It was mentioned that was because we were only booked in for 1 night. We were walked round the corner to another hotel instead. It was very disappointing service.

La colazione ha un prezzo aggiuntivo di 10 euro a persona, se siete persone che sono abituate a fare una colazione “dolce”, non fa al vostro caso. Nel caso in cui apprezziate colazioni più sostanzione, questa fa al caso vostro

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Once I was given the room I had actually booked it was ok, even if a bit overpriced.
Arrival experience was not nice at all. I was initially given a room different from the one I had booked (I had booked a double room and I was given a single room at the top floor of the hotel next to the laundry room and the house where some of the staff lives, with views to the satellite antenna and the hanged bed sheets) and when I raised this up I was told other guests needed the double room I had booked and that since I was only one person I did not need more. Apparently, those other guests occupying my room had missed their flight, but reading comments from other travellers it seems that this is something that they do relatively often. After arguing with them, they agreed to change me to the room I had actually booked, but only from the second night of my stay onwards, so the first night I had to spend it in the single room but having paid the double room price. No apologies were ever given and it was basically implied that I was being difficult. This is not acceptable.

Odalar çok ses geçiriyor. Mesela balkon kapısı kapalı ama dışardaki ses odanın içerisinde. Yan odanın bütün sesi odanın içerisindeydi

Hatta işletme demek bile haksızlık olur, Kos'taki eviniz. Sabah kahvaltılarında Gülşen Abla'nın yaptığı kekler mis gibi anne keki...Kos'a her gelişimde kalacağım yer. Türkiye'de bile çoğu otelde oda temizliği İki günde bir iken hergün oda temizliği yapılıyor.

Cigarette found under bed in a non smoking room. Standard of room didn’t match the level of luxury I hoped for when I decided to pay more for hotel. Other apartments were in reality superior. & lower in cost.Hotel Manager did his best to ensure I was happy.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Feribottan indikten sonra kısa bir yürüyüşle kolayca otele ulaştık. Henüz check-in saati gelmemiş olmasına rağmen valizimizi bırakıp mayolarımızı giyerek plaja gidebildik. Otelden ayrılırken de aynı şekilde feribot saatine kadar valizimizi otelde bıraktık, böylece vakit kaybı yaşamadık ve kolayca gezebildik. İkinci katında iki gece kaldığımız odada havlu ve yatak takımı iki kez değişti; odamız temizlendi. Evet: Taharet musluğu :) Gülşen Hanım ve Halil Bey samimi ve rahat ama ilgili tavırlarıyla bize yardımcı oldular, teşekkür ediyoruz.
Odada üstüne valizimizi koyabileceğimiz bir yer olsaydı iyi olurdu, talep etseydik belki temin edilirdi, sandalye üstüne koyarak idare ettik. Klima doğrudan yatağa yönelik soğuk hava verdiğinden hastalanabileceğimiz endişesiyle kullanamadık, balkon kapısı açık olarak uyumak zorunda kaldık. Yandaki kilisenin çan sesini bir kez duyduk, bizi rahatsız etmedi. Bu iki çok önemli olmayan sorun dışında bir şey yaşamadık.

The beach and the city center are both very close, which was really convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and overall just perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Banyoda suyu engelleyen cam paravan olmadığı için biraz ıslanma sorunu oldu perde kesinlikle değil ama bi çözüm daha iyi olur. Ek olarak 3 gece kaldık havlular arada değişmeliydi bence.

Čistoća i udobnost: Soba u hotelu bila je izuzetno čista, kupaonica uredna, a madrac jako udoban. 3. Brza komunikacija: Iako nema stalnog osoblja na recepciji, vlasnik brzo odgovara na poruke i dolazi po potrebi. 4. Ljubaznost domaćina: Vlasnik nam je izašao u susret i premjestio nas u rezerviranu sobu te nam jednu noć ustupio svoje privatno parkirno mjesto. Omjer cijene i kvalitete: Odličan dojam za hotel s 2 zvjezdice.
1. Pogrešan smještaj na početku: Prvu noć dobili smo apartman uz kuhinju i prostorije za osoblje umjesto rezervirane sobe. 2. Tehnički problemi u apartmanu: Klima nije radila kako treba, a vrata su se jako teško zatvarala i zaključavala. 3. Neugodni mirisi: Balkon u sobi nismo mogli držati otvorenim zbog jakog mirisa kanalizacije izvana. 4. Ograničena radna snaga: Recepcija nema stalno zaposlenu osobu (24/7), pa je prostor često prazan.

