Sehr nervig war, dass der große Bildschirm im Zimmer für uns nutzlos war, zum einen gab es keine gespeicherten Film-Optionen, zum anderen war es auch nach mehrfacher Reklamation nicht möglich unsere Accounts (amazon, netflix, etc.) anzuschließen.

The staff were excellent throughout our stay — extremely friendly, helpful and always willing to assist. On our final night we had an issue with our room and the team had us moved and settled into another room within about 30 minutes. The hotel has beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a fantastic large pool right on the beachfront. We ate most of our meals at the hotel and really enjoyed the food, with consistently good and accommodating service. The shower was excellent, and the generous supply of complimentary bottled water each day was a nice touch. The location near Cicada Market is also a big plus. It’s a lovely market with great food and live music. Overall, despite a few minor negatives, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The hotel is getting a little old and dated in some areas, although everything was clean and well maintained. Our bathroom was also quite small. The main disappointment was around the pool facilities. Families are at the pool from around 8am, yet the pool bar doesn’t open until 11:30am, so there is essentially nothing available other than water for the first few hours of the day. It seems like a missed opportunity. The pool and pool bar also close at 6pm, which feels quite early for a resort. The evening bar is tucked away in a secluded area with seating that isn’t particularly comfortable or inviting. We rarely saw anyone using it, which meant the hotel lacked a lively place to sit and have a drink in the evening.

Our seven-night stay at this resort exceeded all expectations. The location is exceptional—right on the beach, yet away from the busiest and noisiest areas, while still being close enough to the markets and shopping malls. The room was cleaned daily and had a comfortable bed, mattress, and pillows, as well as pristine white linens. Six bottles of drinking water were provided daily in the room, and more water was available upon request. The bathroom had a bathtub in addition to a separate shower cabin and was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, extra toilet paper, and other toiletries. Anything you might find missing could simply be requested. We asked for a weighing scale and a dehumidifier, and both were delivered promptly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, both at the lobby/reception and in the restaurant. The cozy gym is well equipped, and guests can also enjoy the sauna and yoga hall. The hotel's huge grounds, surrounded by tropical gardens, exotic plants, and flowers, are perfectly maintained. The numerous swimming pools are clean and inviting. Hyatt Regency Hua Hin is also pet-friendly. And I can tell you—it must be wonderful to be a pet at Hyatt! Some of the special activities and services available include a pet spa, pet-sitting service, pet afternoon tea, and more. Breakfast was included with our stay, and as vegans, we had plenty of choices at the breakfast buffet. The Figs restaurant also has a special vegan menu, and the staff are knowledgeable about plant-based dining requirements. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Very nice hotel location. I really enjoyed the swimming pool where we could exit from the hotel room to the pool every day. The personell was super friendly. We took one lesson of the Thai boxing and I want to thank Tee for his wonderful lesson. Amazing breakfast, especially I like that they offered multiple choices of milk for the coffee. Also, amount of breakfast options is incredible. Probably best breakfast I’ve had so far.

Children playground is directly under the sun, without any shade, which was not very comfortable for my son.

Great location with wonderful facilities- pool, fitness centre and great restaurants. Superb breakfasts and delightfully helpful staff! 🙏❤️

Нам особенно понравилась территория (большая, красивая, зелёная) и бассейны. Также хороший доступ к морю. Завтраки замечательные, каждый сможет подобрать себе подходящую еду. Особенно понравился хлеб и морковный пирог. Также стоит отметить приветливый персонал, всегда готовый всегда пойти навстречу и удовлетворить потребности клиентов.

При заселении мы получили два номера в которых стойко пахло плесенью. Попросили поменять, в других тоже очень пахло плесенью. Мы так понимаем это проблема не отдельных номеров, а всего корпуса, что с нашей точки зрения недопустимо для такой сети как Хайят. К счастью персонал пошёл нам на встречу, предложили номера в другом корпусе, где проводилась реновация и там были номера без запахов. Правда номера были без балкона и высушить купальники было очень сложно. Но в любом случае спасибо, что поменяли номера.

