Wir haben 3 Tage im schönen Chiang Mai und in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Der Außenbereich ist eine kleine grüne Oase und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der Stadt. Der Gastgeber ist super-freundlich und gibt einem viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge etc. Er ist sehr darum bemüht, dass man sich als Gast wohl fühlt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden auf alle Fälle wieder diese Unterkunft wählen!

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war etwas laut. Das ist aber auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt.

La struttura ha davvero un rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Il proprietario è attento e disponibilissimo: ci ha accolto per il check-in avendo già verificato il meteo per i nostri giorni di soggiorno e dandoci quindi indicazioni su cosa fare. Prepara personalmente la colazione per gli ospiti che è semplice ma molto gustosa (salsiccia, uova, frutta fresca, pane e marmellata, tè o caffè). Quando gli ho detto che per me bastava il pane con marmellata mi ha chiesto se fossi vegana e alla mia risposta affermativa si è subito prodigato per personalizzare la mia colazione, inoltre è stato disponile anche a prepararci la colazione prima dell'orario di apertura visto che avevamo un tour già organizzato in prima mattinata. A rendere ancora migliore il momento della colazione è il fatto che venga servita nel patio, tra le numerose piante e il laghetto con le carpe. La struttura è pulitissima, dotata di climatizzatore (un po' rumoroso), in posizione vicino al centro ma abbastanza lontano per godere della tranquillità degli spazi verdi del Kittawan. Pulizia tutti i giorni. Consiglio vivamente!

Very clean, quiet, great location. Staff are amazing, mostly spoke to the male (not sure of his name) but he was extremely friendly and always gave us good recommendations. Nothing was too much for him. Amazing hospitality!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt & man merkt, dass viel Herz darin steckt. Der Inhaber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit & hatte viele gute Tipps. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, das sollte man sich bewusst sein. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen!

Der Host des Hotels ist einfach super. Er gibt so viele wertvolle Tipps und plant Touren für seine Gäste. Die sind ihm sehr wichtig, eigentlich war er wie unser Personal Guide in Chiang Mai. So viel Engagement habe ich noch nie von einem Hotelier erlebt. Wahnsinn!

Die Zimmer sind sehr kahl, aber man braucht ja nicht viel. Für uns war es OK.

De locatie is heel rustgevend. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en bij vragen helpt hij je meteen. Hij kan je helpen met alles wat je kan doen in Chiang Mai. Hij hielp ons ook met het ontbijt omdat we bepaalde allergieën hadden. De kamers zijn schoon en worden elke dag schoongemaakt als je wil. Ik zou hier nog een keer verblijven naar Chiang Mai.

De locatie ligt net iets buiten de oude stad, maar met 5 minuten taxi ben je zo in de stad. Tegelijk is de locatie een pluspunt want het is er heeel fijn slapen!

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un acceuil chaleureux. Nous sommes arrivées par train en matinée. Notre hôte a pris quelques minutes pour placer la chambre et nous a immédiatement reçues. Nous avons été traitées aux petits soins avec un déjeuner offert en formule take-out même lorsque notre départ était avant les heures de repas.

Tout d'abord, l'endroit est un petit havre de paix, excentré du tumulte de la ville ce qui fait qu'on y est au calme absolu. Les chambres sont très grandes et climatisées. Nous avions 2 chambres (101 et 104). La 104 avait un matelas un peu dur et la clim faisait du bruit, alors que pour la 101 tout était parfait. Mais c'est un détail car le gérant de l'établissement est d'une gentillesse incroyable, il se plie en 4 pour vous satisfaire, il est de très bon conseil... Pour aller en ville, avec Bolt, compter 62 bath... En résumé, nous avons passé un super séjour là bas 🙏😊

Incroyable ! Le cadre est magnifique, la chambre est parfaite et chaleureuse ( et très propre), la literie très confortable . Un accueil comme on en rêve ! Je regrette juste de n'avoir réservé que 4 nuits, j'aurai voulu rester plus longtemps. Petit déjeuner copieux, notre hôte est d'une gentillesse infinie et très prévenant. Il nous a organisé une sortie et conseillé les visites, on a donné notre linge a laver,.... Le tout à un prix absolument génial ! Un de mes meilleurs hôtels pour ce prix de Thaïlande.

1.老闆很熱情、英文溝通也很ok ，第一天晚上想出去，老闆主動跟我們說可以騎他的機車🥹真的很謝謝他！ 2.床睡起來還不錯👌 3.老闆的貓很可愛☺️

1.水壓太小，對長頭髮的女生有點不友善，洗頭洗到快發瘋…… 2.地點稍微偏僻，自己租機車會比較方便 3.燈光蠻暗的，睡覺很ok ，但化妝、洗澡時不太方便

Liebevoll gestaltete Anlage, mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern! Ist natürlich kein Luxusresort, aber für uns war es genau richtig!

