The room was very posh looking and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The layout was nice and spacious, beds comfortable and view nice! Loved the serenading gondolas sailing past!

It advertised a sofa bed but would have cost an extra 40 Euros to make up/provide sheets, didn’t request twin beds because the sofa bed was advertised. Also the lobby floods in the rain (may be the norm and the staff did quickly resolve)… wasn’t really a problem.

One of the nights the neighbours had a party with incredibly loud music and couldn’t sleep at all. And the previous morning the reception lady was speaking with the speakerphone with the other person on the screen since very early and woke me up. My room 7 was too close and the volume was so high

Although there may not have been staff onsite all the time, there was access to someone virtually at the other site. They were very responsive to my questions on how the best way to get to the unit was.

At times the language barrier was tricky to navigate but hand signals & translate APP worked well. We were also not aware of the stairs to our unit, but Venice is full of stairs, so a pack light & backpack works better than a pull along bag you have to lift everywhere.

C’est la communication avec un intermédiaire via une télévision qui n’est pas easy pour tout…c’est amusant mais quand on demande un passage en chambre et que l’on rentre à 17h et que les serviettes non pas été changées et que la personne via la tv nous dit que c’est trop tard. C’est un point négatif pour nous c’est dommage ! je trouve qu il devrait y avoir un accès en face de cette tv ou l’on pourrait obtenir du papier toilettes et des serviettes de bain …on paye …Aussi non c’est un très bel endroit literie impeccable et bien située merci quand même

The location is very central and convenient for exploring Venice. The staff were also extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. We had a mix-up with our reservation and mistakenly thought we had booked two nights instead of one. Even though there were no rooms available for the additional night, the staff were very understanding and even helped us find another hotel nearby. We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Overall, we had a good stay.

We booked a room for three people, and I slept in the smaller bed, which unfortunately wasn’t very comfortable. The bed also squeaked with almost every movement, which was a little inconvenient during the night. There is also no elevator. While this isn’t necessarily a problem, having one would be convenient since tourists often travel with fairly heavy luggage, and carrying bags upstairs can be quite a hassle. If you’re traveling with only a few light bags, this probably wouldn’t be an issue.

Great location with easy walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants and cafes. Very spacious room and bathroom with all amenities including coffee, snacks, water and toiletries.

No elevator, but this is very common in Europe and especially Venice. The rooms are up only 1 set of stairs so easily manageable.

No lift. Other rooms may be different, but in room seven you could hear everybody down in the entrance as well as the phone ringing at the reception desk

O quarto era muito confortável e bonito, equipado com tudo o que precisávamos. A equipe era muito simpática e prestativa. Perto das principais atrações de Veneza, inclusive do Teatro La Fenice (vale muito a pena a visita).

Por ser em um beco estreito e com pouca iluminação, a parte de fora do hotel pode causar um certo estranhamento. Além disso, era longe da estação de trem, sendo necessário pegar um vaporetto para conseguir chegar ao hotel.

O quarto é muito bacana e a localização é excelente!

Everything - it was super central, it was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for the 3 of us (European spacious not North American spacious) and it was well equipped. Loved it! Highly recommend.

Nothing but…there are 2 sets of stairs from Rialto vaporetto so beware for those who have large luggage and/or mobility issues. Plus steep narrow stairs to the first floor of the suites.

De locatie van de guesthouse is prettig gelegen in hartje Venetië. Korte afstanden tot alles. Ook fijn dat er een koffie apparaat en waterkoker op de kamer beschikbaar waren. Het tweepersoonsbed was groot en lag goed. De airco deed het goed en was geruisloos.

Onze kamer rook muffig, alsof er gerookt was. Ook lagen er tapijten op de grond, wat ikzelf erg onhygiënische vond. De douche had een regendouche en handdouche. De regendouche deed het goed. De handdouche had daarentegen geen goed straal, alsof deze verstopt zat met kalk. De hoofdkussens waren hard, er lag wel 1 zachter kussen in de garderobekast. Het matras van het extra bed voor onze dochter was ook erg hard. Verder was er geen ontbijtmogelijkheid in de guesthouse. Ik vond de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet goed.

