Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett, und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut! Frühstück ist ausgewogen, könnte aber noch besser sein. Preislich ist es aber super, kann man nicht meckern.

Das Bett ist etwas weich, fand ich nicht so gut. Das Frühstück ist ok, gute Auswahl, aber nicht so frisch. Alles in allem aber voll ok, und habe mich wohlgefühlt.

Venedikte San marco bölgesinde çok yakında bulunan bir otel. Venedik’e trenle gelip, deniz otobüsünü kullanarak geçtik. İnilecek duruğa dikkat etmek etmek gerekiyor yoksa valizle çok merdiven inip çıkmak gerekiyor. En yakın durak San Zaccaria. Otelde en üst katta kaldığımız için çok merdiven var valizi çıkarıp indirmek zor oluyor. Odaya çıkarken bize yardımcı oldular teşekkür ederiz. Oda temizdi, klima ve wifi vardı.

Merdivenlerin çok olması valiz taşırken zorlanmaya neden oluyor. En optimum durak tesis sahibi tarafından bence her rezervasyon sahibine iletilebilir. Yoksa maps uzun yoldan tarif ettiği için valizle çok merdiven inip çıkmak gerekiyor.

It felt like we are staying in one of ours friend’s family’s house. I forgot ask his name, but the owner of the hotel was so helpful, kind and friendly! We loved it here, it was clean, smells like a good homemade soap:) We felt safe and relaxed. And we met Chippy the dog ( hope im writing correct his name), he was so cute🩷 thank you again for their hospitality and good advices about the beautiful Venezia!

As a family we all enjoyed our stay very much, everything you need is in the room, the beds were very very comfortable, good wifi. The location was excellent and easy to find, very close to the water bus. Barbara was very friendly and communication via messages was always quick with replies. We absolutely loved our stay, I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Barbara

The room was comfortable and we’ll equipped. The lady on reception could not have been kinder or more helpful - she recommended walking routes, places to eat, which boat (and bus) to get etc.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! L’accueil était chaleureux et très professionnel, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée très agréable. L’établissement est idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville. La chambre étaient impeccable, très propre et bien entretenue. Un grand merci pour le café offert, une attention qui a vraiment marqué notre séjour. Nous avons adoré chaque instant passé ici et recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un hébergement de qualité à Venise. Merci encore pour tout !

La chambre n’était pas très bien insonorisée mais ça ne nous a pas gênées car nous dormons toutes les deux avec des bouchons d’oreilles.

Il y en aura certainement un troisième, sans hésitation nous reviendrons chez vous. Attention tout de même, prendre en considération que l'accès au troisième peut être un problème pour certaine personnes

I stayed here with my kids for 2 nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to all the main attractions. The apartment was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and felt homemade, especially the pies, which were exceptional. My kids really enjoyed their stay, and so did I. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Notre chambre donnait sur la salle du petit déjeuner, c'était bruyant le matin mais nous en avons parlé à la réception et ils ont fait attention.

First of all, it's right in the heart of Venice. And Cipi, the sweetest little dog—you'll understand why when you meet him! ❤️ The apartment was spotless, with very comfortable beds. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always eager to help us with recommendations and anything else we needed. The location is perfect. Ca' Formosa is a beautiful and peaceful area, just a short walk from all the main attractions while still offering the authentic charm of Venice. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Vieta puiki, šalia viešbučio tylu, nors prie pat pagrindinių gatvelių. Visa Venecija yra kavinės, restoranai, viesbučiai, parduotuvės,kad ir kur gyvensite, būsite veiksme. Kambarys labiau vidutinio lygio, mažas, trečiame aukšte, siauri, statūs laiptai. Lifto nėra Pakankamai švaru. Už tokią kainą gal ir gerai. Registratūroj maloni darbuotoja. Kambarius sutvarko kasdien.

Labai maža, siaura vonia su durelėmis, dušas nepasikabina. Pagalvės plonos ir po užvalkalu tiesiog siaubingai nešvarios! Pusryčiai nepatiko visai, kainavo 10 eur žmogui, nėra ką valgyti. Nei kiaušinių, nei dešrelių, nei vaisių, labai labai blogai! Blyneliai šalti, jokio šilto maisto. Nerekomenduoju. Kiek keliaujame, tai buvo pats blogiausias pusryčių stalas. Kitas dienas pusryčius tiesiog pirkome parduotuvėje. Tualete kanalizacijos kvapas. Kondicionierius vos vėsina. Šiuos dalykus reiktų pataisyti! Kelis kartus buvo gražiai sulankstytas vonios rankšluostis ir padėtas kaip naujas, nors išlankščius buvo matyti, kad jis naudotas, nes purvinas. Kam tai daryti? Venecija labai patiko, todėl šie minusai mums nesugadino atostogų!

