The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. The reception was always open and staff were very friendly

No lift - we were given a room on 3rd floor with cases - 60 steps ! Shower was in a high sided bath - not the easiest to navigate

Tout était vraiment parfait dans cet hôtel charmant.

Le seul petit détail manquant : la bouilloire dans la chambre...mais c´est un tout petit détail.

Il manque un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain et arrives à 8h30 il n y avait plus du tout de produits salés charcuterie notamment.

Hotel in pieno stile provenzale, e questo porta certamente a delle limitazioni (in particolare le camere piccole) ma fa parte del bello e caratteristico stile francese/provenzale. Non lo consiglio per soggiorni molto lunghi, ma ideale per brevi soggiorni. Le camere erano pulite, struttura molto comoda per girare in centro città, reception h24 per qualsiasi evenienza. Purtroppo non ho avuto il tempo di testare la colazione, peccato!

It was a pretty large room, their biggest I believe, good aircon, on a quiet street in the quiet side of the old town, a 2 min walk to the centre, friendly staff clean modern room and a comfortable bed, what more could you want.

La atención del personal es inmejorable, son muy amables y están dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente; está muy cerca de la calle principal y del centro de la villa. Respecto al desayuno, estuvo muy bien. Las camas eran muy cómodas y las habitaciones estaban impecables. ¡Sin duda volveré!

Tengan en cuenta que el hotel no tiene elevador. ¡Fuera de eso, todo estuvo muy bien!

Such a charming hotel. Lovely clean room with comfortable bed and shower. Also good WIFI and perfect airconditioning which is a must in August.

The location was fabulous and great to walk to the main streets. Because it was during the heat wave, air conditioning was a necessary. The room had a very quiet effective system which made sleeping pleasant. We had breakfast one morning in a lovely and charming breakfast room. We enjoyed it very much.

Elegante albergo particolarmente adatto per immergersi nell’atmosfera della Provenza, la stanza della colazione in particolare. Silenzioso, comodo da raggiungere e centrale per uscire. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Stanza non molto spaziosa, ma dopotutto non ci si aspetta di trascorrere la giornata in albergo.

C'est mon 3ème ou 4ème séjour, j'aime beaucoup ce style, le bâtiment, le petit-déj' est très chouette. Les gens sont tous sympas.

Le personnel était attentionné, serviable et accommodant. Le décor de la salle à manger était particulièrement joli. Les draps sont doux et il y a la climatisation.

La difficulté à monter dans l'escalier avec les bagages.

Hotel is located in a central location in Aix - very convenient. Staff are friendly and breakfast was enjoyable. The rooms as advised by the hotel are compact but have good storage.

El hotel en sí: el edificio, su personal, lo bonito que es todo. El aire acondicionado del cuarto. La comodidad de su cama. El silencio y la privacidad de la habitación. Estuvimos muy a gusto, son habitaciones pequeñas pero con casi todo (falta una mini nevera). Baño completo y ducha cómoda.

Everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; the room was spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable; and the breakfast was more than enough to start the day off right.

The hotel is conveniently positioned for restaurants and nightlife. It is air conditioned (essential with le canicule!). The staff are delightful and the room small but charming. It had a good bathroom/shower.

We were on the third floor with no lift. There is no parking so we had to go to a nearby car park, which turned into a nightmare because the GPS tried repeatedly to take us through parts of the city which were blocked off.

Hôtel très bien placé. A 10 minutes à pied du centre des congrès. Aspect authentique, très provençal. Très proche de la gare, possibilité de venir à pied. Climatisation fonctionne très bien. Pièce du petit déjeuner vraiment très jolie

Mal insonorisé. Salle de bain petite mais le pire a été la douche. Difficile de se baisser sans se taper la tête contre la paroi. Sur le site est indiqué pour le petit déjeuner "produits locaux". Personnellement je n'ai rien vu de local dans les produits proposés. Dommage, j'avais aussi choisi l'hôtel pour cela

Beautifully located in centre ville in easy walking to the wonderful Mirabeau boulevard. The breakfast was first-rate, especially compared to other hotels we’ve stayed.

No elevator so we had to lug heavy suitcases up three floors. Then our room: tiny, like a Dostoevsky novel. The bathroom was also small and navigating the shower was difficult and messy.

Great location for walking everywhere. Felt safe and supported by staff.

Room was small but clean and comfortable. Very close to the train station (Centre Ville) and centre of the old town. Friendly staff.

Be aware there is no lift. I was on the first floor so it was not so bad, but it might be a struggle for those on upper floors as the stairs are also quite steep.

Die Räume sind einfach sehr, sehr klein. Sonst ist es perfekt gelegen und wunderschön eingerichtet.

It was superbly decorated, and right in a perfect location. The breakfast is lovely - be sure to add that to your stay!

