Fairfield by Marriott Coimbatore

Location is pretty good.. The hotel rooms are clean.. Parking was comfortable. Decor is minimistic modern

The check in was delayed and the receptionist acted like we didn't exist.. After 9 hours of drive, we were tired and they didn't even offer us a welcome drink or ask us to sit down or even apologize for the delay.. We were standing in queue for nearly ten minutes before we were checked in.. As senior citizens, we felt the hotel was indifferent.. Then the keys didn't work and we had to come back to the reception.. We ordered beverages at 10 pm and then we repeatedly followed up and finally canceled the order as it was more than an hour.. Still they brought it at midnight waking us up.. We informed we have canceled the order. The next evening we asked for water bottles... And we had to follow up several times to get it.. Service and attitude of the staff is pathetic..

I had to pay an extra charge for the 3rd person in the room when i had booked with Booking.com for 3 people at a specific price all inclusive for half board with airport pick up and drop. i was even told that air drop would cost extra but when i showed the booking.com confirmation then they reverted back and said OK. Unessesary discussions and extra charges for an extra bed which was not justififed ! The buffet was luke warm and basically destroyed the taste and culinary characteristics of that particular reciepe. The live food counter was very good and also the Staff at the dining area.

Breakfast was good, location is very comfortable.

The room was very small. Although everything else was good, the overall experience did not feel like good value for money.

Yesterday we vist onam sadhya with family at Fairfield Marriott hotel. Food was grate but service was pathaitc and the person don't now first what need to serve. Food is good need to improve basic service.

We came here in Coimbatore and it was an amazing experience from the banquet staff and Front desk staff i want to mention mr. Alen ms akshaya and ms Ranjitha from desk were so hostile towards me and event went very good thank you for your kind gesture

The staff were so lovely mr David was so nice to us throughout the event and Alen and Muthu from Banquet also were so helpful towards us thank you very much and restaurant food was amazing and all the staff from hotel also so friendly 10/10

The stay was really comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was nice and welcoming. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a good experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

The size of the bed.

There were no towels. It took two trips to Reception and no response. Eventually I had to catch a member of hotel staff in the corridor to get towels.

Close to Airport, good behavior of staff (Ms. Kadamvini was very supportive in front office) and good meeting room facility. Not noisy. Well maintained Dining area.

Cleanliness needs improvement. Soiled food-plates and empty beer bottles were seen lying outside many rooms (beside walkway) for long time, without clearance.

Excellent front office service ,warm welcome, quick assistance and great attention to detail. Highly appreciate his efforts.

Запах сырости в номере. Очень долго подключался интернет, Wi-Fi. Очень сложная схема подключения. Надо стать сначала членом сообщества мариот, что непросто, только потом есть возможность подсоединиться к Wi-Fi. Я потратил больше получаса. В итоге, когда у меня шло серьезное совещание, Wi-Fi отключился. Почему-то написано что завтрак входит в стоимость, но с меня сняли деньги дополнительно, при выезде.
