Our stay at Six Senses Samui was absolutely amazing. From the beautiful beach and incredible room to the food and overall service, everything was exceptional. The resort is stunning, peaceful, and feels like a true escape. A special thank you to our GEM, Nafmon, who made the entire stay even better. She took care of absolutely everything for us and was always there whenever we needed anything. She went far beyond what we expected, including helping us get a lost item safely sent back home with another guest at a different hotel 🤯. Her attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help made such a big difference to our experience. The combination of the beautiful setting, amazing food, wonderful room, and especially the outstanding service made this one of our favorite stays. We would definitely come back to Six Senses Samui, and we hope to see Nafmon again!

Nous avions deux nuits dans une Villa Piscine vue sur mer , nous sommes arrivés vers 11h , la chambre était normalement prévue à 15h , l'acceuil a été chaleureux , nous avons été acceuillis par Noom et nous avons fait le tour de l'hotel avec lui et il nous a amené à notre chambre qui était déja prête ! C'était vraiment un plaisir de pouvoir profiter directement de notre chambre. La chambre est magnifique , la vue a couper le souffle , une odeur envoutante et un espace largement suffisant. En contre bas , le balcon avec la magnifique piscine privée et un espace salon. Notre chambre était a un endroit très calme , jonché par le bruit des cigales et des oiseaux. Le personnel de chambre aussi sympathique et en toute discrétion , nous a laissés quelques surprises le soir , s'occuper de ranger les affaires du salon extérieur , mettre la moustiquaire autour du lit et remettre un coup de frais à notre chambre. Côté hotel , la piscine infinity est incroyable , encore une fois a couper le souffle à partir de 17h30 , le coucher de soleil est vraiment à voir. La piscine de la plage aussi , vraiment très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon , les fruits , les oeufs , les jus. Le service du personnel est au petit soin. Le repas à la piscine de la plage est correct afin de profiter les pieds dans le sable. Celui du soir aussi. Nous avons particulièrement aimé , la cocktail party , nous avons pu dégusté des canapés et apéritifs. Le personnel était la afin d'échanger , merci pour leur simplicités et pour cet excellent moment.

It is genuinely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, with stunning villas, exceptional facilities, amazing food, and a level of service that exceeded every expectation. A huge part of what made our stay so special was our host, Bee. She went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, making sure every detail was taken care of and that we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her warmth, kindness, and genuine care made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Bee's attention to detail and dedication to creating an unforgettable experience truly set her apart. She is an absolute credit to Six Senses Samui, and we're so grateful for everything she did to make our holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back.

Six Senses Samui is located in a secluded part of Bophut (approx. 15/20 min from the Fishermans village in a taxi) on the northern tip of Samui, built on a steep, oceanfront hillside. Every villa has a rustic and eco luxury feel with a thatched roof and are hidden away in the gardens - golf buggies are readily available to transport you around the resort. Our dedicated GEM (Lucy) was a delight and nothing was too much trouble - she was amazing. The resort grounds and facilities are immaculate and the staff are so accomodating and friendly and efficient and humble - they made our holiday so special. We loved the breakfast every morning, relaxing at the beach and by the pool - there are two of them - the spa is a MUST and the lunch at the top bar was a special treat. There is an activity desk to book tours/ boat trips Our villa was always cleaned to perfection - it was always perfectly presented My husband and myself and our 20 yr old daughter enjoyed seven nights at Six Senses Samui and loved every minute.

Stunning location, which, although having come in its years a bit is very well maintained. We had a beautiful spacious and well designed Ocean View Pool Villa. Room make-up twice a day is ist at your favorite time slots and always everything thought of. Food quality, even at the regular restaurant is unbelievably high with a very wide range of choices at all times. Try their spa massages. Never had anything like it before. The main 36 meter infinity pool invites avid swimmers. Be ready to climb stairs throughout the ressort, due to its hillside location. It helps a bit to counter probable weight gains ( see above under „food“). Now coming to the personnel: Hospitality and friendliness wherever you step. Take your time to talk to these wonderful people. They highly enjoy and appreciate it. And also you will take a lot out of it for yourself. Service simply at its utmost! Wish we could import only 50% of this attitude to Europe! And to top it all off: Every hotel guest party get their own personal host. The „Guest Experience Maker“. Noom was our „shadow on demand“. Every question, wish fulfillment, advice ist only a text message, phone call or personal meeting away. His professional attitude made our stay „ultimate“. Must come back…

