The facilities were excellent and the food from all the restaurants was great.

The toilet doesn’t flush very well and keeps the smell a little in the villa. Some staff members were a bit rude at the front desk; like when I was checking out and asking about the deposit plus the room charge that I paid upon checking in. I was trying to clear up my understanding of the remaining amount but the lady at the front desk was quite impatient with me and not very helpful. I had to google some stuff after leaving just to make sure I was not charged twice. All other staff members were great.

They claim to have a private beach, which is correct. The beach is secluded and good for taking nice pictures. What they don't tell you is that the beach is pretty much useless, because it is rocky and shallow. We ended up calling a bolt daily to reach Choeng Mon beach, which is good for swimming. Additionally, it is difficulty to get around because it is on a hillside. You need to call a buggy almost everywhere.

The Spa here is an incredible experience! We came 2x in 4 days! Angie & Fon were our massage therapists and they did an amazing job for our couples massages. Dawnii has also been another great person who has provided 5 star service the entire stay. 5 stars. Book this!

The Ritz-Carlton is one of the benchmarks of luxury hospitality, and for that reason, we believe the same high standards should be consistently maintained wherever in the world the brand is represented. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, most of the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, and our room — especially the private pool — was incredible. On a very positive note, every member of the housekeeping team who looked after our room was absolutely wonderful — incredibly kind, attentive and deserving of five stars. We were also genuinely touched by the beautiful gesture of the hotel offering us two plants to take home. It was unexpected, personal and something we will remember with great affection. The Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui has enormous potential and can absolutely compete with some of the very best luxury resorts on the island. With greater consistency and more rigorous attention to service standards, the overall experience could truly match the level expected from the Ritz-Carlton name.

However, there were several details that, in our opinion, fell below the standard expected from a Ritz-Carlton. The resort is very large, so getting around by buggy is almost essential. On several occasions, we requested a buggy that simply never arrived. Eventually, we gave up and walked to the restaurant. Of course, walking is not a major issue, but when a transportation service is part of the resort experience, it should be reliable. Another point concerned the behaviour of some children around the pool. We witnessed ice cream being thrown into the pool and pizza being dropped into the water. While the hotel is obviously not directly responsible for the behaviour of its younger guests, we believe the team should intervene more firmly in situations like these and address the parents when behaviour starts affecting the experience of other guests and the resort facilities.

We were a group of six coworkers who came to dine together at Pak Tai Restaurant, and we were warmly greeted by Khun Beauty, the Restaurant Manager, and her team. Throughout the dinner, Khun Beauty provided excellent and attentive service. She was very mindful of every detail, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was also fantastic! The Miang Kham, Yam Mamuang with Hoi Shell, and Shrimp Cake are definitely highly recommended. 😋 A special thank you once again to Khun Beauty and the lovely staff member whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. She was the one who explained the menu and took our order — very professional and knowledgeable. 😊 Thank you once again, Beauty! We truly enjoyed our evening and will definitely be coming back. ☺️

I don’t know if there is a better experience to be had!! From start to finish the spa was beyond incredible. The staff were as great as they could be and afterwards, I felt like butter. I’m going again!!

