Nothing we did not like about the property

Mentioning the best people we met again and again everytime we stay here: Mi, Sala, Thao, Duyen, Van, Lunh, Bao, Thuan and Doath! We've stayed here about 3 times by now and these people were the warmest and gave us the good attention and service. I always recommend this hotel whenever people ask me where to stay!

　料金に見合う設備とサービス。特にチェックインの際に受付の若い3名の女性MyLeirhさん、Salaさん、Duyenさんはみなさん協力し合って朗らかにお仕事に従事されていました。友好的でユーモアもあり、とても親切でした。 　ルームサービスのちょっとしたミスでしょうが、部屋にトイレットペーパーがなかったことを伝えるとと「あってはいけない間違いです。大変申し訳ございませんでした。」とSalaさんがすぐにストーリッジからトイレットペーパーを取り出して対応してくださいました。 　チェックアウトの際も、声をかけてくださいました。空港までのGrabの予約の際にもアドバイスをくださいました。 　ドラゴンブリッジやビーチまでは少し離れていますが、ベトナムはGrabのタクシーやバイクが安いので立地はさほどマイナスにはなりません。利用させていただいたお部屋はステータス3でアップグレードが適用され、6階のリフォーム済みのトリプルルームでした。料金もリーズナブルです。またダナンを訪れることがあれば、ぜひまた利用したいです。

The staffs are very nice and kind. The problem is their AC. Since the hotel is already old the AC is not cooling the room too much.

It was close to the night market, city center, airport and malls. The wifi connevtion was above average.

The facilities were a bit old and outdated.

We loved our stay at Lavender Riverside Hotel. The front desk team especially Li Mi and Bao made us feel welcome from the moment of our arrival. Provided us with info on where to eat or visit. Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. We loved the breakfast buffet with many choices. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

The staff especially the receptionists are polite, accommodating and kind. We had a very nice time spending our accommodation here. Our room on the 7th floor has a very nice view of the river and city.

I hope they have Netflix or other TV platforms that we could enjoy at night from all our day trips.

A bit far from the beach but very convenient to catch a plane

The staff were friendly and helpful...that's really it.

Breakfast room was not as shown in the web images. No Western or Vegan options other than bread and omelette. No rooftop bar. Badly maintained and decorated throughout..My room had holes in the ceiling from old extractor fans and light fittings. Moldy bathroom window ledge, shower curtain and tiles. This is only worth a 2 star rating and the description and images must be updated.

Reception guy was very helpfull n polite.

Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji, blizu Zmajev most i lijepo šetalište uz rijeku. 3 km od aerodroma i oko 3 do obale. Doručak raznovrstan.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they assisted us smoothly during checkout and even guided us to great local shopping spots, which made our trip much easier. The rooms were neat, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Estaba sucia. La bañera sucia y con pelos, la cama con manchas y con pelos también. Se oye el ruido de las motos y los coches, y eso que estábamos en la planta 9. El desayuno no es muy variado, para orientales es genial pero no tienen mucho para europeos. La ubicación no es de las mejores, estás alejado de todo pero no es una zona tranquila tampoco.

Der Service war gut. Wir haben an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ob sie einen privaten Fahrer haben, der uns rum fährt. Dies klappte auf Anhieb sehr gut. Der Preis war auch in Ordnung. Die Aussicht war schön. Wir hatten das Zimmer im 11. Stock Richtung Fluss.

Das Zimmer hat nach Schimmel gestunken und das Bad war voller Schimmel. Die Bettwäsche war dreckig und die Betten sehr sehr hart. Die Tapeten kamen schon teilweise runter.

Beaucoup de bruit dans les chambres, chambres et hôtel vétuste (rooftop et salle de sport a l'abandon). Petit déjeuné pas bon et serveur qui n'est pas attentionné. Il faut venir tôt pour le petit déjeuné car pas de réassortiment après 9h, même pour le café.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super. Und das Personal war freundlich.

Leider war unser Zimmer ein Raucherzimmer das eigentlich ein Nichtraucherzimmer sein sollte. Selbst als Raucher war das unangenehm. Auch das Mobiliar war schon etwas mitgenommen und die Betten sehr hart. Für eine kurze Nacht oke.

Le parcours jusqu'à la mer permet de découvrir des tas de petits commerces. Nous avons eu la chance lors de nos promenades d'être invités par une famille Vietnamienne après les avoir simplement salués. Simples.Souriants.Chaleureux.

Staffs in Reception and dining room are not helpful and friendly.They can only say No. But Secruity Uncle is friendly and helpful.A good staff.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are tromendous, literally couldn't do enough for you. You need anything, they are on in straight away, or helping carrying your bags and even just a hello/good morning when they see you.

We had a bit of an issue on arrival. We had booked an apartment with a kitchen so that I could cook. It said stove top, kitchenware and microwave would be in the room but when we arrived there was nothing. I had to ask for a knife, stove top, chopping board, cutlery... The lot basically. But again. The staff got onto it straight away so I can't fault them at all. The other issue is the shower system, it completely soaks the bathroom floor when you shower as there is no shower tray, & the water pressure was awful, it was barely a trickle. There is also only 2 spare sockets in the room. We had to boil the kettle in the socket by the bedside cabinet as there are no sockets on the wall in the kitchen. We also went to use the gym but discovered none of the machines or equipment worked which is a shame as it was a great sized room, lovely view so had great potential. All in all the hotel is okay, staff are amazing, but it could do with some tlc & updating.

Staff was extremely helpful, especially one of the guys of reception, he recommended a lot of places to eat. The room was so big. The only bad thing is the beds were a bit hard.

Le personnel est très sympa, toujours prêt à vous donner des conseils ou vous proposer une option plus intéressante ou avantageuse que celle que vous vouliez choisir. Nous avions pris une chambre triple spacieuse avec une belle vue sur l'ensemble de la ville et à proximité du pont du dragon.

L'hôtel est vieillissant et a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement, la porte d'entée de la chambre s'ouvre à l'épaule, une odeur de moisissure se fait remarquer au premier pas, le rideau de douche avait une bande de moisissure sur tout le bas, étant donné que l'hôtel ne dispose pas d'un double vitrage nous avons fait une réclamation le lendemain pour un délogement pour éviter d'entendre un chantier énorme qui travaille 24/24 et la circulation infernale. La chambre suivante était bien moins bruyante, merci à la réception pour cette attention...

Large rooms and great courteous staff. Highly recommend

Everyone was great! There was even a chef we said thank you too since he granted our request for bacon (we're a family of four). Not all heroes wear aprons — but the jolly chef who clearly knows his way around a good meal saved the day! We also loved theguy in the reception that recommended good banh mis! I know it would be petty if the other chef wasn't as accommodating since he denied our request for two days, but well the other young chef who made the bacon for four made our parent's stay super memorable. Not a bad point for the other chef since we are really happy with the food there! We loved everything!

My room especially with views .Room daily clean.Bank is near so easy to change currency.

Nhà tắm nhỏ, ko có nhà tắm kính như hình. Nội thất cũ, giường nệm cứng. Giá gần 1tr/đêm ko xứng với ksan khác.,đồ ăn ko ngon.
