Hablamos de un Hospedaje muy completo, diría muy familiar .El cuarto amplio grande de techos altos muy agradable muy limpio con unos ventanales inmensos, camas fantásticas aire acondicionado y una vista al Jardin y a los árboles muy bonita . Excelente Baño hasta te facilitan toallas espléndidas por si quieres ir a la playa y deja el auto estacionado en el hotel .El cuarto con todos los utensilios de cocina,microondas, cafetera,nevera, cubiertos por si alguien quiere cenar de noche ,muy tranquilo y el desayuno, fenomenal, el auto queda en el parking del Hostal muy seguro. Estuve muy contento y la playa queda a un par de minutos caminando a pie lo que sirve para bajar el estómago.

Ante toda la tranquilidad del lugar y uno puede aparcar el carro con tranquilidad, luego la luz del cuarto, la vista fantástica, la limpieza, el tamaño de la suite, está todo muy bien puesto las camas estupendas y el desayuno muy rico.

El personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias y ubicado muy cerca de la playa. Que tenga aparcamiento privado siempre es algo que de agradece (aunque depende de la disponibilidad). Nos prestaron toallas y el jardín es muy agradable.

La piscina está en la azotea y es bastante pequeña, y no está muy limpia, además de encontrar varias cucarachas. Costaba refrigerar la habitación. Baños con mal olor.

Un petit hotel un peu éloigné de la foule. Le personnel était discret mais sympathique, le petit déjeuner correct dans l'ensemble. La chambre/suite est spacieuse, bien équipée avec un réfrigérateur/congélateur, un micro-onde, des assiettes et couverts... Ce qui évite d'avoir à ressortir pour aller manger le soir. La piscine sur le rooftop est très sympa avec une vue sur la forêt. Un parking pour garer la voiture.

El personal es muy amable y presto a resolver cualquier eventualidad.

Gostamos muito por ser um lugar pequeno, confortável e com um clima familiar bem acolhedor. Também gostamos da piscina que, apesar de pequena, é bem posicionada, sempre limpa e climatizada, além de ter uma copa no quarto.

O que menos gostamos foi do café da manhã, que achamos fraco e com poucas opções.

A única falha foi o chuveiro. A pressão da água era praticamente inexistente e o caudal muito reduzido, o que tornava os banhos bastante desconfortáveis. Considero que este é um aspeto que deveria ser revisto.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und angenehm.

Die fehlende Abwechslung beim Frühstück. Die Sargassum-Braunalgen an den Stränden beeinträchtigt die Strandbesuche, da die Algen nicht nur im Wasser, sondern auch an den Stränden liegen und teilweise nicht beseitigt werden. Da das Hotel keinen direkten Strandzugang hat, ist es für diese Algenplage und deren Beseitigung nicht verantwortlich.

Area of hotel was quiet, suite was clean. Upon arrival was told there was no pool, however, discovered on 3rd day that the 5th floor DID actually have a small pool to access. The breakfast wasn't appealing to me, but it had the staples: bread, cheese, deli meat, cereal, fruit, coffee and teas. Boiled eggs were offered first day when staff saw you seated.

The FD staff wasn't always around, and had no sign on their door indicating their return. Beach 88 was nearby but seaweed was a big issue during this time of year. Location was a 45 min walk to the Centro area and Ado Bus, so not close to variety of things. Used taxis a lot because the heat was a bit much. On day 5, someone entered my room during the afternoon and stole my lil travel pouch containing 4000 pesos. Immediately informed staff approx 530pm - who called the mgr and allowed me to explain in English. Said he'd take a few hrs to review cameras, but by next morning, heard nothing from him, so I checked out Thurs morn, and still havent heard from him. 😔

Breakfast was adequate. The yogurt, fruit and granola were good. Coffee was a bit overdone / burnt and I don't like the milk, but I think it's just the taste of milk in Mexico. The rooms are very large and generally clean, except for a few details. Location is great -- close enough to walk to the main strip with restaurants and boutiques, but in a quiet area.

There was a stain on the bed sheet and the coffee maker in the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Also, when we stayed here 2 years ago the bicycles were included. This time they cost an additional $10 each per day, so we decided not to use them.

São poucas vagas de garagem, tivemos sorte, pois o hotel não estava lotado, caso contrário provavelmente não haveria vagas disponíveis. A localização é boa, mas não é das melhores.

This hotel was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — especially for my birthday. They had taken the time to decorate the room for the occasion, which was such a thoughtful touch and instantly made the stay feel special. The room itself was incredible: spotless, comfortable, and everything actually worked perfectly — which sadly isn’t always guaranteed these days. The TV, air conditioning, and fan all worked flawlessly, the shower was amazing, and having a fridge and a lovely terrace with mosquito netting made the whole experience even better. The safe parking was a huge bonus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning, and the staff were genuinely some of the best we came across during our travels — friendly, helpful, and always smiling. This is exactly how hospitality should be done. A beautiful hotel with staff who truly care about their guests. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Mooie kamers, goede prijs/kwaliteit. Parking beperkt aantal plaatsen binnen, buiten parking voldoende en veiligr Veilige buurt. We hebben 1 nacht verbleven om volgende dag vroeg de ferry naar Cozumel te nemen, 10 minuten met de auto. Savonds met de fiets van hotel naar centrum om te eten, te voet is te ver. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar ok.

