Het was niet schoon en er liepen muizen door de woonkamer.

Eli war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, und hat uns kurz persönlich begrüßt. Nach Absprache war sogar ein früherer Check-in möglich, was den Aufenthalt für uns nochmal entspannter gemacht hat. Die Lage ist top, wenn man Antwerpen zentral erkunden oder den ÖPNV nutzen möchte. Die Betten sind bequem, im zweiten Schlafzimmer für große Personen sind die Betten ggf. etwas kurz. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Que està bastante cerca de la estación y del centro. El anfitrión o anfitriona muy amable y atento, eso sí!

Estaba muy viejo y algo descuidado. Las persianes del comedor rotas y no cerraban, los WC con mucha humeda, las escobillas del WC muy sucosa y viejas, a las literas les faltava alguna madera, las sabanas alguns tenian algun abujero, entre otras cosas.

1 dubbel bed en helaas 1 erg kort stapelbed. Appartement is geschikt geacht voor 4 personen, maar dan is slapen best krap. En weinig mogelijkheid om je kleren op te hangen

prima uitvalsbasis met er recht tegenover de parkeergarage. op loopafstand van het station en een supermarkt om de hoek. Auto kan in de garage en verder kun je alles lopend doen. Prima locatie!

Het is een beetje vergane glorie. 3 strijkijzers in 1 appartementje is ietwat aan de ruime kant. Lat van stapelbed stuk, oude doorgelegen matrassen, zonnewering die niet op en neer kunnen, ramen die dicht geschroefd zijn, bank waarbij een doek de kapotte delen moet maskeren, douche die écht opgeknapt moet worden. Er moet nodig veel liefde in gestoken worden.

Locatie, perfect. Midden in Centrum en Centraal station.

Bedden (met name stapelbed) hard en onderhoud nodig aan deuren (lijkt vies door slijtage)

Fantastische Lage, Bahnhof und Innenstadt sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Sehr netter Vermieter!

Die Einrichtung im Bad ist eher an kleinen Leuten orientiert- Spiegel ist etwas tief und so nun bedingt Teenager-geeignet.

De tv kanalen werkten niet goed. Wifi deed het wel voor de telefoons, maar niet voor de tv

Great location, comfy beds and good shower. Ticks all the boxes for a solid base location to explore Antwerp from. Easy to get into and no problems whilst we were there. Our apartment had a double bed, a bunk bed and two big couches, which were all comfortable. The bathroom was clean, warm and had a good towel radiator to dry them on. Shower worked well and always had good water temperature.

A little rough around the edges and not the most modern, but it has the solid basics and is definitely a great place for what you pay and the location. Photos in the listing consist of multiple apartments, so it was hard to tell exactly what you are getting until you get there, and it didn't meet the expectations set by the photos as most show the top floor apartment.

El apartamento es espacioso, estaba super limpio, luminoso, cocina y utensilios perfectos. Estaba todo perfecto, cercano a la estación central y bien conectado.

The value for the space you got was amazing and great facilties and besides 1 thing great location near antwerp central.

Middle School next door being mentioned no where and being woken up everyday by loud bells and music and songs.

Een huiselijk gevoel, all in pakket. Je had alles wat je nodig had. Keuken, slaapkamer apart. Groot balkon. Heel proper, lekker warm (ondanks dat het superkoud was buiten).

Prijs / kwaliteit verhouding was top. Locatie prima, appartement leuk aangekleed! Zeker aan te raden voor een weekendje naar Antwerpen.

Zeer centraal gelegen, vlakbij station. Ruime woonkamer met grote bank.

There is a misadvertisment where is mentioned 2 single beds, these are bunk beds not adult size. We booked the delux but got another one but neither delux will give a better stay looking at the comments and pictures afterwards. This is not a cosy or comfortable place to be, there is punging smell, spiderwebs around, no proper cleaning. Poorly finished and already looking consumed appartement. The bathroom doesn't meet regular hygiene standards. We travel a lot, also abroad. So far the most disappointing and for some reason we missed the bad comments of previous travellers. We reported to the host, he came to look and according to him all fine.

The property was very bad maintained, very dirty, felt unsafe as fire detectors were missing and electricity was not done correctly

The location was our main reason to book it but also the price as it wasn't too expensive for that period of time. It was enough for a short stay. The train station is very close, which was convenient but also our main criteria. Nothing else special though. The second bedroom is small. The keys were easy to get form the box.

The used sanitary pad in the bathroom bin. The property is dated and the stairs are tiny, there was a fly in the water cooler!

The keys were easy to find and we could have gotten in, but we waited for the cleaning woman to meet us because we arrived early. She let us store our luggage until check in time which was SO helpful!

