Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Pidimme erityisesti hotellin sijainnista, siisteydestä ja aivan erityisesti ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta. Hinta-laatusuhde oli kyllä erityisen hyvä! Ja ihan nurkan takana on 7 eleven, josta oli kiva käydä hakemassa pientä iltapalaa iltaisin.
E ole mitään mainittavaa tähän. Olimme kokonaisuuteen erittäin tyytyväisiä.

De plus en plus d'Hôtel ne mettent plus de brosses à dent et nécessaire à toilette dans la chambre. Il faut les prendre au lobby. Je trouve cela juste dommage. Cela fait un peu trop business hôtel et pas je suis en vacances pour le plaisir.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026This hotel is in a great location, very close to Osaka Station with excellent transport links. It is also within easy reach of the main shopping malls. Breakfast was superb, with a very good selection of both Japanese and Western-style food. The staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The rooms are quite small, although this is to be expected in Japan. There also seemed to be limited options for families, so as a family of four we had to book two separate rooms.

Laundry service should be much better. There is no provided iron which is poor for a 4 star hotel. There is no gym and no pool either which you would expecr either or for a 4 star.

조식이 다양하진 않습니다. 커피가 쓴맛이 강해서 다 마시기 어려웠습니다. 디저트 종류가 거의 없습니다. 아이스크림도 종류가 세종류고 비스켓이나 케익종류도 없습니다. 룸에 옷장이라고 할만한 공간이 너무 적었습니다. 욕실과 세면도 공간도 적습니다. 테이블이 적어서 2인이서 간단하게 먹을 공간이 부족합니다.

Reviewed Jul 18, 20261、位置无敌，就在LINKS和grand front的对面，拖着箱子去机场大巴就步行8-10分钟，走到JR也是几分钟。 2、免费的挂耳咖啡、护肤品、卸妆油、洗面奶；牙刷要从一楼自己拿上去哟！一楼有行李称，微波炉；二楼有5台投币洗衣机。 3、房间21平方米很大，我带了2大2小的行李箱，都可以放开。卫生间尤其大，在日本很难得碰到这么大的卫生间。 4、网络🛜服务很好，房间还附赠了两瓶水。另外，为了方便游客，特别设计了“不要”贴纸，贴在不要的东西上，服务员打扫卫生时就帮忙收走。

帰り際にドアの前に10時前にベッドメイキングの準備のものがあり、ちょっと急がされてるようで、少し残念でした。 お掃除、大変なのは分かりますが まだ、チェックアウトの時間になってないので、改善できると良いのでは？

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026I am glad this was the first hotel we chose to come to in Japan it really exemplified what professionalism, quality, care, and attentiveness were. Staff was amazing, they took their time and they tried their best to fix a problem, the buffet for breakfast had lots of options and luggage service was smooth.
I liked the location because it was between two major shopping centers very convenient and next to the umeda Sky Tower, close by.

The location was so convenient with multiple shopping areas and the train station only a short walk away. We also appreciated the range of in-room amenities provided (available near reception) which were especially useful halfway through our trip.
Nothing in particular. If we were to stay again, we would probably book a room with a view. While the room had a window that let in some natural light, the view was just a plain wall.

Location is perfect for shopping and food adventures. 1 block away there is a 7-11 & Family Mart. The hotel is absolutely amazing and clean. 1st floor lobby has a coffee shop which is connected to the hotel making it easy for quick bite and coffee. The staff is extremely helpful and hospitable. Myself and my family (4) total, definitely recommend Hotel Vischio.