It's close to st Marcus square and Rialto. You really can't go wrong in Venice, it is beautiful everywhere. We had some trouble communicating with staff, we were arriving after hours and it seemed that I got replies from different people who didn't read the thread. Thankfully a friend was staying there too so it all worked out. But it was stressful. There is no one on the premises in the middle of the day and in the evening. Close to great restaurants, beautiful shops. Gondola stop right outside the property.

Only two rooms have canal views. And the garbage collection happens from 7 am right in front of the hotel. So that might be unpleasant if you have a room with a canal view.

Perfectly located for San Marco square and Rialto. Spacious and clean. Patio. Friendly and welcoming staff. Easy check in and easy walk from Rialto when arriving in water transport from airport. Arrival instructions were clear from the airport. Room serviced if required. Air conditioned.

O quarto é um pouco pequeno para três pessoas, mas como ficamos apenas uma noite, atendeu às nossas necessidades e não chegou a ser um problema.

Top locatie op korte afstand van de beste bezienswaardigheden. Na aangegeven dat de airco niet voldoende koelde werd er direct op gereageerd, en hadden we diezelfde dag weer lekkere verkoeling.

Het matras is te hard. We hadden kamer 3 en die grenst aan een drukkere straat. En die is hinderlijk gehorig.

The location was excellent. It was near the main attractions. The room was large with a very nice view.

The staff didn't speak English very well. There was one virtual person on the computer screen and one woman there in the lobby. It was confusing when we were checking in, but otherwise it was a great stay.

We loved our room at this small hotel that is right on a canal just 10 mins from St Mark's in one direction and Rialto bridge in the other. It was a large room by European standards for sure! We had a double bed while our 17 yr old daughter had a chaise turned into a bed. Perfect! She said it slept really well. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower worked well. There were small touches like shampoo, conditioner, and soap - as well as a small machine for coffee or tea. They left small snacks in the room each day as well. I can't say enough good things about our stay and recommend it highly. We would stay there again and again.

I am 59 yrs old and am not a fan of check in via a remote clerk. It was awkward. But we didn't have any issues with it so I'm guessing it is just my age that makes me say this. :)

The locations was fantastic, 4 min walk from rialto bridge. Gondolas your outside, so pretty. Room was huge, much larger than expected. Good shower, bed was good, AC was excellent in the heatwave The receptionist was on a screen on Teams, but that was fine as she was there for our check in and the housekeeper was also there - they let us leave our cases and get changed in the room before it was ready in the morning on arrival.

The room was dark as the view was of the next door building about 1.5m away. No iron and unfortunately the virtual receptionist and housekeeper had finished for the day.

The location was great. 4 mins walk to Rialto Bridge. Our arrival was organised with the reception being covered by the sister hotel. Loved the room. We were able to leave our cases for a few hours before heading to the airport.

The decor, size, and comfort of the room were perfect. The staff that assisted us were kind. We loved the location. The bathroom was particularly wonderful and the balcony was so cute.

We could hear a chatter from the entry through ancient the vent in the bathroom, but it was quiet. Otherwise a perfect stay .

Windows were straight on a wall. Our room was very dark. It was maybe only our room… I did not see the others. Bathroom was not working properly. No personnel on site all the time in case of issues. Luggage at the reception were left with no security and no one around.

Great location, walkable to all the sites, loved the complimentary cakes. Really nice room. We were in room no.6 with canal view. Was perfect for our stay. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels/apartments in area. Check in was different, first time I’ve had it virtual. Instructions were easy to follow. Would stay again.

Maybe invest in some blackout curtains in the bathroom, couldn’t shower/use bathroom at night we had the light off as curtains were see through. Can be noisy however wasn’t an issue for us. Would be useful to have a mini fridge (you can make it go with the decor). And upgrade your TV so we can connect smart phones, as there was no English channels. Small changes would make an even more pleasant stay.

