Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Great room - clean , spacious, comfortable, cool (a/c) , centrally located and with touches of luxury. Excellent breakfast. The rooftop bar was amazing. Great on-site restaurant w room service.
Everything about the hotel stay was wonderful but I had the rudest, meanest waiter I’ve ever encountered at the hotel restaurant (which is weird because *all other staff* we encountered were amazing). That is the only negative I can list.
10/10 Everything top
Absolument rien.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Singer Palace Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. A special mention to Nicolas at the front desk, and Alessio, Alex and Islam from the restaurant and bar team. Extra special thanks to Federica and Niloufar from the management team, who really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. The level of service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Singer Palace is a true luxury boutique hotel with a wonderfully personal feel. The building is beautiful, the rooms and facilities are all top notch, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring Rome. Breakfast each morning was exceptional. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try the restaurant for dinner, although we spoke to other guests who had and they couldn’t speak highly enough of it. One of the real highlights for us was the rooftop bar. It’s a fantastic spot to finish a day exploring Rome, and Federica’s skillfully designed cocktails made it even better. We highly recommend spending an evening up there, enjoying a cocktail and taking in the atmosphere of this beautiful city. Thank you to the management team and all the wonderful staff at the Singer Palace Hotel for making our stay in Rome truly memorable. We genuinely hope we get the opportunity to come back and visit you all again one day.
We had such a great experience at Singer Palace with our family of 6. The hotel is lovely and the people were so kind and friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of our family!
We stayed at this hotel and to say we enjoyed it was an understatement. The staff are first rate and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. We made some pre arrival requests and they were waiting for us in the room on arrival. The hotel is well situated for walking to and from dinner at the various restaurants in the area. The roof top restaurant and deck are perfect and hotel guests from other hotels visit the Singer's desk saying it's the best!
Surprisingly good, staff, very nice breakfast, clean rooms
The place was truly exceptional and the staff were amazing, they couldnt do enough for us. Rome, Singer Palace and specifically Niloufar made our trip very special. Would 100% return.
Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who took care of every need
This is an excellent 5 star hotel in a great location. All of the staff, from Enrico front desk manager, ably assisted by Anastasia, to Stefano in the restaurant and the 5 men in the roof top cocktail bar, are warm, friendly, respectful and totally professional. The maid service is exemplary. The new menu in the cocktail bar is the best I have seen worldwide with a huge range and fascinating histories of all popular hats; and all of the staff are impeccably presented in attractive uniforms. My wife and I are already fixing dates for our return in 2027.
Singer was a fabulous experience. Hotel was spanking clean and the attentive staff to every need was beyond anything ever experienced. I have stayed in many upscale hotels but this supersedes all.
Excellent service with a personal touch!!! Beautiful and well kept!
My stay at the Singer Palace was wonderful. I was travelling alone but felt very connected because of the wonderful warm and efficient hotel staff. They were amazing from the front desk staff who got me hard to get tickets to attractions and concerts to the lovely lady who looked after my room who with a big happy smile said she’d miss me when I left. The rooms were gracious and elegant, the location was perfect central to everything and to top it off breakfasts were exceptional. I would highly recommend the Singer Palace.
We have visited Rome several times and the Singer Palace Hotel is our favorite place to stay. The accommodations are outstanding - friendly staff, first class service, and a very clean and well maintained hotel. We were immediately greeted by the manager, Enrico Mannage, upon checkin. The breakfast was excellent with several selections to choose from, to include gluten free options. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping and the major historical attractions. The rooftop bar and restaurant provide a picturesque view of the city. We look forward to visiting again soon.
Hotel was beautiful, staff was super friendly and made you feel like home. Hotel was also centrally located and close to all the major spots. Highly recommend it if you visit Rome
Extraordinary hotel, service and location! From the moment we arrived, the service was top notch. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with any request. The breakfast is incredible! Made to order from an extensive menu all included with our stay was a real treat (and the food was delicious)! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better — easy walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Coliseum, shops and restaurants. The Vatican is only a few miles away, but we opted to take a taxi there due to the heat. Highly recommend Singer Palace Hotel — our family couldn’t have been happier with our stay here during our first trip to Italy!

This hotel was fabulous. It is in a great location, the staff went above and beyond expectations and the roof top for drinks and later dinner were magnificent. It’s a small boutique hotel and the quality and differentiation stands out. I totally recommend the experience.
This is a full five star experience for an incredible value. The luxurious breakfast and rooftop are exquisite. But it is the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, as well as the style and cleanliness of this gorgeous small boutique hotel, which is perfectly located, which should put it to the top of every list! We felt the love and cannot tell you how much we appreciated the kindness and professionalism of staff. Would not stay ANYWHERE else in Rome. Pls tip well there - they go above and beyond. Enrico is the front office manager and has been with the hotel for eight years. This is a beautifully run hotel ---- bravo!!!!
