Location is perfect, walking distance to Colossium and close to places of interest. Close to station. Light breakfast items are more than sufficient. Luciano is very helpful and a perfect host. Room was big enough and super clean. Definitely recommend.

L'emplacement parfait avec le métro et le tram ligne3 ( Colisée, Trastevere) à proximité Très bon accueil de Luciano. La chambre était impeccable. Je le recommande pour visiter Rome.

A limpeza é excepcional. Durante nossa hospedagem todo dia tínhamos nosso quarto limpo e organizado.

Não deixarei um 10, pois tivemos alguns problemas com o elevador que dá acesso a hospedagem. Infelizmente algumas vezes ele parou de funcionar e tivemos que subir e descer 7 andares de escadas.

Fomos muito bem recebidos. O Luciano, muito atencioso, nos deu algumas dicas sobre a cidade. A cozinha de uso comunitário fica disponível para uso 24h, possui mesa para refeição e eletrodomésticos, além de alguns quitutes, como pãezinhos e sucos para café da manhã. A decoração e iluminação torna o ambiente muito agradável. O quarto é amplo e confortável, assim como o banheiro. Nosso quarto tinha a janela voltada para o terraço, tornando-o muito bem arejado. O terraço é perfeito para descansar e a vista é muito agradável, exatamente como demonstrado nas imagens. Perfeita estadia!

Pan Luciano bardzo miły i gościnny. Pokoje przytulne, a w upalne wieczory klimatyzacja jest zbawieniem.

Apartment was very asthetic. Breakfast was decent, some free snack to munch on in the monring. Free coffee and cereals and juice but nothing fancy. 10-20 mins public transport to major tourist spots. Near to metro station. Terrace view is nice.

No extra pillows, since its on top floors room will get more warm if you dont leave the AC on during afternoon. but i was also there in August heat so maybe its just for me.

Cercano a todo lo que puedes ver en Roma. Estación de metro y bus cerca. La cama muy cómoda, muy fresco el lugar y con una terraza espectacular para un café en el mañana. Muy recomendado

Que está muy bien equipada, se siente cómoda, Luciano es muy amable y considerado al poner algunas opciones para desayunar.

테르미니 10분 콜로세움 10분(버스,트램,쟈철) 집앞 전철역에서 바티칸까지 환승없이 바로 감 번화가가 아니라서 조용하고 좋음 근처에 현지인 이용하는 공원도 있음 주변에 찾아먹는 맛집(젤라또, 한식집 포함) 많이 있음 숙소 깨끗하고 무엇보다 아침을 간단히 챙겨주시는 점이 정말 좋았음 투어 가기 전에 테라스에서 아침 먹으면 극락임 강추, 로마에 또 올일이 있다면 또 묵을 의향 있음

Loved how close it was to the main historical attractions and how clean everything was. There were options for breakfast, a mini fridge and AC in our room, and we had more than enough space for our luggage. The balcony was beautiful and so nice to use at night, and the host was super responsive and helpful with recommendations for what to do outside of the sight-seeing.

Absolutely perfect stay! The room looked exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, super convenient for getting around. But the highlight was definitely the host—so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Great service and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend!

Luciano was a great host. Made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was a great touch! It was surprisingly very quiet for the area! Loved the elevator to get to the floor.

It was two stops from the Rome Termini on the metro then three minutes walk to the front door. This was my second stay at this first class guest house. Three days at the start of my 3 week trip and two days to finish before flying home. Luciano was my host on both occasions and he always communicated promptly and clearly and with great courtesy. He looks after the property with great care and respect for the guests and the amenities. Everything was spotless and the rooms comfortable, spacious and very up to date with new bathrooms en suite. The guest house has a feel of an upmarket hostel with all the rooms down a quiet corridor off a large well stocked kitchen with coffee machines, kettle, toaster, and a large fridge with freezer. Some where to make ice for the G&T. ! Food and snacks and milk and juice all supplied. In terms of thinking of everything, this place has been perfect. The icing on the cake is the wonderful terrace where you can sit for meals or just relax with a drink and a book and catch the afternoon or evening sun. Recommended. With a lovely old and reliable quiet lift to the seventh floor you are away from the road noise but with easy access to the centre of Rome. Thank you Luciano for a peaceful and memorable stay on both occasions.

Unheimlich freundlicher Service, tolle Lage. Preis-Leistung ist super. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Frühstück und je Zimmer Platz im Kühlschrank. Ein wirklich durchdachtes Konzept, das sehr gut funktioniert. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Alles sehr sauber! Ich werde meinen nächsten Rom Besuch wieder hier buchen!

