The location for sure, very close to downtown, and beaches.

The restaurant was small for the amount of people staying. They charge 28.00 a day for resort fee, giving you a credit if you eat at the restaurant. But there was no space. The last day for breakfast was chaotic. Long lines and no tables. In the pool area, food left behind and towels as well.

Great location overlooking the beautiful waters of Sarasota. Rooms are amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly. And offcourse the free breakfast buffet.

this hotel was amazing with great staff and Addison was my bartender at the bridges on the 8th floor. He made amazing cocktails. I love the view and the food and my room was beautiful. I decided for one of the days to stay at the hotel and use all the amenities like the gym and the pool and eat at the restaurant and to my surprise the bartender was my favorite! Addison knew how to make my type of cocktails!

We love the location more than anything and the two free complementary drinks upon arrival was a very hospitable touch.

We felt the food was below par for the type of hotel we thought we were staying in. The pool area was very unkept and cluttered while we were there mainly around the deck where chairs had been kind of thrown everywhere and people love personal items and towels. Also, I have had trouble with them since our check-in they still have not returned our security deposit and it’s still pending in our account and when I have discussed with them, they have apologized and said they will get it returned to us, but nothing has happened and it has now been almost 2 months

The rooms were exceptionally large, clean, plenty of storage & loved the layout. The breakfast was amazing and had a good variety of choices. Highly recommend and especially great for families.

You have to go thru the parking garage & take the elevator in order to get to the lobby for check in. They need to expand the front of the hotel to allow for front entry check in.

From the moment we walked in, this hotel exceeded every expectation. Although we arrived very late, the staff were warm and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere had that perfect balance of convenience and hospitality — right in the heart of Sarasota. My kids loved the covered pool. We did not have to worry about sunscreen until we went to the beach. But the true highlight of our stay was breakfast, and that's all thanks to Chef OZ. His omelets were absolutely incredible. They were cooked to perfection, packed with fresh ingredients, and made exactly how you wanted them. Every morning we made a point of getting in line for one, and every single time OZ delivered. You can tell his genuinely takes pride in his craft. If you're staying at this Embassy Suites, do not skip breakfast. Find OZ and let him make you an omelet. It's worth setting your alarm for. A huge thank you to him and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We were here last year, and we'll absolutely be back!

The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had an amazing view. I absolutely loved it! The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. One of the highlights was the made-to-order omelets, freshly prepared exactly the way you like by Chef Oz, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming.

Geo and Fabiana are excellent! Fantastic servers, very nice and welcoming. Great atmosphere and view while dining.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites Sarasota was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail made us feel welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Fabiana, the hostess, whose warm smile and genuine hospitality made every dining experience even more enjoyable. We also want to recognize Maria B., who thoughtfully brought me almond milk without hesitation, making sure my dietary preferences were accommodated with kindness and professionalism. An extra heartfelt thank you goes to Chiqui. Earlier during our stay, I had mentioned how much I loved the fresh pineapple. The next time we came to breakfast, she remembered! She immediately went to the back of the house and personally brought me fresh pineapple. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much. That level of attentiveness and care is what transforms great service into an unforgettable experience. The food throughout our stay was incredible. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety, and the restaurant exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the Poke Bowl, and the kitchen graciously substituted the rice for lettuce, making it perfect for us. The shrimp appetizer was absolutely delicious as well. The hotel itself is beautiful, with outstanding amenities. One of our favorite experiences was the complimentary Happy Hour at 5:30 PM, featuring beverages along with delicious tapas and dips. It created such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere that made us look forward to every evening. Overall, this has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had during any of our vacations. The attention to detail, outstanding customer service, delicious food, and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. The only area that could use improvement was housekeeping response time. We requested additional towels, and despite making three phone calls and expressing our frustration, it took approximately 52 minutes for them to arrive. Fortunately, this was the only negative experience during an otherwise outstanding stay. Thank you to everyone at Embassy Suites Sarasota for making our vacation so special. We will absolutely be back and will happily recommend your hotel to friends and family. Five stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Regina at breakfast area is a great asset to this hotel. As you know, one is to protect his/her assets. I think she would benefit greatly from having an electronic tips system. She currently only has a tip jar, but nowadays not many people carry cash on them.

This is a wonderful hotels it started out perfevt from check in with James and thr ladies at the breakfast buffet were very attentive and loved the cook in the omelette station was so efficient and kind. At Bridges restaurant everyone was kind and helpful, a shout out to Manny and the bartenders (happy hour), excellent service. Hotel has a good location, rooms clean and spacious, would only suggest that the light behind the bed be white not green.

This hotel was one of the cleanest and best Hiltons we have stayed at! The moment we arrived the front desk staff (especially Martha the supervisor/manager) was extremely helpful. She changed our room locations (we had two rooms and wanted to be closer together since we had our kids with us) and did so with no problem. They helped us with a few other things as well and were great! The rooms weee super clean and had everything we need. It’s such a quiet hotel too! 5⭐️ stay and we will be back for sure!