Møj beskidte fliser over det hele. Trist morgenbuffet hvis man ikke vil spise varm thai/kinesisk. Han der skulle lave omelet. Kunne ikke finde ud af at få den stegt så det ikke var rå æg. Nævnte hver dag for ham at de skulle have lidt længere tid. Delæme ikke i orden. . Juicen var udrikkeligt især orange som havde en bismag sanges det til personalet men dagen fører var det det samme igen. Endvidere var der et møj beskidt klæde inde ved brødstsripnen. Den var så klister og fyldt med pletter trods det vi kom og spiste kl 6.30. Bad om en ny til brødet men det var ikke den nemmeste opgave at få dem til at skifte den. Vi har. Besøgt jer før hvor vi var glade for det hele. Men lige pt. Vil vi ikke vende tilbage. Da der var så mange ting der ikke levede op til jeres høje standard. . Vi betaler jo en god pris for at der netop skulle være alt okay. Må sauce vi er skuffet.

Das Hotel liegt leicht abseits, man braucht ein Transport zur nächsten Mall. Dafür ist man abends direkt an 2 Nachtmärkten.

Le prix relativement élevé et la faible variété des repas pour le midi, notamment au You & Mee. Il manque de plus frais adaptés aux grosses chaleurs.

De luxe van het resort en de ligging bij de twee leuke weekend marketen is er prettig. Je voelt je enorm veilig door de vriendelijke security. Kamers zijn prima, airco goed en iedere dag uitstekend ontbijt.

De prijzen voor het eten en drinken bij het zwembad zijn vrij hoog. Daarbij wordt er standaard een 10% service charge gerekend dat niet overal in Thailand gebruikelijk is.

Everything was good except that I didn't find nearest room for my parents near to my rooms. It was due to fully booked rooms while I request that through comment during booking time, one month ago.

You will never go wrong with staying with family in this hotel. Food was amazing specially the pizzas very generous with the portion of seafoods I’d on the pizza the staff was very warm and helpful they made sure things happened the right way and right away.

Perfect Family Resort - We’ll Definitely Be Back We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt and it was a real highlight of our Thailand holiday. The resort has a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere, and the modern rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented. The pool area is outstanding. The pools are fantastic, and the waterslide was a huge hit with both the kids and the adults. We spent hours enjoying the pool, and having the beach right next to the resort made it even better. The location is excellent, with local markets and plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel genuinely valued and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh food each morning. If there were a couple of small suggestions for improvement, it would be to add a few more modern toys and activities for older children in the kids’ club, and to provide higher toddler high chairs in the breakfast restaurant, as these would be more comfortable and practical for younger children. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to return. We would happily recommend the Hyatt to families looking for a modern, relaxing resort with excellent facilities and a great location. We’ll definitely be back!

The front desk staff were professional, the hotel facilities met my expectations, and the room was clean and well maintained. However, the breakfast experience was by far the biggest disappointment of our stay. The breakfast area was poorly organized. There was no staff managing the queue or guiding guests to their tables, leaving everyone confused about where to wait. I experienced the same lack of organization again later while waiting for the hotel shuttle in the lobby. After being seated, the previous guests’ dirty dishes and leftover food remained on the table for an extended period, and no one came to clear it. When I asked to order fried eggs and an omelet, the staff member insisted he couldn’t take my order because I didn’t know my table number. My table was right beside him, but it still hadn’t been fully cleared, so I couldn’t even find the table number. Instead of helping, he spoke impatiently and simply repeated that without a table number, he couldn’t do anything. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but the complete lack of initiative, empathy, and problem-solving throughout the entire experience.

We reserved in Hyatt thinking that we will have like other 5 stars hotel a great experience but it was the totally opposite. Everything started when we entered our bedroom , there was a very strong smell coming from the AC system and the humidity level was not normal and not acceptable(can’t dry your swimming suit after a full day )We informed the hotel to do something the time we were outside for dinner and them solution was to use a chemical spray to make it smell better which was worst and removed the smell for 5 min. Then the day after , 20 min to get a table for the breakfast which is also not normal at all for this kind of hotel. Everyday you need to wait , it was not an exception. Which is very sad because the breakfast is amazing …. Then we spent the day in the swimming pool where everyone is putting towel on the beds to reserved it even if it is prohibited but the people working there are not doing anything to avoid it. We were forced to go in the grass were my wife and kid got baited my mosquitos after 2 min there. Then luckily got some beds close to the pool wither this small tables full of birds poop (no one came to clean it during from 12:00 to 17:00). And for our last night there , I don’t how but there was those small lizard (cute when outside) and spiders in our room. Next morning due to the high humidity , we were all sick and this how we reach our limit point … After this we decided to move to another hotel .