We had an amazing honeymoon at Six Senses Samui. All the stuff was so kind, and was ensuring we were having the best experience ever. The ocean view villa was stunning, it was great to wake up with a beautiful sunrise every morning. A special acknowledgement to Noom, our Guest Experience Maker (GEM). He made sure we had everything we needed at all times, recommending all the things we could do in the resort and out in Koh Samui. Cherry on top, our Dining by the Edge dinner was curated by him and Tee in all details, and this turned in a core memory for us. I highly recommend this resort in all aspects.

Absolutely perfect! My wife and I stayed at Six Senses for our honeymoon from the end of June to the beginning of July, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible warmth by the entire team. Everyone was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The resort is simply breathtaking. Waking up every morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the window of our villa is a feeling that words can hardly describe. The food deserves a perfect 10/10. Throughout our stay, we never had a single issue. Every meal was prepared fresh to order using high-quality ingredients. A special mention goes to the eggs at breakfast—they deserve a rating of their own! Absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Our 9-night stay was flawless, and a huge part of that was thanks to our GEM, Noom. From the very beginning until the day we left, he went above and beyond to make our honeymoon truly unforgettable. After completing my stay at Kamalaya in the south of Koh Samui, I was looking for a change of pace at a more traditional luxury resort. What I found at Six Senses Koh Samui was something even better—a perfect balance between a wellness retreat and a world-class luxury hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely blown away by the warmth of the staff, their attention to detail, and the genuine care they showed throughout my stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction felt personal rather than scripted. One of the things that impressed me most was the atmosphere. Unlike some of the other luxury resorts nearby, Six Senses has a genuine sense of calm. Even when the resort is operating at high occupancy, it never feels crowded or hectic. Rather than the hustle and bustle you can experience at larger properties such as the Ritz-Carlton, the entire resort feels peaceful, spacious, and unhurried. The villas are thoughtfully positioned, giving guests a real sense of privacy, making it an ideal destination for those who value tranquillity and personal space. The facilities are outstanding, the villas are beautifully appointed, and the views across to Koh Phangan are spectacular. I also have to mention the bed—it is genuinely one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in for a long time, complemented by an excellent pillow customisation menu that ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The resort is conveniently located, with easy access to the airport and the island’s bustling towns, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration. The food has been exceptional. Every dish I ordered was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, maintaining a consistently high standard throughout my stay. A very special thank you goes to my villa manager, Noom. His enthusiasm, warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences are second to none. He is a real credit to Six Senses and played a significant role in making this stay so memorable. I arrived expecting a luxury resort and left feeling genuinely cared for. It was a very pleasant stay, the staff was wonderful and super nice, the food was great and high quality and the hotel was beautiful, there were really great activities and it was just a very peaceful stay, I would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Six Senses Samui with our 15 month old. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming to us, particularly our son. A special mention to the fantastic staff at the beach restaurant who were so kind and hospitable. The hotel and its facilities are beautiful, the food is fantastic (dinner on the rock and the beach BBQ are spectacular) and massages at the spa some of the best we’ve ever had.

We had a brilliant time at Six Senses, Koh Samui. The whole team were excellent, Noum especially made our stay very special. We will definitely be back!