Foarte bine poziționată, oameni foarte primitori și amabili. Micul dejun avea un preț decent.

Micul dejun se lua fix pe holul din fața camerei noastre și dimineața se făcea puțină gălăgie. Se auzea tot din cameră și din afara ei. Micul dejun ma așteptam să fie făcut în casă, mâncarea părea cumpărată.

Znakomita lokalizacja, cisza , spokój. Wspaniały pomocny gospodarz.

A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, a bőröndeinket felvitték a lépcsőn és utolsó nap ott is hagyhattuk megőrzésre. A szoba tiszta volt, tágas és minden nap jöttek takarítani is. A reggeli nagyon jó volt, csak azt kell megszokni, hogy az olaszoknál főleg édesség van reggelire. Az elhelyezkedése rendkívül jó, a Piazza San Marco 7 perc séta csak. Ugyanakkor a környék csendes, nagyon jót tudtunk aludni. The staff was very nice, they carried our suitcases up the stairs and we could leave them there for safekeeping on the last day. The room was clean, spacious and they came to clean it every day. The breakfast was very good, you just have to get used to the fact that Italians mostly have sweets for breakfast. The location is extremely good, Piazza San Marco is only a 7 minute walk away. At the same time, the area is quiet, we were able to sleep very well.

The strongest point of this property is undoubtedly its location. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of Venice's main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The hosts were also friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

We stayed for one night during the Venice Biennale 2026 and paid approximately €350 for the room. While we understand that prices are higher during major events, we felt that the overall experience did not justify the cost. However, the property itself felt somewhat outdated. The building is old and there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if your room is located on the upper floors. We also experienced several issues that affected our comfort: there were mosquitoes in the room, some furniture showed signs of age, and at times a strong canal odor could be noticed. The bedding and bed cover did not feel as fresh as expected, which impacted our overall impression of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, while the location is excellent and the staff are kind, we found the accommodation to be overpriced for the quality offered. Venice has many accommodation options, and for this price we expected a higher standard of comfort and cleanliness.

The hotel is run with great care, passion, and dedication. The hotel owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She gave us very valuable tips on how to make the most of our stay in Venice. We had very comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel's location is ideal, as both St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge can be reached on foot within just a few minutes. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

I normally do not leave reviews, but this hotel was amazing! We stayed in the family room. The hotel staff were very friendly and gave us great recommendations on where to go and the best places to eat. Have two rooms, two bathrooms, wifi and air conditioning was perfect! Being located within 10 minutes from most of the big attractions were a bonus.

O colchão afunda um pouco rs. O quarto não pega sol, para pessoas alérgicas, como eu, dificulta a respiração.

Beautiful cosy hotel with wonderful decor, nice room with a very comfortable bed and had aircon which was great for the very hot day and night but still had a good rest and sleep.

Die Unterkunft war zum Vereinbarten Tag doppelt belegt und dem Vermieter war es egal. Er sagt er bezahlt uns das Hotel, ist nie passiert. Die Unterkunft ist runter gekommen und muss dringend renoviert werden. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Lo stile Veneziano che è presente in ogni ambiente ed eccezionale la famiglia che gestisce la struttura. La loro gentilezza e cortesia ci hanno fatto sentire a casa

Se bisogna trovare un difetto, le scale sono un po’ ripide.

O quarto é confortável e espaçoso. Camas e travesseiros ótimos! Fica próximo à Praça São Marcos e a várias lojas e restaurantes. Muito bem localizado! Para o café da manhã, é cobrado um valor à parte, mas é bem servido e com várias opções. Recomendo!

O quarto (anexo) fica em uma rua paralela ao hotel, por isso a entrada não é muito bonita. Em uma das noites, o quarto ao lado ficou com o som ligado de madrugada e não tínhamos a quem recorrer para solicitar ajuda. Mas, nas outras noites, o quarto foi bem silencioso.

L'isolation des murs qui laisse traverser la moindre respiration, si les voisins sont bruyants c'est le drame.

Fueron muy amables , puede entrar antes del check in , habitación limpia cómoda y con todo lo necesario

Hôtel idéalement bien situé pour aller aux endroits principaux à pieds. Un accueil hyper chaleureux, on s'est senti attendu. Notre hôte nous a aussi recommender les endroits à visiter et où aller avec le plan. Tout était clair.

La chambre qui donne directement dans la salle du petit déjeuner et forcément dès 7h15 nous étions réveillées avec la mise en place du petit-déjeuner et le personnel qui parlait fort ! Et en dernier point, le prix excessif de la chambre pour un 3 étoiles sans le petit-déjeuner (option à 10€) et sans ascenseur (3ème étage) mais vu la date forcément c'était au plus haut, ce qui est vraiment dommage.
