Hotel Milano Castello

Su estética sencilla pero muy agradable . Su ubicación . Desayuno muy bueno

Utrolig sentralt og hyggelig

Litt harde senger

Location was great, beautiful decor, and comfortable. Love the courtyards.

Sehr nettes personal, sehr sauber und perfekte Lage

Wirklich sauber, toller & großzügiger Service! Sehr gute Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Kamer, bedden

Central location and excellent breakfast

Room wasn’t cleaned after first night

Very clean modern comfortable spacious Suite, super comfortable King size bed, very nice bathroom, outdoor private lounge terrace. Great buffet breakfast & evening happy hour free first drink ! very cordial staff. excellent location

square toilet seats !! Mostly super quiet but occasional chair scrapes or loud bang from hallway or nearby

Excellent breakfast, perfect central location, and very nice staff. Room was clean and spacious enough for a single person. Complimentary bar drink was icing on the cake!

Staff at breakfast a little “short/fed up”

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is in the centre of Milano and were able to walk most places that we wanted to visit. We had an issue with our air conditioning in our room and were given an upgrade to a better room without hesitation. The staff, and especially the manager, at this hotel were exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when we go back to Milano.

Great location, within walking distance to Sforza Castle, Duomo, Brera district. Friendly staff who readily engaged in Italian or English.

This is a nitpick — toiletry amenities. Received one bottle of combined shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Thankfully, I always bring my own shampoo.

Atendimento,10.

It was quaint

It is in an alley n my uber couldn’t find it I was put out on the streets with my luggage

Nothing

The hotel is centrally located, close to the Sforza Castello and not for from the dome. The facilities are excellent, the breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful.

I don't have any complaints.

Location, safety and cleanliness

Wonderful value and idealnlocati9n. Close and ealkable to all the main sites, two metro lines and Cadorna train station. Would stay again. Already recommended it to someone else.

Lacks enough sound proofing. Luckily I didnt have anyone come back to their hotel rolm late at night and wake me up.

Excellent accueil. Personnel très sympa. Recommandé ++

Everything, the location is excellet the staff the breakfast, everythng was more than perfect

Nothing at all

RAS

This is a great hotel, in a fantastic location. The room was exactly what we needed and the staff are excellent. Superb breakfasts and a great bar

Beautiful decor and art work, large well appointed room, outstanding breakfast, really nice bar and outside seating area, great location (tucked in to be off the main path, but close to sights. Nice staff!

I liked that everything worked. The plumbing, the air conditioning, ecc. nice breakfast

Breakfast in the lovely courtyard is a special treat. This year there were too many bees outside. I had to retreat to the indoor space.

Great location great helpful staff who recommend a wonderful restaurant. Room was large and shower ample. We would love to return when it not so hot

Location,. cleanliness, staff and room size

The card reader inside the door was malfunctioning which caused a flashing light that kept me awake two nights, this also affected the room AC

The room was very clean, comfortable and the facilities were above average! and the stuff were really nice and kind.

Nothing comes to mind. I enjoyed it very much.

Location is great and a wonderful respite from the city.

Nothing. All was excellent here!

Ubicación excelente, hotel muy silencioso.

Lovely room, hotel and a great location

Erstklassige Lage, sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Preis-Leistung ist exzellent.

Great breakfast, great location, free welcoming drinks, everything was very lovely.

The ”gym” has only one multifunction equipment and cardio machines.

Localização, quartos espaçosos, funcionários da recepção e do bar maravilhosos. Destaque para o funcionário do bar, David.

Ar condicionado as vezes desligava sozinho.

All 👌👌👌 Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room with the jacuzzi was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Every detail exceeded our expectations. 100 out of 10 – we would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The perfect hotel in Milan. Staff was amazing especially front desk. I arrived July 17 at 11 am and it was too early to check in but I felt very invited and they taken care of. Rooms are modern and clean! Highly recommend

Breakfast was good. Central location. Easy to walk to sights and restaurants

All good

The location is excellent – right next to the metro, in the city center, and very convenient for getting anywhere. Even without air conditioning, the room stayed comfortable at night and never felt too hot. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The room was modern, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed, including high-quality toiletries, slippers, and complimentary bottled water, which was a real lifesaver during the hot weather. We also loved the cozy outdoor terrace for breakfast and the charming courtyard, which was perfect for relaxing in the evening. The hotel's décor is beautiful and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. There were also many thoughtful little touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Although we didn't have the chance to use it, the hotel also offers a complimentary drink at the bar during certain evening hours, which is a nice bonus.

