Crowne Plaza Danang City Centre by IHG

הכל

The men’s locker room had a sauna and steam room.

I felt like the breakfast was mostly catered to Korean guests.

Ottimo hotel in centro a Da Nang, camera molto spaziosa, vista mozzafiato, pulizia impeccabile, bagno grande e ben attrezzato, letto molto comodo

Ruby was exceptional and the front desk staff was always very kind and helpful.

Airport pick up and drop

Personeel was vriendelijk

Hygiëne onder maat. Zowel centrale ruimtes als de kamer. De vloerkleden worden niet gestofzuigd. Schimmels in de badkamers.

Everything were good and fantastic

This hotel has THE best staff. Always smiling and happy to see you, and nothing is too much trouble, from opening doors to making a special coffee. All the staff I dealt with were so lovely and warm (housekeeping, reception, cafe, restaurant, door guys, everyone!). One of the reception ladies even helped me track down a delivery I was expecting, successfully found it and even carried it to me. Wonderful people. The room was large, and the floor to ceiling windows made it an amazing view of Da Nang. Spotlessly clean, the bathroom looked brand new. Has a full size ironing board, blow dryer and a room safe. Has a kettle, but probably take your own instant coffee if you want it, the sachets weren't that great. Of course in Vietnam who is going to drink sachet coffee. I get it. :) The elevators are fast, no hanging around for 20 minutes waiting, I don't know how they did that but it's great. The pool is right outside the restaurant, with another fabulous view, and was sparkling clean when I was there. The room has good amenities, free bottled water, a fridge, great size TV, and the air conditioning was perfect and completely reliable. There is a mini mart right across the road for bottled water, etc, and a raft of coffee shops within a two minute walk. I can't fault this hotel, I stay in five star hotels constantly and this place definitely made me feel at home. I'll be back. Great value for money.

Nothing.

Great

Beautiful rooms very spacious beds were excellent and comfortable good quality bed linen, clean modern hotel

Very clean and good location.

Very clean & good location.

Breakfast was not a wide variety compared to other Danang hotels I’ve stayed in. The card you use to make the booking has to match the name of the guest you put on the room or it will be declined. They could have told me that after the 1st time, instead of just declining 3 Different card 3x.

Very clean and good location.

Clean comfortable room

The pool wasn’t super impressive. Not an infinity pool.

The bed was very comfortable, aircon worked well, room was clean & great river view. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, good variety of foods for everyone. Chefs we’re outstanding & food was constantly refilled.

Efficient and warm staff

Towels should be better. They were tattered

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the level of service throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special thank you to Tracy at the check-in counter, who made the experience even better from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making the check-in/out process smooth and stress-free. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Comfort and cleanliness

Sauna doesn’t go up to 65 degrees and the pool close early 7pm

We prefer the location away from the beach chaos, it's in a good spot with plenty of local cafes and restaurants. And an easy walk across the road to the riverside. Huge comfy beds. Friendly professional staff. We liked it.

A tiny thing, but first impressions count...I'd make sure the tables where new guests sit while waiting to check in are always wiped and not covered in used welcome drink glasses. But that's easily fixed ;-)

Winderful SPA

Nothing

Services and attention to details - had a fantastic time spending my anniversary here! Love it - would come again.

Fantastic showers, beds super comfortable, excellent room facilities, amenities and mini bar. Rooms are immaculately cleaned and presented. Super quiet which was excellent for a great nights sleep. Staff were beyond helpful - we travel a lot and this particular hotel is a standout for brilliant service including the restaurant.

Great hotel

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Danang City Centre. The hotel was extremely comfortable and the overall experience was fantastic. The two-bedroom suite we booked was absolutely flawless—spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for our family stay. The food was excellent throughout, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. One small suggestion would be that the front office team could be a little warmer and more welcoming during interactions. It would also be very helpful if the hotel offered a currency exchange facility for guests. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

We had requested early check-in almost a month in advance, however my family still had to wait nearly 4 hours for the room to be ready. The front office staff were not very helpful during this time and did not provide clear updates. They could have informed us earlier that an early check-in fee might apply — we would have happily paid it rather than waiting for several hours. Better communication and assistance from the front office team would have made the experience much smoother.

Room Location

Public toilet is dirty

Quieter location, good breakfast variety, very good room, excellent staff everywhere

Way too many tour group people fighting for tables & food at breakfast. Really unpleasant experience, even if the breakfast spread & staff were excellent

Clean and new

Staff were quite rude, especially at breakfast each morning, we had to find our own seat and figure out how and what to do in our first time there. We asked for coffee and got told to get it ourselves. Staff in lobby quite hopeless also. Barely greeted or smiled at us. Facilities are 5 star but the staff are not which is piss poor. There was only 1 lady when we first arrived and left that was helpful. Can’t remember her name but she was Vietnamese from hanoi and had an American accent. The rest forget it.
