O hotel não oferece café da manhã, apesar de haver muitos locais próximos que estão abertos logo de manhã.

It has it all really well equipped and a perfect location, near a metro station and all good locations and streets!! Everything working properly, with good amenities and everything really easy to access.
We just didn't understand why in the check out day, that we had until 11 am to leave, around 9:30/10 the reception person started to pressure us to leave, asking if we were already out of there. It was really unnecessary, since obviously we were aware of the time and would honre that, like we actually did.

Por lo que pagué, la atención para la salida fue nefasta y me sorprendió que no tuviese recepción 24 horas. Pedí poder ducharme antes de irme del alojamiento ya que tenían habitaciones libres el día de mi salida, y me dijeron que tras pagar casi 400 euros por noche, tendría que reservar una noche mas para poder acceder a ello, sin duda no volvere

I was actually never even able to check in because there was not a staff member in the building to even let me in the door upon arrival. I ended up spending hours of my vacation trying to find another location to spend the night. I was stranded on the streets as a single traveler with all of my luggage trying to find a new location to stay. A waste of time. When attempting to reach out to the property, no one was answering any of their phone lines. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Bus service is one block away and taxis were readily available outside out room and 1 block down the street. Also, there were excellent restaurants within 100 meters of the apartment.
I have nothing to complain about.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026The staff were very helpful, directing us to our basic needs on our first day. The location is great, two blocks from Piazza di Populo and close to many little cafes and restaurants on the side streets, Laundromat within 2 blocks, and shopping on this street and Via di Corso one block over. About 1/2 mile in the opposite direction is the Spanish Steps. The room was great and well maintained as was the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when we return to Rome
The only knock is the tiny elevator. One person with a suitcase fills it. But this is typical of older buildings in Rome so don't panic. I considered it more of the charm of the place.

sehr schlecht Geräusch isoliert zwischen den Zimmer, von draußen hört man gar nichts aber dafür von den Nachbarn das ganze Gespräch :/ Mich persönlich stört es nicht, aber für Personen die geräuschempfindlich sind und dadurch schlecht schlafen unpassend. Das einzige was mich persönlich gestört hat war, dass man keine richtigen Decken hatte, nur so dünne Laken. Keine richtige Kritik nur als Information :)

Keep in mind that this is a small boutique hotel, and staff is not present evenings and weekends. Also the elevator is very small (3 feet by 3 feet) and can only accommodate 1 person with luggage or 2 persons without luggage. During our 3 day visit, we encountered 2 families wanting to check in.who had to phone for assistance.

Plusieurs restaurants autour du logement ce qui est très appréciable après des longues journées de marche. Literie de qualité et belle grande chambre. Personnel présent sur place en journée.