The relaxed natural environment. Calm and relaxing stay. The Koi carp were fabulous. Any request was met with a can do attitude. Fabulous and friendly staff.

Non, the owner, is the cutest. He will go above and beyond to make sure you get all your needs met. I noticed they bought Tofu, just so they could cater to my vegan diet at breakfast. On checkout day, I came out thinking breakfast was until 10.30, he offered me breakfast. Only after, did I see the sign that breakfast was till 9.30. the property is simple but beautiful. Amazing value for the money. Great comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Free water. Everything is well organized and punctual. If you're on a budget, but still want comfort, kittawan Home and gallery is the place to stay in Chiang Mai.

The hosts were amazing and so incredibly helpful. The communal area was absolutely beautiful, and the whole stay felt very peaceful.

The air con wasn’t super efficient, and so took an hour or so to fully cool down the room. The breakfasts were great, however a little bit of variety in the breakfasts between days would really elevate it. These are both really minor things on an excellent stay though.

Está en una zona muy tranquila y el alojamiento es precioso. Cerca de todo en bolt o grav y el servicio que ofrecen es muy atento. Es una buena opción en una zona más alejada del centro y muy tranquila!

La terrasse en jardin est particulièrement agréable. L'endroit est calme et les hôtes sont très serviables. Pratique parce que situé à 20 min. à pied du centre ville, bien que le trajet en bord de route soit parfois chaotique.

Non was an exceptional host. He took very good care of us and helped us plan the days and gave lots of recommendations.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage war gut (10min von Old-Town entfernt) und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für den Preis auch ausreichend. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war super!

Our stay was wonderful thanks to the incredible kindness and hospitality of the host. He helped us with absolutely everything during our time in Chiang Mai, from organizing a great itinerary to even helping us order delivery food. He was always attentive, helpful and genuinely caring, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. The accommodation was excellent, but what truly made the experience special was the warmth and dedication of the host. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.

The owner was incredibly helpful, warm and kind. We only booked for two nights but stayed almost a week, whilst arriving without any expectations nor plans. The recommendations for our trip were perfect and we would follow blindly. We visited recommended places by the owner in and around Chiang Mai that were really beautiful and less touristy.

Struttura piccola e accogliente, camere basic con tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e carino. Se come noi hai noleggiato l’auto per spostarti in autonomia senza dover per forza fare dei tour organizzati, ti consiglia tantissimi posti non turistici e davvero meravigliosi.

Se devo fare la pignola, la colazione secondo me andrebbe leggermente rivista, è vero che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, ma al mattino è disponibile solo il caffè, quindi se non bevi quello non hai nient altro da bere, anche solo un succo migliorerebbe di gran lunga tutto. La colazione è formata da uova, salsiccia e frutta.

Le propriétaire est adorable, il n’hésite pas à nous conseiller les choses à faire aux alentours. Tout est très propre et calme.

Non was amazing and told us the best places with value for money and always asked if there was anything he could help with on a regular basis.Always at hand and could see that he really wanted us to enjoy the true culture of the beautiful place he loved in. A comfortable room, very clean, owner super helpful and kind, place outside very nice and quiet.

Location was terrible. I thought we would just take 7 minutes to get to Chiang Mai's old town - it was actually a wait of 30 to 50 minutes every time. We almost missed the flight because the car we reserved to pick us up cancelled and getting a car to get to this place takes very, very long time. I would not go again here unless you go with your own car. Other than that, the place is absolutely great.

Les propriétaires de l’établissement sont d’une gentillesse incroyable et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Les chambres sont spacieuses et toutes équipées. L’emplacement n’est pas très loin du centre, se fait en Grab très facilement pour environ 0,80€/ trajet.

It was a very pleasant experience staying here. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always greeting us with a smile. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a carefree and relaxing getaway.

Der Host ist wirklich super. Er hat jeden Morgen das Frühstück gemacht und uns bei den täglichen Plänen beraten und unterstützt. Er hat jeden Tag bzgl. Reinigung des Zimmers gefragt und beim Buchen von Aktivitäten und ähnlichem geholfen.

Der Eigentümer ist der Hammer. Tips für Unternehmungen, Resturants, Buchungen von Taxis und alle Fragen rund um Chiang Mai. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll gestalltet und das Frühstück war ausreichend

Cet hôtel est un petit Havre de paix, nous avions choisi les chambres de luxe. Notre adorable hôte nous à conseillé plusieurs lieux de visite à ne pas rater. Petit déjeuné simple mais efficace. Tout était parfait. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.

Der wunderschöne Frühstücksplatz mit dem schönen kleinen Garten. Ein Paradies auf engstem Raum. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns gute Tipps für Wanderungen gegeben. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top . Die kleine Anlage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Schlicht, aber alles was man braucht.