Fantastic location in the historic center, easyily walkable to / from the bus station and train station. Pleasant room with updated bathroom.

As they note, there is no lift, but I didn't mind this. Wifi is quite weak in the room.

Our room on the 3rd floor was too small; my husband is 6’2” and the bed was too short. He could hit his head on ceiling on one side of bed if not careful.

Hotel con encanto en el corazón del barrio Mazarin de Aix en Provence. Desayuno increíble, ubicación inmejorable. A destacar la cálida atención de Inés. Nos quedamos con un muy grato recuerdo de nuestra estancia aquí.

1/ Aucune attention portée au petit-déjeuner et absence d'hygiène : Trognons de bananes restés plus de deux jours consécutifs dans la corbeille sans que personne ne les enlève, ni ne mette de nouvelles bananes à disposition ! il faut réclamer pour avoir un oeuf car la boite reste vide, même à l'ouverture du petit déjeuner à 7H!! 2/ Chambre inadaptée : alors que je suis agée et en voyage professionnel on me change de chambre pour la 2ème nuit en me mettant dans une minuscule chambre pour étudiant : pas d'accès au lavabo de face car les WC arrivent à la moitié du niveau du lavabo !! pas d'accès normal à la penderie car elle se trouve dans un cagibi dont l'accès est à moitié obstrué par le rebord de la fenêtre. Je n'ai pas été prévenue de ces conditions alors que j'aurais pu payer un supplément pour être dans une chambre normale

Das winzige, saubere Zimmer mit ebenso winzigem Bad - so ist es auch auf der Website beschrieben - war für mich ideal, weil leistbar, gut gelegen und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ich mag französische, etwas altmodische Hotels :-) Der Nachtportier war trotz meiner späten Ankunft um 1 Uhr Nachts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Beim Frühstück - in einem besonders hübschen, mit Stilmöbeln eingerichteten Frühstücksraum - konnte ich zwischen französischem (Croissant und Kaffee) und kontinentalem wählen. Das Angebot war gut.

not very much quiet as the windows are not that well sound proof (anyway the location in the old town is noisy by essence). The noise in the stairs entering the room by the door poorly isolated are much more annoying. Overall I did not have to complain as I slept well, being tired this day.

J’y viens régulièrement, j’aime le charme des lieux, j’apprécie sa situation et la gentillesse du personnel.

Las camas eran comodas, la ubicación no estaba lejos del centro

Llamé para pedir la reserva de la habitación al hotel, y me dijeron que no estaba hecha, volvi a hacerla y ahora me quieren cobrar dos veces la habitación. Nos cambiaron de habitación al día siguiente y no podiamos volver hasta las 15:00 h. No nos ayudaron con las maletas, las dejaron en una habitación que cualquiera podría haberlas cogido. La de recepción del primer día, me habló con chuleria, que haber reservado mejor. El único que fue amable fue el sereno de noche. Un hotel que lo único que les interesa es cobrar dos veces y no atender al cliente. Buscad otra opción.

I had a lovely welcome on arrival by the young lady on reception who spoke excellent English and went out of her way to help, even telephoning a restaurant for me - she is a credit to the Hotel. My room on the ground floor ‘Cezanne’ was lovely - very spacious and charmingly decorated. There were great tea making facilities and a fridge for fresh milk which was kindly provided on request. I had the breakfast which was great with lots of coffee, and the croissant was the best I’d ever tasted! I only wish I had booked this hotel for longer as I think it was worth paying a bit extra for such lovely facilities.

There is a little noise from late night revellers on a Saturday night, but this would not put me off staying here again. It was lovely.

Que me hicieran pagar dos veces por 1 noche. Recepción fue pesimo, tuve que cambiarme al siguiente dia de habitación, porque ellos quisieron y no podía entrar desde las 11 a las 3 de la tarde.

L'emplacement est parfait. Le personnel aussi.

Chambre très petite, rue bruyante, pas de ventilation, climatisation très bruyante donc arrêtée. Salle de bain très restreinte. La taille aurait été ok si moderne et de qualité.

La situation de l'hôtel dans la ville et l'accueil.

Pour le prix de la chambre (170 euros), nous avons été surpris de nous retrouver dans une chambre aussi petite et surtout aussi basse de plafond.

Piccolo Hotel delizioso, nonostante la camera fosse piccola era un vero gioiellino. La stanza per la colazione curata nei minimi dettagli e prodotti ottimi.

L'accueil. Personnel très professionnel et très sympathique. Propreté de l'établissement. Le décor de la salle à manger et la petite touche fleurie (rose) sur les tables du petit-déjeuner.

Bien que ma chambre était située au 1er étage, un ascenseur serait utile pour l'accès au 3ème étage. Pour le petit-déjeuner, les yaourts devraient être conservés dans un endroit plus frais (et non à température ambiante).

No hay ningún tipo de aislamiento en las habitaciones, se escucha todo.
