Beautiful place by the beach run by a great couple with a pool and open air seating area for eating and relaxing. The rooms are clean and simple with a private balcony overlooking the yard and pool. It’s private, 30 second walk to the beach (one property inland), and the couple was fantastic.

Душ рядом с унитазом. Когда бронировала не обратила внимание. Вода горячая здесь только проточный водонагреватель. Вода очень слабо бежит. Фена нет .

Идеальный отдых вдали от скопления людей. Владельцы - потрясающе приятные люди. Помогают с информацией по окружающей среде. Вкусные завтраки. Уютный номер. Чистый бассейн. Океан совсем рядом. Океан не всегда подходит для купания из-за волн, но в это место стоит приехать даже просто для отдыха.

Super aardige gastheer en vrouw, schoon verblijf, lekker eten en een mooie tuin en zwembad!

Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Sehr nette Gastgeber, gaben gute Tips. Nachdem in der direkten Nähe keine Lokale sind haben wir an beiden Abenden dort Abendessen bestellt. Beide Male war es sehr gut.

Nicht wirklich eine Kritik. Ggf. Ein Moskitonetz überm Bett und ein Bodenabzieher in der Dusche wären micht schlecht.

Location - perfect, 60 seconds to the beach Host - super attentive and very caring. Happy to give advice and recommendations. Really special. Rooms - slightly dated but had everything needed Food - breakfast was good. Area - beautiful beach seconds away from hotel.

I made the booking few days back & once I called him he said he doesn't take any bookings during the awurudu days but we can come & stay but once we go there he said he is having a booking next day so we have to leave the premises by 9am nest day.that is not the normal checkout time.so disappointed

The owners we're absolutely fabulous, we're extremely helpful...

The room was very dated, only one plug socket. The TV is pointless being advertised as only one channel in lanken. The bathroom was very dated but clean. There is not much to do around the property, but we did have all we needed at larns...

Villa and beach

We like that fact that we only stayed one night ..When we arrived everything seemed nice and cozy .. We both enjoyed the pool and the garden and thought it best to stay in for tea .. I ordered the devilled chicken and that is exactly what it is 😡 choped chickens feet all bone and gristle in a sweet n sour sauce '' could of been made in some back street alleyway ? And NO i never eat it... In the morning the breakfast was just has bad a slice of cucumber & tomatoe with processed sausages and 1 egg and sliced bred ..😡 When leaving the property the owner tried to add the food to our bill ? I refused to pay and he took it off ..Penny pinching tighter than a ducks bottom..😡

The food ..Its a million miles away from Sri Lankan food ..Needs to improve ..

The owners are very nice. They give good advice and cook delicious food. Very clean and peacefull place. The pool was lovely on a hot day. We fell in love with the "guardian bird".

For the last night stay in Sri Lanka we have decided to stay somewhere beside the sea, so we booked in Larn's Villa Hotel & Apartment. We been greeted by lovely owners. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They also have a swimming pool, which was great on a hot day 😄 We have chosen to have dinner in the property and ordered fish dishes which was very tasty and done by owners wife. 😘 In the morning we had a lovely breakfast too. We wish to thank the owners for their fantastic hospitality. After long conversation it was a time to leave and we all fell that we are leaving behind our family. If you ever looking to stay somewhere beside the sea in the quiet area- this is the place 🌞⛱️👍💕

After a tiring journey, we reached the Larns Villa hotel, where we were warmly welcomed by the very nice and friendly family of the owners. Initially, we planned to stay for 5 days. The hosts of the hotel surrounded us with such warmth and help (they helped us rent a scooter, point out interesting places), we practically had everything. Breakfast was included in the booting package, but we decided to eat in the hotel and we did not regret it because the lady served delicious lunches and dinners that met our expectations and flavors. We occasionally ate outside the hotel. Due to the comfort provided by the owners, we decided to extend our stay for another 7 days. Nice and well-kept garden, nice and friendly helpful owners, location 50 meters from the sea, really clean facility, clean swimming pool as well as very clean and tasty cuisine, comfortable and functional rooms. What more do you need? I recommend it with a clear conscience and you will not be disappointed. Greetings to the owners and we wish them all the best. I will definitely come back.

Great value for money, next to the beach.

There were at this hotel in December 2022. The owner of the hotel is the sweetest and friendly person. Met us at the airport, piivez to the hotel. His wife met us with flowers and drinks. breakfast included, everything is delicious. if you wish to visit Vadduva city,you must be in this hotel. Quiet,quiet place! Thanks to this hotel for pleasant and unforgettable impressions. We'll be glad to come back.