Heading home today after 8 nights at the beautiful Ritz Carlton Koh Samui, which really surpassed our expectations in so many ways. We travelled as a group of 9 with older adults, young adults and teens and everyone had a truly wonderful time. The resort itself is huge, but a network of highly efficient golf buggies bring you around everywhere you need to go. It’s in a peaceful location between Fisherman’s Village and just outside Choengmon, with the bustling Chaweng strip is about a 20 min grab ride away. So all in all, location is brilliant if you are happy to jump in an inexpensive taxi to get to the action or stay at the hotel for some quiet luxury. What we loved: 1. Rooms are really huge, incredibly well appointed and spotless. We had 2 rooms for our family and were given 2 beautiful rooms beside each other. Block 6 is quite handy as you can easily walk to the breakfast room and even the pool/beach from there via the stairs. But equally, no issue to get a buggy if you can’t hack the walk in the heat. 2. The evening food is really excellent. We ate at the beach restaurant (complete with fantastic fire show!) and also the street food night, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It’s a little pricy, but ok for a few nights when you are balancing with cheaper options nearby. Lunch food is also good and reasonable value for money (for a 5 star) but we got a little bored of it after a few days and opted to go out a couple of times. 3. While the pool and beach area are not big for the size of the hotel, we never had any problem getting beds no matter what time or day. The beach area sand is quite corse, which seemed to put people off, but we didn’t mind it and loved the vibes at the beach. Fabulous views. 4. The staff are really what make this place. So incredibly kind and accommodating. Too many people to mention, but a special shout out to the lovely Jam from Sea Breeze and also Jeb from the bar beside Shook. Tee, the front of house manager was also so lovely. They all went out of their way to make you feel special. Khop khun ka!! The small niggles are ones that other people have highlighted before: 1. The lack of air con at breakfast is a bit problematic. At peak times, it’s really hot and sweaty… so good to hear that this will be resolved in the future. Another idea is to have more self serve coffee machines. It’s all served by staff, who really do their best, but when it’s busy, you are sometimes waiting for your coffee.. so a mix of self serve and barista coffee would be great. (There is a take away machine outside the breakfast rooms, but some inside also would be helpful) 2. Not a complaint- but a suggestion is that a more proactive service at the pool area would be good. I’m probably being picky (since everything else was truly 5 star), but I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels before where staff come around and offer drinks, maybe bringing cold towels or complimentary fruit/ice cream etc. this felt a little bit lacking here. You could call staff over, but especially at the beach area, they don’t really come down to check if you wanted anything. There is unlimited self serve complimentary water by the pool/beach (and in the rooms and at lunch btw, which was amazing), which is a really nice touch. But for me improving the service at the pool/beach would be a small fix to really elevate the experience. Overall, we had a really genuinely fabulous stay and I would not hesitate to recommend the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui to anyone. Thank you again to all the staff and to the new hotel GM, who I feel has a great vision to bring the place to the next level!

Just realised I forgot to leave a review from last winter. Oops. This hotel is great. Although spread out over a large area, it made for nice little (~7 mins or so) walks from our room to the restaurants or beach. You can always get a shuttle. Loved the design (it’s modern 4S, not a stuffy old one), the beach staff were impeccable, good and drinks great. Loved the little private beach. And on checkout having eaten and drunk tons all week I genuinely thought they got my bill wrong by a (USD or GBP) decimal point but they hadn’t. So it’s also great value. We’ll definitely go back, and we really prefer Koh Samui to say Phuket vibes.

We had the perfect honeymoon at the Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui. It has beautiful rooms, great food and excellent facilities, but it is the quality of service, above all, that makes it such an exceptional place to stay; the place we had the best holiday we’ve ever had. We stayed in one of the ultimate pool villas with an unrestricted ocean view. If you can afford it, is most definitely worth it, as you can see nothing but ocean from wherever you are: living area, bedroom, bathroom, etc. The room had everything we could need, together with a whole host of small touches from blackout doors for the bedroom to complimentary mosquito sprays (their approach to mosquitos is particularly robust, with resort-wide mistings taking place every few days to keep them away). They knew it was our honeymoon and so both in the room on arrival and throughout our stay there were a series of things in our room and in restaurants we ate at to congratulate us, including cards, chocolates and fruit. The food is excellent. There is a very wide choice of foods for breakfast and nothing you could want that is not on offer. There are also a series of great restaurants including a thai restaurant, Indian restaurant and meat/fish grill restaurant, that all provided excellent food. A particular favourite for us was the One Rai restaurant, where Chef Armaan’s food was some of the best Indian food we have eaten in any country, particularly the murgh malai tikka, dum chicken biryani and naan breads. We ended up eating there 3 times. The Thai street food market they put on is also very much worth going to for a wide range of food and good entertainment. There are lots of activities you can take part in every day. Particularly good are the Muai Thai classes, where Mick and Sean are very good, fun teachers. The main pool is large and does not get too crowded whatever time of day it is, and the gym is nicely designed and similarly not busy. There is an excellent buggy service that is available at a moment’s notice and transports you from location to location if you are feeling it is hot or somewhere is too far to walk. We stayed for 10 nights and during that time there was also several events the resort put on to give guests free cocktails and canapes. It is however the service that makes the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui so exceptional. At every position across the resort the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. Beginning with Tee, one of the managers, who gave us her number, made lots of good local recommendations, was contactable at all times if we needed anything and ensured we were always taken care of. Chef Nan, the resort’s pastry chef, has a lovely, bubby personality and made a huge range of delicious pastries (orange chocolate madeleines being a particular favourite), circulating round tables in the mornings to ensure you were having a good stay. Ping was also great at breakfast and around the resort ensuring you had everything you need. In some ways it is unfair to single out particular people as the standard of service is so high across the board, but special shout-outs also have to go to Yok and Raj at One Rai who were very attentive and provided great conversation, as well as Wannisa, Megan, Mai and Immie. But throughout our stay, everyone was excellent and we could not have asked for more, hence it being the perfect honeymoon. Choose the Ritz Carlton for your Koh Samui stay – you won’t regret it.

