 하는 곳. 객실은 깔끔했으나 담배 쩐내가 심했다. 바닥 카페트와 커튼이 지속적으로 오랫동안 담배 냄새에 노출된듯. 에어컨은 오래돼서 소음이 아주 심하다.

깨끗하고 좋아요. 흠이라면 창문이 없어요.

병원 검사 및 외래 때문에 예약했는데 청결도 친절도도 시설도 너무 마음에 들었어요^^ 병원 때문에 간 거라 자차 이용 안 하고 대중교통 이용 했는데 신도림 역에서 조금 걸어야 하지만 멀지도 않고 걷기 적당한 거리라 괜찮았어요. 방문자가 있어서 주차 문의 하니 호텔 내 지하 주차장에 주차 하면 된다고 하더라고요. 그리고 보통 조식 잘 안 먹는데 이옹해 보니 조식도 괜찮았어요. 다음에 친구들이랑 호캉스 할 때 또 이용하려고요

가격 실내환경 청결

숙소청결과 쾌적함이 너무 좋았습니다. 편안하게 쉬다 왔습니다.

객실이 생각보다 넑어서 이용하기 편했고 소파와 데스크가 있어서 작업 및 휴식하기도 편했어요. 침대도 넓어서 2명이 충분히 이용하기 좋았어요

갑자기 내린 눈때문에 집에 못가서 밤에 급하게 묵게 되었습니다. 청결에 좀 예민한데 다행히 깨끗해서 좋았구요, 방도 넒어서 좋았어요! 침구도 뽀송하구 냄새 나지 않아 좋았습니다~

There was a random leaf in the floor of our room when we first walked in, and the hotel slippers were nowhere to be found so we had to call housekeeping to get us two pairs. Other than that, the hotel experience was good. However, there isn’t a convenience store within a few minutes walking distance which was a hassle as we had to walk out at least more than seven minutes to get to one.

호텔 전체에 향기도 나서 좋아요. 직원 분들도 친절하시고 화려하거나 엄청난 건 아닐지라도 부족한 부분은 없어요. 디테일한 부분들과 깔끔하고 간결한 느낌이 인상적이네요. 방역도 잘 지켜지는 거 같아 좋았어요

디큐브아트센터 가려고 숙박했는데 괜찮아요

체크인 빠르고 상황에 맞는 얼리체크인, 레잇체크아웃 해주셨음, 전체적으로 시설은 깨끗함 다만 예식장과 같이 있어 로비가 정신없거나 편한차림으로 나왔을 때 하객들과 마주쳐서 약간 뻘쭘함이 있을 수 있음

만족합니다. 호텔도 조용하고 아늑하니..지하철과 쇼핑몰이 가까이에 있어 편했습니다. 다음에도 이용할예정입니다.

예식장이랑 같이 있어서 1층 로비 너무 복잡했어요ㅠㅠ 주차장부터 엄청 복잡하고

요청사항을 잘 들어주시고 체크인해주셨던 직원분이 친절하셨습니다! 조금 아쉬운 점은 객실 내 테이블쪽에 거울이 없는 점과 배달음식이 안되는 점 입니다. 이 점들말고는 좋았어서 다음에 기회가 되면 또 투숙하고 싶은 호텔입니다 :)

욕조가 없는 것 빼고는 완벽합니다.

客室は清潔に保たれていました。チェックイン前にトランクを預けるときも日本語のできるスタッフが気持ちよく対応してくれました。駅からも近くて大通り沿いなので、ミュージカルを見て遅い時間にホテルに戻るにも怖くなかった。空港からも地下鉄で30分位で便利。

ビジネス出張でなら、十分。豪華さはないが、部屋も広く、清潔。テレビも大型。鉄道も最寄り駅まで歩いて5ー10分。

The staff was very helpful and nice. I wish the gym had barbells or dumbbells for me to exercise. The cleaning crew was very helpful as well. I will definitely come back to stay here when I visit Korea next year.

편하게 잘 이용했습니다. 일이 있어서 남편과 4박을 했는데, 들어와서 씻고 새벽에 나가긴했지만 침구가 일단 너무 편했어요. 그리고 지하철 옆인데도 조용했습니다. 저녁으로 호텔 부페를 이용하고 싶었으나 매번 늦게 들어와서 그런가 클로즈 되있었어요. 옆에 디큐브시티가 있어서 식사 이용하는데 문제는 없었습니다. 그런데 샤워부스에 물이 빨리빨리 안빠져서 그게 좀 불편했습니다.청소의 문제는 아니고 배수 시설 자체가 잘못된 듯 합니다. 이거 말고는 불편함이 없었습니다. 주차도 편하고..담에 서울에 일 있으면 또 머물 예정입니다. 가성비 너무 좋은 호텔이였습니다!