We last minute decided to extend our trip to Italy and stayed one night in Rome @ Singer. Enrico the manager and the wonderful reservations manager made our visit so amazing and worthwhile. They gave us a special room with a balcony for a mind-bogglingly amazing value (would have been 2k Euro +++ at another property). The included breakfast was amazing and had so many healthy options. The real 5* part of this experience was the service. Every single person was kind, attentive, and just knew how to do things right. This is our new hotel in Rome and we will absolutely be returning soon!

Our family had the absolute pleasure of staying at Singer Palace Hotel for five nights, and without exaggeration, it was one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had anywhere in the world. What truly sets this hotel apart is not just its beautiful property or incredible location, but the people. Every single member of the team—from the reception staff to the breakfast servers, bellboys, housekeeping, and everyone we encountered—provided the highest level of service with genuine warmth and kindness. You could tell that every employee genuinely cared about making our stay memorable, and their hospitality is the best our family has ever experienced. To top it all off, the location simply could not be better. Situated right in the heart of Rome, the hotel is within comfortable walking distance of many of the city's most iconic attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the Eternal City without constantly relying on transportation. The reception team made exploring Rome effortless. They were always happy to arrange taxis for us, offer recommendations, and help us navigate the city, which made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. A very special thank you goes to Niloufar, the hotel manager, who truly embodies world-class hospitality. She was incredibly warm, caring, and attentive, personally looking after even the smallest requests and making us feel less like hotel guests and more like family friends. She took the time to help us plan our days, suggested wonderful places to visit, and ensured we made the absolute most of our time in Rome. Her genuine passion for looking after guests is something that is becoming increasingly rare and deserves the highest praise. Our stay also coincided with my father's birthday, and what the Singer Palace team did for him left us genuinely speechless. Throughout the day, they surprised him with several thoughtful gifts and organized a beautiful birthday breakfast complete with non-alcoholic champagne, knowing that he doesn't drink alcohol. Every detail had clearly been personalized specifically for him, and the level of thoughtfulness and customization was simply breathtaking. To make the celebration even more special, Niloufar managed to secure us a reservation—through her personal contacts—at one of Rome's most renowned traditional Italian restaurants, a place that is famously difficult to book. It turned what was already a special birthday into a once-in-a-lifetime celebration that our family will never forget. The breakfast deserves a review of its own. It was, without question, the finest hotel breakfast we have ever experienced. The combination of an outstanding à la carte menu and an extensive buffet meant there was something exceptional every morning. The traditional Italian delicacies, especially the panna cotta and cannoli, were expertly prepared and absolutely delicious, while the coffee was consistently outstanding. The breakfast staff were attentive, friendly, and constantly checking if there was anything else they could do to make our meal even better. One morning, we even had a guest join us for breakfast, and to our surprise, the hotel graciously chose not to charge us anything. That simple gesture perfectly captures the generosity and philosophy of everyone at Singer Palace Hotel. Luxury hotels can have beautiful rooms and elegant décor, but it is extraordinarily rare to find a team that delivers such heartfelt, personalized hospitality. Singer Palace Hotel has set a new benchmark for our family, and whenever we return to Rome, there is simply nowhere else we would even consider staying.
Wonderful location and fabulous service. Highly recommend. Plus an extra call out to Niloufar who organized a pre stay call to ensure we had everything we needed and Stephen in the restaurant who helped us perfect our Italian cooking. We will be back!
Our overall experience was fantastic at the Singer Palace Hotel. The service and detailed care was just extra-ordinary ! For example, they messaged me when I was sightseeing that I had left the "Do not Disturb" sign outside my door; and whether I intended to have that instruction. I had left this by mistake, and was very happy to return to a clean room later that evening. Then, it was the goodies and love they showered to all of us in our celebration. Particularly, I thank Niloufar for the extra efforts she made to make our stay so memorable.
It's a beautiful and stylish boutique hotel. Great location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Godwin on the bell staff. The breakfast was delicious and sumptuous. When in Rome, stay here
The hotel is within walking distance to many landmarks. The hotel provided us an area to store our bags before check-in. Stay provided several really good dining options and helped make dinner reservations for the wife and I. The hotel also provides a transportation service to the airport. But overall the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable
Nothing
The singer's Palace Hotel was wonderful. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive. Honestly impeccable. The rooms were very comfortable, and we came in when Europe was having that horrendous heatwave, and the air conditioning was perfect. Believe me, you needed that. The food was incredible. Would highly recommend.
