Staff was wonderful, took great care of us.

Large spacious apartment in a convent location across the street from the water taxi. There are stairs up to both reception and apartments. The breakfast was wonderful made my the owner. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The only improvements is the AC in the living room didn’t work properly and the apartment was dusty and could have been cleaned better.

Location posta nel cuore della città a due passi da Rialto, fermata "ca' d'oro" del vaporetto molto vicina. La signora Laura che gestisce il posto gentilissima e pronta a suggerire anche luoghi ed avvenimenti da visitare anche al di fuori dei percorsi più turistici. Camera pulitissima.

Nel bagnetto adiacente alla mia singola il lavandino era davvero microscopico. Ma la doccia idromassaggio era deliziosa.

La ubicación es muy buena y nuestra habitación contaba con una terraza muy chula. Además, el desayuno estaba buenísimo y el personal fue muy simpático y atento.

Honestly, nothing. I was so relieved to get out of there. I would avoid traveling with large or heavy suitcases as there were quite steep stairs to access the accommodation. It’s just so much better to travel light in Venice anyway!

The WC had not been cleaned well at all (remnants of feces in the bowl, dirty brown stains on the underside of the toilet seat, hairs, and other stains). When the owner came to inspect it she was really rude to me. It was a real shock to be spoken to in that way. I think she realized after the fact that maybe she shouldn’t speak to a guest like that because she tried to be nice to me afterward, but the damage had already been done. I won’t go into too much detail as it is upsetting to think about, but the way she “re-cleaned” the WC and how she handled the cleaning supplies and what surfaces they then touched after touching the WC and how they were not disposed of properly made me skip eating the hotel breakfast for all the days of my stay even though it was free. And there were still some dirty marks in the WC after she was finished. There was always an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom, which was very cramped, despite the open window. There were lots of hairs on the floor and bed linen. I did not even feel like storing any food in the mini fridge as it was so dirty. Although I had booked a room on the lower floor, I was given the attic room, and although I am not a tall person, I had to constantly stoop and crouch while moving around the room to avoid banging my head against the very stained and dirty-looking ceiling slopes, but I would also forget to stoop and ended up banging my head quite a bit! Right outside my room was an area used by staff, so I often heard loud noises from someone moving about there at various times of the day and late at night. Also, on most mornings, I would hear some kind of alarm go off near that area around 5:30 a.m. and on occasion this alarm sound lasted almost an hour.

La ubicación, muy cerca de parada de vaporetto y en una zona excelente. La habitación muy bien con una ducha hidromasaje genial y el desayuno excelente. El personal también genial.

Las escaleras de acceso, que con un niño de 3 años y un carro ha sido complicado. Pero así es Venecia al completo.

Lovely little hotel in a lovely little neighborhood. Very close to all the main attractions Venice had to offer and easy to access via the water bus. The stop is literally one minute walk from the hotel. Lovely lady staff (owner I assume) who made me feel very welcome and comfortable while travelling along with a 6 year old. Thank you. Breakfast is also lovely

Great location, wonderful breakfast, outstanding host. Able to store luggage and she kindly filled our water bottles when we picked up our bags, after we had checked out and stored bags for the day.

The room was well equipped, had ample room and amenities, and was very clean. The air conditioning was working well. The breakfast was a nice addition that allowed us to see more of the city without having to find food in the morning. The host was amazing and we had great conversations with great suggestions about where to go and what to see.

Wouldn't recommend for people who struggle with stairs, but staff was willing to help move luggage.

Excellent location on the charming street. The street is not overcrowded. The room looks much better than on the photo. Good breakfast. The room is air conditioned, we had a good sleep. I liked my stay and book one more time if go to Venice again.

Very spacious room!! We were pleasantly surprised :) we booked the basic room and it was large! Also a great location!! Just off a main street that has lots of atmosphere. Very easily walkable to see various parts of Venice. Very handy having air con too. The staff were also very friendly. Great value for money, as Venice can be expensive but we are so glad we chose this place. Thanks for a lovely stay

Le dimensioni della stanza, del letto e del bagno improponibili: stanza lunga e stretta (3,5 X1,8 scarsi), letto più piccolo di una piazza e mezza (sarà stato 1,2) dato per due persone con la seconda che si doveva tuffare sul letto (per fortuna siamo magri); bagno reso Ancor più piccolo da una cabina doccia con l'idromassaggio che occupava tutto lo spazio (ed era inutile viste le dimensioni della stanza/ripostiglio), con il lavandino così piccolo che non ti ci potevi lavare o sciacquare la bocca. Incredibile che affittano queste "cose"!

