rooms are clean. comfortable. affordable.

location is bad. far away from everywhere. hard to find bolt. grab or taxi. nothing to do nearby yo have to get taxi to go to somewhere. and hotel has serius ant problem. ants are everywhere in the room. cleaners are cleaining regularly but ants are winning the battle.

Das Sleep Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und ist der ideale Ort als Umsteigedestination auf der Reise. Bequemes Bett, sauber und in Gehdistanz Seven Eleven und Restaurants. Gerne wieder.

Location is not the best. Far from the main things to see/visit. Too many rules to respect if you want to avoid any extra fee. Very basic equipement.

Overall the room so tidy and clean. The staff is helpful.

The location is quite to the end of the road, so during night it kinda look creepy, but once you get inside, the hotel is good.

late check-in - no problem! nice new clean hotel! friendly staff! nearby chinese district with lots of delicious restaurants and shops. clean bed linen, comfortable beds.

Noisy neighbors, slamming doors all night. It prevented us from sleeping. It is not the hotel's fault, and perhaps if we had complained to the administrator, the issue would have been resolved.

Clean, Quiet, Worth to stay

It's super clean. Crew is super kind and helpful. Feeling is cozy and safe. Everything was new and working everwhere.

Nearby places are not really in a walking distance. Markets and stores around are near and safe. But next neighborhoods are either super crowded or nothing to find. Downs are all about the location. Hotel is really nice. Room we stayed in is the cheapest option *need tosay, it was a bit smaller than excepted.

Modern, clean, well-appointed and really comfy beds. Lovely staff too.

Location; being a Bangkok rookie next time I'll book a place closer to the MRT. But Grab was fine for our visit.

Clean, modern hotel with up to date everything. It’s further out of town but perfect for being near the airport for an early flight

The cleanliness is the best of the best, so cleannnnn Room is spacious, bed is very comfy Smell is very good. So close to Moonstar Studio, if you drive. It's like 5-10 mins drive there. Opposite the hotel is a small grocery shop, they have breakfast as well.

Road is so narrow, but just 100-200 metre. Not that bad but if there's a car coming out and you drive in, one of you just need to reverse. I can hear noise from outside the room , people walking, drag the luggage, close the door so I'm not sure if they can hear me turning on the music or not.

Its clean and the price is fair . It's located in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff helped us in everything we asked . I was satisfied and stayed there again when I came back to Bangkok

Internet is okay, room is very comfortable, good sized. Price is pretty good. Location is a bit remote, but you can get to the downtown area fairly quickly. Staff are so kind and lovely, they’ll always help you. It’s a bit loud as the rooms have virtually no soundproofing. Best to bring earplugs for sleeping. I would definitely stay here again

I was looking for a really comfortable hotel because I had a lot of work to do, so I knew would spend most of the time in the room. This hotel didn't disappoint. The room is light and airy (with balcony). The bed is really comfortable, there are sockets near the bed, there's a desk and chair, plenty of storage, fridge and kettle. Honestly, it suited my needs perfectly. Especially with the balcony and the nice view. I was able to go out there and not feel like I was stuck inside working all the time. The staff are incredibly friendly and nice, which is a bonus. I like this hotel so much I will probably return very soon to finish my work because it's hard to find a hotel at this price that is so pleasant, clean, and comfortable. It feels like an expensive hotel, but the price is really reasonable.

Honestly, nothing. Unless you don't like the location, maybe? It might be too far from some parts of Bangkok for some people. But I liked the location because it's quiet and next to a river and there are trees.

The location.

The room rate was affordable. Beds were comfortable. A/C was ok. Very clean from the entrance to the room. Ice making machine available on the 1st fl. A lot of parking spaces next to the hotel.

Bathroom layout was not done by a professional house builder. Slow drainage and no shower curtain in the room. Balcony was weird in L shape. Outside you were going to face the other guests next to your room. Lighting in the room was quite dim. Road leading to the hotel was very narrow - only 1 car can pass, which could be a headache during peak hours in Bangkok.

The bathroom of the room where we stayed is clogged.

They take 500 THB deposit in person in cash and won't return finding every little flaws. Cleaners are also very rude.

Large comfortable bed. Good climate control: strong air-conditioning in the room, warm and dry bathroom. There's a great little home-run restaurant just outside/opposite the hotel, which is good for a tasty local meal (there's an English menu).

Location is not great if you're walking/using public transport, but I knew that when booking, so can't really complain.

冷蔵庫が大きくて驚いた。お水を毎日大きいペットボトルでもらえるのがありがたかった。電子レンジとポットは共有だった。寝巻きとスリッパとドライヤーは無かった。スタッフの方が皆さん親切で優しかった。

Property is new and clean but very far from MRT/train and bus station.A good place to stay for a night. If only the Hotel provides a shuttle free of charge or even a bit would mean so much and make travel so convenient to other places. Excellent staff.

離市中心較遠、環境衛生一般、交通費比酒店費還要貴、設備簡陋、清潔用品欠奉、但乾淨度可以、員工熱情招待！

8-10 Pro: Hotel quite new (1 yr) spacious room, bathroom friendly staff & helpful (1/3) Con: Faulty AC (no matter how i adjust 20-29 it will auto full blast, need to set to 30 so it wont go full blast mode which make the room temp not ideal) location not near to 7-11 nor mrt (taking a bike need 10min to the nearest mrt) threes 3 staff working during my 2 night stay, female staff was very helpful & friendly but another 2 male staff wont try to understand my request, ask for extra pillow they noted at me but didn't do anything.

酒店清潔度高，寧靜，價格平，只是難找一點，自由行只是住可以，用grab的話出入無問題，如果要常回酒店的話最好找近商塲一點，早出晚歸的話是不錯的選擇！

部屋は清潔 1階フロント脇にポット有り 場所が悪いのでどこに行くにも大変だが自家用車があればここは選択肢としてかなりオススメできる。

The guy at the door wouldn't let me leave until I paid for the hotel even though I ready paid for it on Expedia... He 100% ripped me off