The best hotel which we stayed. Excellent accommodations (the renovated Singer office building in Rome), with wonderful and personally attentive staff. Many amenities in the rooms including fridge, drinks, snacks and espresso machine. The price is very reasonable for the service and value received.
Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Singer Palace Hotel Roma, and it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we've ever had. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team genuinely cares about their guests in a way that is increasingly rare to find. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. Throughout our stay, the staff anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. One of the most impressive touches was how quickly they learned and remembered our names, greeting us personally each time we returned to the hotel. It made our stay feel incredibly personal and special. The breakfast each morning was absolutely outstanding. Every item was beautifully prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the service was just as exceptional as the food itself. It quickly became one of our favorite parts of each day and is truly one of the best hotel breakfasts we've experienced in Italy. One evening, we enjoyed dinner on the hotel's beautiful rooftop, and it was truly one of the highlights of our stay. The atmosphere was spectacular, the cuisine was exceptional, and the handcrafted cocktails were some of the best we enjoyed during our time in Rome. Every dish was beautifully presented, and even dessert became an experience. The gelato was artfully served with such creativity and attention to detail that it perfectly reflected the hotel's thoughtful approach to hospitality. This was something we made a point to return for during our second night's stay at the property! The hotel itself is immaculate. Every space is meticulously maintained, and the thoughtful design perfectly balances historic Roman elegance with contemporary luxury. From the beautiful guest rooms to the inviting common spaces and rooftop, every detail feels intentional and carefully curated. Its central location made exploring Rome effortless, yet returning to Singer Palace each evening felt like coming home to a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. As someone who works in the hospitality and events industry, I deeply appreciate the countless small details that create an exceptional guest experience, and Singer Palace executes them flawlessly. Luxury is often defined by how a place makes you feel, and this hotel delivers that feeling from beginning to end. We left already looking forward to our next visit. If you're looking for one of the finest boutique luxury hotels in Rome, with impeccable service, incredible breakfast, beautiful design, and a team that truly understands hospitality, Singer Palace Hotel Roma is simply extraordinary.
Our stay at the Singer Palace was outstanding. The staff and the manger Niloufar made our stay warm and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and well designed. Bonus the air conditioning was top notch (if you are in Rome in the summer this is important!) It is worth mentioning again that the staff was so amazingly attentive, and very friendly plus the food was incredible. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough about the quality of Singer Palace Hotel. Of course the rooms, location, and restaurant are amazing. It's the staff, however, that sets this place apart. They really make guests feel special. Whether it's chasing down a cab, helping with travel arrangements, or snapping photos, they go the extra mile. A special thank you to Nai for the warm chat. And another thank you to Nilofar for the joy and warm smile. And finally..to Anastasia who saved me 2 years ago with a breakfast box and was just as sweet this time. I will never forget it. They all make it hard to leave a city that's already hard to leave.
Great hotel, excellent staff.
The most delightful experience! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend the Singer hotel while staying in Rome!
This hotel is exceptional in every way. From the first warm friendly CIAO our experience rivaled the finest hotels we have stayed at all over the world. As a beautifully designed boutique hotel it is very unique and special with visible thought and care put into every room design. They are all different and reflect the owner's wonderful taste and special eye in every detail. This is truly a highlight of a stay in Italy. Our room was a beautiful well appointed suite - and our every need was seamlessly responded to. They even very graciously attended to our anniversary celebration with champagne and treats - so nicely presented! They also provided us with the most caring, thoughtful and meaningful mementos when we departed, so they will be in our hearts too! In addition to the beautiful rooms, public spaces - a gorgeous rooftop bar, and our delicious breakfast added the perfect touches. We travel extensively and are extremely thankful for the really excellent care, consideration and kindness of the staff. Finally the location is perfect. In the midst of Roman ruins and cultural life but situated so a quiet and good nights sleep is possible! I highly recommend this hotel. It is a very special place in a wonderful city.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, making it easy to explore all the main attractions of Rome. The staff was exceptional – friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. A special mention goes to the rooftop restaurant, which was simply outstanding. The atmosphere, views, food, and service were all amazing. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome – we would gladly come back!