Poolen er lækker, men trænger efterhånden til lidt renovering ved klinker/ fuger mv. Selvom værelset vi boede på var fint, så bar det præg af mange gæster, og en ekstra grundig rengøring noget oftere tror jeg på vil trække oplevelsen op. - Ovenstående trak lidt ned, også selvom hoteller selvfølgelig bliver brugt.

We had a fantastic stay with family at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin earlier this month. The property itself is amazing, luxurious and beautifully kept - with white sand beach on one side and an amazing pool. That said, what really made this stand out for us is the outstanding service and attention to detail. All of the staff we interacted with went out of their way to ensure an incredibly well taken care of experience. This is truly luxury level service that rivals the best in the world. Service all around was cheerful, helpful. The rooms were impeccable, everything worked well and there were no bad surprises (only good ones). Highly recommended!

Best hotel I have stayed in. Lazy river was a hit with the whole family and a great way to keep out of the sun. But the slide, jacuzzi and waterfall area was also a hit. The kids loved that the wifi was good everywhere. Aircon was great, but I really liked the balcony with fan overlooking the tropical area. Planting was great and breakfast was outrageously good. The 2 markets were an amazing bonus, particularly as it sold singapore boiled chicken rice.

We have stayed at many great hotels around the world but this was the best hotel we have stayed at. The styling of the buildings and the planting around the grounds was beautiful and made it feel like you were in a Thailand paradise. The breakfast was truly outstanding. So much choice and so much attention to detail. The bedroom was super. I loved the balcony with fan, the quality of TV and WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, great shower. All the staff were delightful from breakfast staff, cleaners, gardeners and security staff. My daughters loved the lazy river and slide. The choice of activities were really good too. My husband and I had a personal t’ai chi session because we were the only ones who turned up. Having the 2 markets at the end of the road was a bonus.

The hotel was too crowded and the staff was not enough to manage the number of guests.

We came from Bangkok for the weekend and we loved the lagoon pool. You could always find a bit of shade somewhere around the pool or in the water from the trees and the size of the pool meant people could spread out. It was nice that there were small toys available for children to borrow to play in the sand. The slide was great. The food was also great although expensive. There is a close by night market where you could go to get a wider variety of food (although very touristy). My husband and I spent a lot of time playing billiard and table tennis. The breakfast buffet is incredible. Freshly cut fruit, waffles, pancakes, Müsli, bacon, Laugenbrötchen (for the Germans^^), Thai, Indian, any type of food.

The food at the restaurants was amazing but expensive. We also didn’t use the spa even though it’s award winning and beautiful, because there were no cheaper massage options for less time/money. We had to pay a 4,000 baht deposit when we arrived, even though the room had been paid for. At check out it was not very clear what had happened to these 4,000 baht and I was presented with another bill for the food we had consumed of 3,000 baht, even though we were told it would be subtracted from the down payment… I don’t like the idea of the downpayment as it seems like the hotel doesn’t trust its guests and it was annoying at check out. Otherwise it’s a great hotel, most of the staff were friendly and it’s right at the beach.

This was another fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. This resort has everything. The location on the beautiful wide beach perfect for an early mornign walj whilst at the same time within easy walking distance of markets, massage, laundry, bars, restaurants and live music. Excellent Globalist benefits that included a fantastic suite upgrade, breakfast and access to the Club Lounge. The Club Lounge deserves special mention due to the level of service. Everyone there can not do enough for you. What a team. I hope I've not missed anyone but Emmy, Phim, Namphon, Acme, Minny, Cream, Sara, Ked, Sali and Khim can't do enough for you. Where do they find these employees ?? We're already thinking about when we can plan our next trip..

