The staff were polite and friendly, and the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable. Towels and bed linen were changed regularly, and the bins were emptied every day. However, this did not make up for the poor cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. The room needed a thorough deep clean. It also felt smaller than advertised and did not feel like a Deluxe room. The bathroom also needed a deep clean and some renovation. The bathroom walls also needed cleaning, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain. The bathroom had no hooks. The extractor fan did not work. The shower drained very slowly. I reported these issues upon arrival and was assured that everything would be fixed. Unfortunately, only the dust on the bed frame was cleaned. The other issues remained unresolved.

Personale attento e premuroso,sono stata per un intervento all ospedale che si trova esattamente di fronte la struttura,quindi in una posizione comoda per chi ha bisogno di assistenza.le camera sono spaziose e confortevoli,la cena è il pranzo nel ristorante sono buoni e offrono piatti sia italiani che internazionali

Le petit déjeuner était que de salé sur Booking ils disent viennoiseries, je suis resté une semaine, je n’en ai pas vu moi qui aime pas le salaire le matin je reste sur ma fin c’est très dommage pas pas de fruits tous les jours la charcuterie à répétitif pas de choix pas de produits laitiers, jus d’orange vraiment pas bon en ce qui concerne le lit on s’enfonce pas confortable du tout ainsi que la couette trop petite et la salle de bain était glacée. Pas de chauffage. Les sièges de la chambre étaient très sale ainsi que les rideaux.

The room was very clean with everything you need in it. The location is great. The staff is very kind, everyone was smiling and welcoming to us. Special thanks for the warm attitude of Mahdi, who made our stay very pleasant.

Единственото, което ми хараса е любезния персонал и това, че ни настаниха по-рано от 14:00ч.

Стаята е с разлепени тапети, няма вода - заплаща се, в целия хотел се носи ужасна миризма на канал, закуската е що годе сносна, но има какво да се желае още. Няма нито нес кафе, нито еспресо, заплаща се. Най-колосалното е, че избрах хотела, заради паркинга, а той се оказа платен, за тези пари на нощувка е срамота. Възползват се от факта, че е удобна локация, заради болниците наоколо, но истината е, че изобщо не отговаря на категория, цена и качество. Определено не бих повторила този хотел.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very kind especially Hamza, who was always helpful and welcoming. The hotel’s location is great, and the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety every day.

there are a few things that could be improved. The air conditioning kept turning off at night, which made the room a bit uncomfortable. Also, water is charged, while I believe there should be at least one complimentary bottle provided daily. The cleanliness could also be better there was a dead insect in the bathroom that stayed there for three days even though the room was cleaned daily. With a few improvements, this hotel could be truly excellent.

For the purpose of our stay the location is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Mahid and everyone else at the reception were very supportive.

It was very close to where I wanted to go. The room’s are clean and had all of the amenities I needed. The beds are soft and very comfortable. The staff are helpful, friendly, actually they are amazing. Always available 24/7 to take care of any thing you need. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are a very short walk.

The bathroom missed a few little things like robe hooks or replace to put your things. Very minor problems that would not deter me from booking this hotel again..

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Madhi at reception. We got some good suggestions for places to visit. There are a good selection of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes Hotel mit super Service und einem schönen Frühstück. Der Hauptgrund für die Buchung war die Parkmöglichkeit. Es gab eine Tiefgarage, die man für 100 Lira pro Tag nutzen konnte. Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Einzige was ich bemängeln kann, ist die Klima. Diese hat einen ganz komischen Gestank von sich gegeben, das aber mit etwas Parfüm wieder behoben wurde. Ist ein älteres Hotel, aber alles in allem auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

We stayed at Orya Hotel and had a great experience. The location is very central, making it easy to reach shopping areas and clinics. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

I honestly felt right at home during my stay. The location is super convenient, getting around was really easy, and the food was always on point. Big thanks to the staff everyone was so kind and quick to help with anything I needed.

The bed wasn’t very comfy. The steps are uneven so you fall. They tried to hide the prices for the mini bar. The breakfast was a little bare. It was so overpriced for what it was

Ich habe ein Familien Zimmer gebucht. Als ich zum einchecken kam sagte man mir das es keine freien Familie Zimmer mehr gibt. Daraufhin hatte ich eine Riesen Diskussion dennoch mussten wir uns mit einem normalen Zimmer zufrieden geben, da nichts frei war. Das Hotel ist schon längst Renivierungsbedürftig.

The transportation from the airport to hotel and back was organized at a high level.That helped me a lot!

The breakfast is the same every morning (salami, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers... two kinds of bagels)

The breakfast was poor. The hotel drainage system gave off very bad odour. The walls has mould and i experienced rat in the accomodation

I visit with my wife for medical. We stayed 4 days. Clean and tidy. Breakfast average. Personal frendly and trying to answer all your questions. Our room was a bit noise from the street,but nothing to die for. Wifi is good, have a cheap parking, TV only turkish language.I recommend for short stay.

The room and everything was perfect.The room was very nice.It was cleaned every day.The staff was very kind and helped us with everything we asked for.If we need to stay again in Istanbul, we will choose this hotel again.The location was perfect near to the clinic,we were at.
