El barrio está bonito y hay lugares interesantes cerca. Fuimos muy bien atendidos por Joao y hasta nos obsequiaron una botella de vino.

Todo bien. Solo para las personas que no conocen Lisboa creo que si es conveniente aclarar que esta en una calle con declive.

An amazing little apartment in a fantastic location. It was stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. The welcome was warm and friendly, the bed and the shower were great, and the entire place was spotless. We will definitely be back! 😊

Nothing to fault.

Lage war perfekt für uns, entspannt zu Fuß ins Viertel alfama. Haltestelle der Tram 28 direkt vor der Tür. Uns hat die Tram nicht gestört. Check-in und Checkout super, Kommunikation top. Alles war schön sauber und Betten waren OK

Schrank für Kleidung sehr klein, haben aus dem Koffer gelebt, manchmal etwas muffiger Geruch, kann aber auch von außerhalb kommen, Dusche ist undicht, aber eher minimal. Es gibt zwar Handtuchhalter im Bad, allerdings fehlt den Handtüchern die Schlaufe um sie aufzuhängen, wir mussten die Handtücher über den Türen deponieren, da wurde nicht bis zum Ende gedacht. Nespresso Maschine ist undicht.

Location was great, the Tram 28 stop across the street. We never cooked in the accommodation, but there was more than enough if had chosen to. Short walk to the centre, we both walked and used the tram. The accommodation was great, clean, I would return if in the area

Der Kontakt war vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes einfach super phantastisch!! Antonio hat uns sogar beim Tragen der Koffer geholfen!! Obrigado! Das Apartment sehr schön, hell, direkt im schönen Alfama, direkt an der Haltestelle der Tram 28, nette Restaurants in der Nähe, Fado, Cafés, alles rundum toll!! Wenn Lisboa, dann Alma Mater!!

Spacious, clean and comfortable

The air conditioner didn’t work well. The apartment always felt warm. Would benefit from a new system and one in the bedroom.

Ogólnie było czysto ale podłoga z całą pewnością nie była myta od jakiegoś czasu. Nie dało się chodzić na boso albo w skarpetkach, bo stopy były dosłownie czarne.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. Tiszta, kényelmes, az elhelyezkedése pedig kiváló, közvetlenül a 28-as villamos vonala mellett. A szállásadók nagyon kedvesek voltak, a kommunikáció végig gyorsan és gördülékenyen ment. Szívesen megszállnánk itt máskor is!

The apartment is located in the heart of Alfama. The bathroom was recently renovated and looks great, and the space is ideally sized for two people.

A tram passes directly in front of the building, so the apartment is only quiet between midnight and 6 a.m. Whenever a tram passes, the entire building shakes, in addition to the considerable noise. It was impossible to sleep in the bedroom because of the damp smell. The bed smelled so strongly of mould that even turning your head the other way did not help—it was still unbearable. The smell filled the entire apartment and was noticeable as soon as we entered. The owner could not replace the bed or offer us alternative accommodation; the only option we were given was a 20% price reduction. Replacing the bed would solve the problem. One of the electrical outlets sparked while we were charging a phone.

Location is fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay. It was clean and felt safe and comfortable.

Camera non insonorizzata essendo sulla strada e molto trafficato si sentiva rumore fino a tarda notte e riniziava presto al mattino

Air conditioned room was such a plus was so hot during the day so to come home to a cool room in the evening was bliss. Apartment has everything you need for comfortable stay.

The stairs but that cant be helped, there is an option to stay on lower floors but the view made the stairs worth it. I wouldn't recommend the top floor for people with mobility issues. I have a small suggestion regarding bathroom window maybe add privacy sticker or small blind.

The location and layout of the room was lovely!

Not directly about the property, but just as a suggestion to others that it can be quite steep to get to.

Fantastic location in the heart of Alfama. Tram stop just outside the door. Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment with lots of light and a lovely view of the river.

Perfekt beliggenhed lige midt i byen, dog lidt væk fra gaden, så der var ingen larm. Der er to virkelig lækre morgenmads cafeer lige ved siden af opgangen. Også en hvor du kan købe frisk virkeligt godt brød fra en Københavnsk bager 😀 Vi laver godt brød i Danmark..

Lejligheden var fin og ren. Hyggelig Med alt du skal bruge. Sengen var superdejlig. Værten var sød og vi tjekkede ind flere timer før at det var meningen. God aircondition

A estadia foi aceitável, mas infelizmente não correspondeu às expectativas nem ao valor pago.