I would rate this hotel approximately 4.7 to 4.8 stars overall. Its greatest strengths are its excellent location, comfortable and stylish rooms, and generally helpful staff. The rooms are small by American standards, but that is typical for Rome. They really are stylish and comfortable and this is not ChatGPT talking. I think ours was the only one that had a balcony. See the picture. The front desk team was usually very friendly and accommodating. However, there were a few occasions when the hotel missed opportunities to provide a higher level of service. For example, after a very long bike ride, we arrived exhausted and hoped to briefly stop in front of the hotel, secure our bikes, get some water, and rest. The staff would not allow us to park in front of the hotel and did not offer any assistance with watching or storing the bicycles, which was disappointing. Truly great hotels find a way to accommodate guest’s needs. Their lack of helpfulness in this situation caused us some pretty major inconvenience. Where there is a will there is a way. The restaurant staff was inconsistent. Some team members were attentive and professional, while others seemed indifferent and very inexperienced, making the dining experience hit or miss. The first impression was also less than ideal. The alleyway leading to the hotel front entrance was littered with trash. When the driver pulled up and said OK, this is your hotel. I thought he made a serious mistake because we were in a trashy alley. The lobby is quite small but again very thoughtfully designed and charming. Despite these shortcomings, this is a very good hotel that I would recommend. The location is excellent, the property is attractive and well maintained, and most staff members were genuinely very helpful. A few service lapses and inconsistent restaurant experiences keep it from earning a perfect score, but it remains a solid choice and worthy of a rating in the 4.7 to 4.8-star range.
location and breakfast was excellent
the hotel is good but don’t expect a 5 star hotel. it’s more of furnished apartments. not a luxurious hotel at all. very expensive price for what it is.
This place was amazing. Exceeding all expectations. Boutique service and really went out of their way to make sure everything taken care of
The whole place feels very peaceful and special with a lot of privacy and beautiful atmosphere around the villas. The villa design is really exceptional, everything looks elegant but still natural and comfortable. You can see that a lot of attention was put into details, from the layout to the materials and decoration. Service was also stellar. Joseph was great and made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Also big thanks to the management team, Natalia and Niki, they were amazing and really made us feel welcome. Food was top-notch, with very good quality and nice variety. Overall it was a beautiful experience and we would be happy to come back again.
This was a wonderful hotel. The hotel employees were spectacular in their service from the front desk, to the rooftop bartender, to the breakfast attendant! They were extremely hospitable and kind to our family during our stay. The morning breakfast was specular on vacation to get you fueled up for the trekking around Rome. This location is in the center of everything you'd like to walk to such as Trevi, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. They had wonderful recommendations and coordinating tours. Can't speak highly enough. We even left items behind and Niloufar helped organize an overnight shipment while we were still in country. Can't recommend enough.
It was my second stay at the Singers and I continue to be impressed by this hotel. Before arrival contact was made a few times checking details and if we required any tours booked. We were greeted like long lost friends as we arrived being met at our taxi for our bags. The rooms are lovely modern and meticulously clean. Breakfast is a joy on the upstairs outdoor terrace and the rooftop bar is amazing. Frederica, the bar manager is spectacular. Apart from being the mixologist queen she is an absolute delight and so attentive to make sure everyone is happy. She is a gem for the hotel. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful with restaurant, museum and shopping suggestions. Sending lists to our phone. The location is fabulous between Trevi fountain and the pantheon and on via dei Corso. You won’t be disappointed.
Loved the hotel. Super nice staff, great location. Beautiful inside.
We had the most amazing time at the hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful, the location was perfect, the food was unreal and we would 100% recommend this place to anyone!
We had an amazing experience at the Singer Palace. Once we got to the property they took care of everything that was needed and more. Some of the best service we've had at any hotel we've stayed at. The location was central to many attractions as well.

From the moment of booking until we checked out, the team at Singer Palace Hotel was incredibly caring and helpful. Every staff member we encountered was wonderfully friendly. The location is perfect, and the rooms, bar, and breakfast exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend staying here and want to give a special shout-out to Niloufar for taking such great care of us!
My wife and I had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Singer Palace. The level of service was incredible. Anna Maria, Lilliana, Zania, Lia, Joey, Marco, Alex, Togo, Freddy, Michael, Georgina, Frederica, Enrico and Niloufar and so many others were always available to help meet our every need. The roof top bar and terrace restaurant offer such a relaxing vibe after full days touring Rome. We’ll be back!!
We enjoyed our stay at the Singer Palace Hotel. Everyone at the hotel is a wonderful, welcoming, and caring person. The Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful and the staff tending to our needs were amazing.
My friend and I had an incredible stay here. The staff was amazing. The hotel was gorgeous down to every detail. Would 100% come and stay again. Nikoufar, the guests relations manager, sets the tone for an exceptionally friendly and helpful team.
The hotel gave us a wonderful experience of Rome. The location is excellent between the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. The attentive nature of the staff was excellent and made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The restaurant and rooftop bar are both excellent, for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were clean and good value for money. The atmosphere and ambience of the hotel gave us a real 5 star experience.

