Very good location, surrounded by a lot of eating places with various options, nice bakeries and cafes, and a stone's throw away from the awesome My Khe beach. Our room was large, with good sized windows, though one side looks out into the rooms of another hotel.

At Booking.com it was stated that the property accepts credit card payment, but when we checked in they only accepted cash. The air-conditioner doesn't cool the room enough. I paid for 3 people, but the water and towels provided in the room were only for 2. The staff gave extra when I asked, but when I asked for our room to be cleaned on the second day, again, the amenities given were only for two people. The towels didn't smell great on the first day, and on the second day one towel provided looked like a rag. Staff do not book tours or transportation for their guests - this is the only hotel I've stayed in all my five trips around Vietnam that do not do this. Even homestays have booked tours and transportation for us.

LOCATION!!! The location is great, love the area, lots of good restaurants, and a walk from the beach. The laundry service was good, and the elevator was helpful with all our luggage. The bed was comfy.

Where should I start: we took two rooms, two adults and three kids, as soon as we got the rooms, we noticed the kids room stinked from cigarette smell, but stinked bad!Was awful, just disgusting, we told the receptionist, but had nothing to do about it. It seems like they knew about it, the smell stayed the entire two nights we were there. Their mini bar, had disgusting smell as well, couldn't use it. In our room, we had a stain on the sheet, and plenty of ants in the room, woke up in the morning with ants on the sink, on my tooth brush, just disgusting. We just waited to leave, got a different hotel on the same street that was just perfect .

Очень старая мебель (СССР), серое постельное белье и полотенца. Ржавый слив в раковине. На входе сильно воняло помойкой.

Nhân viên lễ tân, không tốt ,làm việc kém chuyên nghiệp,không nhiệt tình, có dấu hiệu lừa dối, để khách phải gọi trực tiếp lên tổng đài booking giải quyết, bắt khách chờ lâu , dọn phòng trong khi có yêu cầu , phòng kém chất lượng, không xứng với giá tiền, kiến bò đầy phòng , quá thất vọng

Near the beach, a lot of food options outside, hundreds of Virtnamese coffee shops nearby. Their staff are all friendly and can communicate in English, always smiling and ready to answer your questions. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have stayed in this hotel everytime I go to Vietnam for a vacation. I'm from the Philippines. This time I stayed for 9 days.

Very spacious room with big windows for a great view. Friendly staff who helped us organise our laundry for a good price. Good location - loads of places to eat nearby and close to the beach.

Phòng ngủ rộng rãi, tiện nghi đủ dùng. Nhân viên nhiệt tình chu đáo từ lúc nhận đặt phòng đến khi trả phòng. Vị trí cũng rất thuận tiện ở các phương diện. Giá cả hợp lý.

Các đồ dùng đã xuống cấp: Ti vi nhiễu, quạt treo tường quay nhưng không đảo.

It was very near to the beach and had plenty of convenience stores and eateries around. bikes were arrnaged by the hotel staffs promptly.

One of the staff appeared a bit rude. Thats pretty much it. But may be I could have read it wrong.

Very good location, within walking distance of the beach but not in the middle of the super noisy area.

We kindly asked for an extra towel (we were 2 and we had only received 2 towels despite booking a quadruple room), but they refused to provide us one. The Wi-Fi is extremely weak, barely enough to receive WhatsApp messages. The bedsheets were dirty, and the room in general was not very clean. Only accepted payments by cash, so get ready to have enough Vietnamese dong with you at the check in. We stayed here in 2019, but since then the hotel has downgraded quite badly.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr nette Mitarbeitende. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Lage super.

Die Toilette hat leider sehr gestunken. Es war draußen recht lange laut. Nicht optimal wenn man den Jetlag ausschlafen will.

Honest thoughts, I think the only thing good about this hotel is the location. It was close to the main road and the beach. Perfect if you like to stroll around the beach at night.

Great location, a short walk from gyms, restaurants and of course the beach. The room is fairly basic but functional and the beds are comfortable. Plugs around the beds and desk area too. The laundry was same day and cheap too!

The bathroom is a wet room with no shower basin but isn’t much of a problem just a preference

Kann dazu nichts sagen, da wir die Unterbringung nach einer Übernachtung abgebrochen haben.

Leider sind die Bilder ziemlich irreführend. Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht und wurden mega enttäuscht. Wir waren drei erwachsene und ein Kind mit viel Gepäck da wir davor schon wochenlang unterwegs waren. Es kam keiner der Mittarbeiter um mit den Koffern zu helfen. Lediglich eine Mitarbeiterin die auch an der Rezeption war kam raus um zu sagen wo der Aufzug unten zu finden ist. Die Räume waren nur Oberförster sauber. Das Bad… darüber möchte ich eigentlich nicht mal mehr nachdenken. Wie kann es sein, dass beim saubermachen noch Stuhlgang am Klodeckel klebt? Die Räume rochen schon feucht und mit der Klimaanlage roch es richtig nach Schimmel. Die Betten rochen muffig wir waren uns nicht mal sicher ob die überhaupt gewechselt wurden. Ein Zimmer war komplett nicht sauber gemacht worden und wurde uns so übergeben auf Beschwerde haben wir zwar ein anderes bekommen aber da gab es dann einfach eine Ameisenstraße und war auch nicht sonderlich toll. Am nächsten Tag haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort beendet. Das was man auf den Bildern sieht ist einfach nur zum anlocken. Richtig traurig.