O apartamento apresenta sinais evidentes de desgaste e necessita de renovação. Para famílias com bebés não considero a melhor opção, sobretudo devido ao estado da cama de bebé disponibilizada, que não nos pareceu adequada para utilização. No geral, não sentimos que a relação qualidade-preço fosse satisfatória.

La ubicación excelente ,tenés el tranvía 28 en la puerta y podes hacer los puntos turísticos más importantes con el Antonio muy amable y predispuesto

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped and spacious modern 1 bedroom apartment, where you can easily relax. Great shower and comfortable bed. Owners were very attentive and helpful.

Останавливались на несколько дней. Потрясающий вариант размещения. Чистота, интерьер и внимание к деталям на высшем уровне. Прекрасный вид из балкона и очень атмосферный район. И несмотря на мой чуткий сон, трамвай 28 совсем не беспокоил меня ;)

Sehr sauber und in einer sehr guten Lage. Als Überraschung war eine Flasche guten Rotwein in der Küche.

O sofá da sala era bastante confortável, bem como a casa de banho com uma excelente cabine de duche. O brinde de boas vindas também foi bastante agradável de registar e desfrutar. Além disso, toda a iluminação do apartamento é de bastante qualidade.

Sempre que o elétrico 28 passa (e não são assim tão poucas vezes quanto isso), até à noite longa e logo de manhã cedo, a casa toda estremece e, se estiver a tentar dormir ou simplesmente a descansar, torna-se bastante desconfortável ou até mesmo irritante. A torradeira estava partida por dentro, numa das bocas, e não funcionava. Também não consegui lidar com o ar condicionado (desligava-se automaticamente). Falta de privacidade e excesso de ruído exterior no caso de querer abrir alguma janela, ou seja, sofri um pouco com o calor, mas sendo uma construção maioritariamente em pedra, deu para atenuar um pouco através desse contraste. Ainda todo o lixo concentrado mesmo à porta do edifício, que denota alguma falta de higiene dos serviços camarários, naquele local em específico.

Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage. Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Haustür. Frühstückscafé gleich nebenan.

The location was excellent - we were able to reach all the main attractions very quickly. The apartment overall was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The only downside was that the bathroom didn't have ventilation, and there was a slightly unpleasant smell.

Excelente departamento! Buen tamaño, muy limpio y bien equipado……… el baño con una excelente ducha! Muy bien ubicado……. Se accede a todos los lugares caminando…….. el transporte llega justo a la puerta del departamento y al frente hay un cafecito muy rico para tomar desayuno……… la zona es tranquila….. el troley pasa por fuera y mete un poco de ruido….. pero nada que no deje dormir…..

The location was awesome but we had difficulty navigating the narrow one way streets by car. Because we took wrong turns we were late meeting up with our host. He had another guest to meet up with so we had to wait on the narrow sidewalk in front of our apartment. Antonio gave us a very thorough explanation of the apartment and the area., including recommendations for restaurants, sites and stores. He also put us in touch with a tour operator for Sintra and Cascais.

We can’t think of anything we didn’t like about the apartment except that the guests above us walked very heavily.

Plusy obiektu : dobra komunikacja z właścicielami. Super lokalizacja, pod oknem apartamentu jeździ zabytkowy tramwaj. Możliwe wcześniejsze zostawienie bagażu w pokoju. My mieliśmy pokój na parterze.

Co do samego apartamentu jest kilka uwag: Czystość no tu można wiele powiedzieć… nie było za czysto , blaty w kuchni brudne , łazienka również nie wygladała czysto tylko z smugami i zaciekami. W samym apartamencie czuć bardzo wilgoć. Okien nie da się otworzyć bo tramwaj dosłownie jest na wyciągnięcie dłoni i każdy się patrzy. Pralka brudna z czarnymi nalotami.

דירה קטנה אבל לגמרי מספיקה. יש קצת רעש כשהרכבת עוברת בלילה, לנו לא הפריע.

We’re on the ground level apartment. The space itself was set up nice and the bed was comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen and good shower pressure.

There were dried food stains all over the ceiling and large smears on the wall of unsure what. The aircon was filled with mould and severely needed a clean. The floor and space felt generally unclean. Also the front door of the apartment in the alley way right next to all the bins. Not great for cleanliness and also smell of garbage when you open your door. This was not clear when advertised of course. And the tram runs right next to the bedroom and is super loud every 10 mins along with cars which are super loud on the cobble stones, so if you are light sleeper I would not recommend the ground level.