Peaceful and relaxing hotel, 15mn from downtown by motorbike. The hotel is pretty small and very cosy so it creates a nice family mood, there is a beautiful pound and shared area with koi fish. The room was nice and the host is amazing. He adviced and shared some spots and locations that really matched our attends. We will definitely comeback and recommand the place !

Het is een rustig plekje met wat groen, terwijl je toch in de stad zit. Een goede plek om alle kanten op te gaan om de stad en omgeving te bezichtigen. De eigenaar heeft veel informatie en denkt goed mee tips over wat je kunt bezoeken.

A beautiful place to stay, so relaxing and quiet! Nom is amazing, he sat with us and helped us with a trip. He even got up early to cook us breakfast before we went out on our trip. Very relaxed and ambient place to stay just outside the centre of Chiang Mai. Non was an exceptional host who helped me plan a few of my free days so I made the most of my time in the area. If you prefer a quiet place to unwind, I recommend staying here.

Le petit jardin très zen. L'amabilité et la disponibilité du propriétaire. Il nous a énormément conseillé sur notre programme de visite, ses recommandations sont super. Son chat qui est adorable et dont il prend soin (oui le chat est parfois attaché mais c'est pour sa propre sécurité, car en Thaïlande les rues sont dangereuses pour les animaux, alors s'il vous plaît ne jugez pas négativement). Des places faciles pour se garer juste devant.

Notre chambre sentait l'humidité, il fallait l'aérer à chaque retour dans la chambre. Mais cela ne nous a pas beaucoup dérangé.

Non, der Besitzer der Unterkunft hat sich hervorragend gekümmert, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sogar einmal zu einem Wanderweg gefahren. Er war jederzeit transparent bezüglich der möglichen Preise für Aktivitäten und Fahrkosten. Außerdem sprach er sehr gut englisch. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es hätte in den Zimmern noch 2-3 Möglichkeiten zum Ablegen und Aufhängen von Kleidung, Handtüchern und Dingen haben können. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter.

מקום מקסים, שקט יחסית מרוחק מלב העיר, נסיעה של 10 דק לשוק לילה ולעיר העתיקה עוד קצת. בחדר יש כל מה שצריך, שירותים פרטיים מקרר קטן. נון המארח ממש נחמד ואדיב מספק מים לשתייה בחינם, הציע לנקות לנו את החדר כל יום. סך הכל היינו אצלו 5 לילות והיה אחלה ממש חשוב לדעת שאין יותר מדי בתי קפה ומסעדות במרחק הליכה, זה משהו שצריך לקחת בחשבון.. נון מציע ארוחת בוקר בחינם בין השעות 7:30-9:30 הוא עזר לנו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים אחד המארחים היותר נחמדים שפגשנו.

The owner is probably the nicest guy in Thailand, he helped us so much and we had a really great time at the hotel. The garden is beautiful.

Niente. Solo qualche suggerimento sulla stanza che poteva essere curata un po' di più nonostante sia funzionale . Qualche difficoltà con le prese elettriche che pur essendo adatte per gli apparecchi europei, non erano del tutto compatibili. Siamo comunque riusciti ad usarle

Its really an amazing place to stay for nature lovers. In city very rare u find like this quiet, cheap and full nature stay The stay itsself was enough for me to relax completely. The owner himself is always avaliable for each and every guest he does his best on all what he can. He is over helpfull and an amazing person Any time i come chiang mai this will be the only place i will stay

Beautiful property, extremely picturesque and comfortable. The host was so friendly and welcoming and made our stay here the highlight of our trip to Thailand. The stay was so stress-free because our host helped us plan out our days in Chiang Mai and his friendliness and helpfulness honestly made it feel more like visiting a friend than staying at a hotel. We would definitely stay here again on a visit to Chiang Mai.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, Fußnah zur Innenstadt, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die außenanlage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön und das Frühstück wurde auf unsere Wünsche hin zubereitet :-) Der Besitzer der Unterkunft hat uns wertvolle Tipps über Unternehmungen gegeben, Unternehmungen für uns gebucht und organisiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sollten wir nochmal nach Chiang Mai kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen!

L'atenció del propietari que porta l'allotjament és excel.lent. És molt amable, atent, servicial i ajuda en tot el que pot. Sempre es mostra disponible per ajudar i escoltar les teves necessitats. Ens ha recomanat llocs a visitar, curs de cuina, transports,... sempre atent a tot, ens ha ajudat en tot i més! Moltíssimes gràcies per tot!!! Les instal.lacions són molt netes i agradables. L'entrada amb el jardí japonès és molt acollidora. També el silenci que hi ha allà, s'està molt tranquil.

Intimo pulito e accogliente immerso in un giardino meraviglioso appena fuori dal caos cittadino. Host super disponibile, ci ha fornito tempestivamente tutte le indicazioni utili sulle escursioni di Chiang Mai e dintorni con la possibilità di affittare lo scooter durante il soggiorno. Consigliato!!
