This hotel is an absolute 10/10! An amazing infinity pool, outstanding service, and excellent breakfasts. I highly recommend having a romantic dinner at the rooftop restaurant — the food is great and the views over the city are absolutely stunning! We were kindly upgraded to a better room, and our balcony had a beautiful view of the bay 😍 The breakfast was excellent, with a huge selection, lots of fresh fruit and juices. We also received some lovely complimentary perks upon check-in: an Afternoon Tea voucher (highly recommend trying it!), fresh fruit, and Spa discounts. We also used the hotel’s laundry service. You can drop off your clothes in the morning and have them returned in the evening, clean, neatly packaged, and smelling wonderful. The room was very quiet, with no outside noise at all! The hotel’s location is excellent — it’s easy to get anywhere, while still being peaceful and quiet. It’s also just a short ride to the wonderful Simple Beach. Another great bonus is the hotel’s free shuttle service to the city beach and various locations around town. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back!

Отличный номер с двумя спальнями и двумя санузлами с видом со всех спален и даже с ванной комнаты . Бассейн длинный шикарный с обзором 360 градусов ! Наплавалась вдоволь . Уборка каждый день . Полотенца меняют каждый день , дают воды правда не так много по поллитра на человека , зато цены в платном минибаре доступные . Завтраки хорошие , готовят вкусно . Нравилось наличие отдельного корейского уголка с едой , а также наличие красной рыбы . У нас был номер с опцией бесплатного afternoon tea и снэков .

Трансфер с /до аэропорта только строго расписанию два раза . Рядом жили соседи , которые постоянно курили травку . Нам не нравился этот запах .

On nous oblige a mettre leur tong pour aller à la piscine mais on laisse les gens se baigner en jeans ou vêtements 🤷‍♀️ dommage qu' il n y ait pas d offre pour boire ou manger et pas assez de transats. Ils peuvent faire beaucoup mieux à ce niveau pour ce genre d hôtel dommage...

The infinity pool with the scenic view of Da Nang's Golden gate bridge was iconic

The attitude of the staff was extremely disappointing. The way they handled guest requests, and the apparent lack of even the most basic hospitality standards, was incredibly frustrating. Staff would readily say “no” without even taking the time to listen to the full request or understand the situation. What was even more disappointing was the lack of consideration for a guest in a wheelchair. There seemed to be very little awareness of accessibility, courtesy, or the basic level of care one would expect in the hospitality industry. We also noticed that guests would walk past staff without receiving even a simple greeting or acknowledgment. These may seem like small things, but they make a huge difference in the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, the repeated lack of courtesy, warmth, and customer service made what should have been an enjoyable holiday stay extremely frustrating. It reached a point where the attitude and service of the staff overshadowed the entire experience and ultimately ruined our stay.

​Our family vacation at Wyndham Danang Golden Bay was nothing short of unforgettable. We booked the Corner Suite, and it made our entire stay. The space was bright, extremely comfortable for a family, and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the bay, city, and Thuận Phước Bridge right from our windows. ​The standout highlight has to be the 29th-floor gold infinity pool—the sunset views from up there are easily some of the best in Da Nang. The facilities are top-notch, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the team provided wonderful service throughout our visit. ​If you are traveling with family, booking a Corner Suite here is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

Although it was a lovely offer from the hotel, the quality of the pastries offered within the afternoon tea weren't good. Looked nice, but didn't have taste.

Beautiful hotel with luxurious décor and excellent service. The staff were very attentive, especially Mint, the Concierge Supervisor, who helped us arrange a birthday cake and flowers at the last minute and made the celebration truly special. Don't miss the rooftop pool with its stunning panoramic views. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Warning to future guests: I believed I was booking a Wyndham Danang Golden Bay hotel room because the Agoda listing used the hotel’s name, photos, room type (“Deluxe King”), breakfast, and hotel amenities. After checking in, I discovered that my reservation was actually for a privately owned apartment in the same building, not a room operated by Wyndham. The apartment was on the 9th floor, and I was not given independent access. Every time I returned, I had to ask hotel security to let me upstairs. This was a major inconvenience that was never expected from a hotel stay. Had the listing clearly stated that this was a private apartment with restricted access, I would never have booked it. I hope Agoda makes these listings much clearer so future guests know exactly what they are paying for.

الخدمة في الفندق بطيئة جداً، حيث استغرقت عملية تسجيل الخروج أكثر من ساعة. كما أن الفندق يطلب تأميناً بقيمة 2 مليون دونغ فيتنامي، وعند تسجيل الخروج يُطلب من النزيل الانتظار في اللوبي لمدة تقارب 15 دقيقة حتى يتم فحص الشقة، وهذا الأمر غير مريح. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لاحظت أن طاقم الفندق، سواء في الاستقبال أو مدخل المطعم أو العاملين عموماً، لا يبتسمون ولا يرحبون بالنزلاء بالشكل المتوقع. كان تركيزهم أكبر على تطبيق أنظمة الفندق بدلاً من تقديم تجربة ضيافة مميزة ومريحة للنزيل

An amazing hotel in da nang which we would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Vietnam! Rooms were extremely clean and spacious with beautiful views and a lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly attentive and helpful and they always went out of their way to help you. The breakfast buffet was great, so much variety from Vietnamese foods, an egg station, Indian foods etc and lovely coffee every morning! Views are gorgeous too and the hotel transfer is a great price and went smoothly. Location is great about 10 mins from the dragon bridge and markets by grab! Highly highly recommend and would come back!

