All food here were tasty and delicious. Chef Reno made with good service and great taste. Mas Reggie and Mba Dea served them with love and warm hospitality. Thanks to Mbak Tia for great support and warm response at every requests coming from us. No complaints from our team during their stayed here. We will certainly return back to Harper Cikarang for our company next event.

A pleasant stay, a better breakfast experience. Go try their non-stop-refilling-croissant and watermelon juice. The staffs (Mba Ara, Mas Ramadhan, Mba Dhea, and others) are helpful and friendly.

Harper is located just a stone's throw away from my workplace in Cibatu, Cikarang Selatan. My team had lunch here, and were pleased by the quality of service. The staff made an effort to ensure all our food is served at the same time. Large portions and definitely worth it. Might choose to stay here during my next trip.

When I went to the industrial site of Cikarang, which is somewhat remote from Jakarta, I had no idea what to anticipate. It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had an amazing experience that I did not anticipate. Everything I needed was in the room where I stayed. My conference room was cozy. The personnel was supportive. The breakfast area always had a good variety of menu items, which impressed me. Despite the small interior space, the service was excellent. Fahmi, Faisal, and Selamat are a few names worth mentioning. Well done!

First, I'd like to thank RAMA, the night shift staff, for helping me find my necklace. I left it at the gym. It's very important to me and very expensive, so thankfully it wasn't taken by someone else. Thank you so much, RAMA. Also, thank you to the housekeeping staff for their excellent service, changing my bath towels every day. The lobby staff were also wonderful. The buffet each morning was delicious and varied, though perhaps a bit too salty for foreigners. I wasn't used to it, and I wish they could have cooked it a little less salty. Pertama-tama, saya ingin berterima kasih kepada RAMA, staf shift malam, karena telah membantu saya menemukan kalung saya. Saya meninggalkannya di pusat kebugaran. Kalung itu sangat penting bagi saya dan sangat mahal, jadi untungnya tidak diambil orang lain. Terima kasih banyak, RAMA. Terima kasih juga kepada staf tata graha atas layanan mereka yang luar biasa, mengganti handuk mandi saya setiap hari. Staf lobi juga luar biasa. Prasmanan setiap pagi lezat dan bervariasi, meskipun mungkin agak terlalu asin untuk orang asing. Saya tidak terbiasa dengan itu, dan saya berharap mereka bisa memasaknya dengan sedikit lebih asin.

Room is fine, but kindly improve breakfast, for whole week everyday serve fish, it is quite unfair for those having seafood allergies, in future maybe can prepare more chicken dishes

The rooms in the 9th floor are noisy. Some ventilator causes vibrations days and night, and it is not the fridge or the room a/c.

Hotel was clean and modern, breakfast has a lot of varieties, but all the taste was so-so, and they lacked fruit varieties. Fahmi, Indah, and Khalifah were very kind and offered me foods as well.