Unsatisfying - I booked a block of rooms with 2 Queen Beds nine months before our stay. When I got there, they only had king beds. They offered me a 5% discount despite paying peak rates, and were not at all apologetic.

Our first experience was entering the parking garage. Two way traffic with about 1 1/2 lane width which winds the entire way. Be careful! Next, we entered the lobby, which was on the smallish side. Friendly staff checked us in! We were very happy with our room. Beautifully done with ample space and we had a great view. Staying in the room and not leaving would’ve been great. The complementary snacks and happy hour from 5 to 630 is a nice perk, but there were a lot children running and jumping on seats that were not supervised by their parents, some with hands all over the food, parents not controlling them, no staff saying anything. The Bridges restaurant is the place to go for breakfast and dinner if you’d like. Breakfast was very good with a nice assortment of breakfast foods and custom made omelettes. This could’ve been a five star experience had it not been for the kiddie playground atmosphere at times. I do need to emphasize that the staff were wonderful!

Morgan went above and beyond to make us comfortable even with some guests who were loud and were not polite or thoughtful both to her and other guests. She made us feel comfortable and welcome!

Zach was beyond amazing at the bar/restaurant!! He made our time there so incredibly memorable. From the first night we hung out at the bar we couldn't wait to go every night to chat and laugh with Zach. He made us feel so important and as if we had known him forever. You can tell he is happy to make everyone's experience the best...he sincerely cares to make your time there the best! Every person that sat at the bar didn't want to leave...you could tell because Zach was there. We would all agree to come back every night to see and hang with Zach. You would look around and see everyone laughing and smiling talking to Zach. He has the best personality for his job and you can tell he loves his job and that reflects on the customer's experience. He took care of every detail to make us want to eat there every night for 7 days...which we did. We went nowhere else at night but to see Zach and to have amazing food, drinks, and comraderie. He is by far the best part of your Hilton organization. You are lucky to have someone who reflects your values and who made our experience world class. I wish everywhere I had someone like Zach making my day. I am going to miss my time here and so much of that is because of Zach. We just saw him again and I am already looking to getting back to the hotel after a long day tomorrow and spend time at the bar with Zach and the great food, drinks...but most importantly his sincere concern for everyone's experience. I always was amazed at how Disney always made their employees understand that people come to Disney for the feeling the employees create....Zach gets that and you can tell he just cares. Looking forward to seeing more of Zach and when we tell friends about our trip...we will smile and mention Zach. Thanks to Zach for caring for us all week.

Bartender Zakk is the best made the whole experience!

As a flight attendant, this is my favorite hotel! It’s cute, clean, and Ms.Regina at the complimentary breakfast bar was absolutely amazing!! There was a competitive row tournament happening so it was pretty busy but the service was still consistently attentive. The location is perfectly placed within walking distance of the beach and they have free bike rentals for an hour!

Zakk is the best bartender super kind to everyone and personable. He is attentive and makes the experience away from home feel a little bit more like home. Thanks zakk for the great experience!

I was happy with my stay at Embassy suites overall. Regina did amazing job with breakfast. She made my omelette perfectly and with a smile. She can actually flip four over easy eggs together without breaking any of the yolks. That was a site to see! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Over priced amenities. The elevators wait was horrible, one out of service. The food was average, the pool and area were small. The king bed was uncomfortable.

Great experience like always at Hilton hotels. The staff member Martha was amazing, super professional and friendly. All our stay was wonderful. Excellent rooms and breakfasts. Perfect location and great value. We will stay again. Recommended it 100 %.

Best location for a Sarasota trip! We stayed for 6 days and there was so much to do. Since the location was so central, we were able to visit Lido Beach, St Armand Circle, Siesta Key, University Town Center and Venice Beach! Located right in front of the bay, the kids had such a great time at the Bayfront Playground and splash pad as well. The hotel itself is not only clean and spacious, but everyone who works here is so friendly. Enrique, Manny, Oz and Maria are just a few of the hotel staff who were very personable and ready to assist myself and my family. We appreciated them so much! The morning eggs and fruit at the breakfast line were perfect after a great workout at the hotel gym. One of my favorite parts about this hotel was the complimentary 2hr per day for two people bike rentals on site. My oldest son and I loved our evening ride around downtown Sarasota after dinner or our more vigorous rides over the bridge. If you want a hotel that has the best location to explore the most out of the area along with extra perks like breakfast and happy hour, bike rentals, pool, hotel gym and restaurant, this is it!

Beautiful room and nice location. My only dislike was I get up really early and there is no outside area to sit to drink my coffee until 7:00am. Oz makes amazing omelettes so don’t forget to try one of those!

The hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The best part was breakfast with Ms. Regina, who flawlessly manned the cook to order station with a smile and great music. Bike rentals were a plus. The elevators were the only headache, for a hotel that size and price per night it was surprising to see how long the wait was to ride.

We loved everything about our experience here……our lovely accommodations and ultra comfy bed! We had several meals and desserts in your restaurant and our fabulous server, Panayiotis, always made our dining event special!!!