The location was very good and the breakfast was nice. The lady in the morning was very nice too.

The room is extremely small. I would not recommend for 2 people. We did not have space to open our luggage. The walls were dirty, the bed sheets were dirty and had holes and the towels were also stained. The aircon would turn on and off at random times too.

The property was along a narrow alley, away from the main tourist street so was very quiet. It was about a 20 minute walk from the railway station and about 10 minutes from the Rialto bridge. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready but Our host was very welcoming and looked after our bag while we went sightseeing. We were on the ground floor and there was a lovely courtyard leading to our room. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning has plenty of choices, far more than I was expecting. Our host let us leave our bag with them as our train wasn’t until late afternoon. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would be happy to stay there again.

Einfach alles, wir hatten das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Es war super liebevoll eingerichtet und wir hatten eine Dachterrasse. ❤️

El tamaño de la habitación y el cuarto de baño, la climatización y el silencio de la estancia. El desayuno, muy decente. La anfitriona que me recibió y tenía tan bien presentado el comedor por la mañana era muy atenta.

El colchón, al sentarse, cedía más de lo necesario, lo que puede denotar que ha de cambiarse, si bien es cierto que, una vez tumbado, era confortable. Echaba en falta más iluminación en el cuarto de baño y variedad de fruta en el desayuno.

A localização é excelente, bem próximo de uma parada do Vaporetto, o que facilita bastante o dia a dia. Se tiver disposto a andar, dá pra visitar várias atrações daquele lado da ilha sem pegar o Vaporetto. Café da manhã excelente

A parte ruim é que o quarto é no primeiro andar e precisei subir as escadas com as malas, mas fui avisado sobre isso com antecedência

We were pleasantly surprised that we had our own private terrace. The hotel overall has an excellent location.

Die Zimmer liegen im Herzen von Venedig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend (jeden Tag frische Croissants 😍). Die Gastgeberin ist eine wundervolle Frau, sympatisch und hat uns sehr gute Tipps zur Erkundung der Stadt gegeben. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

The best was the pleasant and very helpful lady at reception. You have 24 hour reception and room has a good Air conditioning . Also you can leave luggage after checkout if you want to travel. Breakfast was great and location is just minutes from great shops and attractions

Прекрасная локация и место расположения отеля 😍 Всё очень удобно и комфортно для проживания, нас заселили в номер с терассой на 1 этаже и это было очень приятно! Номер такой большой и уютный. Внутри есть даже кухня чтобы что то приготовить, посуда, холодильник, плита! Вода в ванной была без перебоев, горячая и с хорошим напором 🔥 и все необходимые принадлежности были предоставлены отелем. У нас был Включен завтрак и он был тоже шикарен, шведский стол с богатым разнообразием еды. Мы были в восторге от завтрака и поблагодарили Лауру, она владелица этого отеля и прекрасный человек. Она подсказала нам куда можно сходить на прогулку, про рыбный маркет и также отель выдал нам карту Венеции - что было очень удобно! Мы будем очень рады вернуться в этот отель ещё раз! 🙏🏻❤️ спасибо за гостеприимство

Kahvaltı yeterli ve doyurucuydu, yumurta kruvasan çay kahve peynir füme dilim bulunuyor. Havlular nevresimler temizdi. Banyoda şampuan bulunuyordu. Klima çalışıyordu. Çalışanlar kibardı. Check-out sonrası valiz bırakma imkanı vardı.

Our stay had a very charming, Venice-like feel—the style of the room was beautiful, atmospheric, and really added to the experience. The host was also wonderful, very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit.

However, there were a couple of issues that affected our stay. The bathroom and shower had visible hair in several areas upon arrival, which gave the impression that it had not been thoroughly cleaned before check-in. Additionally, on the second day of room service, our used wet towels were folded and placed back on the bed instead of being replaced or left to dry properly, which was disappointing. Despite these concerns, the overall stay was still enjoyable due to the room’s style and the hospitality. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and housekeeping details, this would be an excellent place to stay.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is great as well, with a direct connection along Centrale, and it is easily accessible from the airport by ferry.

