1. 四大兩小入住剛剛好，像是入住高級的公寓，有兩間臥室，一個大的客廳、兩間衛浴、一個廚房，極度適合家庭入住。美溪海岸有夠漂亮~ 2. 餐廳有兩間，一間在28樓，一間在3樓，兩間餐廳都很美味，但可以去28樓用餐，風景很美、心曠神怡。 3. 附贈每日下午茶和20分鐘泡腳體驗，感覺還不錯，不過我們只都體驗一次，第二天就忘記有這些福利。 4. 工作人員從進門開始、接待、房務到餐廳服務生都笑容可掬、友善熱情。我們要過馬路時，門口服務人員還會過來幫忙指揮、帶我們安全過馬路；接待人員還幫我們訂餐廳與外送。 5. 飯店旁邊就有一間超市，買東西非常便利，一大加分。(直接在裡面買伴手禮) 6. SPA體驗不錯，CP值偏高，會有一些折扣活動，可以事先問看看。 7. 游泳池很適合拍照，不過因為在戶外，非溫水游泳池。 8. 工作日的時候，可以直接在飯店兌換越南盾，飯店與銀行有合作，匯率不錯，以美元計算，只比會安兌換所少100越南盾。

1. 兒童遊戲室有些令人失望，空間小、玩具少，偏向適合3歲以下的幼兒。 2. SPA的優惠活動應該主動且明確的告知房客，這樣才能吸引更多的光顧。我們是到check-out的時候，才知道優惠，早知道就多去幾次 XD

最上階の朝食会場でもう少し食べ物の種類があったら嬉しかったが、景色が絶景なので仕方ないとは思います。フローティングブレックファーストも出来て良かったです。連泊するとお菓子がベットにあるのも嬉しかったです。エレベーターが3機ありますが、くるのが遅かったのは残念でした。

オーシャンビューで部屋からの景色は素晴らしかったです。街中から少し離れていますがグラブ利用で問題なしです。事前に高層階をリクエストしてOKの返事をもらっておりましたが実際は8階でそこは少し残念でした。朝食とアフターヌーンティーの味は普通でした。 バナヒルズへの車の手配や両替もホテルでしてくれました。スタッフさんみんなとても親切で良かったです。

ロケーションがよかった。すぐ目の前がビーチでよかった。アフタヌーンティーサービスが良かった。インフィニティプールがよかった。

オーシャンビューのお部屋ということで通されたが、目の前が海ではなく、窓から斜め前が海で、「オーシャンビュー」というのは少し誤った案内だと思った。

レストランがお手頃で美味しかったです。

衛生面とスタッフの教育には疑問を感じるところがありました。ただ、五つ星でこの値段であれば目を瞑ることができるかと。いわゆる五つ星のサービスを求めるのであれば、もう少しお金を出して外資系有名ブランドのホテルに泊まることをお勧めします。

Camera molto ampia e pulita bagno moderno e con una doccia spaziosa piscina al roof top con una bella vista . Colazione buona (tazze del caffe’/ capuccino troppo piccole! Staff molto gentile

La quasi assenza di sdrai per prendere il Sole in piscina quelli pochi sono accaparrati da clienti che non li mollano ! Peccato perché la piscina ha una bellissima vista! Peggiora la cosa la totale mancanza di una spiaggia privata e/o ad uso dell’hotel quindi non sarebbe un vero e proprio 5 stelle!

Wir wollten nicht direkt im Zentrum sein, deshalb hat uns die Lage sehr gut gefallen.Wir hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick und weiter oben. Die Aussicht war wirklich toll. Der Pool mit Aussicht auch.

Der Service in der HALAL ROYALE LOUNGE hat uns nicht gefallen.

Auf Bildern sieht die Unterkunft total hochwertig und modern aus, in der Realität ist es klein und die Zimmer muffelig. Auch der Pool wirkt auf Bildern groß, jedoch ist es super klein mit 2 liegen. Dieses Hotel hat 25 Stöcke mit jeweils 30 Zimmern. Dafür sind 2 liegen oben am Pool schon sehr lächerlich.

海が目の前、お手洗いがウォシュレット。ドアマンや男性の従業員の方々が親切でした。

予約願いを日本で依頼してたが、返事が遅く。しかも予約とれてない。　現地で予約お願いしたら日にちが間違ってて、お店に行ったら予約とれてなかった。 フィットネスルームにはゴキブリいた。朝食があまり美味しくないのと、バイミーのパンが硬すぎた。

В ванной комнате ощущался небольшой запах канализации, не часто меняли белье и полотенца, один крючок в ванной. Приходится долго ждать лифт

Getting to the beach was very convenient. Afternoon tea was superb. Local food served made us want to go back. Man-Thuy and Phuonh-Truc were very pleasant to serve us in the dining.