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Termini wie auch der Metro Station Manzoni Zentrum kann auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht werden Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der einem vorab auch mit Informationen zur Erreichbarkeit der Unterkunft versorgt Schöne Terrasse Küche inkl. Kühlschrank für Selbstversorgung z. Bsp. für Frühstück (jedoch ohne Kochgelegenheit) Unterkunft in einem schönen Palazzo mit Liftzugang

La amabilidad del anfitrión! Super pendiente de todo sin ningún tipo de interés! Hay una zona de comedor donde va todos los días y deja la comida para poder desayunar gratis, zumos, ble hea, bollería, fruta, café... Súper bien! La habitación grande y espaciosa. Solo hay 3 habitaciones en la casa. Segura, a 15 min andando del coliseo y con paradas cerca.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Newly installed bathroom. Friendly and informative greeting. Well supplied kitchen with coffee drinks and snacks and a light breakfast all thrown in. Plus a fabulous terrace for catching the afternoon sun. Don’t forget the lift up to the seventh floor. Perfect.

Absolutely great accommodation. Close to the city center, public transportation, and restaurants. The room was clean, with a beautiful terrace and kitchenette. Breakfast was available in the morning (juice, coffee, pastries, and toast). The owner was great and very helpful when we had a problem with a lost document. If we go to Rome again, our choice is clear.

Ein liebevoller Gastgeber, unheimlich hilfsbereit, extrem sauber und sehr sehr gemütlich - gute Lage vor allem als Frau alleine obwohl es in Bahnhofsnähe ist. Anbindung in alle Richtungen super. Kleine Küche im Aufenthaltsraum um sich Kaffee, Tee zuzubereiten und ein schöner großer Tisch um mit anderen Gästen zusammenzufinden. Es ist ruhig & es gibt eine tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse 💛

Excelente lugar, muito limpo e com ótima localização, ao lado do metrô, trem e ônibus, além de ser muito próximo ao Coliseu. Luciano foi ótimo, nos recebeu muito bem e foi muito solícito!

It’s in the middle of the city with a metro station in the same street! The rooms are cleaned daily and it smells so good!! I would love to come back again.

La posizione è davvero strategica: a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini e a 2 minuti dalla fermata della metro Manzoni, permette di muoversi con grande facilità. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era spaziosa, pulita e molto confortevole. La terrazza rappresenta un valore aggiunto, ideale per concedersi momenti di relax dopo lunghe giornate alla scoperta della città. Molto apprezzata anche la cucina, ben attrezzata, che consente di organizzare la colazione in totale autonomia, proprio come a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Luciano, host estremamente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire consigli utili e a farci sentire accolti come ospiti di casa.

Location is great - right on the A-line and the neighborhood is safe. Several cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants in the area. The room was exactly as advertised and what we wanted - a place to drop our bags and go see Rome! The common area was very nice and well stocked. Luciano is the best! He texted with me as soon as our flight landed. Having that extra communication is so welcoming when you arrive. Grazie mille Luciano!!!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, as acomodações são ótimas, tudo muito limpo, arrumado e o dono, Luciano, extremamente prestativo e atencioso. Nas proximidades encontram-se restaurantes e mercados. Tem estação de metrô bem pertinho e o Coliseu fica a 20 min a pé!! Super indico!!

Logement spacieux et très propre. Superbe terrasse. Accueil très sympa de la part de luciano. Emplacement pas très loin du colisée. Petit déjeuner ok.

Absolut netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Tolles, modernes Zimmer. Sehr gute Ausstattung im Gemeinschaftsbereich (Getränke, Snacks). Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher etc. vorhanden. Lager toll, um Rom zu Fuß zu erkunden. Direkte Anbindung an Bus und U-Bahn. Fußläufig von Termini.

Ubicación perfecta en un barrio tranquilo con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia y a 100 metros del metro y el autobús. El alojamiento está muy limpio además de ofrecer desayuno con café zumo tostadas etc. Luciano es un buen anfitrión que contesta al momento y ayuda en todo lo que necesitas. Por todo esto lo recomiendo mucho y cuando vuelva a Roma será mi primera opción

The host was very personable and was helpful in finding parking and how to get to the different areas of Rome!

It was easy to hear the other individuals staying in the location, but wasn't terrible.

La terrazza di Evelina è perfetto per passare qualche giorno a Roma, facile da raggiungere d Roma Termini, centrale e ottima connessione di mezzi.pubblici per arrivare in tutti i punti importanti della città Luciano è un host ineccepibile, è subito intervenuto quando abbiamo avuto bisogno del suo aiuto per una brevissima interruzione della connessione wifi (altrimenti veloce, e stabile). Terrazza fantastica, purtroppo ancora un po' freddino per sfruttarla al massimo per colazioni al.sole. Sicuramente consiglierò e terrò da conto per futuri soggiorni!

Non un problema nel mio caso, ma attenzione: check fino alle 19.00 solamente

Host disponibile e puntuale. Struttura attrezzata e pulita. Posizione ottima per visitare Roma in pochi giorni, sia a piedi sia con i mezzi pubblici di trasporto.
