Property is at a great location. Walkable to everything. 5-10mins walk to the beach and restaurants are everywhere. Very clean and bell boys are really nice.

Manager Huong wasn’t pleasant. Came off rude. Value is a bit high compared to other hotels. Breakfast is not that great.

Es un hotel de màxim 3 estrelles. Li caldria renovar-se i manteniment. Per anar a la piscina has de pujar per escales, es molt petita i els vidres son molt bruts; res semblant a la foto.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Very nice staff. I think that they go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. The best thing about staying in the hotel was the staff.

The facilities and the room need to be updated. At some point I can tell that the hotel had great facilities, but it seems that time has passed and no updates have been done. Clean but facilities need TLC.

Staff were friendly and helpful in every way i loved the little Cafe down stairs it was perfect, and breakfast was great with a nice variety. The room was very clean. The beach is a short stroll away and lots of amenities. A must try is bread & butter. It's a bakery cafe. The cakes were devine, only a 2 min walk, and i really did like this hotel.

The only downside was the description on booking.com . It had a balcony, which it had a sliding door with a ledge. You could not walk out. This is not classified as a balcony more of a sliding door window. It also said no smoking in the room, which it smelt like smoke. I am a smoker and did not smoke in the room, but it would have made my stay so much more enjoyable if i could have sat down outside my room. I did book this hotel thinking it would be perfect to do so. This would not discourage me from coming back.

Friendly staff, great location, nice and comfortable room. We moved here from another hotel and had a wonderful experience.

The rooftop pool area could use some TLC but overall, no issues.

The location is walking distance to the beautiful beach of DaNang.

Ms. Hanna or Ms Huong, the receptionist is an asset to the Ritzy hotel. Very helpful, professional and accommodating. Her English skills are very good. She does it all with a nice smile. Thank you, Hanna!

The staff were great. The location is great but the hotel is a bit tired. We stayed two nights but housekeeping didn't clean. No big deal. No facility for credit card payment.

The area is nice.

Check in was horrible, he couldn't find the reservation, took him forever, ended up giving me a crappier room than the one I reserved, but charged me for the expensive one. Didn't tell me the wifi password. They charged me for soup and water without disclosing they weren't complimentary. Check out took way too long.

People with Vegeterian Food preferences may find it difficult to have decent breakfast. We adjusted with boiled veggies , breads ,salads and stir fired rice somehow. Room size is way small for 2 beds and 4 person

AC did not work in 2 out of 3 rooms. The place was old and not super up to date. Service from staff was amazing.

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice with loungers and chairs. They have secure underground parking for your motorbike. Room was cleaned daily. All in all very good value for money.

The pool was excellent, the rooms were clean, and of a good size, with a Juliet Balcony The staff were very professional and super helpful, with good English skills The laundry service was particularly impressive, they removed stains from clothes I'd never been able to shift, and they were able to expedite the process when I needed to leave early

The breakfast buffet was Asian. As a European we obviously eat certain things at breakfast, and I was disappointed to see noodles and not much besides The location was a bit awkward as well, you were far enough away from the beach to make staying in this part of town a bit pointless. Da Nang has the peninsula with the beach, in which case I'd recommend staying closer to the sea, or the main city west of the river, and this hotel is close to neither Nothing a taxi couldn't solve, but something I'd wished I'd known beforehand

Location very near to the beach and lots of mini mart near by. Also motorbike rental near the hotel for only 150k dong for 1 whole day.

As soon as you enter the room, the room smell musty. Its unbearable unless you open the windows to let fresh air in. The dining area have bad smell too when you have your breakfast in the hotel restaurant unless you sit under the ceiling fan to disperse the smell. Breakfast is not when worth waking up for.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. Danang is very large so it's difficult to assess the hotel's location- much depends on your plans. We walked to the Dragon Bridge but also took a Grab on the Friday night to see the fire and water (around 40k VND). A Grab to the train station was around 70k. There is an excellent vegan restaurant less than 100 yards away. We ate there three times in two days. The room was large, modern and well equipped.

Three messages to the hotel via Booking.com went unanswered. The receptionist said they hadn't received them. Several attempts to phone the hotel were also unsuccessful. We began to think the hotel did not exist! Obviously it did but it was a cause of concern.

I had great stay at Ritzy Hotel. They offer with Deluxe Room with balcony and good view. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good hotel. We stayed in a suite in room 805. Very clean room and hotel staff very helpful. Swimming pool on the roof overlooks the city and you can see Dragon Bridge from the top. Breakfast isn’t a typical English breakfast (you can find eggs on toast!) but I wasn’t bothered about that as the hotel isn’t a typical English style hotel. I’d definitely return again.

It is friendly and the staff are always trying to be of assistance.

It has NO real facilities for the disabled. The access to reception is via many steps, there is a supposed ramp bu it is incredibly steep and useless. They need to look at FIXING the diabled ramp and making it usable.

This is a nice little gem. The staff are very helpful, the hotel is well located with just a short walk to the beach, and the pool on the roof completes the picture. Great value for money.