청소하시는 직원분께서 매우 친절하게 대해 주셔서 편히 잘 쉬다 갑니다 ^-^♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

This hotel was a great find. The pricing was good and it was close to the train station, mall, several restaurants. There are 4 languages (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, English) to accommodate a variety of travelers. It was quiet but Saturdays are big days for weddings so the hotel will be crowded then. Beautiful, clean, pleasant. Lots of amenities in the room such as water bottles, soap, comb, shampoos, lotions. My only critique is that the bed was too firm for my comfort.

スタッフの対応、部屋の清潔さ、お掃除、施設、とても良かったです。

高尺スカイドーム近くでホテルを探していてこちらを利用させていただきました。お部屋も清潔でフロントでの対応もとても丁寧で気持ちよかったです。新道林駅と九老駅のちょうど中間あたりなので、駅からものすごく近いかというとキャリーを持って歩くとそれなりに距離がある印象ですが、高尺からイベント帰りに歩いて帰れる距離だったのはとても便利だったと思います。また近場でイベントがある時に利用させていただきます。

깨끗하고 침대가 아주 편안함

This hotel is located about 30 minutes away from Seoul by train. It is located between 2 train stations, 12 minutes away by walking. The employees are very nice and polite, rooms are clean, free wifi, available small gym, laundry and located a few blocks from a big mall with many restaurants in the area. The location is great, safe and calm.

주말에 결혼식때문에 엘리베이터 사용이 좀 불편했습니다.

호텔 바로 앞에 식당이 있거나 그렇지는 않지만 조금만 좌/우로 걸어가면 구로역이나 신도림역이라 나쁘진 않았어요 침대 편안했고 방 크기도 괜찮았습니다

It's not good for air condition it was hot so i ask turn the air conditioners but they told me not have air conditioner .

The hotel has modern, wonderful furnishings. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-appointed. The shower is fabulous. The fitness center was perfect for my needs. The hotel is close to D-Cube City shopping center and the Sindorim subway station. The staff is courteous and knowledgable. The entire hotel smells heavenly. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Seoul.

Great transportation (6018 limousine bus from Incheon International Airport) and Sindorim subway Station approx 10 min.walk (Green Line and Dark Blue Line) Not far from Sheraton D-Cube Hotel. Clean room with good service from all staff.

I have a good experience for staying in Ramada Seoul Sindorim Hotel. The hotel is new and very clean but a bit far from Sindorim Station (10 minutes to walk). It is suitable stay if the weather is not too cold or too hot.

Ramada Sindorim is pretty quiet on weekdays but gets super busy on the weekends as I believe it is a venue for weddings. The guest rooms are located on the 10th - 12th floor, with a gym and business centre also located on the 10th floor. 2nd to 5th floor are where the function rooms are, so the wait for a lift can be endless. The hotel is in a quiet area, about ten minutes away from subway stations Sindorim, Guro and Dorimcheon. There are a couple of shopping malls within walking distance. The rooms are quite big and very clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bathroom was big and clean, however, there was no water hose near the toilet and the water from the rain shower splashes out of the bathtub and wets the floor. Breakfast spread was good, they had a variety and was appropriately labeled (some with halal indications). The hotel could have scored a 5 if only their staff (both Front Office and F&B) are more friendly and smiles more. Nonetheless, it was a good stay.

-easy access of transportation -many eateries nearby -dont feel comfortable for a night because of sound of having sex at 130am friday. Sound proof of each room should be added for privacy.

We were booked at Ramada Sindorim Hotel in Seoul, Korea on March 11-16, 2018. The room (De Luxe, Two Twin beds) we stayed in was very clean and with reliable wifi connection plus amenities such as bathrobe, ironing board, air cleaner, and a really large LCD! The hotel staff members were very accommodating and friendly. Bottled water is free and you can ask for replacement anytime. They can speak and understand English so there was no problem in terms of communication. The buffet breakfast is good too. The price is reasonable. I would definitely stay here again should I go back to Korea.
