Nous avons réservé une chambre pour nous reposer entre un bus de nuit de Sapa et un départ en croisière à Halong Bay. La réception est un peu sommaire mais la chambre était impeccable et a parfaitement fait le job. En plus la patronne est adorable et nous a elle même déposé au terminal du port. Je recommande!

Nos vendieron un crucero que no era lo que nos dijeron. Peor clase y problema con las habitaciones q al final se pudo solventar

Very clean and great location. Lots of space and very comfortable bed. The manager was very helpful and responsive.

Some confusion over breakfast drinks because of language. Couples thought they could have a juice and a coffee but only got a juice to share. Hotel needs to make clear that it is a choice of Coffee or Tea or Juice. Also we are vegetarian and told kitchen on first day. On second morning we were given sausages and bacon. Unfortunately there was a club nearby playing very loud music every evening until very late.

Es ist alles da, was man braucht - und es hat funktioniert. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es gibt zwar kein Buffet aber es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Der Ort an sich. Es wird gerade gebaut ohne Ende. Und man hat das Gefühl, man ist auf einer riesigen Baustelle! Da kann ja aber das Hotel nichts für. Bilder an der Wand würden das Hotelzimmer noch ein wenig wohnlicher machen.

Exceptional hospitality and a home away from home in Ha Long. I stayed at the Central Halong Hotel, for four nights as a traveller,and it was hands down one of my best experiences in Vietnam. The location is perfect centrally situated right across from the cable car leading to Du world Halong Park. The rooms are spacious, sparkling clean,and offer incredible value for money. You definitely get more than what you pay for here. Every morning, the breakfast was a delightful and positive surprise,varied and very tasty. What truly sets this hotel apart, however are the owner and his wife. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a perfect stay. Whether it's booking a cruise ( including lunch and excursions ) or organising transport to your next destination, everything is handled flawlessly. Incredible care when I fell I'll,during my stay, I unfortunately became unwell and wasn't fit to travel the next day. Being a solo traveler, I was so grateful for the owner reacted. He immediately arranged for me to stay an extra night and they even brought me medicine and a warm bowl of rice soup to my room. Their genuine care and kindness during a moment when I felt vulnerable were heart warming. Conclusion; If you are looking for a clean centrally located hotel with owners who truly have a heart of gold. Look no further, I would absolutely book this hotel again if I return to Ha Long.

Super lokalita blízko reštaurácii, obchodov, dobrej kávy. Raňajky nás vždy nasýtili. Každý deň chodili upratovať, meniť uteráky. Za prijateľný poplatok nám oprali a vysušili oblečenie.

Er was,niets wat mij tegenviel , alles was perfect geregeld en t was een heerlijke ruime kamer.

Хороший отель в бухте Халонг. Хозяин организовал нам трансфер их Ханоя туда и обратно, все четко и еще круиз по бухте, корабль новый с хорошим обедом и программой. Удобные кровати и подушки. Завтрак специфический, но пойдет.

На завтраке сделать чай черный и кофе с молоком.

Wonderful hotel and friendly owner. I liked the homely atmosphere and openness. They organized a tour of the bay for us (2 days/1 night) without prepayment, which was very pleasant. Thank you from Russia. Good luck with your business development.

Tolle Zimmer, sehr geräumig und alles relativ neu. Die Lage ist top und die Familie super nett. Haben über die Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis eine Bootsfahrt durch die Ha Long Bucht gebucht. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und es gab jeden Tag etwas anderes. Nur zu empfehlen, Preis-Leistung stimmt auch.

Everyday they served with different and tasty breakfast. They helped to book a limousine car, cruise trip, and advised on other activities to do around Halong Bay area. The location of the hotel is perfect!