The location is near the city center and very close to the central station. Also restaurants and shops are just around the corner. To enter you can use stairs or the (small) elevator. The living room and master bedroom are quite big. The bathroom is spacious enough and the rain shower is very comfortable. Decent price. The heating worked well in all rooms.

The bed for adults is terrible. We woke up with back pain every morning. The mattresses were 'hollowed out' where your body is supposed to lay. After flipping the mattresses this became slightly better, but still very poor. They are in desperate need of replacement! There were also some bloodstains on the ceiling of the bedroom, where probably mosquitos had been killed. The light on the night stand didn't work unless you kept pressing it. There was a dirty towel from a previous guest underneath the bed. The kitchen is small, but fulfills it's basic purposes. However all the details are off or sub par. The light in de refrigerator is broken. The handle of the freezer is missing. The freezer itself is half filled with ice. The knives are blunt. The peeler had rust on it, which made us not want to use it. There was a fine working oven, but no oven mints. There are only 4 normal plates (and 2 really big ones), which means you have to do a lot of dishes. The dining table is very small (we were with 2 adults and a 5 year old). The wifi is decent in the living room, but very poor in the bedrooms. The apartment is very noisy. You can hear every sound the upstairs neighbors make and every step they take. The table in the living room has a glass top, which is dirty on the bottom side. The apartment lacks a coat rack. The view from the windows is very uninspiring. All in all most of the negatives aren't bad by themselves (except for the beds), but if you add them all up, the apartment is lacking in quality and could be highly improved with some minor additions or fixes. Based on the 8+ grade the apartment has on this website, we expected more comfort and quality.

Mooi appartement, relatief nieuw. Echter boeking is op het adres van een andere locatie. We zaten oorspronkelijk minder centraal dan de locatie tijdens boeken deed vermoeden. Het echte adres kregen we pas kort voor vertrek via een email gemeld.

We loved it! It is very conveniently located, close to the central station. The apartment is beautiful and offers great value for its price. I would definitely recommend to book an apartment in Villa Einstein.

Wohnung war bestens, gute Lage, grosszügig, easy Übergabe. Aber: die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht richtig angegeben bei Hotels.com, sondern nur die Adresse des Büros. Das ist irreführend und muss dringend geändert werden.

We arrived in the area of the hotel late at night my children did not feel comfortable to stay there so we did not. I however was still charged a cleaning fee and we never even stayed there. That I don’t think I should have been charged since we did not stay overnight I was fine with paying the night and losing that money but I am upset with getting charged the cleaning fee

Het is een mooie appartement. Alleen was er niet schoongemaakt terwijl je schoonmaakkosten betaald. Er stond schimmel op de douchekop en de vet droob van de afzuigkap af. Verder was er geen vaatwasser zoals er in de specificaties wel staat vermeld.

We hebben de beloofde accommodatie nooit gekregen. Na de boekingsbevestiging kregen wij een bericht van de eigenaar dat het

Prettig, ruim en net appartement. Locatie is top, dicht bij station/centrum/parkeergarage. Enige te bedenken minpunt is de vette lucht van het restaurant gelegen op de begane grond.

Mooi ruim appartement op goede locatie. Direct tegenover parkeergarage (betaald parkeren). Ik moest zelf achter de incheckprocedure komen. Telefonisch is dit uiteindelijk opgelost. Alle voorzieningen in het appartement zijn aanwezig (handdoek/theedoek etc). Klein puntje; de dekbedden op het stapelbed zjjn erg dun. Verder een goed verblijf gehad en ik zou er zo terug komen.

No hay recepcion, pero te envian un codigo al mobil para recoger la llave. La situacion al lado de la estacion, 20 min. andando al centro y un parking enfrente es muy buena. Es muy amplio, pero una de las dos habitaciones con literas que apenas se cabe. Esta justo encima de un restaurante con ruido fuerte de extractor en las habitaciones, suerte que antes de las 23h. cerraron, sino no se podia dormir. Sin microondas. No puedes abrir las ventanas por los mosquitos. Todo y estos inconvenientes lo recomiendo.

Schönes Appartement in sehr zentraler Lage, wir haben nur eine kurze Nacht dort verbracht aber es war hierfür perfekt.

Perfect location if you're not worried about having a view, which we were not. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything you'd need to cook, eat and sleep. Beds comfortable, no air conditioning as advertised but nice big windows to let air in. Plenty of hot water. Only slight criticism is the lack of mirrors only 1 mirror in the whole place above bathroom sink, we called the lift when we needed a full length view which we found quite amusing really. Got locked out of middle door, asked in restaurant, which I know is part of the same business, the staff said they couldn't help as they didn't know anything about the flats. I contacted Eli who told me they had a key, he called them and we were in within 10 mins. Definitely would recommend these apartments.
