Gostámos do pequeno-almoço, em quantidade e qualidade de produtos. Gostámos muito da localização, cerca de 5 minutos a pé da praça Jemaa el-Fnaa. O anfitrião, Mohamed foi muito simpático e acolhedor. Limpeza e ar-condicionado bons.

Transfer organizado pelo anfitrião. Ficámos cerca de 50 minutos à espera. Preço/serviço péssimo!

Zeer hartelijk ontvangst door de hotelmanager Mohamed, we voelde ons meteen thuis. Fijne kamer waar we met ons gezin van 4 veel ruimte hadden. Ook met veel buitenruimte en roodtop over Marrakesh. De ligging is geweldig! Midden in de medina, centraler kan bijna niet, je bent overal zo. Wat lekker rondstruinen door Marrakesh super maakt. Echte aanrader, hele goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

Mohamed, notre hôte était top, adorable. Très bon accueil. Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux. Le Riad est en plein dans la médina, très bien placé.

Je suis venu grâce aux avis sur l’hôte et je n’ai pas été déçu! Mohamed est aux petits soins et disponible .

The breakfast was extremely good and huge. Also the Riad is located 5 min by foot from jamma el fna so it´s literally perfect. The rooftop terasse has views over the whole city and you have multiple places to relax. But the best was our host at the reception Abdou, that always had some good and extremely helpful advice for us and loved to crack some jokes whener he met us in the lobby. All in all perfect for the price, very nice staff and a clean room.

Dachterrasse war super, Lage konnte nicht besser sein und Frühstück war auch sehr fein !

El dueño una persona maravillosa siempre atento , nos ayudo muchisimo con todo . Los desayunos increibles. Siempre preguntaba la hora del desayuno nos preparo un picnic super temprano para una excursion, otro dia nos hizo el mismo algo de desayuno.. La ubicacion perfecta. No se oia nada de ruido

Que no quitaran la papelera en 5 dias que estuvimos y tuvieramos que pedirle nos. La bolsa de basura y sacarla... Con el papel de baño lo mismo... Y otra cosa que solo ea un detalle... cuando llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada y mas con niño estaria bien un.minimo de una botella de agua pequeña en la habitacion... ya que llegamos sin agua y toda la noche conbtodo cerrado sin poder beber ni los niños sino la que nos quedaba del avion ya que estaba todo cerrado a esas horas.

Abdou nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et bonne humeur . Il a été bienveillant durant tout notre séjour. Nous avons beaucoup échangé sur son pays, les coutumes, la gastronomie, les lieux à visiter. Ses conseils ont été précieux. La dame qui gère le ménage est discrète et efficace. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et bien présenté. C'est un Riad calme au coeur de la médina. Abdou nous a reçu comme à la maison. Il est prévenant et toujours disponible. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour à Marrakech.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we were fully prepared for both our arrival and departure. The riad had all the facilities we needed, and the rooftop terrace was especially beautiful — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The location was also excellent, right in the middle of the medina, making it easy to explore everything. We also got some really great dinner recommendations, and we were very happy with them.

The hotel was nice and cosy old town area, very nice people are taking care of the place especially Mohammed was very relaxed and pleasant person, full of kindness and very helpful. The breakfast was fresh and decent, Coffee and tea available. Very clean and comfortable. We spent three nights, the bed and sheets were clean and warm. AC and a heater was available. We recommend the place very much.

Personal súper atento y hospitalario. Nos quedamos solo una noche y abandonamos el alojamiento antes de la hora de desayuno y el personal nos dejó una bolsita en la cocina la noche anterior para que pudiéramos llevarnos el desayuno. Además, le preguntamos si habían utensilios para comprar y prepararnos un te y nos indicaron que no hacía falta que compráramos nada, se ofrecieron y nos hicieron el te. La terraza súper tranquila y cómoda.