What a special place. This truly feels like a little hidden paradise on Samui. We came here on a family trip and had the most wonderful stay. The atmosphere is magical, relaxed, and incredibly welcoming. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. Every single member of the team was so warm and genuine, from the gardeners and housekeeping staff to everyone we met throughout the resort. A special thank you to Noom, our Guest Experience Manager, who was simply amazing. No request was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond time and time again to make sure everything was perfect for us. It's rare to come across someone who cares so much and makes you feel so genuinely looked after. The hospitality here felt effortless and sincere, and it made our stay unforgettable. Six-Senses-Hotels sind bekannt für ihren exzellenten Service – und auch dieses Resort bildet hier keine Ausnahme. Vom herzlichen Empfang bis zum Check-out wird alles dafür getan, dass man sich als Gast rundum wohlfühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam, professionell und stets bemüht, jeden Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Da uns bei Villen mit privatem Pool die Privatsphäre besonders wichtig ist, fiel uns beim Einchecken auf, dass aufgrund eines wetterbedingten Schadens eine Latte der Umzäunung unserer Villa fehlte. Dadurch war die Terrasse teilweise von vorbeigehenden Personen einsehbar. Nach einer kurzen Meldung über die praktische Six-Senses-App wurde das Problem innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben – unkompliziert, diskret und ohne jegliche Lärmbelästigung. Genau so stellt man sich professionellen Service vor. Besonders begeistert haben uns auch die zahlreichen kostenfreien Kurse wie Yoga, Stretching und Fitness. Alle Angebote waren hervorragend organisiert und haben viel Spaß gemacht. Hervorheben möchten wir dabei insbesondere den Trainer Bask, der die meisten Kurse leitet. Seine positive Ausstrahlung, seine Motivation und seine freundliche Art haben jede Einheit zu einem echten Highlight gemacht. Am besten gefallen hat uns die wunderschöne Poollandschaft direkt am Strand. Die Kombination aus Meerblick, entspannter Atmosphäre und hervorragendem Service macht diesen Bereich zu einem perfekten Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach in Six-Senses-Resorts zu Gast, unter anderem in Thailand, Vietnam und Kambodscha. Auch dieses Resort bietet den hohen Qualitätsstandard, den man von Six Senses erwartet. Im direkten Vergleich zu den anderen Anlagen, die wir besucht haben, empfanden wir jedoch die Privatsphäre in den Villen als etwas geringer. Zudem waren insgesamt deutlich mehr Gäste auf der Anlage unterwegs. Vermutlich hängt dies auch damit zusammen, dass es sich um eine der größten Six-Senses-Anlagen handelt und nicht alle Unterkünfte über einen eigenen Pool verfügen. Dadurch wirkte das Resort insgesamt etwas lebhafter und weniger abgeschieden als wir es von anderen Standorten gewohnt sind. Auch der Nachhaltigkeitsgedanke, der uns bereits vor vielen Jahren bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt in einem Six-Senses-Resort begeistert hatte – lange bevor Nachhaltigkeit zum allgemeinen Trend wurde – war hier zwar weiterhin vorhanden, erschien uns jedoch etwas weniger sichtbar und prägend als an anderen Standorten der Marke. Ein weiterer Unterschied zu unseren bisherigen Erfahrungen war die Lage des Strandes. Der hoteleigene Strandbereich grenzt direkt an öffentliche Strandabschnitte beziehungsweise an die Strände benachbarter Unterkünfte. Dadurch herrschte etwas mehr Betrieb und es war insgesamt weniger ruhig als in anderen Six-Senses-Resorts, die wir kennen. Dennoch wäre es unfair, dies als echten Kritikpunkt zu verstehen: Die Anlage bietet weiterhin viele ruhige Rückzugsorte, und wer Entspannung sucht, findet diese auch hier problemlos. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und das Resort bietet nach wie vor das hohe Niveau, für das Six Senses bekannt ist – auch wenn es sich in einigen Punkten etwas anders anfühlt als andere Häuser der Marke.

Excellent stay in this fine hotel. Service dedicated at all levels, restaurants , rooms, spa, buggies. Noom was a perfect butler , always arriving on the first call. We like this all wooden style governing the decoration. Beach and sea were clean , rather a good surprise. The food was perfect , various and with ingredients of high qualities. Visiting Samui outside a public holiday is also an avantage.

Very nearly perfect! A genuinely lovely hotel. The buildings are one to two storey, and mostly hide in the trees. The level of service is first class; each villa gets a guest experience maker who is available pretty much 24/7 to answer queries and help with bookings, restaurant reservations etc. Good source of local knowledge as well. All the other staff are friendly and very helpful. Our villa was very spacious, and everything just worked. Our pool was larger than a lot of private pools I have had in other hotels. Breakfast was varied and immense. The other food was beautifully prepared, although I would normally like a bit more spice in my Thai dishes. Special mention to Dining on the Rock which gave two unforgettable high dining experiences. Albeit the food and drink is expensive (OK it’s a 5 star resort, and they do tend to be pricy). Only minor issue is the beach, which is a little gravelly, and very shallow; fortunately we are not hugely enthusiastic sea swimmers, so this wasn’t an issue. Towards the end of our stay we discovered the early morning exercise classes at the spa, which were excellent; had we spotted them sooner there is no question we would have made more use of them. The spa massages were also excellent. A wonderful stay.