Vợ chồng em chủ khách sạn rất nhiệt tình , chu đáo, quan tâm và có trách nhiệm với khách . Khách sạn thông thoáng , phòng rộng rãi, thoải mái cảm giác như đang ở nhà mình . Đặc biệt gia đình mình đã được thưởng thức bữa sáng rất ngon với bát bún Hải sản thơm , ngọt , đậm đà hương vị biển… Nếu có con nhỏ thì ở đây là vị trí tuyệt vời, sang bên kia đường là khu công viên vui chơi giải trí , lối lên cáp treo …

Trung est un bon host. La reception 24h est vraiment pratique. Nous sommes arrivés à 4h du matin. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits sont ultra confortables, l eau a une très bonne pression même au 8ème étage, il y a un AC si besoin, espace de rangement, frigo. La chambre est très bien meublée. Pas d’option au petit dej, la femme de Trung prépare le p’tit dej pour tout le monde, très bon, surtout le Banh Mi. Très appréciable d’avoir des fruits frais tous les matins. La localisation de l’hôtel est très bien. Juste en face du câble, à 15min à pied des bateaux pour la croisière et 3k du centre ville.

Very spacious, clean room with comfortable beds. The Banh Mi breakfast and fresh passion fruit juice was delicious! Lovely family run hotel.

New hotel and room/bathroom equipment, good location, super spacious room and bathroom. Extremely helpful and customer friendly there. I forgot my passport and money (yes, that's what I do), they actively contacted me and helped to organize delivery to my next destination. Thank you so much.

It's a bit challenging to equip such large rooms so it feels a bit empty, but at least you can dance there if you want:)

Изначально приехали на 1 ночь, но продлили ещё на 1. Хост при этом переселил нас на другой этаж по своей инициативе, т.к. на наш заселилась компания и он переживал что будет шумно. Помог с круизом и отвёз/забрал нас с пристани. Завтрак огонь!

ロケーションが良い、ハロン湾クルーズ発着港まで歩いて10分ほど。部屋が清潔で広い。細やかな気配りが感じられ、何かと親切にして頂きました。朝食は1日目と2日目でメニューが変わりジュースも手作りでおもてなし精神が感じられました。ハノイへの復路の高速バスを予約してあったのですが乗車所が遠いと判るとオーナーがバス会社に電話してホテルまで迎えに来るよう手配してくれました。ホテルから乗車所までタクシーで移動しようと思っていたので大変助かりました。

Fantastic staff, who were helpful and attentive, spotlessly clean room, the hotel was sparkling, Huge room with well appointed bathroom, Great location, close to restaurants and bars and shopping, Awesome view from our small balcony The hotel even booked an overnight cruise on Halong Bay and dropped us off and picked us up from the boat. could not ask for better service

I didn't want to leave

The breakfast is banh mi that self made by the owner, and it's just perfectly well made and tasty. The owner make sure our banh mi just fresh from the kitchen since we come right away after Halong Bay marathon. Some of my friends are muslim, and the hotel banh mi left a good impression to them. Another side dish like fruit and cake just good too, but the banh mi steal the highlight. Apart from that, the room are spacious. It looks like new hotel since hotel is clean and. the owner are helpful too. Just ask them if you need help

Super friendly staff! Very helpful and very clean rooms

The hotel room was big and comfortable - lots of space for two people. It was very quiet (didn't hear or see any other tourists in the hotel at the time), and there were several mini-marts/convenience stores & coffee shops nearby. The staff were helpful with organising private cars to the cruise port and airport at a reasonable price. The total cost of the hotel was affordable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect if the main aim of your trip is to see Sunworld (literally across the road) but there's not much else in that area to draw in the tourists. Our only feedback would be around the breakfast provided - there was no discussion or choice around what we might like to eat for breakfast. Instead we were effectively just given what we got, rather than being shown a menu and allowing us to choose what we might want off it. We felt wasteful as alot of the items brought out were not what we wanted.

L'emplacement est proche de commodités de la ville, notamment un parc d'attraction. Le personnel est très serviable et notamment un service de navette gratuite pour aller à l'embarcadère du port pour une croisière dans la baie. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. Les chambres spacieuses. C'était un excellent sejour
