Thien Thanh Hotel

Late check in, clean rooms, comfortable beds and convenient location. Bong the owner was incredibly nice and helpful, and booked trips and buses for us with ease and patience.

Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde sofort wieder hier buchen.

Great value for the low price!

great location, nice room and beauty full pool

Everything!! Bong is the best!!! She made our trip so special and helped us with everything!! You must come stay here, it will make your trip incredible!! The best hotel we ever stayed in!! It feels like home ♥️

Clean and easy with very helpful management.

Not enough supplies in room.

The staff are really friendly and helpful - the pool was great

Nothing

I recommend the swimming pool, its the best in the whole Phong Nha

I loved everything, staff is very kind. Best of the best !!

They helped us book a tour to the caves, duck farm and let our luggage in there after the checkout. The staff is very friendly, we also booked motorbikes with them.

Roomy, clean, nice pool

Everything ok

I liked everything about this place!

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Bonita piscina

great location great staff very nice service And comfotable room

Lovely staff

Todo espectacular!

Nada.

People are very friendly and helpful

Very friendly and helpful Fabulous location Comfortable beds and great air conditioning in the rooms :)

The room was very clean and comfortable, the assistance for booking tours and tickets was perfect, highly reccomend tò stay here!

Nothing everything good

Étape sympathique sur notre parcours. Notre hote a été réactive et disponible. Chambre propre. Très bon emplacement.

The owner is a bit crazy but very nice; she takes care of everything.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The entire place was spotless, the food was delicious, and the pool was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

The location was ok.

The property owner made my friend cancel and change her booking for a “better room” for the same value. Room wasn’t better the same to mine and no Mountain View which was promised. Paid booking.com price for a worse room. No rooms here have a balcony. Soon as we entered the lobby, owner was pushing the group (4 people) to buy tours off her for a discount. Arrived back to bedroom night one with flys on the bed, explained to owner wanted a new room. Owner stated she could change sheets or hotel was fully booked and wanted to refund me, but find my own accommodation at 10pm at night. She wanted me to “help her” in cancelling and getting a refund. She didn’t one apologies about the flys covering both double beds or why this happened. I refused, stating I have paid for accommodation and it was her responsibility to provide me with the service I had PAID for. Got a room in a local hotel for the night. I returned for my second night. She didn’t acknowledge the previous issue the next day. Bed very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this hotel!!!

Nice place, very central, owners speak good English.

Nothing it was amazing

Staff, beds, air conditioning, toilet, shower, laundry, organized bus for us,

Great location, very friendly staff.

She was very helpful and offered me if I wanted to take a shower after I checked out since I had an activity after and bus came at 7 pm. Thank you!!

Friendly and welcoming owners. Very good location, nice breakfast, good AC, nice rooms/bed, they accept card and can arrange all the tours and buses for you. Swimming pool is awesome too. I Will be back

Fabulous little hotel, owned and operated by the nicest family.

Nothing

Helped us book a bus

We really loved our stay at this hotel. We were collected from the train station by the hotel owners and brought us back to their hotel. The room was perfectly clean and the pool was well kept. The breakfast in the morning was exactly what we needed each morning and served with smiles.

The only downfall with the hotel was upon departure. The hotel offered to book our bus for our onward journey which we kindly accepted. We were sent tickets by the hotel, however the price of the ticket had been covered from view. After the bus driver showed us the original ticket we were disappointed to find out we were charged double the price by the hotel, leaving a sour taste in our mouth from our stay.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful Location is great Rooms clean Nice view of mountains

Great place to stay for a few days, and it was next ti the bus station.

Facilities require renovation,,, anyways you get what you pay!

It's got everything you need, plus a fantastic host. The world would be a much better place if we had more people like Bong.

Very good Price/value ratio! Confortable beds, nice pool and nice breakfast!