Excellent location within walking distance to Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. Staff was so helpful in getting us tickets to Trevi and mapping out places for us to go. Clean, comfortable room, and beautiful rooftop restaurant. Would definitely book here again.
Words don’t do The Singer Palace justice. It was a truly magical experience from the second we checked in. Our room was immaculate, right over main street, with amazing accommodations to make our stay so unbelievably comfortable. I wish I could thank every staff member personally again as every single person there made us feel like family. From breakfast (10/10) to drinks on the roof watching the sunset at Jims Rooftop (10/10 as well), to helping us book tours, trains and dinners, to checking in on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed, the hospitality and experience is truly unmatched. I cannot wait to return in the future. You HAVE to go see Fredrica and the rest of the bar staff on the roof to have one of the greatest cocktails on earth. Not only was she rated as the best bartender in Rome (and totally lived up to it) but is one of the kindest people we have ever had the pleasure meeting. The entire team on the roof was absolutely delightful. Thank you so much, Fredrica, the Shipps hope to see you again very soon. If you ever come to the U.S. you have a place to stay!! We will look forward to that next cocktail (Paloma to be specific, it was exceptional!!) I would also like to give a VERY special shoutout and MASSIVE thank you to Liliana. She absolutely exemplifies what it means to be kind, passionate, and caring towards all those lucky enough to stay at The Singer. She quite literally made our trip with how helpful and kind she was throughout the entire weekend. I don’t know what we would’ve done without her!! She is truly one of a kind, and a true professional. A master class in hospitality. She made us feel like family and I hope to see her again very soon. I feel forever indebted to her for the way she cared for us the whole time we were there. A truly amazing person and we feel so lucky to have spent time at The Singer with her. We felt like long-time friends by the end of the trip. Thank you so much, Liliana. Thank you to Niloufar who was so unbelievably kind. She was an absolute joy to meet upon arrival, and is truly next level in her profession. The experience she has crafted at The Singer is absolutely WORLD CLASS. It’s one of the most stylish places on earth, without a doubt. Others in the hospitality industry must take notes… She is a master in the space. Thank you so much for helping make our first weekend in Rome an unforgettable one!! Thank you to the rest of the staff, I’m leaving many important names off but unfortunately, didn’t have their business cards to personally recognize their fantastic hospitality. The night-time front desk staff was so amazing, not only did they help me sharpen up my Italian, but helped book us the BEST dinner we had all week, at Il Forno. They also helped us book transport the next morning to the station, and arranged for us to have breakfast before we left. And although we ate and drank too much the night before and didn’t have an appetite, it was so greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone at the singer, we love you guys. And to anyone thinking about staying here, go no further!! You’ve found the place. All the best, McCall Shipp
Situated down a little side road. this is a perfect small hotel for exploring Rome. Close to many landmarks. Shops and restaurants it provides a quiet oasis from the big city bustle. With well equipped comfortable rooms. welcoming (and helpful) staff and a rooftop restaurant and bar it provides a high quality personal experience.
Our stay at Singer Palace was by far the BEST hotel stay we have had....beginning with the incredible warm hospitality every single day by everyone, the manager, Niloufar Zadegan, the front desk, Anastasiya, Roberta, Lia- the Rooftop restaurant, Andrea and Hachim, and Antonio- all provided such wonderful service. The location is perfect for sightseeing, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon in particular. The Guest Room was immaculate, beautiful decoration, comfortable bed and pillows, fresh flowers, great towels, everything is top notch. Enjoyed the level of housekeeping every day and amazing delicious breakfast on the rooftop- the upper rooftop is open air and dreamy at nights for an end of the day cocktail- a total 10! We hope to return on our next visit to Rome.
Wow, great service and location! Rooms were clean and beautiful. We were spoiled and a hard-to-get restaurant reservation was made for us by the wonderful concierge Niloufar. Singer Palace also left gorgeous gifts for us and the kids in the room. The breakfast was wonderful. Highly highly recommend!