I stayed at Golden Bay Beach Hotel Da Nang from 19 to 22 June, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The hotel is beautifully located overlooking the bay, with breathtaking views of the mountains and the city, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout my visit. I was pleased to find that the pictures shown online were exactly as advertised. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the peaceful location and excellent facilities, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy my holiday. The hotel offers a true sense of serenity and peace, making it the perfect place to relax and escape from the busy pace of everyday life. I especially appreciated the casino located within the hotel, which provided an added entertainment option during my stay. Just outside the hotel, there is also a beautiful park that is perfect for an evening stroll, and I enjoyed seeing the local vendors selling light snacks in front of the hotel, adding a charming local touch to the experience. For smokers, the rooms come with a balcony where smoking is allowed, provided the sliding door is properly closed, which I found very convenient. I would also like to give special recognition to Thu, Linh and Jenny for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. They were always warm, friendly, and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Their excellent service truly made my experience even more memorable. Overall, my experience at Golden Bay Beach Hotel Da Nang was memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. It is definitely a must-visit place if you are in the city, and I look forward to returning again in the future. 🌊🏨✨

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, alles war sauber und wurde auch täglich gut gereinigt. Schöne Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und auch der Pool war einzigartig. Das Frühstück in der Premium Lounge war sehr angenehm entspannt.

Die Bar im 29. Stock lädt leider nicht zum verweilen ein. Warum wird die Möglichkeit eine tolle Aussicht abends bei einem Getränk zu genießen nicht genutzt? Die Terrasse ist schlecht möbliert und sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Beim Frühstück gab es jeden Tag den gleichen Belag. Die anderen Speisen wechselten schon. Die Lage ist schon sehr abseits und die Fahrzeiten des Shuttles sehr dünn. Durch gerade viel Bauarbeiten ringsherum, gibt es fussläufig wenige Restaurants. Das Koreanische Restaurant im Hotel ist auch nicht zu empfehlen. Am Pool musste man immer seine eigenen Badelatschen ausziehen und Badelatschen anziehen, welche dort zur Verfügung standen. Sehr unhygienisch.

The location was great for pictures, but not much around. The free shuttle is a true statement, however it is limited to only a few times a day. We just used a cab.

Total length of stay was 21 nights (as my wife is from DaNang our stay was about visiting family as opposed to pure holidays). We stayed in a 2 bedroom corner suite which was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys as the second bedroom has separate beds. Bedding and furniture were all spotlessly clean and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone (my sister in law and brother in law were also staying in the hotel and even then there was comfortably enough room when they came to our room). The bathrooms were a comfortable size with strong water pressure (I hate when water pressure is terrible in hotels). Having a washer/dryer in the room was a real plus especially on such an extended stay. Whilst its location does require grab rides (the hotel does run an airport, beach and city bus shuttle) you really appreciate the peace and quiet from Vietnam streets when sitting on your balcony soaking in the spectacular views of the harbour and river and the views are amazing both day and night. Service from all staff was great and with a genuine warmth. The infinity pool is definitely like nothing I’ve ever experienced before, even better than when we were in Las Vegas. A definite must is 24k gold tomahawk steak in the rooftop restaurant (quite often discounted 50% on Saturday’s) just remember to pre order it in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet is always good with a huge selection and there is both daily options and some varied each day and there’s also some freshly cooked options. There’s 2 breakfast areas 1 on lvl 3 and if eligible a premium breakfast restaurant on lvl 1 both offer the same meals but the premium area is definitely quieter and better service. I didn’t use any of the paid spa services but there are numerous saunas and a free jacuzzi and karaoke lounges that are just next level (if you’re in a group they’d be great fun) Definitely loved our stay and for such a long stay in the 1 hotel it was comfortable and fresh each day

Yiyeceklerin üstünde ne olduğu yazmıyor. Ne yediğimizi bilmiyoruz. Bir masaya geçiyoruz, o masa kapalı diyorlar başka yere yönlendiriyorlar. Masalar çok sıkışık ve kalabalıktan oturacak yerlere ulaşamıyoruz. Soru sorduğumuzda yanıt alamıyoruz. Aileler için belki ancak arkadaş tatili için önermiyorum.

I’m currently staying at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience has been far from what you’d expect from a property marketed as “5-star.” One of the most disappointing aspects is how basic requests are handled. The hotel provides only 355ml of drinking water per person per day, which is clearly insufficient — especially for a property positioning itself as luxury. When we requested additional water, the hotel refused to provide it complimentary and insisted on charging for more. For a hotel of this category, this feels extremely unreasonable and out of touch with guest needs. We are a group of four and have also spent significantly on additional services such as dining and laundry, yet even providing four small bottles of water daily feels inadequate. What made matters worse was the response from the front desk. Instead of handling the concern professionally, the staff was rude and did not appear proactive or helpful at all. We were told that they are “not actually a 5-star hotel” and that the rating is given by booking platforms. This kind of response shows a lack of accountability and professionalism, and it significantly damages the guest experience. The breakfast experience also falls short. The selection is below average, with very limited variety, and the same menu is repeated every single day, making it monotonous very quickly. Overall, this hotel does not deliver the level of service, hospitality, or quality associated with a 5-star rating. There is a clear mismatch between how it is marketed and what guests actually