Turned up and got slapped with a 20% increase on the room rate. With a non negotiable 10% service fee, on a room… I’m struggling to see where there is “service” in a room? It’s a bed. Where you sleep. You then get slapped with another 10%++ service fee on any bar/restaurant you use in the hotel. So, maybe the “service fee” goes to the reception staff? Or cleaners?? Not quite sure… but needless to say it should be advertised that your agreed room rate will be jacked up by 20% when you’re in resort and cannot escape the cash grab. Left a sour taste on what should have been a nice break with the family.

We had the most wonderful experience hosting our wedding at this hotel. Khun Tak and her team provided exceptional service. They are highly professional and phenomenal at solving unexpected issues on the spot. The event setup and the level of service exceeded all our expectations, from the initial planning stages right through to the big day. Every single staff member was friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about their roles. The accommodations were fantastic and spotless. The housekeeping team paid great attention to detail, and the security and facility staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating to everyone. A special shoutout to the chefs! Both the daily breakfast and our wedding dinner were absolutely delicious. All our guests couldn't stop praising the food—there was not a single complaint. The decoration team was perfectly on time, and the venue turnover from the vow ceremony to the dinner reception was impressively fast and seamless. The team handling our vow ceremony was also amazing; they offered great guidance and calming support when we were nervous, ensuring everything went smoothly. To top it off, Khun Tak and her team surprised us with a thoughtful souvenir at the end of the event, which truly touched our hearts. We are deeply impressed with absolutely everything. On our checkout day, we visited the spa. The therapist was excellent, offering great recommendations for aromatherapy scents, and the massage was fantastic. We will definitely be returning to stay here again!

We had stayed before almost a decade previously and the hotel had not been updated much (If at all) in the meantime. That is not to say it is not good quality, just that it is becoming a bit tired now. Staff were excellent and happy to accommodate when we asked to swap rooms (king deluxe club) as the first one allocated to us was very overlooked- on the ground floor immediately next to a path round the club pool. We loved the club lounge and the pools- obviously the slide is a huge positive with kids. We felt it was great location with lots to do without needing to go to the centre of hua hin. We had a great holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The hotel facilities were nice and family friendly. There were several food options in the hotel and also nearby. Must mention that Ms. Joop the Manager at Hyatt was very professional and courteous. We had an issue with our rooms as we had to change our rooms 3 times. However, Ms. Joop was most courteous and polite and did her best to help. Much appreciate Ms. Joop's kind and professional attitude. Thank you Ms. Joop.

It seems that Hyatt has an unwritten policy of asking for upfront payment for incidentals such as food, drinks and other expenses other than the room charge and the room security deposit. This was certainly a new thing for us as we have not encountered such a policy in any other hotel we have stayed in. If there is a policy requiring your guests to pay upfront for incidentals then kindly have it stated on your terms and conditions in the booking process. Thank you

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms and lots of activities for kids. Very courteous staff and the pool is the highlight of the property. Located at a walking distance from the weekend markets Cicada and Tamarind, at which we spent wonderful evenings. Breakfast spread is large but limited choice in chicken, fish, seafood or vegetarian items. Bakery choice is limited and the coffee definitely needs to be better.

After travelling to Thailand for many years and staying in many nice places, we finally found the little gem. This resort will raise above anyone’s expectations. The staff and service they provide is more than exceptional. The facilities, gardens and pools are fantastic and the highlight is the breakfast at Figs. Unfortunately it’s our last night here, but we’re already planning to come back. We celebrated my birthday here, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised with a little surprise in our room when we arrived. Thank you very much, to everyone who has put the effort in to put a smile on my face. We love you guys, and we’re definitely coming back. Meg & Tommy.

Hyatt Regency Hua Hin this was our 6th time in club room staff amazing as always lunch time sandwiches available which was very unexpected, canapes on evening seem to get better every year. Archery in a morning is great a huge thank you to Thor, Tony and Ter. The staff at regency club can't do enough for you so helpful. Hopefully we will definitely go again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. We choose a pool access room which was just brilliant and I would highly recommend. The room was large and well maintained. There were two sun loungers and an umbrella in the private garden area where you could step directly into the pool. The Breakfast buffet was good with a large selection of dishes, but on weekends you may have to wait for a seat between 8.30 and 10.00am so be prepared. There was a well-equipped gym with enough aerobic equipment that you didn't have to wait too long to use. Most days we were the only people in the gym. There was also a good range of free weights. Make sure you check the tide times if you are going to walk along the beach as access south of the hotel on the beach is restricted when the tide is in.

