Ванная комната требует обновления сантехники как минимум. Сам номер уже старенький, постоянно отваливалась ручка шкафа. Телевизор там для декораций, потому что ни в одном номере не работал

Old furniture 10 to 15 minutes from Tram station right next to train station small room friendly staff the overall cleanliness is not good there were ramen pieces on the coffee set the day we came and there was a cockroach in the drawer otherwise the hotel was pretty nice

Hotel jest nieduży, kameralny. Pokój przestronny, łóżka wygodne, klimatyzacja. Śniadania dobre (z widokiem na morze). Jest nowoczesna winda. Blisko do najważniejszych zabytków. Do głównej ulicy w tym rejonie i tramwaju T1 jest piechotą ok. 15 min., kawałek pod górkę. Tuż obok jest linia tramwajowa T6 dojeżdżająca do metra. W okolicy jest zagłębie restauracji i mniejszych knajpek, ale hałasu z nich nie słychać. Gdybym miała znów pojechać do Stambułu nie wahałabym się wybrać ten hotel.

Niestety czuje się trochę zapachów kuchennych nawet na 4 piętrze. Jednego dnia z powodu awarii nie było ciepłej wody, ale szybko włączyli.

Locatie in zeer toeristisch gedeelte (Kumkapi), veel restaurantjes, winkeltjes en “bedrijvigheid” op straat. Als je een rustige plek zoekt dan is dit geen geschikte plek. Eenvoudige kamer maar wel met airco, koelkastje en waterkoker + thee / koffie 👍

Jonge receptionist was vriendelijk maar oudere man zei niks. Ook viel er niet te praten over het feit dat ik alleen kwam ipv 2. Dus niet bijzonder flexibel of klantvriendelijk. Ontbijt was ok maar veel van hetzelfde. Geen yoghurt bijv. Of ander fruit dan watermeloen. Roerei, koffie en cake was top!

This hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great. There are multiple cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a good location from which to see the main attractions of Istanbul, and convenient for the public transit system. The breakfast is very good. The staff arranged for me to be picked up at the airport, and also arranged taxis when I needed them. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Istanbul. I consider it to be an excellent value.

Cleaned location daily & very good emplyees! Closed to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern ( walk distance)!

Staff VERY helpful. We arrived at 3 am and they were excellent with helping us get parking and into our room.

Parking the rental car was difficult, mostly because of how early we arrived.

酒店式的管理，很干净，每天都打扫整理房间，床品好，舒适，空调好，热水好，早餐好，每天基本一样的种类。供电系统好，遇到片区停电自动就转成发电了，一秒就恢复供电。楼下多家餐馆方便。交通要利用酒店2分钟内的最近的粉色线，可以联通到主要景点的其他线路。

对连续多天住宿的人来说，早餐能变换种类更好。

Breakfast was good.

Faulty socket in Breakfast room therefore 1 toaster was not working all 7 days and was not removed or fixed.

The breakfast here is amazing, the staff are professional, friendly and polite, and the location is amazing. Everything is within walking distance with the Bosporus only a short walk away. I'd avoid the restaurants nearby which are tourist traps and venture to the local eateries which are a short walk away. There is a place called Tado which is nearby and they sell the bet Baklawa money can buy, for an amazing price.

There isn't anything wrong with the hotel in my opinion. This is the second time I have stayed here and it won't be the last. The breakfast is amazing, with a stunning view. The rooms are well kept and it is amazing value for money.

Huge credit to the housekeeping staff. Room was spotless every day, bins emptied, water bottles given - everything was topped up without having to ask. They were on top of everything! Yakut was very warm, friendly and welcoming and a joy to be around at breakfast.

Uber would struggle to find the hotel.

주요교통편인 Tram 까지 거리가 300 m 정도..꽤 높은 언덕에 위치하고 있고 경사로가 있어서 걸어서 운동하기 좋습니다. 나이 드신 분들에게는 힘이 들듯.....

공항 숙소 이동은 가급적 booking.com을 이용하는 것이 좋을듯. 호텔에서 booking 하는 것은 비용 뿐 아니라 15불 이상 차이 .. 공항에서 40분에서 1시간 대기. 호텔 공항이동시 booking.com 이용하였슴 호텔 카운터에 tip box . 왜 있는지 모르겠슴. Tip을 받을만큼 서비스가 좋은것도 아님. 호텔 프런트 직원에게 WC 물어보기 위해서 . 자기들 끼리 대화중 데스크를 살짝 두드렸는데 갑자기 심각한 표정으로 그러면 안된다고 하여 당황했슴. 직원들의 서비스 마인드가 영 준비되지 않아서 급실망.

Great area amongst dining and shops. Walkable to Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sofia. Breakfast good. Staff helpful. If you are coming from the airport use the hotel to organise a shuttle as taxi drivers can be a bit hesitant when they get to the narrow streets. Don’t want to be walking and dragging luggage.

The hotel was very near points of interest. It was extremely clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

there was no one to help with our luggage. I was traveling with my small daughter and had to carry all the luggage to the room by myself. Very disappointing.