Best location and friendly service in Medina. The location was near to all the best spots, quiet but in the same time you could get to it very easily. The room was clean, super comfortable and the terraces are amazing to enjoy your time at the hotel. Special kudos to Mohamed, that was super friendly and professional, he helped us booking a taxi service for 3am and he even walked with us to find the driver, I deeply appreciate all his help. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for an amazing time in Marrakech!

Our host Mohamed was extremely kind and accommodating. He had no problem booking trips for us and always provided a lovely breakfast. He helped us with any problems we had and was always very patient with us. I don’t think we could have found a better host if we tried. All the other staff were great too. Location was ideal in the middle of the medina. It has two lovely rooftops to lounge around in and the rooms are spacious and clean. If you’re looking for an authentic Riad in the heart of the medina then this is the place for you. Overall an amazing property with a great host. I have no complaints whatsoever.

The property is super nice. Very close to the main square in the heart of the Medina. The owner has been special, kind and friendly. Super clean and very detailed environment.

Bardzo spokojny riad w sercu mediny, bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Czysto i przyjemnie. Prawdziwy riad , jak z dawnych czasów. Wspaniałe tarasy na dachu, gdzie można odpocząć po męczących dniach, lub rano nabrać sił na następny dzień. Bardzo dobre i obfite śniadania. W pokoju była klimatyzacja i naprawdę duże łóżko.

Mieliśmy pokój z bardzo maleńką lazienką, ciężko się było tam obrócić, jednak muszę dodać, że był tam zarówno prysznic, jak i umywalka i toaleta.

Qué gran servicio, el gerente todo el tiempo estuvo muy pendiente de la hora de llegada, de dónde era mejor comer, que estuviéramos cómodos y tranquilos, excelente atención, el desayuno el mejor que he probado en todo marruecos, el lugar tiene tres Terrazas con vista al atardecer y para tomar té. Un sitio muy limpio y cómodo la mejor experiencia en mi viaje por Marruecos.

Host particolarmente disponibile, sono arrivata con un figlio malato e ha prontamente trovato una soluzione per farlo riposare. Ha chiesto se desiderasse mangiare (pranzo non compreso nella prenotazione). Davvero molto cortese e disponibile.

La chambre du rdv pour 3 est petite (16m2) et placée à côté de la cuisine et des espaces communs. Cela peut être bruyant si les gens le sont. Les photos des différentes terrasses sont trompeuses : couleurs défraîchies et murs abîmés, banquettes dans son jus... bref quelques travaux et efforts de décoration seraient à faire...Dommage car les tapis sont si jolis au Maroc !

La disponibilité de l'hôte, le riad est proche du souk tout en étant au calme. Il est proche de la place jemaa el fna tout est à proximité. Il y a la clim dans ma chambre, celle-ci était fraîche donc pas eu besoin de l'utiliser ce fut agréable. Un grand merci à l'hôte pour ses conseils et sa disponibilité

La literie et les oreillers sont un peu dur

Nuestra experiencia en el riad fue excelente. Mohammed fue un gran host, siempre estuvo atento a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Fue extremadamente amable y en todo momento buscó que nos sintiéramos cómodas durante nuestra estancia. Además, nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para conocer la ciudad. Se nota que realmente le importa ofrecer un servicio de calidad y que los huéspedes se sientan bien atendidos. Siempre fue muy educado y cercano. El desayuno también fue buenísimo, ¡10/10! Sin duda, lo recomiendo totalmente.

La terraza está muy linda, el desayuno estaba muy bien y la atención de Mohamed, fue excelente.

Un solo enchufe para todo el cuarto (siendo una habitación para 3), que si bien había zapatilla eléctrica, ésta no se podía enchufar porque el tamaño de la entrada era más chico que el del enchufe. Tuvimos que improvisar enchufando la zapatilla eléctrica en el baño y cruzar el cable por todo el pasillo hasta el cuarto para poder enchufar los dispositivos.