We stayed at Singer Palace Roma for four nights while visiting Rome. If you ever wonder why people prefer to stay at small boutique hotels over a big corporate hotel chain, our experience says it all. Singer was communicative weeks before arrival, initiating a personalized video call to ensure that we wouldn't find ourselves booked out of popular restaurants or tourist attractions. Niloufar, our experience manager, was endlessly helpful and made us feel welcomed, prepared, and comfortable. (I have to also mention — her style is spectacularly, effortlessly Italian). There is no car access directly at the doorstep of the hotel, but the 10-15 step distance from the drop-off zone to the hotel door is no different from crossing a motor court to the lobby at any other hotel. I updated them on our ETA when we were nearby, so they met us at the car and collected our bags, which were in our room by then time we had checked in; there was no inconvenience. The room was clean and well-appointed. The cleaning staff was thorough. We often came back to find the room spotless and even tidied — shoes and items neatly organized after we'd left in a hurry. Breakfast was very good, made with high-quality ingredients. The fifth floor rooftop was charming and a pleasant way to start every day before heading out to the Rome crowds. We also enjoyed cocktails on the sixth floor rooftop on a couple of the nights when we didn't have to wake up early the next day for a tour. The cocktails were excellent, especially my martinis with a lemon peel from southern Italy. The accompanying snacks were also delicious. We enjoyed the conversation and service by Hatim both nights - so friendly! The hotel itself is gorgeous and full of history. You will see antique Singer sewing machines on display when you arrive. Take a few moments to admire the spectacular marble staircase too! A memorable hotel and staff that I would recommend to anyone.
Location, rooftop bar , staff, breakfast
Very small room
Staff is welcoming and accommodating - acknowledged me by name, moved me to another room when I wanted to extend my stay, let me check in early when I arrived and was not feeling well. Hotel is centrally located and a walkable distance to most sites, great shopping and restaurants, etc. Room and bed were super comfortable - a great sleep to overcome jet lag and space to spread out if you have to do some work on vacation. Rooftop bar is an excellent way to end a day of museum visits and sightseeing. Hope to return next year!
This was our third stay at the Singer Palace Hotel Roma, and once again, we had a fabulous experience. Everything about the hotel is 5-star. From the way they greet you when you arrive (Nicholas made sure everything was perfect for our stay), to the food at breakfast and at dinner (on the rooftop). The room was awesome, and again, the way they make you feel a part of the place by having a personalized note card, snacks and drinks waiting on us in our room was "top notch". We will definitely be staying there again in the future!
My husband and I recently stayed at the Singer Palace Hotel in Rome, Italy. From the moment we arrived, where Miraz our bell boy assisted us with our luggage with a smile. The entire staff, Zenia, Lia, Marziyeh, & Anastasia, went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We were then taken by the guest manager, Niloufar, on a brief tour of the charming rooftop bar and patio restaurant overlooking the historic city. Each morning, Adelicious complementary breakfast of assorted pastries, pancakes eggs, assorted meats, and delicious coffeewas served by the amazing staff, Marco, Toga, Andreea, Tomiris and Joy. The icing on the cake for our stay in Romewas the guest manager,Niloufar, who became our new best friend, sharing great local recommendations and handling every request with genuine warmth and efficiency. We have never had better service in all of our travels. The room was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and well appointed. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the space during our visit. The hotels location was excellent with short walks to great restaurants and shops, with the Trevi steps, a short walk away. We highly recommend the Singer Palace Hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a memorable experience.
From the moment we arrived to the front desk, Marziyeh treated us very warmly. My husband and I felt like royalty. Every staff member was exceptionally kind. As soon as we checked-in, they took us directly to breakfast, which blew us away!(Shoutout to the cannoli in the pastries section, SO good!) We can't recommend this hotel enough... great location, great rooms, delicious food, incredible staff!
Well situated. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast.
Small rooms. View uninteresting
Von A bis Z perfekt!!!
The rooms are amazing. Large and beautiffully decorated. Very nice roof top too. Great to have a breakfast. The staff is really kind and attentive. I really recommend this Hotel.
We just returned from a wonderful three‑night stay in the Singer Palace just off Via del Corso — the location meant we walked everywhere, including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Forum, Vatican, Trastevere and Villa Borghese. Service from every staff member was attentive and thoughtful throughout. Check in started with a welcome aperitif in Le Terrazze, with sweeping rooftop views of Rome and handwritten notes detailing the excursions we had booked. It was a nice touch to offer us an upgrade. Our room was spotless and elegant. Lovely fresh flowers, very comfortable bed and great choice of pillows. It was also quiet, despite facing Via del Corso. The handwritten welcome note as well the "buona notte" notes all added a personal touch - you felt like the staff really cared about your stay being the best it could possibly be. Fresh fruit, Aqua Panna water, almond cakes (my husband loved these!) and Ortigia toiletries - all added to the feeling of being very well taken care of. Compliments to the Housekeeping team - for keep the room looking fresh both morning and evening. Breakfast on the terrace included excellent coffee, omelettes and homemade pastries — thank you to Tomiris, Toga and Marco. The three‑course dinner we enjoyed on our first night was magical - compliments to Chef Alessandro. Georgianna and the other servers were so attentive and friendly. Not to be missed is Jim’s rooftop bar with the most fantastic views of Rome — special thanks to Islam for making such a great cocktail and to Federica for her vision of a great cocktail bar. We also booked a walking tour of Rome through the hotel with Maurizio - he was a great storyteller and really drew us into the city's history and culture in our 3 hours with him. Highly recommend. As a final touch, we were presented with a cookbook of Roman recipes signed by Chef Alessandro and some lovely apricot jam! An inspiring and restorative stay with top level personalised service that sets the bar very high. Thank you Enrico, Niloufar, Federica and the entire Singer Palace team — we can’t wait to return. Grazie mille! Rooms 5/5 | Service 5/5 | Location 5/5
The entire hotel staff was so hospitable, pleasant and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Rome and many of the cultural attractions are within a short walk. The rooftop bar is an ideal setting to meet friends for an afternoon beverage and to enjoy a coffee, with Federica. Breakfast on the terrace is a great way to greet the day. Marco and other servers are attentive and very hospitable. Finally, the hotel manager was always there to greet me and to ensure that everything was going well. I was well taken care of and I will be back!
