As panelas não eram de.indução mas o fogão era. Deveria ser disponibilizados códigos dos quartos. Os quartos deveriam ser melhor insonorizados. As ruas.à volta fazem muito barulho.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026El hotel está en una ubicación excelente y muy céntrica, todo débidamente señalizado para dar on su ubicación, el acceso al lugar es automatizado desde el móvil, tanto al hostal como a la habitación.
Al estar en el centro, se escucha mucho ruido de la calle, es decir, las ventanas no son insonorizadas, y puede ser que te cueste conciliar el sueño.

Most overpriced hostel room I have ever stayed in. There is no staff on-site so if there are problems you have to call some number and wait for someone to get back to you. Someone was in the bed I was assigned to so had to wait around to get resolved. No explanation of how to get inside so I waited half an hour for someone to come out and let me in. Noisy at night since was hot and window was left open.

Nachdem ich telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen hatte, sagte mir jemand einen manuellen Code, der ebenfalls nicht funktioniert hat. Ich konnte die Herberge nicht betreten und musste mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen

El sistema digital es un poco rígido, siempre hay cambios de rutas y horas. Para un viejo que no sabe de telefonía es un poco difícil, pero el personal al servicio del cliente es amable, paciente y eficaz.

Lamentablemente, la experiencia en general no fue buena. Parece que hay un señor que duerme allí de manera habitual, y no hay suficiente control sobre quién entra y sale del lugar ni sobre el ruido que hacen. Hubo bastante ruido durante la noche, lo que hizo difícil descansar. Considero que debería haber mayor control de acceso y más respeto por los horarios de descanso de los huéspedes. No recomendaría este alojamiento si buscas un lugar tranquilo y seguro para descansar.

Das Einchecken geht nur mit Kreditkarte und Handy. Muss man vorher wissen, sonst sitzt man beim Einchecken in der Tinte. Nicht schön, wenn man für den Jakobsweg eine lange Anreise hinter sich hat. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, dadurch aber auch unfassbar laut. Wenn man wegen Hitze bei offenem Fenster schlafen muss, kriegt man keine Auge zu.

There was no reception. No stamp. You must have data to unlock the doors to get in. If you forget your phone while going to the bathroom and the door locks behind you it cannot be opened without your phone. Hot as hell.

Der Stempel für den Pilgerpass war nicht auffindbar. Ich habe hier reserviert, weil es mir vor 3 Jahren so gut gefallen hat, sich familiär angefühlt hat. Nun alles anonym (aufschließen der Türen per Handycode) und ohne den überaus freundlichen Besitzer! Dem Hostel ist leider die positive Seele abhanden gekommen. Sehr schade!

i didnt like the noise from the street below ,it was without exageration like a football match until 4am, there was no staff on site , and although the virtual keys worked ok, at 67yrs they were new to me, and if your phone runs out of charge what happens ?? as your a tourist, your sightseeing , your taking videos , pictures , and your out all day, it was clean with comfortable beds, no aircon but a fan in the corridor, i wouldnt use again,

Das Einchecken. Ich musste den Betrag dreimal mit Kreditkarte zahlen , da angeblich keine Zahlung erfolgt ist. Da ich annehme, es mit einem solventen Vermieter zu tun habe muss der Fehler im übermittelten Link zu suchen sein. Ich war nicht der Einzige in der Herberge, der Probleme mit dem Einchecken hatte. Positiv bleibt, dass sofort über Telefon ein kompetenter Mitarbeiter zu erreichen war.

Die Duschvorhänge. Das mein Etagenbett mitten im Raum, und oben ohne Schutzvorrichtung stand. Durch die zentrale Lage war sehr laut, weil die ganze Nacht Menschen in den Straßen gefeiert haben. Zu keiner Zeit war ein Ansprechpartner dort. Es gab aber eine Telefonnummern, über die jemand erreichbar gewesen wäre.

No one is there to greet you so it is impersonal. When booking, I was told I could keep my bicycle on site but when I arrived, I was told by phone that it needed to go to another property which was not close by.

- 24/7 street noise: Be aware that there are very loud construction works in front of the hostel. - Poor maintenance: They literally ration toilet paper like it’s a wartime commodity instead of just keeping the bathrooms stocked. To make matters worse, the shower head in the men's bathroom was completely broken. Wouldn't recommend until they fix their facilities. - No receptionist: This results in some strange characters in the hostel. It did not feel secure to leave around anything.

Nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes, il m'a été très difficile de donner les clefs virtuelles à chacun via ma boîte mail sur un portable. Il aurait été plus simple puisque tout le monde était enregistré,de faire parvenir à chacun sa clé.

Le logement n’était pas propre ( poussière, cheveux sur le lit, pansement usagé sous le lit.. ) À contrario de l’emplacement qui est top, le quartier était bruyant toute la nuit. Impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes malgré la chaleur.

Não existe ninguém trabalhando lá, a recepção é toda automatizada. Se vc tem algum problema no check in (como foi o meu caso) você precisa ligar para alguém que trabalha remotamente, e estas pessoas não conseguiram me enviar o código de abrir a porta de entrada. Fiquei trancada de fora algumas vezes. Mas, como eu estava com 2 amigas, elas abriram a porta para mim depois da experiência ruim.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Great location. Budget hostels are usually way dirtier, and this was quite clean (room and bathroom). Both the room and the bathroom are of okay size, you have space.
The whole property was smelly of people cooking constantly late into the night. Getting in with the virtual checkin and keys and flood of messages is a real pain in the neck. There was no wifi whatsoever in the evening. It is not an albergue, don’t choose it if walking the Camino, it has zero atmosphere of such.

There is no longer a “real” person here to greet you. It is all digitally operated. For me that is a bit of a nightmare. The online staff tried their best but the whole system is somewhat stressful. It is a real shame because it truly is a gem of a place. I think if there was a real person there, it would be worth a lot more to a peregrino.

mucho ruido en la habitación, tanto de fuera como de dentro. no había personas en recepción (aunque llamamos y nos atendieron bien). la sensación de que aquello era una casa y ahora es un ingreso pasivo... y que solo tenía llaves la persona que hizo la reserva, en el teléfono, pulsando un botón en el móvil para abrir la puerta. acojonadas de quedarnos sin batería y con estrés por perder el móvil toda la noche...

There are no staff there. Totally impersonal and mechanical. Lacked any human contact apart from other pilgrims. A man, stranger, no booking, rang the bell at 9pm and wanted to 'look round'.We didn't know if he was thief or a rapist. Also when I arrived there were 2 beggars on the top stairs near the boots rack. Terrible security and very impersonal. The staff at the Hotel where I had to leave my bag for collection we're also very unhelpful. I speak fluent Spanish so it wasn't a communications problem.