Pros: • the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with good size balconies. • there’s a wide variety of food available and, if you choose to use it, room service is prompt. • to be fair, the management are so an excellent job of addressing any issues you might have. • the staff are very friendly and, perhaps with the exception of some at breakfast, attentive. • the tennis court is in decent nick, with rackets, balls, towels and cold drinks readily available gratis (you’ll need the later two!) • our lad says the hymn way in good condition. Cons: • we didn’t accept the first room they offered us as it hadn’t been cleaned properly and the ceiling was clearly letting in water. Our second for the kids room wasn’t available forty five minutes after it should have been. • on a couple of occasions our food order or the subsequent bill were incorrect. • don’t go into the sea without shoes on of some description. There are razor sharp rocks just under the surface until you have swum out a good distance and the warning signs aren’t obvious. Best to stay by the pool unless you're using the kayaks • the level of service at breakfast was hit and miss, especially if you wanted a coffee or an omelette - they take ages ! Conclusion: This is a more than decent place and I would have given a higher rating if the breakfast situation was more organised, but it’s clearly nearer to ‘good’ rather than ‘very good’.

I was charged an excessive holding deposit nearly $1,000 AUD. This has still not been returned to my account some 10 days later.

Excellent hotel truly a five star hotel experience, has a great spa pool if you need your peace and quiet and a family pool for the kids. The rooms are big and comfortable and the service is impeccable

Absolutely fantastic. The property is beautiful, the standard rooms are extremely spacious and the staff is the friendliest we have come across in Thailand. Food in the resort is expensive, and the beach is not really for swimming due to large rocks (but makes for nice scenery). Would definitely come again.

Wow. Saying here so thought I’d try a Thai massage. 90 mins with Nok followed by drink, snacks and a lovely chat provided by Saan. I love a massage but haven’t had one for ages. My neck, back and hips are so tight and uncomfortable so I thought I’d try a Thai one to see if it made more difference. I have never been so stretched and felt such force before but honestly i feel like a million dollars afterwards. I feel taller and just at peace. Now for my glass of champagne and crackers as provided in a beautiful chill out space.

Stayed as a family of 4 with 2 older teenagers. We rented a villa with a pool for us and a standard room for the boys. Both rooms were exceptional but the villa with pool made our stay and I would recommend booking one if you can. The main pool is relatively small for the size of the resort (it’s enormous), there is only one swimming pool and not that many sunbeds although the staff were fab at finding us space. Disappointingly there is no adults only pool which I would say is an oversight. On site restaurants were all fantastic, you pay top prices but breakfast was a miserable experience and felt like eating in a school canteen, noisy, crowded, hot and lacking atmosphere. A case of eating and getting out as fast as possible. Staff as in all of Thailand could not have been better.