No drying clothesline considering it’s expected that guests would have swimsuits to dry. No washing area by the hotel entrance for guests to wash off feet before going back to the hotel.

We booked the Suit on 23rd floor and had amazing stay, my parents were very happy, the view from our room is phenomenal . The buffet was also nice, more importantly the staffs were all very supportive and friendly!

Only 4 pool sunbed which were never available. Hotel too big to feel important in comparison to Hoi An hotel.

The staff on the rooftop were really kind to us and the Food and Beverage Manager was lovely. The housekeeping and concierge were lovely too.

This is our second stay at Peninsula (by choice) and it was very disappointing overall. The check-in staff were not welcoming at all. No welcome drink either. The room was really average and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Our children also had rooms - they were much better than ours. As returning guests I expected to receive better. We won't be returning to Peninsula when we come back to Da Nang next year.

The pool and the restaurant on the last floor were great

The staff didn’t pay enough attention to us. The hotel seemed to say 5 stars. I requested for an adapter for my charger and was told to come get it from the reception. It might not seem like much but after travelling for a few days and not sleeping much, I’d appreciate to receive the level of service we’re paying for. Then, the staff seemed quite distracted at times, telling me to wait… Maybe they forgot I was a customer…

Had breakfast on 3rd and 27th floors. More choice on 3rd floor but a nicer relaxed atmosphere on 27th. The Pho station was amazing in both locations but the rest of the food was limited and not very warm. The spa was great and girls gave good massages. Not far from the lovely beach.

Not sure if was because of a communication barrier but most of the staff were pretty unhelpful. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, however if staying for more than a few nights not enough room to unpack clothes and a very tiny bench side to the bath room sink. The dumping ground to the left of the hotel, although entertaining to watch local people rummage through the rubbish was not a nice site to look out on and stunk to high heaven. The hotel gym was very small along with the tiny roof top pool and 4 sun loungers to accommodate the whole hotel!!!!

The staff and the other guests at this hotel (tour groups mainly) were not very friendly and at times rude - quite different to what we had experienced elsewhere in Vietnam. The food was passable and while there was a lot of variety, the quality and freshness was not up to what we expected. The hotel looked older than the 3 years age. The rooms were passable the the view nice, but we found the location a bit more away from the action as we were expecting.

AMAZING sea views. FANTASTIC tub and town window views. Super luxurious stay and virtually on the beach shoreline. Super safe for female solo travellers too.

Thank you very much to Mr. Francis, General Manager of Peninsula Hotel, and his wonderful team for taking such excellent care of my VVIP guests throughout the entire trip. The level of service provided was truly outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Francis personally ensured that every detail and every requirement of the group was handled with great care, professionalism, and attention from the moment they arrived at the airport until the end of their journey. I sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality, dedication, and exceptional service given to my guests. It was truly a memorable experience, and I look forward to working together again in the future. Wishing Peninsula Hotel continued success and many more achievements ahead.

インフィニティープールはとても素敵で写真映えがしました。 スパも清潔でとてもリラックスしました。 お部屋は広々していて清潔で素晴らしかったので、一日中海を見ながらゆっくり過ごす日もありました。最後でした。

プールサイドが狭くてゆっくり過ごす場所がなかったのが残念でした。 エレベーターに中々乗れず長時間ホールで待つ事になり不便でした。

Zimmer zum Preis sehr gut Rooftop bar gut Aussieht obere Etagen genial Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Spa Top Leistung und Preis. Fußbad jeden Tag kostenlos Nachmittags Tee/Kaffee kostenlos, aber das Angebot zum Essen sehr schmal, aber Gut.

Frühstück nicht so umfangreich.. fast immer das selbe! Dusche: Fliesen sehr rutschig! Liegt zwar eine Matte aus, aber das sollte nicht sein. Leider nur vier liegen am Pool! Wegen Platzmangel.

Lovely hotel, close to beach. It’s a short grab ride into the town centre. Afternoon tea is nice and breakfast great!

Pool was nice with great views but not enough sunbeds

Der Aufenthalt im Peninsula in Da Nang hat uns komplett begeistert. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und sprach sehr gut Englisch. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und genossen die Tage in unserem wunderschönen Zimmer, mit Blick zum Meer und zur Lady Buddha. Die Betten sind so bequem! Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet für jeden etwas. Es ist lecker und frisch zubereitet. Der Nachmittagstee war sehr nett arrangiert. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns grad richtig, ruhig gelegen. Zeit, um sich zu erholen. Uns gefiel es so gut, so dass wir nach einer kleinen Pause in Hoi An nochmals für vier Tage ins Peninsula zurückkehrten. Von unserer Seite geht eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Hotel raus!