The stairs were a bit challenging with large suitcases but we managed. Also it would be nice to offer Kleenex or tissue.

V ubytovaní nie je personál, otvorili nám na diaľku, na stole obálka a v nej kľúče. Kľúč bol nalomený - po reklamácii mi ho chceli dať zaplatiť. Ponižujúce a smiešne zároveň, potom koľko som zaplatil za ich najluxusnejšiu izbu. Inak by to bolo celkom ok.

最初オーダーした部屋は大きめの部屋だったが、西側の路地に面しており　その路地は人通りが多く夜中までうるさかったので　東側のホテルのエントランスの有る人通りの少ない側に変えてもらったが、ダウングレードの部屋だったが差額は帰ってこなかった。 リザベーションの段階で（静かな部屋を希望）と伝えていたので、部屋のチェンジに関して返金はしませんと言われていたけど、客の希望を無視してうるさい部屋をブックしたホテルのマネージメントに疑問を感じる。

The bathroom was small, which was fine but the only downside, if a downside at all. The room is large and being able to open the windows was wonderful.

A bit noisy - from the street and from guests entering the property. No one’s fault really - just normal city noise and an old echoey building. Everything was fine, however, during sleep hours in fact, a solid sleep on a firm mattress!

La posizione, centrale e comoda per visitare Venezia. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale con collegamento in remoto ma molto disponibile e paziente.

La mancanza del check in di persona mi preoccupava parecchio. Lei ragazze sono state brave e accoglienti con il collegamento da remoto.

Everything was perfect! Our home for two days in the centre of Venice. Large room beautiful decorated , renovated clean bathroom, a large comfortable bed with clean bedsheets, a coffee machine and two large windows that you can enjoy a canal, the gondolas and people passing by...

Muy limpio, y muy buena ubicación!!

La estética del lugar era precioso, al estilo veneciano muy prominente. Muy limpio y cómodo el lugar para descansar después de caminar tanto por la ciudad. Tiene muy buen sistema de recepción y son muy amables para dar indicaciones previas para llegar al destino, no tuvimos ningún problema al llegar ya que nos indicaron hasta como llegar desde la estación de trenes y tomando el vaporetto.

Nada!, solo quizás que si vienen con maletas grandes hay que subir un piso de escaleras, pero a pesar de eso todo perfecto.

Camera spaziosa, ben arredata con due splendide finestre (per chi la notte non ama la luce ci sono tende oscuranti oltre persiane) - bagno spazioso e finestrato a disposizione in camera c'era Nespresso con capsule, acqua e bollitore oltre qualche snack ottima pulizia Staff gentile e disponibile Siamo a pochi passi dal ponte Rialto e 15/20 minuti da piazza San marco, ma intorno ci sono tutte le comodita' Abbiamo potuto lasciare sia al nostro arrivo (prima del check in) che dopo il nostro check out i bagagli per girare la citta' in liberta' è un servizio molto utile

Tolle Lage. Gute Wegbeschreibung bei Ankunft erhalten. Ankunft mit Begrüßung am PC nett und gut organisiert. Personal am Morgen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer gereinigt, alles nachgefüllt , damit habe ich nicht gerechnet. Großartig.

We made a reservation for two nights in Venice and clearly stated in advance that three people would be staying. However, when we arrived, there was only one bed suitable for two people. When we informed the staff about the situation, we were told that this was how it was supposed to be. There were also only two towels provided, even though we paid for three guests.

The staff were some of the nicest I've ever met. Absolutely lovely. Great location. Good sized room & bathroom

The lack of sound proofing - we could hear, what felt like, every single conversation within the reception area, every door opening and closing, and all other guests going to and from their rooms, as well as the surrounding properties. This made sleeping properly (even for myself, who uses earplugs), literally impossible. Very hard bed (preference - I'm sure for others this would be favourable). The balcony. Unless you're a smoker, this adds nothing as it just overlooks other buildings.