Back from our two week holiday and we are pining after the hotel in a big way. We’ve stayed at many amazing hotels around the world, but this one tops it for us. The peaceful location was what we loved the most - being away from busy built up areas made for the most relaxing holiday. From start to finish, we received some of the best personalised service we’ve ever had. A piece of our hearts will always remain with the wonderful Thai staff who made our holiday so special. We celebrated a wedding anniversary and birthday whilst we were there and we’ve never been made to feel so special, with bouquets of flowers, hand written cards, birthday cakes, towel art, petal baths and greetings from happy faces. The pool staff, spa therapists, ‘sundown’ team, breakfast staff and management were all so lovely. Big shout out to Tee, Ruben, Sasha, Ping, Stamp, Sear and Raj around the pool, staff at the View and our house keeping team. We all felt like royalty! Thank you all so much. Top tips - it’s easy to use the Grab app for cabs out of the hotel, they arrive in seconds. Buggies around the resort saved us a lot of sweaty moments. Complimentary sundown drinks and canapés each evening 5:30-6:30pm was a lovely way to chat with the staff and watch the sun go down. The View restaurant has was our favourite - incredible view, food and service. There are aircon rooms by the pool for a bite to eat. Lunch by the pool was good value, burger fries and soft drink for 499 baht. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. We choose to sit in the aircon room because it was hot, but apparently they’re getting aircon in the breakfast room in a couple of months. When you arrive you’d receive a list of complimentary activities - kayaks/SUPs, stretching, Pilates and boxing etc. we also made the Thai garland which was so lovely and relaxing. Thank you also to June for making us a special garland! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was huge! 2 huge bedrooms, 2 huge bathrooms, a living and dining area as well as a balcony the length of the room. The most incredible room we’ve ever stayed in. My family and I will always remember our time at the hotel fondly. A faultless stay from start to finish.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui was wonderful. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautiful pools, and spacious, spotless rooms. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and every staff member was warm, attentive, and professional. The only area for improvement was breakfast. While the selection was good, coffee and egg dishes are prepared to order, which often meant a long wait. A splendid hotel with beauty everywhere! The rooms were spotless, the bed linen was crisp and fresh, and the staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The service was excellent. The hotel has two beautiful infinity pools, one of which leads directly to a private beach. Most guests seemed to prefer spending their time by the pools, so my husband and I often had the beach almost entirely to ourselves. It was wonderfully peaceful. The hotel also provides complimentary kayaks, and we really enjoyed paddling around the bay just off the hotel beach. Breakfast was exceptional, with an extensive selection of fresh and delicious dishes to suit every taste. The breakfast area is beautifully designed, although it is not air-conditioned, which is quite common in Thailand. It can feel a little warm during the hottest part of the morning. The hotel features seven restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including one with a Michelin star. While the food is excellent, we found the prices rather high. Instead, we often took the hotel's complimentary shuttle to Chaweng, where there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious food at much more reasonable prices. The atmosphere throughout the resort is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.

Just sitting in reception, contemplating our stay. It’s been a long time a family of 4 all agreed on what a fantastic sty we all had. The staff from the moment we arrived to depart was outstanding. They were so friendly regardless of what they were doing, around the pool, gardening, room service, the consistency was second to none. Every part of the stay was great value for money, we stayed in Dubai on the way here and what a contrast value for money !!! We will be rebooking for next year but stay for 14 nights instead of 9. The rooms were better than expected, spacious well equipped with a full toiletry supply. Keep up the good work

Very poor quality food that was overpriced, especially around the pool area .Not what I would expect for this level of hotel of this standard . The breakfast area was unbearable, no aircon , only fans that constantly blew hot air around the room . Moving around the hotel on the golf carts was often very slow . The beach was a huge disappointment, with the hotel only allowing 4 sun beds for the entire hotel , & a large pipe running through the centre of the very limited space.Attention to detail was absent .

I had a massage at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui and it was a great experience. Therapists Link and nw were very professional and attentive, and the massage was extremely relaxing. After the session, Saan kindly served champagne, which made the experience feel even more special. Overall, excellent service and highly recommended.

I don’t often write reviews, 6 probably in 20 years, and certainly NOT before leaving but this place has caused me to do so. My Marriott app tells me I’ve stayed 961 nights at Marriott. Many of them absolutely excellent but this one is totally 5 star. I would say more like 7. Great attention to detail, staff who seem to really care, pristine facilities, the team like each other and cooperate to work well to provide top notch service. I do have Ambassador status but I don’t think it came into it - it seems, correctly, that EVERY guest is valued and great care is taken of their security and comfort. It had a very modest beach and not very near to another good option

The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and every staff member was warm, friendly, and professional. The food quality exceeded our expectations, and our dining experiences were truly outstanding. We also enjoyed the spa experience very much, which was relaxing and memorable. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail from the team were excellent.

The villa did not fully meet our expectations. The photos on Booking.com suggested a full sea view, but in reality the sea was much farther away and partially blocked by trees. The bedroom air conditioning remained too warm despite two visits from the engineering team. In addition, the TV placement in the bedroom was not practical for watching from the bed, and the sofas and seating area in the living room were not comfortable.