Man muss lange nachdenken, um Verbesserungsvorschläge oder weitere Ideen zu finden. Ich würde es so lassen, wie es ist.

Es fehlt an nichts. Das Personal ist 24/7 hier, erfüllt jeden Wunsch, lernt die Gäste kennen, hilft und kümmern sich um Alles. Wir waren hin und weg. Das Zimmer die Tücher alles wird jeden Tag 2-3 Mal sauber gemacht.

Everything about our stay was simply perfect. This was our second time at Six Senses, and we are already counting down the days until our third visit. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service stood out. A special mention goes to May, who was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome from the start. A huge, heartfelt thank you to our Villa Host, Noom. He was phenomenal—always greeting us with the biggest smile and a warm energy that truly made our stay. His attention to detail is unmatched; he remembered every little thing and provided a level of personal care that is hard to find elsewhere. The resort itself is breathtaking, with views that stay with you long after you leave, but it's the warmth and hospitality that make it feel like home. We were so touched that the team remembered our preferred villa and made sure we stayed there again. They also remembered the birthday celebration, surprising us with thoughtful gestures and surprises that made the occasion unforgettable. A few things that made our stay even better: • The Spa: The massage we had was hands down the best we have ever experienced. Pure bliss. • Convenience: The shuttle service to the center is excellent and very convenient for exploring. • Value: For the level of luxury and service you receive, the prices are excellent. The prices for dinners were Exe. Drink menu was not up to usual international hotel standards.

Ein wunderschönes Resort mit fabelhaftem Personal, das alles für einen möglich macht und einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest. Ob am Pool, am Strand oder in den Restaurants - überall ist es wunderschön und der Service erstklassig. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Einzige (kleine) Anmerkung: den Pool in unserer Hidden Poolvilla haben wir praktisch nie genutzt, da dort auch nur vormittags für wenige Stunden die Sonne war. Das hat uns allerdings nicht gestört, da das Resort noch zahlreiche andere Möglichkeiten zum Sonnen bietet, die alle super schön sind.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we are all around very satisfied with our trip. The hotel is located amazingly well, villas and resort are very clean with a tropical island feeling. Most of all is the service and warmth you feel at this place. Omg, every single person working here are friendly and humble. Our GEM was Noom who took great care of us and kids loved Noom. Very caring and service minded. The food at all restaurants were just amazing and Nirob truly took upon himseld personally to give us a great food and beverage experience. My favourite was the dining on the Rock! Tonight we are having bbq in our beach ocean reserve villa, cant wait but sad to leave this beautiful place. We will be back.

An amazing experience all the way around , we didn’t want to leave . When researching a relaxing place to stay in Koh Samui to chill out after a long trip my key words were luxury , authentic and wellness . Six Senses was a new brand for us and completely exceeded our expectations. The resort is in a good location with its own beach and views of the ocean from all points. The rooms are a “luxury jungle “ vibe featuring cool outdoor showers and beautiful decor . Every space is lovely and the grounds are lush and tropical . What sets this place apart is the high level of service and hospitality from every team member. Shout out to our incredible host Noom who made every aspect of our stay memorable. Thanks to the Six Senses app and WhatsApp connection to your host , every need was handled promptly and professionally. We were delighted with different daily surprises such as cocktail parties, ice cream socials and activities to choose from We absolutely loved the food offerings , especially the breakfasts which were heavenly ! Great wine and beverage selection was appreciated. Our only regret was not staying longer . We will definitely be back highly recommend for travelers looking for an experience that feels relaxing and authentic with a high level of service . socials

This was very disappointing from the start, we were paying about 55,000thb per night and were told pick up from the pier was not included and only after I protested they accommodated us, we are currently staying in villa 56 which is one of the best but sadly it is showing its age with the lack of maintenance bamboo walls covered in Mould wooden tables and flooring that needs re staining tiles in the pool heavily stained, this property is 21 years old and would have been fabulous when first built but at the price I am paying I expected better, on a positive note the staff are fabulous
