The location and space

Localização excelente. A recepção existe, mas o dono só aparece quando alguém chega. Esperamos uns 15 minutos pela sua chegada. Os quartos são bons, mas achamos que seriam dois quartos de casal, na verdade era um quarto de casal e outro duas camas de solteiro.

Um calor insuportável no quarto maior, mesmo com a porta aberta, sentimos calor. Existe um aviso bem que os pratos que usarmos devem ser lavados e que o apartamento deve ser deixado organizado, em caso de não cumprimento, paga-se taxa de 30 euros. O italiano pouco está se lixando para o turista. Sabe que terá hospedes de qualquer forma.

Me gustó la ubicación y las camas.

No me gustó que teniendo servicio de habitaciones teníamos que tener la cocina limpia porque si no nos cargaban diariamente veinte euros en la habitación. Tampoco teníamos a nadie en recepción y eso que existía y no pudimos hablar con la recepcionista solo a través de mensajes en booking. Además ha sido el apartamento más caro con diferencia y teníamos vasos de plástico. El menaje que tenía tampoco era el idóneo y no estaba bien preparado para cocinar. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo sobre todo por el precio tan elevado que tenía comparado con lo que nos daban.

Great location

Not a warm welcoming. We asked for extra keys and were not provided with. Two were supposed to sleep on a broken sofa so instead - we placed the mattress on the floor.

Located very close to Rialto Bridge & ferry stop. Busy restaurants and shops a stones throw from the room. Yet it is tucked away just off the main thoroughfare and is very peaceful & quiet. Everything (including St Marks Square etc) is easy walking distance. The room had a comfortable main bed (see negative comments about 2nd bed), good space in the kitchen/dining area and nice bathroom. The room was cleaned daily & coffee pods supplied & refilled daily which was nice. It backs onto a quiet canal & you can watch the gondola’s passing below which was nice.

We paid for a 2bdr room. The “2nd bed” is small, uncomfortable and on a lean so you feel like you will roll out! My friend had to bunk with me in the main bed. We were still comfortable but not what we were paying for. The plug in the bathroom was broken so if you fill up the sink you can’t release it. The owner is very responsive and “fixed it”, but we tested again and it was still sticking so we didn’t use it.

Loved this place! It was so central to everything we needed in Venice. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us which was a nice touch.

Can’t fault it. Only TINY downside is the stairs up to the room but the room was worth it.

Perfect location a stone throws away from rialto bridge, gondola stops and main canal. Very high end finish and wonderful view of the canal out the windows. Lovely extra touches like coffee, wine and water. Honestly our favourite accommodation of our Italy adventure

L'host è stato gentile e disponibile. Ci è venuto incontro su orari e deposito bagagli. L'appartamento oltreché essere molto bello e in un'ottima posizione ci è stato presentato pulito e in ordine. Consigliatissimo!

Host (Maurizio) was excellent. Responded quickly to queries. Apartment was really good - had a view of the canal below. It was serviced daily. And we had a bottle of Prosecco waiting in the fridge which the wife enjoyed!

Am honestly struggling to find anything negative to write. Directions seemed daunting at first but just make sure you visit Google maps and do your homework and it will all make sense. Possibly the lack of an oven was a minor negative but we ate out every night so not really an issue for us.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful apartment in the heart of Venice! My wife and I stayed at Charming Palace Corte del Teatro from 2–5 August 2026 and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in Venice’s historic centre. We found it easily, and many restaurants, beautiful sights, and great photo spots were nearby. Our host, Alice, was very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us, explained everything clearly, gave us the entrance card, and recommended excellent restaurants and places to visit. We immediately felt very welcome. We were also pleasantly surprised to find chilled champagne and refreshing water waiting for us. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, TV, clean bed linen, and towels. The large bed was very comfortable, and we slept extremely well. We also enjoyed a romantic gondola ride through Venice’s beautiful canals. Our stay was sunny and very warm, with temperatures around 38°C. Thank you, Alice, for the warm welcome and excellent accommodation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment! ❤️🇮🇹

Velká vstřícnost personálu, klid, ticho, čistota, klimatizace ve všech částech. Ale i skvělá lokalita. Samozřejmě, terasa byla kapitola sama o sobě ;)

Jen bych hledal drobnosti. nebylo by špatné mít v kuchyně ostřejší nože, utěrku a takové drobnosti - pokud se má vařit něco složitejšího, není to ideální, ale v porovnání s jinými místy (byl jsem v benátkách asi po 12 a pokaždé vařím) je to velmi dobrý standard

Great apartment, in the square where Marco Polo once lived (now the site of the Malibran Theatre). Balcony with canal view, spacious bedrooms and dining/living area. Coffee pods provided and wine in the fridge. Appreciated the detailed directions to the apartment which avoided stairs. Great location, lots within walking distance including popular gelato spot Suso, and vaporetto close by.

Localização excelente, apartamento charmoso e limpo. Deixaram montado o berço que solicitamos, respondiam super rápido quando tínhamos dúvidas.

Não tem elevador, mas para nós não foi problema pois ficamos no primeiro andar. Tem apenas um banheiro.

Location was great. It was nice to have a view of the canal from the window. Beds were comfortable and apartment had everything we needed.

Excellent condition. Comfortable beds. Appreciate the water in the fridge for arrival. Excellent location too. Host texting ahead of time was very helpful. First time in Venice and it was a perfect place to experience it. Restaurant across the road was awesome and they gave us take away pasta in real plates as we were staying so close.