Das Riaf ist zentral gelegen. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Mohammed ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Er hat uns vom Taxi und zum Taxi gebracht. Fragen hat er sehr gerne beantwortet.

Posizione ottima per muoversi tra i quartieri e le vie più gettonate o raggiungere dei punti strategici per prendere i mezzi. Ambienti puliti, gestore gentile e disponibile.

Camera fredda per via del condizionatore che non scaldava affatto infatti c’era una classica stufa alimentata tramite corrente ma durante la notte logicamente rimaneva spenta per sicurezza. Mancanza detergenti per il corpo.

Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Very pleasant, friendly manager, Mohamed, who was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This Riad is in the heart of the Medina, very authentic accommodation.

It was exceptionally cold weather during our stay in Marrakech (early March) We were pretty chilly in the Riad, this is obviously as they are designed to keep heat out! Take warm clothing if going early in the year.

El Riad estuvo fenomenal, Mohamed nos ayudó en absolutamente todo y fue muy amable. El desayuno estaba buenísimo y abundante. La ubicación muy buena. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero como todo los Riad.

Nuestra experiencia en el Riad fue estupenda. Queremos destacar especialmente la ayuda y la información de Mohamed en todo momento: hace su trabajo de maravilla, es encantador y siempre te recibe con una sonrisa, así da gusto. La ubicación del Riad era perfecta para nosotros; después de llegar una primera vez, era muy fácil orientarse desde la plaza principal. La habitación para tres personas era pequeñita, pero acogedora y más que suficiente para el uso que le dimos, ya que solo la utilizábamos para dormir. El desayuno fue inmejorable: zumo, té o café y un montón de cosas deliciosas. Nuestro hijo de 5 años estaba encantado. Sin duda, volveríamos a repetir.

Tutto perfetto. Riad accogliente e pulito. Mohamed gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Colazione buona ed abbondante. Ottima atmosfera. Consigliatissimo

L accueil était très bien, avec les conseils du jeune garçon a l'accueil. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux.

La chambre est petite, sale, moisissures au plafond dans la douche et aux murs, prise scotchée, draps sales et mal odorants, odeur d'humidité, gouttes d'eau tombant du plafond... L'accès au Riad se fait par une petite ruelle et n'est pas évident a trouvé au premier abords. Un grand merci au réceptionniste pour son aide.

Lo que más me gusto fue la facilidad con la que Mohamed te ayuda con todo, nos ayudó con las excursiones casi sin tiempo de reservarlas, nos gestionaba el desayuno si teníamos que madrugar mucho y hasta nos ayudo con el cambio del dinero. Es una gran persona. Las camas son muy cómodas y las mantas que te dan abrigan un montón. Tiene una terraza muy acogedora para cuando hace buen tiempo desayunar o simplemente relajarte

The room was very clean. It’s in a great location, about 5 minutes from the main square so we moved around walking. The rooms have air condition, which was great because it was very cold in January. The host, Mohamed was amazing. He helped us with every request and answered every question we had even before our trip. In the days we had arranged trips and had to wake up early, he even gave us take away breakfast to have on the go.

Mohamed is the most attentive and caring host who goes above and beyond for your stay to be the smoothest. The Riad is very well located in the centre of the medina, and comfortable. We had a great stay there.

Excelente riad, estuvimos muy agusto, como en nuestra casa. La atención de Mohamed fue espectacular, muy atento a todo, el desayuno muy rico y abundante. La ubicación un 10, en pleno centro, a un paso de todo. La casa acogedora, aún yendo con 5 niños no sé nos hicieron pequeñas las habitaciones.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was small but perfect for our one night stay. The breakfast was delicious. The riad is in the city center so everything is easily accessible.

L'accueil, le personnel extrêmement arrangeant et sympathique. La terrasse est très sympa. Le petit-déjeuner est bon.

J'avais la chambre du bas, qui est collée à l'accueil et à un espace de petit-déjeuner, ce n'était pas bien isolé.