In our view, the Hyatt Regency has easily regained its #1 position as the premier hotel in Hua Hin. We were perennial visitors for many years until things went awry for a while. But now all is tickety-boo and magnificent again, and we could not be happier. And we shall continue to return each year; it was a delight from our first day to the last. Situated on the best stretch of beach (please research seasonal tidal fluctuations, as the beach can go from being wide enough to land several Jumbo jets to no beach at all), this hotel is a dreamlike vision of manicured lawns, tropical plants and an inviting freeform swimming pool sparkling in the sunshine. The praiseworthy staff are warm and welcoming throughout; a cordial team ethos led by Marco Silvestro Avitabile, the genial general manager. The restaurants serve delicious food to suit every taste, and the tranquil Regency Club is definitely an option worth considering. We love this hotel and its wonderful personnel - and there is a good chance you will love it too!

Excellent experience in this hotel and this is first time for my husband, we love Hyatt Hua Hin very much. The garden swimming pool and room really beautiful. Actually I was booked only 3 night here because I have others place to show my husband but after stay only 2 nights my husband said " we will stay here until we going back to Bangkok". Staffs are friendly and really helpful. Me and my husband highly recommend.

The grounds were beautiful and the facilities especially the pools were great for all. The staff were amazing, kind, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast buffet catered for every diet.

Nice and clean with really relaxed atmosphere. Set back from the main road so really quiet, with a free golf buggy to transfer you between reception and main gate. Direct access to the beach (beach not private and no sun loungers) but who needs the beach when there are numerous pools at the hotel (that are kept spotless) with plenty of sun loungers and space around them and the gardens. Fresh towels available for the sun loungers. Daily room service with (free) fresh bottled water. Plenty of choice at breakfast (western and eastern / Asian) that is fresh and replenished during the breakfast service period. Only negative is the pricing of lunch and dinner menus at the various hotel restaurants, our family felt they were a little on the high side (and reflective by the level of custom during these times) so didn't eat at the hotel at these times - plenty of restaurant / cafe / bar choice in Hua Hin to overcome this.

The hotel was amazing from the front entrance to the fantastic beach the gardens and pool areas were just beautiful the rooms were big and clean with crisp white sheets the location was perfect right on the beach which was what we needed to relax and reset ourselves and was a special treat for my 60th the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was amazing absolutely everything you could imagine

The pools are amazing, we were in a group ranging from 3-80yrs and everyone loved the pools. Plenty of space for people to spread out. The hotel is in a lovely setting, taking you away from busy Hau Hin, creating its own little paradise. The staff were so friendly too, especially at the Fountain bar. We played Archery a few times which was great.

We found the room didn’t work for us, small and a strange bathroom set up. That said the balcony was a lovely size and nice seats to chill on. Breakfast was too busy with often no laid table, and long waits for coffee.

We had a lovely stay at Hyatt Regency. Our trip to Indonesia was cancelled last minute so we booked this hotel instead and drove to Hua Hin from Bangkok. The room was really nice with a balcony overlooking the pool, including a sofa, table and clothes drying rack for swimwear. The breakfast each morning was delicious and varied. The beachfront was great, I didn’t expect such soft, clean sand! The loungers were comfortable and always plenty available, the scenery around the pool was beautiful. Food was a little expensive for Thailand but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a hotel, though happy hour was great. Already hoping to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. We were in a Regency Club room, and the room itself and the Regency Club facilities were all fantastic. Good food and drink, a wonderful Club area to eat and drink, and a pool and beach area that had plenty of room and never felt over-crowded. Would definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin again.

Have to admit I expected more. With pool access family room, this was too small for a family of 4. For same rate, we experienced better options. The location, beach and pool are although really nice. But when you can’t fit the room and are unable to unpack, it’s quite a downside for us as family

Hotel Location is Perfect. Staffs are Helpful. Rooms are quite old. One pro of this good hotel is having Room that could bring your dog with and giving the special toy for your dog. The beach besides the Hyatt Regency is the additional pro of the hotel.
