On arrival there was no proper receptionist. Friendly lady but dressed in a tee shirt with paint stains. The balcony was untidy. No towels were available, had to ask for towels but non available. The shower and toilet has no privacy. Needs a door. The shower floor looks nice but impractical. The layer of loose white stones don’t seem to be cleaned therefore looks like black moss when turned around. Very unhygienic.

When arrived the staff are unfriendly and they look dirty and unprofessional. The floors where dirty and only noticed them being mopped the following day. Their personal food they cook smell horrible, the entire place when you enter has an unpleasant smell, not clinical. When booking it show that its a restaurant with room service. The breakfast is a quick slap and the mix a drink was like water. The room was the only nice thing about this place, otherwise I will not book or recommend it to anyone.

Reviewed May 14, 2026The stay was disappointing for a few key reasons. First, we suffered with the parking; it was a major struggle and very inconvenient. Second, the room was poorly furnished as there were no chairs to sit on. Finally, there was a persistent smell of cigarettes in the room. I want to clarify that the room was actually clean, so it isn't a fault of the cleaning staff, but the lingering smell made the environment unpleasant. For a "Luxury Suite," these issues really let the experience down

We didn't know we needed to notify the staff of what we were going to eat in advance, so we went down for breakfast and was told they didn't have our selections so they needed to start from scratch which we didn't mind however it sounded more like a complaint :-(. I also requested that we sit out side but the lady asked us to sit inside because the table outside had been used. I insisted that we preferred the outside table and if someone can clean it and then it was cleaned.
Wasn't happy with the attitude of the breakfast staff.

There should be more lights or solar lights on the outside as each time i came to the hotel late at night it was always dark. I was in room 1 and there was no light leading to it it was dark and requested doreen to change the bulb for the outside and it was done. Thank u doreen u r the best. Even it was dark when leaving the compound of the hotel at night from the exit gate. Please improve light else everything was good. Will visit again for sure.

The place didn't have electricity or water and thier solar was not working. The rooms are absolutely small for its price and the worse part is the bathroom has no door. The balconies are shared with everyone. So anyone can walk pass your balcony and see you naked in your bathroom. Absolutely bad experience. Because of the water issue. Breakfast was also extremely late. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Eine nette, ruhige Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit einem tollen Bad. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles noch so gut erhalten, dass man sich wohl gefühlt hat. Das Frühstück war etwas minimalistisch aber frisch gemacht und lecker.
Warum ist das Poolwasser immer so kalt 😅 ;-))

Limited choice of breakfasts. Was dished up cold breakfast one morning. No dishing up spoons for cereals. No side plates for toast. Toast dumped on your plate of food. Never saw the owners. Nobody took any interest in their guests. Staff lounging around in reception eating their food. Areas of the establishment run down and dirty. No staff member explained the remote for the gates upon arrival or assisted with luggage.