Excellent location hidden away amongst the many eateries. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room comfortable if a tad on the small size but nevertheless clean and ok for a few days stay. Breakfast was ample with the same choice each day and if required they would cook you something more at a small charge.A huge area of restaurants close by but you couldn't walk too far without being accosted by those trying to get you into eat. But fun just saying no thanks and walking by. Near to the Bazaar and not far to the Blue Mosque. Everything you could want at close hand. Short walk to the promenade which frankly was uninspiring but plenty of space to wander. If returning would certainly consider this hotel again.

We had a great stay here, the staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel itself was situated near a train station and had an ocean view during breakfast (which was also delicious!). We stayed for 8 nights and would highly recommend here!

Taxiservice naar het vliegveld en de mogelijkheid om baggage achter te laten na uitchecken was goed gegeregeld.

Lakens van het bed waren te klein voor het matras en zaten dus los. Waterkoker was niet aangesloten, daar was geen stopcontact voor, en was vies van binnen. Rondom de kamerdeur zaten grote kieren die veel tv-geluid en licht van de lobby naar binnen liet. Ontbijtservice was onvriendelijk, groette niet en weigerde mijn verzoek het servies nog even te laten staan terwijl ik nog aan het eten was (griste het zelfs uit mijn handen). Er was alleen wit brood, de koffie was zeer slecht en er was geen yoghurt of kwark. Ondanks de hoge temperaturen buiten werd alles binnen flink verwarmd. De ventilatie in de badkamer maakte veel lawaai. De vloerverwarming in de badkamer stond permanent aan en kon je niet uit zetten, waardoor het benauwd werd binnen. De kamer was erg krap. Het enige stopcontact van de kamer en het lichtknopje zaten te ver van het bed om niet op te hoeven staan. Het raam keek uit op een grijze ruimte tussen de muren van de gebouwen er omheen.

Este o locatie foarte frumoasa, cocheta cu camere curate, situata in centrul vechi, cu acces facil catre Hagia Sophia, Moscheea Albastra, Palatul Topcapi si Grand Bazar.

The staff and part of the room.

The bathroom had ants and the 2 nights stay . The Maid did not make our beds correctly. She did not change the sheets. In fact she took off the top sheet and just put on the the top blanket. She did not clean the bathroom there was an ant farm under the sink in the bathroom.

I loved this hotel, right in the center square with the train station practically next door, easy for transport to tram, metro, buses, water taxis. Shops so many restaurants and cafes, the area is so friendly. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Rooms were spotless. Very modern . Massive balcony (that has to be booked) I would definitely stay there again.

Great location - many restaurant and pubs nearby and tram stop right around the corner from the hotel; quiet room and really comfortable beds; kind staff; breakfast quite good, but same everyday. Overall ok.

Horrible mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and shower. I understand that the rooms are probably old, but it looks disgusting and definitely needs specialist cleaning. Additionally, the water is very chlorinated. The bathroom smelled like a swimming pool and unfortunately if someone has sensitive skin (like me) this amount of chlorine can be a problem because it irritates the skin a lot.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Istanbul. Stanza grande, pulitissima, cambio giornaliero della biancheria, acqua calda subito, bollitore e fornitura di caffè e tè, bottiglie di acqua ogni giorno dopo la pulizia. Letti comodissimi. E soprattutto molto silenzio. Colazione buona. Ottimo il formaggio. Hotel consigliato.

This hotel was more than I expected! Overall, enjoyed my week there. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Going the extra mile at times to assist. Having breakfast included was great to get the day started. Its not a wide variation, but its a good and tasty selection. The train transport line is right around the corner. What I appreciated greatly is that secuirty is present late at night and early mornings at the train station. There are restaurants nearby - literally right outside the door. I would definitely stay here again on my trip back to Turkey.

staff. appena a arrivati ci danno una camera apriamo era già occupata un errore può capitare. la sera prima della partenza controllo l'estratto conto mi accorgo che c'è un doppio pagamento dell'hotel. Alla reception ci dicono che è stato un errore. Chiedo la restituzione dei soldi mi dicono che di stare tranquilli che tra 4 o 5 giorni saranno riaccreditati.Chiedo un documento che attesti che devono restituirmi i soldi, anche perché alla mattina noi partivamo. Il signore mi risponde a malo modo vi è stata discussione.ma alla fine mi rilascia ricevuta.Gli scrivo un mail attraverso booking per lasciare traccia. Ho ricevuto accredito sono stati di parola.

The location is good, only 5 minutes from the train station (U3) and close to many local restaurants, 15-20 minutes to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia; the room is clean, but a bit small; the staffers are friendly; the breakfast is good. Overall, it is a good value. We would recommend this hotel.

This hotel has good location. I review it as poor because of two things. First was the unfriendly front desk staffs (an older guy even turned his back on us instead of opening the door for us when he saw us at the entrance). Second thing was a badly coughing woman worked in kitchen served breakfast for two mornings of our stay. I then got the virus and coughed my head off during my rest trip in Turkey. She was sick so shouldn’t serve food.