We love this hotel. It was our second visit. The people are fantastic! Niloufar Stood out. She booked 2 neighborhood restaurants and two tours for us. All perfect. Jim’s Bar on the rooftop is a highlight! Get reservations as it is full usually. Great breakfast too. We had a junior suite which allowed us to spread out. Highly recommend.
The Singer Palace Hotel provided comprehensive services which made our vacation the absolute best travel experience!!! The hotel’s location, staff, cleanliness and attention to all our needs was exceptional! In particular Niclu, the Hotel Guest Manager, was so accommodating and helpful in helping us navigate the city.
What wonderful Staff and support. Breakfast is nice and the air conditioner cranks!
This hotel is well situated close to most of the sights in Rome. It has good food, great rooms, and is priced well based on comparable properties. Great roof deck for a drink!
The best, truly, the best hotel in Rome. Have visited twice now and love this place, it is like home. The breakfast is so generous, the rooms are gorgeous, clean and spacious. The staff is impeccable with their service, just impeccable. Niloufar obtained tomato and basil seeds for me after I asked where I could find them to take home a piece of Italy. WOW! The location is amazing, nearby the Trevi, but not in the press of tourists, hidden in a quiet side street. Will always plan to return. Before you check out, have a drink on the rooftop bar-beautiful views of Roma. Thank you again to Niloufar, Lia, Marco, Anastasiya and so many other staff.
My family of four just left Rome after a 5 night stay at the Singer Palace Hotel. Having never stayed at a boutique hotel before I did not know what to expect, but this exceeded our expectations. The people who work there are some of the kindest, hard-working people we have met. The saying "going beyond" applies here. Some of the notable stand-outs in our trip are Niloufar, the guest relations manager, who literally is always smiling and you will find working from her laptop all around the hotel, to Anastasia who literally walked us to a hard to find restaurant... Marziyeh, who helped with reservations before and during our stay (the amount of knowledge she has goes beyond any concierge I have ever dealt with before), as well as Alessio in the restaurant who couldn't help us enough, and lastly and Lia. I actually feel bad naming names because I do not want to take away from the others who helped because there were many, but none the less.... all wonderful people. The hotel is immaculate. Clean clean clean!!! If you are looking for a personal touch where everyone knows who you are when you walk in the door, or you need a family suite (we had a two bedroom with living room that converted into another bedroom for our younger daughter), then this is the place for you.
The Singer Palace is a great hotel. The location is very convenient between the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain. We had a superior room which was a good size for Rome & we loved the walk in shower. The biggest plus is the wonderful staff who are incredibly helpful. We forgot to check our packing & omitted a pair of my husband’s pants. We asked Marziyeh at the front desk for suggestions where we could purchase a pair which would fit him. (He’s 6’4” with a 38” waist.) She gave us the name of several stores nearby & we were able to buy him a pair of pants at Uniqlo. We so appreciated this outstanding service. We greatly enjoyed our 5 nights at the Singer Palace Hotel and highly recommend this hotel.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Singer Palace. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and a five-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms. Each day, after returning from our explorations, we were greeted with a thoughtfully arranged selection of berries, nuts, dried fruit, and a delicious miniature cake, all beautifully presented on elegant glass dishes. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its staff. They were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was effortless.
Our stay at The Singer Palace Hotel in Rome was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome—every interaction was warm, attentive, and accommodating. The front desk team, housekeeping, and wait staff all operated at a consistently high level, which made the entire experience seamless and relaxing. The hotel itself strikes a perfect balance between old-world charm and modern elegance. The decor is thoughtfully designed, creating a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere that feels very “Rome,” without being overly traditional. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the special Easter lunch on the terrace. The setting, the service, and the overall experience made it unforgettable and a standout memory from our time in the city. We would highly recommend The Singer Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Rome and would absolutely stay here again.
