Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Nice little unit, nicely decorated. A 10 min walk to the train station, although when arriving we didn't take the right entrance out of the station so had to walk a bit further. We walked to Trevi fountain which was about 20-25 minutes. Lots of nice restaurants close. There is a lift.
Flow from shower was good, but shower head facing a funny angle, so you had to hand hold it to wash properly.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Pokój bardzo wygodny, dość duży, codziennie sprzątany, ogólnie bardzo czysto, schludnie. Super lokalizacja, tuż za rogiem duży sklep, na przeciwko knajpeczka z bardzo dobrymi śniadaniami. Bardzo blisko metro więc możliwość przemieszczania się po całym Rzymie bez problemu. Jedna stacja metra od Termini. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Не сподобалося, що адміністратора не було на місці, ніхто не відчиняв двері, але був вказаний номер і ми здогадалися зателефонувати, через 2 хв прийшов.

El baño es un poco retro pero estaba limpio que es lo que importa.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026It's great that we were able to leave things much earlier than the time we could enter the room. Of course within the limits of their rules and possibilities. It means a lot when you have a lot of things but no car. The owner is kind and accommodating.
We have nothing negative to say about the accommodation. In general, the area around the railway station is, as expected, full of suspicious people and morals.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Affittacamere nella zona di Castro Pretorio, vicino alla relativa stazione della Metro. E' anche raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione di Roma Termini. Nella zona c'è un supermercato della Pam e diversi ristoranti, inoltre si trova proprio di fronte al Yellow Bar, ottimo bar e locale di movida. Abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita e con letti confortevoli, oltre che minifrigo, acqua, tè, bicchieri e bollitore. La nostra stanza non è grandissima ma è andata benissimo per le nostre esigenze. Presente anche condizionatore che funziona bene. Il personale è stato accogliente e disponibile. Il punto forte sta molto nel rapporto qualità-prezzo, pagato molto poco per una qualità da hotel base pur essendo un affittacamere. Sempre essendo un affittacamere, non c'è colazione inclusa.
Abbiamo trovato una mini TV che non prendeva i canali, e c'era una porta su cui scritto sala comune ma in realtà non agibile. Però magari è il risultato di lavori in corso, elementi marginabili ai nostri interessi.

Dokonałam rezerwacje gwarantowaną ( bez możliwości anulowania ) ,natomiast tydzień przed przyjazdem z powodu spraw rodzinnych napisałam do gospodarza prośbę , czy może mi zmienić termin pobytu i zrobił to bez problemu !!!! Finalnie udało mi się dojechać według dokonanej rezerwacji, natomiast gospodarz wcale nie musiał się zgadzać za co bardzo dziękuje !

El personal muy amable nos permitió entrar antes a la habitación para dejar nuestro equipaje. El Hotel se encuentra en un edificio antiguo(pero bien cuidado) donde hay varios hoteles. La habitación es lo que aparece en las fotos. El colchon y las almohadas parecían nuevos, dormimos muy bien. Tienen supermercados cerca y muchas cafeterías para desayunar. Al tener una muy buena experiencia lo recomiendo.

you have to take into account that the rooms are on the 1st floor, +1 level from the ground and to carry luggage with an elevator you have to pick it up the stairs. there are stairs up to the elevator. if you have heavy luggage, it is inconvenient.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026ローマテルミニ駅から歩いて6，7分ほどです。スーツケースを引きながらでも遠くない距離です。 部屋は広く、シングルのベッド2つとクイーンサイズのベッドが1つありました。部屋もバスルームも清潔です。 バスアメニティですが、シャンプー兼ボディーソープ、といったものがあるだけでしたので、私個人としては、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、を持ってきて正解だったかなと思いました。シャンプーだけだと髪がパサつくかなと思いますので…。 飛行機の遅延で到着が遅い時間になってしまいましたが、問題ないですよ、とチャットで返事を下さり、到着時間に入り口で待っていて下さいました。ありがたかったです。
タオルの交換について、確認しておけばよかったかなと思いました。三泊だったのでまあいいか、と思いましたが。 近くに飲食店があるので、窓を閉めていても多少気になるくらいの話し声は聞こえます。 昼間観光してたら、夜には疲れてすぐ寝入ってしまうのであまり問題ありませんでした。

Il proprietario, Raman, è stato estremamente disponibile, accogliente e gentile fin dal primo momento, rendendo il soggiorno semplice e piacevole. La camera era dotata di tutto il necessario, pulita e confortevole. La posizione è un grande punto di forza: a pochi passi dalla metro Castro Pretorio e vicinissima alla stazione Roma Termini, perfetta per muoversi comodamente in città. Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Consigliato!

Mucho ruido. La habitación en 4to piso da a un bar. Hasta las 3 de la mañana un ruido infernal imposible descansar y cuando consultamos si sería así todas las noches nos respondió “que puedo hacer yo?” No tenía otra habitación así que Cancelamos la última noche y nos fuimos a otro hotel.

La secadora de cabello era muy mala y se escuchaba todo lo que las personas que pasaban por el pasillo decían.

Pokój miał bardzo minimalistyczna łazienkę, nie komfortowy był hałas i rozmowy z innych pokojów oraz z korytarza

Al piano di sotto c e un bar aperto fino a tarda notte e si sente molto chiasso. Il tappeto della stanza era un po sporco c erano capelli biondi in giro. Appena arrivati c era un forte odore di cucinato tipo cipolla che mi é rimasta addosso per tutta la notte. Ideale per una notte veloce ma non per soggiorni piu lunghi.c sono una decina di scalini per arrivare all ascensore che é molto piccolo,per passeggini e valigie pesanti non molto ideale.

The place has electric kettle but only tea was provided. There is no coffee maker as it says on the website. It would have been nice to have even instant coffee as we had to leave very early in the morning to join tours. The room is for 3 people but there is only 1 cup.

Lo unico malo diria yo, es que el baño a veces tenia un olor fuerte a humedad, solemos dormir con la puerta del baño cerrado y a la mañana cuando abrías la puerta el olor era fuerte, creo que le falta un buen extractor o limpiar algo en las cañerias.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Otelin konumu, temizliği ve personelin ilgisi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Özellikle tren istasyonuna yakın olması, seyahatimiz açısından önemli bir tercih sebebiydi. Ayrıca merkeze ve toplu taşıma araçlarına yakınlığı da bizim için büyük bir avantaj sağladı. Genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldık, gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye edebilirim.