It's good hotel . I have come soon I don't think hotel will chick in for me early at 11h30 but they do. They say they available and they give me a room without charging any else, staff so friendly and helpful. They recommended me many local food and area for visit . The view was nice

I didn't like cockroaches in the room. Didn't find other reviews about that. Looks like I was the lucky one. I stayed 2 nights here, cockroaches were appearing in the evening, when I was coming to the room to sleep 🤯

Really helpful staff, very comfortable beds and location is perfect.

There are some "guests". Cockroaches are not good neighbors, so please take care of it. And pool needs some regular cleaning

The balcony is not a balcony, it is just a big window with a railing. The pool and pool-side amenities (showers and toilets) were dirty. The gym is not a gym, it is just a treadmill in the small corridor and a few old weights, which does not look too functional. Breakfast was fine, but there is a limitided amount of food and drink, so better come early. The whole hotel seams to be nice, but I can imagine it had its better days.

We stayed just one night here before moving to Hà Nội and I will actually miss it, the roof top has a lovely chilled out pool and weights too and a spa! The rooms are brilliant, lovely and clean! We were supposed to be stopping in a Queen superior room but they surprised us by upgrading us to a suite room. They made us feel so welcome, all of the staff had a lovely smile and were so kind and went out their own way to help. We hired a motorbike from their without any hassle which was great! I recommend staying here especially if you want to leave with a smile on your face.

The hotel stuff was nice and super friendly. Breakfast was a dissapointment. Food was often cold and there was not best parties to everyone. Pool was nice...but there was only two sunbeds! Room was nice and clean.

Great hotel with really clean room, nice bath tub, upon arrival we were greeted with welcome drink and fruits. this is the best value for money with attached bathtub and spacious room. The hotel was cozy in a quiet side street in Danang. The room was decorated in a fun and good style with good views of the city. The rest of the hotel facilities and the pool area were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was not western. Hard to find places to eat nearby.

Do yourself a favour and dont stay here. The hotel is in a great spot but that's where it ends. This was my fifth time in Vietnam but the staff at this hotel are a disgrace. It has nothing to do with the language barrier, it has to do with service, which is non existent. The hotel was dirty and what they offered on Hotels is not correct. We had a balcony room, which consisted of a 5 inch ledge. The breakfast was very average. The room was dirty and we had to ask for it to be serviced at 3.30pm in the afternoon. The passage as my photos will show was disgustingingly filthy and stained. They boast a a Gym, which is in the bar area,which by the way is never manned. Overall save your money and book one of the hundreds of other hotels.

This hotel is in a great position, close to the beach and a plethora of Restaurants and Bars. This however is where the compliments end. The staff are not at all helpful and are extremely lazy. The hotel is filthy and this includes the small rooms. We had a Balcony Roowhich was a wrought iron balcony with about a 5 to 6 inch ledge. The rooms did not cleaned until late afternoon around 4pm and even then were not cleaned properly. It boasts a Gym,which is 3 antiquated machines in a small bar area, which by the way is not manned,so you could never get a drink. This is my fifth time in Vietnam and I have never come across this before. Do yourself a favour and book one of the many fantastic hotels in this beautiful country but whatever you do, dont book here.

We stayed here for 10 nights in Da Nang had a couple of nights in Hoi An. The hotel is in a great location loads of bars, restaurants, mini markets , beach all in walking distance. The hotel staff were extremely friendly but didn't speak much English, room was great cleaned every day fresh towels too , roof top pool was great but no staff up there so you had to take your own drinks food up there which they didn't mind, we normally had the pool to ourselves so understand why no staff up there. Nice hotel

저녁 비행기라 다낭에 근처에 있는 저렴한 곳을 알아보다가 예약했어요. 미케비치 근처에 있고요. 작아서 잘 몰라요. 꼭 그랩부르고 이동하시길.. 여기에 숙소를 잡은 이유는 공항 드랍서비스가 무료라고 해서 예약한건데 프론트에 저녁에 체크아웃한다고 드랍 요청했더니 알겠다고 프리라며 이야기 하더니 막상 저녁되니 다른 직원이 있더라고요. 내려가서 드랍 이야기 하면서 적어놓은거 보여줬더니 알겠다고 하더니 택시를 불러줬네요. 저 처럼 드랍, 픽업때문에 이용하시는분은 생각해보시길.. 바래요.그냥 작고 쉬는데는 문제없었는데 중국인이 좀 많고 옥상에 수영장은 정말...작아요. 그건 포기하시는게.. 방에 리모컨이 에어컨인줄 알았는데 이상한소리가 봐서 봤더니 식당에 천정에 있을법한 커다란 선풍기가 휙휙돌아가서 놀랬네요. 벽에 에어컨은 있어요. 리모컨은 없고 참고하세요.

방안청결도는 갠찮은편 복도는 먼지가많아요 중국인전용호텔같아요 중국인들 시끄럽지요 수영장작고 관리는안하는듯요 조식은 먹을만해요 미케비치 걸어서5분정도에요 직원들 친절도 평범해요 결론은다시숙박은안해서 4만원때에 좋지도나쁘지도않아요

혼자간 여행이라, 가격대를 낮추는 것이 목적이었는데. 해안가에서의 접근성과, 주변 상권. 그리고 호텔내부 청결도와 직원들 서비스 등 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

Rooms are clean, nice view and staff are quite good, location is good for going out and eating, will come back if I have a chance. This hotel is a good choice for people who like swimming because it's so close to the sea
