Reviewed Aug 22, 2026The hotel is in a central location and is nearby two train stations. Only a 2-minute walk to the closest station, and 20-minute train ride from most popular tourist destinations in Tokyo. While small, the room still had a decent amount of space for two people. The in-room washer/dryer was a great plus. The room included a kitchen sink, small fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, utensils, and humidifier. The air conditioning worked great and kept us cool in the summer heat. There is a luggage scale in the main lobby which was very useful before heading to the airport. If you want to use their luggage transport service to the airport you have to book it the night before, which we didn't realize. They provide varying levels of room cleaning depending on what you want: do not disturb, minimal cleaning (take out trash and switch towels), or replace only towels and don't enter the room (you have to set your dirty towels outside your room). The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. We didn't arrive until around 2AM and yet there was still someone there to help us check in and figure everything out. They provide breakfast downstairs for a fee, however we didn't go down early enough to have it. The bathroom was nice and included a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. They had complimentary toiletries available as needed, such as toothbrush/paste, hairbrush, Q-tips, etc.
The week we stayed, there seemed to be some sort of national holiday week so laundry services weren't running. Our room wasn't cleaned thoroughly during that stay (no vacuum or bed sheets changed), which wasn't ideal. It left the room with a bit of a grimey feeling. The towels never dried overnight due to the humidity, so we ended up asking for new towels each day. The bidet was nice, however didn't have a fan for drying your rear. The bathroom vent only had two settings (low and high) so it was running constantly. The washer/dryer combo in the room was nice, however the drying time was super long if you did anything more than a few pieces of clothing (think like 5 hours drying time). Not the best views from the room window (I think ours was looking at another building), so if you're looking for something with great views of the city, this isn't it.

Overall soundproofing was good, however we had some people that seem to have kids jumping and running on the above floor from about 2100-0030 every night. Not hotel problem but guest problem.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Tutto, l’avere anche la lavasciuga in camera con tanto di detersivo è stata una svolta, in aggiunta a tutti gli ottimi servizi tipici di tanti alberghi giapponesi. L’albergo si trova in una zona meno turistica, in rapida evoluzione, residenziale e circondata da uffici per questo ben servita, molto ben collegata all’aeroporto di Haneda e frequentata soprattutto da persone che lavorano: secondo me perfetta se si vuole alloggiare in un luogo uscendo un po’ dalla bolla del turista. Nel quartiere sono comunque presenti luoghi culturali d’interesse che rendono piacevole una bella passeggiata.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026最寄り駅JR山手線「高輪ゲートウエイ」から徒歩直ぐ（５～６分）でしたし、お部屋に洗濯（乾燥）機と冷凍室・冷蔵室のある冷蔵庫・電子レンジが備えられており、仰天と同時に有難かった。また、大人２名に６歳の子連れでしたが、広いベッドに添い寝ができ、追加料金の請求もありませんでした。チェックイン前もチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくださり、大変親切な対応でした。

The location is a little far out of the way from popular attractions but subway stations are nearby. There is construction going on right outside of the hotel.

-the room a bit dirty, lots of black hair on the floors -there was no view from the window, you could only see a wall -only a little drying space for clothes -if you use the washing machines drying option it would leave a bad odor for your clothes

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026מלון גדול . מודרני. ממוקם על רחוב. אדיבים מאוד בקבלה . חמש דקות הליכה יש סופר קטן. וזה מרחק 5 דקות מתחנת הרכבת שלקחה אותנו ישירות לשדה התעופה וזה היה מעולה ומאוד נוח. כאנשים דתיים זה היה לנו נוח בשבת כי קבענו איתם זמנים והם באו לאסוף אותנו מהחדר והפעילו עבורנו את המעלית ( הם כבר הכירו את הענין )
החדרים מאוד קטנים אבל מטופחים, נקיים ופונקציונאליים- אפילו היתה בהם מכונת כביסה!

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026A 2min à pied des lignes A et KK. Le métro KK emmène directement à l'aéroport d'Haneda. Chambre plus grande que la moyenne pour Tokyo. Une supérette pas loin et quelques restaurants à proximité mais il est préférable de manger ailleurs avant de retourner à l'hôtel le soir pour plus de choix. Il y a un tout petit restaurant de ramen juste avant l'hôtel, que je recommande. Personnel accueillant. Chambre propre. Le plus, le lave-linge/sèche-linge dans la chambre qui permet d'avoir des vêtements propres tout du long de mon séjour (14 jours). Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner sur place mais il avait l'air d'y avoir du choix.

The metro station is just around the corner. 7/11 and Family Mart are very close by. Coffee and tea available at the lobby. Breakfast was combination of Japanese and western cuisines. The luggage drop off is also available from Haneda airport for no charge.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Large room, comfortable bed and a great location to get to everywhere I wanted with 2 train station options and multiple lines, and direct train to Haneda... Also away from the tourist crowds which is beautiful for a ND girl. I will definitely stay again.
There's not a heap of small food options in the area (nearby NEWoMan does have some beautiful options), however nearby Mita, Daimon and Shinagawa has everything you could want. Including a wonderful supermarket near Mita.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026雖然不是觀光熱門的住宿選擇地點，但高輪這邊真的很新，而且晚上很安靜，飯店也相當新穎，設備都很好，房間應該也比正市區的飯店還要大一點，吹風機與蓮蓬頭都用很高級的，備品也非常齊全，服務也很好，離地鐵站與JR站都很近很方便，附近最近的超商與超市也稍微走一下就到的了，樓下還有一間拉麵店，整體來說非常開心住在這裡。
雖然說房間大小比市區的大一點，但還是不大，兩個28吋行李箱是可以在地上打開，但會變得稍微壅擠，除此之外沒什麼好挑剔的了。

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Excelente ubicación muy cerca de la estación Sengakuji de la línea ASAKUSA. Sengakuji es buen punto porque permite llegar desde Haneda directamente sin transbordos a esta estación directamente (también volver a Haneda diretamente) y queda solo a una estación de Shinagawa y de los Shinkansen. El desayuno es variado y tipo buffet y bastante bueno. Conviene desayunar en el hotel a buscar opciones cercanas.
El horario de check-In es a las 15:00 y no son flexibles para poder acceder más temprano a la habitación, salvo, que se pague un fee de Yen 1.000.- por hora (o fracción de hora) si se desea entrar más temprano. Después de un viaje de 30 horas de vuelo, no dan ganas de esperar un par de horas para poder ingresar al alojamiento.