こちらに2泊しました。１泊目、天井が身長よりも低いまるで倉庫のような屋根裏部屋に案内されました。テラス付きの良いお部屋だと言われましたが、熱気がすごくて暑すぎ、シャワールームには換気扇もなく、夜にクーラーは止まり暑くて寝れず最悪でした。受付は24時間のはずですが、夜中にクーラーを直してほしいと言いに行ったのに人が不在でした。２泊目、耐えきれず部屋を変えてほしいとお願いしたところ、普通のお部屋に案内してもらえました。この2部屋が同じ値段だなんてありえないです。１泊目がハズレすぎました。２泊目はよかったです。屋根裏部屋は別の部屋として安く売り出すべきです。朝ごはんは美味しかったのですが、虫がたかっていたり、朝食会場に鳩が入って来たり衛生に問題がありそうです。あと、タオルが臭かったです。臭いというのは、洗剤か柔軟剤がキツイという意味です。日本人には合わないです。

The host met us upon arrival and helped with getting my bag up the stairs. Water bottle was available in the room. This location is excellent, 1 minute walk to the Grand Canal dock Ca’ d’Oro and less than 10 minutes walk to Fte. Nova for boats to Burano and Murano. Breakfast is very good with many great choices. Hostess is very helpful and generous with the coffee and food.

This is a nice room in Venice, things are old and difficult to update, so this hotel is typical of this situation.

Un accueil très sympa avec une dame qui parle français. La chambre a été disponible avant l'heure et on peut laisser nos bagages avant de récupérer la chambre et après. Établissement très bien situé. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Chambre petite, insonorisation moyenne. Pour le prix de la chambre on peut avoir bien mieux mais pas à Venise.

見所へ徒歩で行けるロケーション。ヴァポレットの乗船場からも近いので歩きが苦手な人でもどこへ行くにも便利。

エレベーターが無いため、大型のスーツケースなどは2Fまで上げるのが大変かも。

We loved the location of this property. It was super central and close to everything! Breakfast was amazing, our host was wonderful and took great care of us!

The beds are super hard and could do with being replaced. It would be nice to have coffee mugs in the room as there are coffee packets but no cups only glasses. Also there were not enough packets/tea bags for the number of visitors in the room. Needs refilling daily. Only a small thing!

Great location, staff were accommodating and friendly, room was lovely, aircon was very welcome, shower was amazing - high water pressure and various different settings. Breakfast was plentiful.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysto, personel bardzo uprzejmy. Śniadanie było wspaniałe.

W naszym pokoju bardzo buczała klimatyzacja, lub wentylacja, to był bardzo nieprzyjemny dzwięk wywołujący u mnie ból głowy. Na szczęście obsługa na moją prośbę natychmiast wyłączyła ją. Nie było bardzo gorąco na zewnątrz więc było ok.

Atención personal, muy amables y atentas en todo. Ubicación cerca de todo lo principal y de comercios y hostelería.

Nos asignaron un apartamento con cocina, que inicialmente agradecimos al tener nevera y ser amplio, pero estaba muy descuidado y sucio: el fregadero con restos, mucho polvo en los muebles, pelos… La ropa de cama y el WC y plato ducha al menos sí parecía estar limpio. Leyendo de nuevo el resto de comentarios tan positivos queremos pensar que ha sido algo excepcional.

WOW, la estancia en general fue increíble! Nuestra habitación tenía un balcón en el que podíamos relajarnos después de un día de estar caminando. La ubicación muy muy buena. La atención increíble. El desayuno inmejorable, fue el único lugar que visité de Italia que en el desayuno incluían proteína (huevo y jamón) y no solo pan dulce. Igual el pan dulce y el café estuvo delicioso.

No lo conoci. Llegamos a las 21 hs. Y nos dijeron que nuestra habitación no estaba disponible. Nos enviaron a otro lugar, bajo la lluvia sin tener mas opción por el horario , me parecio pesimo, ya que el mismo dia ,yo avise q llegaba mas tarde y ellos se contactaron por el horario y en ningún momento hicieron un comentario respecto a la habitacion, la cual ya había sido reservado y pagada con por lo menos 60 dias de anticipacion. Todavía estoy esperando que se comuniquen para un reembolso de lo abonado.

Fantastic! Great location between Santa Lucia Station and the Rialto. Also, only 100m away from Ca d'Oro and its Vaparetto stop, and a few metres from the gondola ferry (€2!) that crosses the Grand Canal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast superb. Room very comfortable. Situated on Strada Nuova, there are plenty of places to eat and drink at reasonable prices. The hotel is situated in an interesting old building, but note that you need to climb 2 flights of stairs. (The staff always help with your luggage). A gem of a place. We'll be back!