L’alloggio è’ al 4 piano (66 gradini) e in più per raggiungere la camera da letto bisogna affrontare un’altra scala interna in legno molto ripida e rumorosa. Bagno e camera sono quindi su due livelli diversi; sicuramente non comodo ne’ confortevole . Fortunatamente avevamo solo uno zaino.. non oso pensare se avessimo dovuto portare trolley o valigia.. L’esterno della casa e’ piuttosto trasandato, fortunatamente l’interno e’ molto meglio.

Great location in a quiet campo opposite the Teatro Malibran (super convenient if attending an opera in this theatre - as we were). Big spacious room with attractive views of surrounding area and canal.

La localització. És un apartament molt gran.

L’accès per moltes escales que no s’avisen en la reserva i la dificultat de dutxar-se amb orou sigua de temperatura regulable. L’escala interior separa l’habitació del bany que estan en dis allades diferents separats per una escala dreta i sorollosa.

Emplacement propreté, calme , bon lit, grande terrasse et vue superbe sur les toits, propriétaire disponible et sympathique, café, bouilloire, Proseco dans le frigo...

We loved the apartment. it was wonderful to have a terrace to sit out on. the furniture was really good condition and excellent quality.

we were advised we would have a toaster but could not find one so we went and bought a cheap one which we left at the property. also it would appear someone previous had mucked around with boiler so water in shower was extremley hot but once i sorted this it was then okay.

Spacious, comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities for our short stay. Great location and friendly host, easy checkin and checkout process.

Location assolutamente perfetta e strategica per girare in lungo e in largo il centro di Venezia. A due passi dal Ponte di Rialto ma in zona tranquilla di fianco al Teatro Malibran. L'appartamento gode di due affacci, da un lato si può ammirare il canale e dall’altro un tipico campo veneziano. Servizio di pulizia quotidiana, spazi confortevoli. Una bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto da parte del padrone di casa completa l’ottima accoglienza.

Très propre et l’emplacement vraiment idéal tout près de rialto dans une petite cours très silencieuse. Vraiment idéal et Maurizio nous très bien reçu ! Petit prosecco de bienvenu , on reviendra pour plus d’une nuit car vraiment top !!!!

O colchão podia ser um pouco melhor (embora isto possa ser uma preferência pessoal. Achei muito mole.)

Muy bien alojamiento. Vino de regalo, Excelente ubicación, Maurizio siemroe muy amable y al pendiente. Cama super cómoda. Nuestra habitación tenía vista a un canal muy agradable.

Esta bastante bien y la ubicación inmejorable, con vistas al canaĺ y super centrico a un paso del puente de rialto y en todo el centro..cuando ves la fachada y el recibidor surgen dudas sobre todo por el olor, pero cuando entras al apartamento está genial y huele bien. Con limpieza de habitación a diario, cerca de todo

Jó lakás, nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel. Közel van a látványosságokhoz és mégsem zajos. A házigazda nagyon barátságos, segítőkész, gyorsan válaszol. Mindenkinek ajánlom a helyet.

Die Lage ist sehr angenehm, 4 min zur Rialtobrücke, 9 min zum Markusplatz und 20-25 min zum Bahnhof. Wir hatten ein Fenster zu einem ruhigen Plätzchen und ein Fenster zu einem kleinen Kanal. Das Apartement war geräumig, die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, der Gastgeber freundlich, was will man mehr. Wasser und ein Fläschchen Spumante zur Begrüßung fanden wir auch sehr nett.

Von außen sieht das Haus "ziemlich übel" aus und im Erdgeschoß riecht man den Kanal ordentlich. Aber das ist Venedig und das Apertment war das genaue Gegenteil vom äußeren Eindruck.

La ducha necesita un cambio. Poca presión de agua. Son dos plantas, el baño está abajo y el dormitorio arriba. No hay ascensor en el edificio

A localização era muito boa, bem perto do centro com vista incrível. O apartamento era ótimo com quartos confortáveis e grandes. O anfitrião foi super simpático, deixou bebidas para desfrutarmos.

Perfect location. Close to everything, quiet, on a canal. We were on the first floor so we only had to lug our suitcases up one floor. Apartment was very spacious. Bathroom great - hot water! Very clean. Coffee was great. We also got complementary wine and water - sparkling and flat. Maurizio met us at the apartment and showed us everything. We were very happy with the space.

The bed in the larger bedroom was not comfortable. It’s essentially a large sponge on a bed frame and after many guests it now sags in the middle. Only one mirror in the entire apartment so if someone was in the bathroom while you’re getting ready, you have to wait for the mirror.

La posizione, la vista. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale. Il letto molto comodo, l'appartamento spazioso e pulito, bagno compreso. Poi sul retro dava su un canale e di fronte dava sulla piazza del teatro Malibran, centralissimo.

La scala per salire al piano superiore è un po' troppo ripida. Per il resto, se proprio volessi trovare un piccolo difetto, c'è stato bisogno di una coperta in più (ma c'erano comunque 4 stufe perfettamente funzionanti: era solo per non tenerle accese più del dovuto), però il proprietario ce l'ha fatta recapitare la mattina successiva.

Posizione ottima, Maurizio è stato veramente gentile sia a farci fare il check in prima di quanto previsto che a darci l’opportunità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura per la giornata. Inoltre appena arrivati ci ha anche fatto trovare dell’acqua e un prosecco! L’appartamento è veramente bello, le travi in legno sul soffitto lo fanno sembrare ancora più caratteristico. Tutto pulitissimo! Lo consiglierei a chiunque venga a visitare Venezia!

Es una pena que con lo bonito que es el apartamento no acompañe todo lo demás … La limpieza pésima , ducha con moho , cocina grasienta , sofá con manchas , solo 3 vasos , 3 tenedores , tetera llena de cal, no había microondas .. oscuro , poca luz .