The only downside was the sound insulation. Because of the stone floors without carpets, footsteps echoed quite loudly, so noise from other guests was easy to hear.

This was a great little hotel in the centre of Milan. The staff were really helpful and the room was well appointed and most importantly, clean. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and the bed comfortable. The room also had a mini bar stocked with soft drinks and water, and best of all, it was complimentary! The breakfast was included in the price and included a good selection of hot and cold options. The location was excellent and near to plenty of bars and restaurants. It's about a 40 minute walk to Milan Central station or a 10-15 minute ride in an Uber or taxi.

Nothing really. Maybe a few more English channels on the TV in the room, but that's just being super picky!

Tudo! Limpo, espaçoso, confortável e ao lado do canal.

Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, yatağı rahattı, oda genişliği yeterliydi.

Fiyatı yüksek geldi, ütü her odada olsa daha güzel olurdu, istemek zorunda kalmak kötüydü.

Fantastic staff, good location

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL. When my daughter and recently arrived at the hotel to check in, they wrongly claimed that we had booked two rooms, and had only paid for one. Clearly, they knew that we only needed one room, as when I booked the room, I had booked it for one adult and one child. They refused to allow us to check in unless we first paid for the second room. They said that it was too late to cancel our second room, and demanded payment of over 300 euro. Staff were extremely rude, and my daughter was very upset by this experience. We ended up going to another hotel, even though we had to pay for another room elsewhere. When I arrived home and checked my credit card transactions,I noticed that, without my knowledge and consent, the hotel proceeded to charge my credit over 300 euro AGAIN. I therefore paid for two rooms, neither of which I even used. I sent an email to the hotel to request that they return the funds (300 euro) to my credit card, failing which I would take legal action against them. Their reply? My mistake, so too bad. I am now going to retain legal counsel in Milan to pursue return of my funds. I also intend to contact the local police in Milan, given the hotel's unilateral charge on my credit card, without my consent. Jack Pantalone, Ottawa, Canada

O quarto é enorme, super limpo, bonito e silencioso.

Preis - Leistung stimmt. Sehr glücklich mit der Buchung. Grazie mille!!!

Our top priorities were met at this hotel. The location was excellent, very close to the cathedral. It was very safe and exceptionally clean. Our room somewhat gave off the vibes of a dormitory. Very stark but again, exceptionally clean. We had a beautiful polished tile floor. Bed was very firm and not what I would call luxurious. The bathroom was very clean. Nice shower. No coffee pot in the room. The mini bar, nonalcoholic, was included. I would definitely stay here again because of the location and the cleanliness. It was very simple. Minimally decorated. Absolutely met our needs on our Italian journey.

Modern hotel in a great location just a short walk to the Duomo, Galleria and Castello Sforzesco with lots of perks. Rooms are bright and well appointed, complimentary water and soft drinks in the mini bar, which came in handy after arriving on a sweltering day in Milan. In addition, the hotel has a small bar that offers 1 complimentary drink per guest, each evening, during a 3-hour happy hour. Aperitivos and breakfast can be enjoyed inside or is a pleasant outdoor garden area. Morning breakfast a generous assortment of hot and cold offerings.

Viss bija lieliski.

Location was excellent, great walking distance from Duomo and shops/restaurants. Very clean and efficient check in/check out experience. Room was very spacious and super comfortable. Staff all friendly.

World class hotel with great rooms, high quality breakfast. Have stayed in Milan numerous times but this is the best located and best hotel for the price.

Odalar temizdi. Bu otel güvenilirdi ve odaların içi ferahtı.

I loved the location, clealiness and friendly and helpful staff...
