It met our expectations as a Bed & Breakfast. Most of all it was an excellent location to walk out and tour the city.

Très difficile avec la communication. Des réponses 12 a 18 hres plus tard . Rarement présent , les hôtes y étaient très peu souvent . Vu deux fois sur 6 nuits . Donc, si questions concernant la ville ou autres, très difficile. C’est un manque à mon avis. On choisi un BB pour avoir des échanges . Avoir des conseils. Ça m’a déplu , jamais personnes présents à part la femme de ménage.

Great location. Tidy and spacious room and polite and professional staff. They even provided us with water, fruits, cakes, coffee and ice cream to enjoy after a long walk in Barcelona’s heat :)

Room was spacious & very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was updated. Towels were plush. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free Cold Water was available in the refrigerator.

Some of furniture is very worn & had dirt spots.

Najbardziej podobała mi się otwartość właściciela, gościnność i chęć pomocy. Pokój były duży, czysty i bardzo przytulny. W przestrzeniach wspólnych można było znaleźć wszystko co jest potrzebne dla turysty - urządzenia AGD, przekąski i przewodniki.

Drzwi do pokojów mogłyby być bardziej akustycznie zabezpieczone od części wspólnych.

Great little bed and breakfast located in perfect location.

The rooms facing the front get a lot of noise in the early hours from street cleaners and people but this is Barcelona and it’s very common. Just a note in case anybody is a light sleeper!

Kostenlose Getränke und Snacks, die Zimmer waren sauber und klimatisiert.

Das Zimmer im ersten Stock war leider etwas dunkel, es kam für mich persönlich etwas wenig Tageslicht rein.

Conica is located on a quiet street but very close to the train station, good restaurants, shopping and sights. The building and the apartments itself are beautiful. Comfortable beds, great facilities (we were able to leave our bags well after the check out and relax on the terrace), kitchen stocked with snacks, drinks and ice cream. We really loved our stay and will definitely stay at Conica next time in Barcelona.

It was clean close to the center

The shower drain was little clogged. Water doesn’t go through the drain easily and I wish there was a hanger for the toilet papers and tissue papers was not available

Her şey çok güzeldi. Oda çok büyük, alan çok iyi kullanılmış. Yatak ve koltuk çok rahattı. Klima gayet güzel çalışıyor. Banyo çok büyük ve duş başlığından gelen su miktarına hayran kaldık. Neredeyse her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Sokak sakin, hiç gürültü olmuyor. Kesinlikle tercih edilmesi gereken bir yer.

Binanın girişinde hamam böcekleri vardı, belki ilaçlama yapılabilir eğer mümkünse.

The location is excellent, the room really nice, clean, wide and confortable. Perfect place to discover the city. The kitchen was refurnished with free drinks, fruit and ice creams! The feeling was like staying at home, not in a hotel.

We got a room in the downstair floor, with no good daylight and the kitchen with all its wonderful bonuses was upstairs, so a little bit annoying if you fancy to drink something without dressing again.

The bedroom was very comfortable, room was of a nice temperature. Very nice aesthetic and very good location. Staff was friendly and the free access to snacks and drinks was a nice bonus.

Breakfast was only the aforementioned snacks - there was no option to have a more substantial breakfast, at least while we were there.

Buena habitación, excelente aislacion. Baño amplio, ducha muy cómoda. Refrigerador con agua helada para llevar a diario, helados y gaseosas a disposición, además de cafetera, té y snacks. Cercana a metro y conexiones en general. Buenísima locación y barrio.

La cama algo débil, tambaleante, pero no es un hecho negativo para la excelente experiencia que vivimos.

Personel sıcak kanlı ve yardımseverdi. İmkanlar oldukça fazla ve kişinin ihtiyaçlarını karşılayıcı tüm hizmetler mevcuttu. Merkezde oluşu tüm noktalara yürüyerek ulaşılabilir olması ve oda konforu mükemmeldi.

Расположение отличное, рядом станция метро. Рядом магазины продуктов, кафе, пекарня. Очень уютный мини-отель. Порадовали бесплатные напитки, кофе/чай, вода и даже мороженое в летний период! Соотношение цена/качество 100 из 10! Спасибо Патрику за прием и комфорт.

Stylish B&B in Eixample. We had a spacey room with street view. Nice and quite.

Not a real breakfast provided. Basically plenty of cake and fruit. Nice places around for a serious breakfast.

La struttura è centralissima, la camera pulitissima e lo staff cordiale e disponibile.

The property was in a good/safe location, pretty central to different areas. The place was clean and the few amenities were nice (patio, cold bottled water, some light snacks).

There was no hot water in our room for the first night/morning of our stay. A message was sent with no response in the evening, and the issue wasn’t resolved until I saw the property manager in person the next morning….I totally understand that mistakes happen, but having the hot water turned off is pretty egregious (especially after traveling 12+ hours to the destination).

We liked the location and the vibe of an old building in Barcelona. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and the place provided water, fruit, coffee and snack, all included.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, as the mattress and/or the platform was very noisy. Also, we would have liked better instructions for check in and check out, like a welcome email with codes and/or a check out box, to leave the keys if there was no one at reception.

Central location. Spacious and clean. Coffee and water was provided! In addition there was a variety of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner! I would definitely recommend.

The only point I can mention was the room needed more surfaces to put things on and a second wardrobe /cupboards.

Poor lighting not easy doing hair and make up. Not really a bed and breakfast. Struggled having a coffee, hot drinks machine wasn’t working , only a nespresso which we don’t like. Wallpaper coming off wall in seating area