Fietsen zijn bijbetalen maar zijn het eigenlijk niet waard, platte banden, zadel kan niet verzet worden, slechte staat.

La ubicacion es buena para poder descansar y estar alejado del ruido, lo único que tienes que tener coche para desplazarte. Las camas son cómodas y tiene ventanas en varias ubicaciones con las que puedes hacer corriente por la noche y tener fresco sin el aire acondicionado.

El desayuno muy poca variedad, un detalle sería preguntar si quieres totilla en vez de darte los huevos cocidos.

Süßes kleines Hotel in der Nähe des Zentrums und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Strand innerhalb weniger Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

We had a good time at Cielo y Mar! The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. We had a palm tree in front of our balcony, so we also had some shade, but also difficulties with the sea view. In the end it did not bother us too much. Room was made daily which is a big plus in comfort! Breakfast was ok: eggs, toast, butter, cheese, ham, jam, peanut butter, cornflakes, coffee and tea. It was suitable for the overall price. If you want to leave early for some activities keep in mind that they serve breakfast from 8. We had to skip to breakfasts because we started our day earlier. Parking in the backyard (5 Spots) or in front of the hotel on the street. Hotel is near the beaches 72 and 88. In 10 to 15 minutes you will reach the more lively part of 5th avenue with restaurants and bars. For us it was the perfect location of the hotel. All in all: good value for money and for Playa del Carmen!

Wifi in our room was on and off. We communicated it, staff looked after it, but could not fix the problem. In the end we went to the reception area, the rooftop or sat on the stairs near the elevator to get some wifi ;) In these areas it went well. We also had only cold water the last two days. Staff also wanted to look into it. As it was on our departure day as we communicated it, I cannot say if they fixed it quickly. But I assume.

Destaco la amabilidad del personal, especialmente Rosa ☺️ Teníamos la habitación más grande que resultó muy cómoda y tranquila. La cama es muy cómoda. Disfrutamos mucho de la alberca y de la terraza. La señal de internet funcionó muy bien, excepto por un día que se cortó la señal completamente, pero entiendo que es algo externo al hotel. Está cerca de la playa 88 (unos 800 metros) que es la que más nos gustó de las playas públicas

El barrio no es muy turístico, y la gente de la zona “invade” las playas viernes, sábados y domingos y no es agradable ir ante tanta superpoblación y música alta. Además en el barrio no se venden bebidas alcohólicas, por ende para conseguir una cerveza hay que caminar por lo meso 10 cuadras. El centro está a un buen trecho caminando, pero se pueden alquilar bicis en el hotel por 100 mx el día. Una noche fue imposible dormir debido al alto volumen de la música de los vecinos. El desayuno es básico.

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et bien équipées avec petite cuisine et un balcon très agréable. L'emplacement idéal. Loin de l'agitation du centre mais en même temps proche a pied. Personnel attentif et agréable.

Les chambres devaient être prêtes pour midi et lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 13 heures seule une était prête il a fallu attendre pour la deuxième. Seul petit bémol 😁

The room itself was so cozy, facing the forest, so silent. Also I really enjoyed the design of the room. I also enjoyed that it was further away from the touristic streets, as I prefer a more down to earth area.

Nice, clean apartments. The location is great location within walking distance of the beach , yet situated on the outskirts of the town. Good breakfast and the rooms are spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing major, but we had some difficulty to check in outside working hours, despite informing the owner in advance. We spend about 1 hour waiting by the entrance gate at 7 pm with no one around to let us in and no answer to our phone calls. Eventually we contact them via What’s Up and after a long while received a code to the key locker. Also, be aware that swimming pool is much smaller that it appears on the pictures, it’s more a paddling pool for a few people to cool down but no space to swim.

Great location, only a short walk into the centre of Playa del Carmen and very close to the beach.

Il rooftop con piscina con bellissima vista sul mare. Stanza ampia e pulita con un bel balcone. Parcheggio privato interno e, in alternativa, possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada. La vicinanza alle spiagge principali di Playa del Carmen, ma anche ai locali della Quinta Avenida.

Talvolta non abbiamo avuto la disponibilità di acqua calda per fare la doccia e sfortunatamente durante il nostro soggiorno l'ascensore era guasto.

Sehr liebevoll geführte Anlage: eine kleine, schlichte aber willkommenheißende Anlage. Das Personal war stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist natürlich ein Highlight.

El primer día no hubo agua caliente, pero después se solucionó, justo llegamos y a los dos días se rompió el ascensor, y por último es lejos del centro pero te moves x la app IN DRIVE (Uber de allá) mucho más barato y podés elegir vos el precio (mínimo 70 pesos mexicanos)

the pool on the roof, the beach next to the hotel. We also appreciate, the kindness of the staff, the breakfast and the room with the view (trees and beach). We felt safe and it's important because I'm travelling alone with my daughter.

there are only 5 parking places, and I couldn't park mine the first night. The elevator doesn't work and there are no wifi in the room. the mattress was too hard.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit. Man sieht das Meer von der dritten Etage, die vierte wäre besser gewesen.

Der Pool ist nicht nur klein, sondern winzig. Schwimmen kann man nicht, nur sitzen. Daher haben wir ihn nicht benutzt. WiFi war sehr schlecht, an manchen Stellen des Zimmers komplett ohne Signal.