Excellent location, very clean rooms and restaurants, very friendly employees, hope to visit again
This was a delightful oasis in the heart of Rome! My 21 year old son and I stayed for a long weekend over Easter and LOVED this hotel! It was close and easily walkable to trevi fountain, the forum, and the Coliseum -and only about a 25 minute walk to the Vatican. Everyone was very attentive and great attention to small details really made it perfect! From the fabulous waitstaff in the restaurant learning our names and remembering my preferred coffee drink, to fresh flowers and a delicious snack in our room upon arrival, not to mention the heated towel rack in the bathroom, the very comfortable bed, and the fabulous shower, we felt pampered. The Easter brunch was amazing too!
房间宽敞,设施非常满意,早餐尤其棒,超越绝大部分的五星级酒店。员工服务非常周到,给我们推荐并预定了每天的餐厅,都非常棒!
This place is amazing! Let's start with the rooms. We had to get two rooms because we are a family of five with the children under 13. We booked the junior suite and were in room106 and 104 for a standard double. The Junior suite is absolutely amazing and had more than enough room for us to lounge as a family. Beautifully decorated with 1.5 baths. We received treats in our room every night and they treated our kids so well! The location is amazing, just a few minutes walk to all the historic sites and so you can make a very efficient trip by staying here. The service probably deserves way more than five stars. We communicated on booking.com and their responses were very prompt. They had great information about the surrounding areas and the answer was always yes to our requests such as "can you book us transport to X" or "help us purchase train tickets" The service upstairs at breakfast was fantastic as well, always attentive in asking us what we needed. I would say the breakfast was so-so upstairs. The cappuccinos were great as well as the fresh egg dishes, but it felt like the pastries could use a refresh. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.
Stylish, intimate (just 29 rooms), and perfectly located in the center of Rome, Singer Palace Hotel is truly exceptional. The service is next level—they genuinely think of everything—and Jim's Rooftop Bar is the best rooftop bar in the city. We booked a Junior Suite, and it was one of the nicest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in! A perfect example: housekeeping noticed I was running low on toothpaste. Not only did they replenish it, they actually went across the street to the farmacia to find a brand similar to the one I was using. That level of care is unforgettable. Highly recommend!
Location, cleanliness, service
Lovely staff, fantastic location.
Toiletries could be improved, seemed rather old. Sometimes not much hot water for shower
Konumu çok iyi her yere yürüme mesafesinde temizlik çok iyi çalışanlar yardımsever ve güler yüzlü hotel dekorasyon detayları muhteşem açık büfe kahvaltısı yok ama menüsü güzel yeterli. Roma ya tekrar gelirsem mutlaka burada kalırım
Yatağımız çok sertti… el sabunları çok ağır kokuluydu…

Exceptional service from the moment we booked. We received regular correspondence in the lead up to our stay, including recommendations and offers to assist with bookings for tours, transport and restaurants. The service was equally excellent when we arrived, especially from Anastasiya, who was there when we arrived and checked in on us regularly throughout our stay and provided recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and centrally located. The included breakfast was lovely with and ala carte menu and also small buffet available. A 10/10 experience.
The rooftop bar was lovely although the price of drinks was a bit steep.
Attention to detail from the staff was excellent, very comfy bed and pillows, breakfast was fantastic, location unbeatable. Highly recommend
I guess the room was a bit smaller than I expected, but not a deal breaker
Doğum günüm için Roma’daydım ve Nilüfer hanım sayesinde müthiş bir doğum günü geçirdim. Otelin konumu personeli her şeyi ile harika. Her şey için teşekkürler.
An excellent hospitality experience! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was highly professional and welcoming, the breakfast was served generously, and overall the food was excellent. The hotel is very well maintained and spotlessly clean, and the room was very spacious. All of this is complemented by a central location, within walking distance of everything. Highly recommended, and we definitely plan to return.
All good
Месторасположение отличное, удобные номера, прекрасные завтраки, персонал выше всяких похвал
The location, it is central to the "old town" and everything is within walking distance. The incredibly helpful staff, they couldn't do enough, be that with restaurant suggestions or reservations
The room was quite small, we stayed for 3 x nights and had to be extremely organised, other than that is we fine.
Everything are just perfect

La qualité du service , la propreté , les repas , la situation géographique , la chambre Tout était vraiment très bien
Notre chambre était parfaite mais deux bémols : le canapé lit pas très confortable et beaucoup de bruit des chambres ou pièces de services environnantes