Location was good in the old town with tram 28 literally at your door. Great cafe next door, room was ok, clean with all things you require. The trams start running at around 5.30am and they are noisy so light sleepers beware. Also BEWARE there is NO 24 hr check in reception. This is misleading and if you are met by a person at the premises - If you check in later than 21.00 you must pay an additional €25 in CASH !! I have asked booking.com to look into this as it’s not clear.

No 24 hour reception as advertised and 21.00 late fee to check in it’s hardly late !!

Beautiful property, great views, on a street with the famous tram line, yet there was no disturbing noise. Lovely little balcony. The owner was helpful and allowed us to check out a couple of hours late.

The stairs were a bit of an issue but it’s a small price to pay to experience living in the neighbourhood.

Bit noisy from the tram but that's the location!

Location was excellent, however having overflowing rubbish bins within approx one meter of the entry door was not a good look

El apartamento está completo tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía. Está en un punto increíble y con el plus de tener el tranvía 28 en la puerta. De noche es súper tranquilo no se escucha ni un ruido. No recibió Antonio que nos explicó todo e incluso nos pasó recomendaciones para ir a comer y demás. Una sorpresa de bienvenida que fue muy agradable y se agradece. La verdad fue increíble la estadía en Lisboa. Gracias por todo.

Place was nice and comfortable, the down side is I didn’t realize it was road level, so every tram & car felt like it was in the living room.

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutti i punti caratteristici di Lisbona in poco tempo. Fermata del tram 28 direttamente sotto casa. Ambiente confortevole e host davvero molto gentile e simpatico. Ci ha dato diversi consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno.

Un po’ l’odore di chiuso ogni volta che rientravamo, ma bastava aprire le finestre e far circolare l’aria

Accueil de Antonio très agréable et disponible, il nous a permis de déposer nos valises dans l’appartement avant l’heure permise donc le remercions. L’appartement au quatrième étage sans ascenseur avec plusieurs valises peut être un point négatif. N/b un store dans la salle de bain serait un plus pour l’intimité.

The entrance to the property is slightly down an alley that’s used for trash. The property also had a musty/ mildew smell.

The apartment was a good size and clean. The location was perfect. If you’re lucky enough to deal with Antonio, he was super helpful leading up to our stay and checking in.

I loved coming 'home' to this studio apartment each evening. It is fully equipped, has great light, is very comfortable, and the view is a bonus. Being on the famous Tram 28 route was another bonus, as is the location.... an easy stroll down the hill to the most popular lookouts. The booking site photos are accurate. This studio offers a local feeling, with modern comfort.

Almost anywhere you go in Lisbon, you'll be walking up or down a hill or stairs, and if you want to be central, you'll have to accept that there will be some noise, in this case, the tram below. I didn't notice it with the modern windows closed, and the stairs don't bother me - but just be aware.

Appartamento confortevole situato in posizione centrale nel quartiere di Alfama, di fronte alla fermata del famoso tram 28. Seppur ci sia un frequente passaggio del tram, non è stato per nulla fastidioso. Dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno estivo a Lisbona , tra cui aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè e microonde. Letto comodo e spazi giusti per un soggiorno da coppia

Leiligheten var romslig, ren og hadde alt man trengte. Hyggelig velkomst og vi hadde mulighet å sjekke inn tidlig. Vin i kjølekapet var et ekstra pluss! Nært til det meste og trikk 28 rett utenfor.

Savnet ikke noe på overnattingsstedet, men det var mulig å forville seg inn i litt skumle strøk på nattestid på veien hjem. Så lenge man holdt seg til de store gatene føltes det trygt.

We loved the location and the tram didn't bother us, but we were on the first floor, so could close the windows. The apartment is really lovely.

No plug in either of the basins to do washing of any kind or wine glasses - also, one of the water glasses were cracked. They did drop off a plug and 2 wine glasses (thank you!) - of which one was cracked. We we also disappointed that, even though we had to wait to receive the keys until after 17h30, there was no reciprocity for a slightly later check-out due to a very late flight out of Lisbon.

Wasn't anything I didn't like, would definitely stay again. Yes there is noise from trams even on top floor but didn't bother us. Only negative I would say is.. It's not a separate bedroom as stated , it's more of a studio apartment.