My twin and I went for a focus massage. Pui and Rainy were incredible with us. Asked us how much pressure we would like, the oils we could pick from and gave incredible massages. I have quite a few knots in my back, and rainy was great at getting all of them. Highly recommend both Pui and Rainy, if you are coming here for a massage :)

Another fantastic stay at the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui. We previously visited in November last year and had such a beautiful time that we had to come back again. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like family. It was great seeing so many friendly faces that we remembered from our last visit. I’d like to especially call out Reuben and Muhammed who met us at the check-in and very quickly and smoothly checked us into our room. The fantastic Lucky escorted us to our Villa and kindly introduced the resort to our friends who hadn’t visited before. Her friendly nature is hugely infectious and is an asset to the hotel. The facilities at the resort, are second to none. It is a truly beautiful resort with a fantastic pool area , attentive staff, great breakfast offering and beautiful restaurants on site. The Location is fantastic to be able to also visit the fisherman’s village and the night market. The villas are beautifully decorated and have great quality furnishings and linens and having a private pool makes it feel the ultimate luxury experience. The cleaning team are fantastic and the room was always made beautifully after a day out at the beach. A great quality touches the evening turn down service where anything you need is provided such as fresh towels, New robes or a replenished mini bar. Jinn at the property is fantastic, we met her at our previous visit when they were decorating the resort for Christmas, it was fantastic to see her again, she made us feel hugely welcomed, always with a friendly smile, providing us suggestions and tips on places to visit. She is genuinely one of the nicest and most professional people we have met whilst travelling around the world. I also wanted to call out Jum Jim who was fantastic, providing us information and looking after us during our stay as well as Ping who always ensured that we were looked after around the pool area. I would definitely visit the property again, and I’m already planning my next trip 5 stars!

Truly an amazing resort with the highlight being the incredibly friendly and accomodating staff. The amenities are incredible and the level of care taken in refining every aspect is outstanding. Special mention goes to their spa experiences; Plei, Mui and Rose made the experience unforgettable and we were so relaxed for our flight out.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at the resort's spa. I booked a 90-minute massage, which was expertly performed by Link. She was amazing—highly professional, incredibly thorough, and deeply attentive to my body's needs and tension points throughout the entire session. After the treatment, I felt completely relaxed, grounded, and fully rejuvenated, exactly what I was hoping for. If you are staying here, treating yourself to a session with Link is an absolute must!

מלון מאכזב מאוד. הכול רחוק ומצריך הסעה, כך שכל יציאה מהחדר תלויה בצוות שלרוב לא מגיע בזמן. השירות גרוע – ביקשנו מספר פעמים ניקיון ומגבות ולא קיבלנו מענה ראוי, למרות ההבטחה לשירות 24/7. בנוסף, המלון מרוחק מאוד מהמרכז, וכל יציאה ממנו מסורבלת ודורשת שאטל ואז מונית. חוויה מתסכלת שלא הייתי חוזרת עליה.

Le service était pas vraiment digne d’un ritz, on a dû attendre 1h30 pour avoir nos valise livrée dans la chambre. Pour le Nettoyage des chambres pas le top non plus vraiment le minimum qui a été fait.

It was our first visit to the Ritz Charlton in Koh Samui and to say that we were impressed is an understatement. The staff and service was unreal and they could not have been more accommodating, in particular the head of food and beverage Ping who made our trip very special. The rooms were spacious and clean with a large terrace and pool, which was secluded from the other villas. The restaurants provided some of the best Thai and Indian food we've ever tasted and the Michelin steak house is also an absolute must, if you enjoy a good fillet and some great red wine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves to be around great welcoming staff and first class service. Mr Luke & Mrs Ali

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, der Spa Bereich ist ein Traum. Das Personal hat uns unsere Zeit durch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten magisch gemacht.

Der Strand ist nicht wirklich schwimmbar durch die ganzen Steine. Das Frühstücksbuffet gleicht einer Massenfütterung. Und zur Enttäuschung meiner Tochter gab es keinen Merch.

The Ritz Carlton is a beautiful and very large resort. We had a two bedroom terrace suite and were very impressed. It was very large and impeccably set out and equipped - it appeared pretty much brand new. Housekeeping were excellent. In fact, all of the staff we came across were very helpful and friendly. The spa was nice (though its standard 5 star pricing and you can get a great massage anywhere in town for a fraction of that). Both pools were superb. The only thing that needs a bit more thought (in my humble opinion) is the F&B offering. Breakfast was great, as was dinner at Rai and room service. But there is only one restaurant open for lunch (and the food quality and service wasn’t great). And very little that is Thai. They have a Thai street market themed buffet once or twice a week but it is way overpriced (£100 per head before drinks etc) and as a result lacked much atmosphere. And they also have a good steakhouse - but I dont travel to somewhere like Samui to get a £100 piece of steak to be honest. And only one of the bars was operational when we tried (the one without the sea view). So we ended up eating out a lot (and there are a number of great places with better atmosphere to eat within striking distance - both independent and at other 5 star hotels). It wasn’t terrible by any means, but given the standard of the rest of the offering it just felt like it had been overlooked a little.