Otelde çalışan bir bey bizi ilk gittiğimizde karşıladı. Sizin oda yok sizi başka bir otele götüreceğim kahvaltıda benden dedi. Bizi arabası ile 5 otel gezdirdi. Bazılarında yer yoktu, bazıları bizim almış olduğumuz odadan küçük ve pisti. En sonunda 1- 1,5 saatin sonunda bizi yine iade yapılmaz şekilde ödemesini gerçekleştirdiğimiz Marie otele geri getirdi. Oda vardı neden böyle birşey oldu anlam veremedik.

Siamo arrivati in tardi serata, avevamo già prenotato la stanza e anche pagato tutte le notti, solo che per la prima sera le stanze erano tutte piene e il proprietario secondo lui avrebbe comunque trovato una soluzione, ovvero metterci in una camera dello staff senza dirci nulla. Nei bagni c’erano tutti i loro oggetti personali, nei mobili tutte le robe dello staff, diciamo non molto igienico. Il giorno dopo ci ha cambiato la stanza, ma pessima esperienza.

Sahibi Gülşen hanım oğlu Halil bey ve onun oğlu Mehmet herkes inanılmaz yardımseverdi. Çay kahve ikramları, sohbetleri, tavsiyeleri bizi çok memnun etti. odalar yeterli boyutta, evet kilisenin yanında ama bizi rahatsız edecek kadar ses yoktu. Antrenör ve diyetisyen çiftten selamlar😊 bu arada eklemeden geçemeyeceğim otelde taharet musluğu mevcut

Close to the beach (I would recommend Sophie's beach bar for beds, the staff are amazing) and to the centre, all within 5-10 mins walking distance. The owners are really friendly and helpful, and they offer a Continental breakfast too for a small fee. They provided me with a kettle and cups for coffee/tea and some water on arrival. Air con is also a bonus. Brilliant.

Konum olarak hem her yere merkeze limana 5 dk mesafede hem de gürültüden uzak, kilise yanında ferah ve havadar. Bütün gün temizlik ve ertesi günün kahvaltı hazırlığı yapılan pırıl pırıl bir konak ortamı. Hele hele Gülşen abla bi' tanelerin bi' tanesi, örnek ve özlenecek tam bir has türk katun ana.

Proprietaria gentilissima pronta ad accontare ogni richiesta. Ci ha consentito il ceck in anticipato alle 11, offerto succo e tisana all'arrivo e qualche sera gelato. Bollitore su richiesta. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Easy to find, the room was cleaned every day, they refill the shampoo when you run out. The owner gave us a free breakfast one day. When you need them you just call them and it takes them only a minute.
The parking is a problem if a lot of people have cars

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Hotel très sympa, la famille est accueillante, et les chambres sont propres et climatisées et avec un joli balcon ! Emplacement dans une rue calme à deux pas du centre et des plages.
La page Booking indiquait une machine à café et/ou bouilloire mais rien n'était fourni. On a pu demander et on nous en a prête une, ceci dit !

Reviewed May 26, 2026Hotel limana , denize ve merkeze çok yakın. Konumu çok iyi. Çok temiz, Gülşen Hanım ve Halil Bey çok güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı, bir gece konakladık ve oldukça memnun kaldık.
Sevmediğimiz birşey yoktu.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Tesisin konumu güzeldi. Hem merkezi hem de feribot limanına yakındı.
Pazar günü Zia köyüne gitmek istemiştik ancak o gün otobüsler çalışmıyordu. Ayağımda sakat olduğu için araç kiralamak yerine taksi ile gitmeyi düşünmüştük. Ama başka gidiş yolu var mıdır diye bi Gülşen Hanımdan bilgi almak istemiştik o da bizi oğlu Halil’e yönlendirdi. Yönlendirmez olaydı!! Adam 13 km lik yol için bizden 60 euro istedi. Ben hayatımda taksiye bu kadar ücret daha önce ödememiştim. Resmen ayağımın durumunu da bilerek iki arada bi derede bizi kazıkladı. 1 günlük otel ücreti daha ödemiş olduk gibi bir şey oldu. Türk türk ü gurbette derler ya tam o oldu yazık sadece yazık!

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Friendly hotel, Turkish speaking owners and they are all great. I immediately felt like I am one of their friends. Perfect for solo traveler. Gülşen abla is amazing and her cooking is delicious. Location is great too. Next to a beautiful church and just steps away from the seaside. Markets and restaurants are all around.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Host was ( Gülsen abla) very friendly, kind, helpful. Hotel is very clean, location is so nice. Restaurants and beach very close, we walked just 4-5 minutes for beach and restaurants. So it is close to old town and safe area.

Chambre sans fenêtre, au fond de la cour, derrière la cuisine. La douche etait bouchée et j’ai du enlever un bouchon der cheveux!!

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025A family run hotel with the most charming and warm welcome. We were very well looked after with such care that was really touching. The room was newly refurbished and very comfortable. The location is fantastic and feels like the heart of Kos town.