Incredible stay for our baby moon! We stayed in the ultimate ocean front villa which exceeded expectations. The villa itself had everything we needed and the views from our pool were breathtaking taking. We met a lovely staff member, Golf, who tended to our room. There was also no issue with making several requests throughout the day whether it was room service, ice bucket requests, or buggy requests (resort is huge). Breakfast was great with many options. Our favourite dinner restaurant was Pak Thai. I would give Sea Breeze a miss (very underwhelming). Pretty expensive to keep eating at the hotel so many people take a Grab or shuttle to Fishermans village for dinner which was a highlight for us. Easy to access both locations only 10-15 minutes away. I cannot recommend the spa enough.. yes we had plenty of massages in town but the hotel spa was another level. Pen was my masseuse and was incredible! Overall the resort is a slice of paradise, and everyone who works there is amazing. We had a truly relaxing experience.

As soon as you enter, there is a large garden that you can see why it is a village from the name, so you can relax from the atmosphere. ✨🙌 I loved the kind care from arrival to end! RINA and JEAB's massage skills were really good, and SAAN's kindness to the last tee made me feel good until the end 😸

The spa was transformative. The massage therapists (Saow and Som) made both of our spa experiences (we had services on 2 different days) very special and set the bar high for any massages we get from now on. Please make sure you request them specifically—you will not be disappointed. I wish they worked at a spa near our home in the US! Saan also took great care of us with delicious refreshments in our relaxed state after our massages. Everything at the Ritz Carlton and Spa Village Koh Samui was best of the best. Room was beautiful and very well attended to. Resort has its own beautiful, private beach. All dining experiences were some of the best we have had. Everyone taking care of us was so friendly and beautiful.

I had a haircut at the Barber named Saan. It was a great experience. The new style was done by Saan with a lot of care. A super hair style for the evening dinner.

Wir sind froh das Ritz Carlton gebucht zu haben. Leider ziehen wir morgen schon wieder weiter nach fünf Nächten. Es gibt an diesem Hotel (fast) nichts auszusetzen. Die Zimmer sind super geräumig und lassen sich durch zwei Schiebetüren in einzelne Bereiche trennen (Wohnbereich, Schlafbereich und Badezimmer). Wenn man die Logik der Schalter erkundet hat, kann man auch überall das Licht an- und ausschalten. Es gibt zwei Bereiche, die unabhängig von einander klimatisiert werden können. Wohnbereich und Schalfbereich. Der Terrassenbereich ist ordentlich groß. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist Reisig und es sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Ich werde mein morgendliches Rührei mit Zwiebeln vermissen. Die Servicekräfte sind zuvorkommend. Baggies sind jederzeit verfügbar und bringen einen im Ressort von A nach B. Ein Anruf in der Rezeption genügt und spätestens nach fünf Minuten war ein Baggie da! Alles in Allem würden wir das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir Koh Samui besuchen.

Einzig und allein die Gäste am Pool, die meinen für drei Leute könnte man vier Liegen reservieren, haben uns genervt. Wenn wir um neun vom Frühstück kamen, waren bereits liegen mit Getränkeflaschen oder anderen Habseligkeiten reserviert. Hier würde ich als Management einen Riegel vorschieben, wie wir es im Mövenpick in Vietnam erlebt haben. Eine Stunde Liege nicht besetzt, dann wird die durch das Personal die Liege freigemacht.

Breakfast was good except for the indian food item taste. Overall good spread of food. Had the best rose lymphatic facial. My masseuse SAOW was excellent. First time I got a facial like this and loved it. Recommanded my family and friends.

Didnt like the thai street food taste for the price not worth it. Some of the items were precooked and kept which didnt ghave the fresh taste. Very dry items. The service was slow not upto the mark. As for our room everything was good except the bathroom in the basin area was hot. No AC air was there. The breakfast area was overall hot. Fans are too slow to get any air. The decorations of the resturants could be better. I liked the Ritz in Langkawi better in some areas.
